本申请涉及空调管件技术领域,公开一种穿墙管组件,包括:新风管,其内部构造有新风管腔;线束管,与新风管同向并排贴合设置;线束管的内部构造有线束管腔,且在线束管的贴合面上开设有沿管长方向延伸成型、用以将线束组安装于线束管腔中的安装槽口;其中,新风管的贴合面能够在线束管和新风管贴合后封闭安装槽口。本公开实施例的穿墙管组件利用新风管和线束管两个管件将线束组与新风通道分隔开,可以避免两者相互干扰;同时线束组经由线束管上开设的安装槽口进行安装并通过新风管将该安装槽口封闭,结构简单、安装快捷方便。本申请还公开有一种空调。

穿墙管组件及空调
本申请基于申请号为202222078485.9、申请日为2022年08月08日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及空调管件技术领域,例如涉及一种穿墙管组件及空调。
背景技术
在高温炎热的夏季,很多人喜欢待在有空调的房间里,虽然空调房间能够提供较好的体感舒适性,但这种环境也容易对用户的健康造成不良影响;由于空调房间密闭性强、空气流动性差,长时间后用户会出现鼻塞、耳鸣、乏力、皮肤过敏等症状,这类情况一般会认为是患上了“空调病”。
为了改善这种情况,近些年来部分空调厂商推出了一类带有新风功能的空调产品,空调的室内机加装有新风管道,新风管道的进风端设置在室外,这样可以将室外新风经由新风管道引入室内环境中,从而能够起到改善室内环境,提高空气质量的目的。
在空调安装时,新风管道需要从墙体上打出的穿墙孔穿出到室外侧,同时,空调室内机和室外机之间的一些联机管线(如冷媒管、供电线等)也是从该穿墙孔穿出,因此如何更加合理的布置新风管道和联机管线也成为一很重要的问题。
在实现本公开实施例的过程中,发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:
相关技术中所采用的新风管道和联机管线的布置形式主要有两种:(1)共用同一管道;(2)分装为两个管道;但这两种形式都存在一定的弊端,前者管线布置凌乱且容易占用新风管道的进风面积,后者则是存在联机管线安装不方便、两个管道不容易装入穿墙孔等问题,因此相关技术布置形式仍是存在继续优化改进的需求。
发明内容
为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。所述概括不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围,而是作为后面的详细说明的序言。
本公开实施例提供了一种穿墙管组件及空调,以解决相关技术中新风管道和联机管线 布置方式存在弊端的技术问题。
在一些实施例中,穿墙管组件包括:
新风管,其内部构造有新风管腔;
线束管,与新风管同向并排贴合设置;线束管的内部构造有线束管腔,且在线束管的贴合面上开设有沿管长方向延伸成型、用以将线束组安装于线束管腔中的安装槽口;
其中,新风管的贴合面能够在线束管和新风管贴合后封闭安装槽口。
在一些可选实施例中,线束管包括外管壁部和两个折边部,两个折边部自外管壁的两侧边沿贴合面相向延伸成型,两个折边部间的空隙形成安装槽口。
在一些可选实施例中,新风管横截面呈封闭的圆弧形,线束管横截面呈半封闭的圆弧形,新风管和线束管贴合后的横截面呈圆形。
在一些可选实施例中,新风管横截面呈半圆形,线束管横截面呈半圆形。
在一些可选实施例中,穿墙管组件还包括可拆卸的设置于新风管进风端的风帽,风帽包括:
帽体,其被构造为与新风管同向向外延伸成型的筒体,且帽体的朝外一端封闭、朝内一端套接于新风管的进风端;帽体的朝下一侧面上开设有新风入口;
栅网,罩设于新风入口处。
在一些可选实施例中,穿墙管组件还包括新风内接管组,新风内接管组可用于连接新风管和新风设备;
