Abstract
The claimed group of inventions relates to a device and method for producing bent polymer composite bars for triple-layered enclosure structures. The technical result, which consists in an improvement to a production line and method, is achieved in that a production line contains a roving creel rack, a device for tensioning and drying roving filaments, a heated impregnation bath, a pressing device, a winding assembly, a tow preheating oven, a forming device comprising a tow laying assembly, a conveyor with a single moving chain and, mounted on said conveyor, arms provided with heated jaws, a bar curing oven, devices for cooling and removing bars, and a control panel. A method for producing a composite bar consists in unwinding roving from the creel rack, tensioning and drying the roving, impregnating same with a compound in the heated bath, pressing and winding a tow, preheating the tow in the oven, forming the tow, curing same, cooling, and coiling the finished bar on a coiling device, or cutting the finished bar, the entire process being controlled using a control panel.