新风内接管组包括:
过渡连接管,其第一过渡端连接新风管的出风端,第二过渡端连接中间连接管;其中第二过渡端的过风面积大于第一过渡端的过风面积;
中间连接管,其两端分别连接第二过渡端和新风设备。
在一些可选实施例中,新风内接管组还包括外接头,外接头设置在中间连接管的连接新风设备的一端。
在一些可选实施例中,过渡连接管和/或中间连接管为波纹软管。
在一些可选实施例中,穿墙管组件还包括捆扎件,线束组和过渡连接管通过捆扎件包扎连接。
在又一些实施例中,空调包括空调主体和如上述实施例示出的任一项的穿墙管组件。
本公开实施例提供的穿墙管组件,可以实现以下技术效果:
本公开实施例提供的穿墙管组件利用新风管和线束管两个管件将线束组与新风通道分隔开,可以避免两者相互干扰;同时线束组经由线束管上开设的安装槽口进行安装并通 过新风管将该安装槽口封闭,结构简单、安装快捷方便。

结合图1和2所示,在一些可选的实施例中,穿墙管组件包括新风管100、线束管200和新风内接管组等部件,其中新风管100和线束管200是作为穿过墙体的管段部分,新风内接管组是作为在室内侧将新风管100和新风设备(如空调)连通的管段部分。
在一些实施例中,结合图3所示,新风管100为直形长管,其内部构造有沿自身管长方向延伸成型、两端开口的新风管腔,新风管腔是作为室外空气流经新风管100的通道;在新风管100安装于建筑物墙体上的穿墙孔时,新风管100的其中一端是处于墙体外侧,以作为新风管100的进风端,另外一端是处于墙体内侧(即室内侧),以作为新风管100 的出风端,室外空气自新风管100的进风端经由新风管腔流向出风端。
在实施例中,新风管100的内壁面和外壁面均被构造为光滑面。其中新风管100的外壁面是与穿墙孔、线束管200相接触的一面,将外壁面构造为光滑面能够减少在新风管100安装过程中与穿墙孔、线束管200接触面之间的摩擦力,从而可以更加省力快捷地将新风管100装入穿墙孔中;以及,新风管100的内壁面是与空气相接触的一面,将内壁面构造为光滑面可降低新风管腔对气流的阻力影响,从而提高进风量和进风速率。
在其它一些实施例中,新风管100不仅可用于将室外新风引入室内侧,还可用作“排风管”,其可将室内侧较为污浊的空气排出至室外侧环境中,该状态下空气流经新风管100的顺序是从新风管100的出风端(室内侧)经由新风管腔流向进风端(室外侧)。
可选的,新风管100可采用金属材料、非金属材料或者复合材料制作而成,常用的金属材料如采用镀锌铁皮、不锈钢或铝材等,常用的非金属材料如硬聚氯乙烯、玻璃钢等。本公开实施例对新风管100的选材不作限制。
可选的,新风管100管壁厚度的取值范围为0.3cm~1cm。这里,新风管100管壁尺寸可根据新风管100的设计通风量、穿墙孔尺寸、管材类型等因素进行适应性的调整,以满足在安装于穿墙孔中的通风和承压设计要求,保障新风管100的耐用性。
可选的,新风管100管长的取值范围为30cm~40mm。这里,新风管100管长尺寸可根据建筑物墙体厚度进行适当的延长或缩短,本申请对管长不作特别限制。
在一些实施例中,结合图4所示,线束管200为直形长管,且线束管200与新风管100同向并排贴合设置,以可以通过同一穿墙孔穿出设置,线束管200和新风管100的管长方向即为穿墙孔的打孔方向。新风管100的内部构造有沿自身管长方向延伸成型、两端开口的线束管腔,线束管腔是作为容置空调的线束组的空间,以使线束组能够连接新风设备的内外机,如线束组连接空调的室外机和室内机。在线束管200安装于建筑物墙体上的穿墙孔时,线束管200的其中一端是处于墙体外侧,另外一端是处于墙体内侧(即室内侧)。
可选的,线束组的线束类型包括但不限于:冷媒管、信号线、供电线、冷凝水管等。线束管200的线束管腔中可以容置上述一种或多种线束,其中多种线束可在捆扎后放置入线束管腔中,或者,多种线束分散的、相互间隔的直接放置在线束管腔中。
在实施例中,新风管100与线束管200是通过面接触的方式进行贴合设置,面接触方式能够增加新风管100与线束管200之间的接触面积,可以减少安装后新风管100与线束管200之间的错位移动,以起到相互限位配合作用。
可选的,新风管100与线束管200的贴合面为平面;又一可选的,新风管100与线束管200的贴合面为规则或不规则的曲面,如弧形面、波浪形面、齿形面等。新风管100和 线束管200各自的贴合面形状相适配,以使两者能够较为紧密的贴合,减少在贴合面上的缝隙,这样也能够起到防漏风、防尘的作用。
在一些实施例中,线束管200可采用金属材料、非金属材料或者复合材料制作而成,常用的金属材料如采用镀锌铁皮、不锈钢或铝材等,常用的非金属材料如硬聚氯乙烯、玻璃钢等。本公开实施例对线束管200的选材不作限制。
可选的,线束管200和新风管100采用同种材料制成,如都采用硬聚氯乙烯制作,这样能够节省工艺设备类型数量,降低生产成本。
在一些实施例中,线束管200管壁厚度的取值范围为0.3cm~1cm。这里,线束管200管壁尺寸可根据穿墙孔尺寸、管材类型等因素进行适应性的调整,以满足在安装于穿墙孔中的承压设计要求,保障线束管200的耐用性。
可选的,线束管200和新风管100的管壁壁厚相同。
在一些实施例中,线束管200管长的取值范围为30cm~40mm。这里,线束管200管长尺寸可根据建筑物墙体厚度进行适当的延长或缩短,本申请对管长不作特别限制。
可选的,线束管200和新风管100的管长相同。
常规的外周轮廓全封闭的管型的穿线方式是只能从其中一端穿入、从另一端穿出,由于线束材质较软,在穿线过程中线束容易攒聚在管内,因此存在穿线不方便的问题。
针对上述情况,本公开实施例在线束管200的管壁上安装槽口230,安装槽口230是沿管长方向延伸成型且一直延伸至线束管200的两端部,并且在线束管200厚度方向上贯穿线束管200管壁。本实施例中安装槽口230相当于在线束管200的外周轮廓线上开口,使得线束管200外周轮廓成为半封闭式结构,大段的线束可以以横移的方式从外侧经由安装槽口230直接放入线束管腔中,操作更为方便且不会出现线束攒集的问题。
同时,结合图5所示,为避免在线束管200安装在穿墙孔后线束从线束管腔脱出情况的出现,本实施例中线束管200的安装槽口230是开设在贴合面上,这样在线束管200和新风管100并排贴合设置后,新风管100的贴合面作为实体板面可以直接封闭安装槽口230,使线束管腔成为外周轮廓全封闭的腔体,从而将线束管200限制在线束管腔中。
就线束管200的具体结构而言,如图4所示,线束管200包括外管壁部210和两个折边部220,两个折边部220自外管壁的两侧边沿贴合面相向延伸成型,两个折边部220间的空隙形成安装槽口230。在实施例中,外管壁部210主要是作为与穿墙孔配合的管壁部分,两个折边部220、安装槽口230是共同构成线束管200的贴合面部分。
在实施例中,对于平面形式的贴合面,相向延伸是指两个折边部220在同一平面上相互靠近的延伸成型;对于非平面形式的贴合面,相向延伸是指两个折边部220相互靠近的 延伸成型,各折边部220的延伸线型可以是规则或不规则的曲线、折线等。
在实施例中,线束管200的外管壁部210和两个折边部220为一体成型的一体化结构。
一般的,穿墙孔的孔型为圆形孔,因此为使穿墙管组件与穿墙孔紧密贴合,新风管100和线束管200贴合所形成的整个穿墙管段的横截面呈圆形。可选的,新风管100横截面呈封闭的圆弧形,线束管200横截面呈半封闭的圆弧形,且新风管100所在圆弧的弧度与线束管200所在圆弧的弧度之和为2π,以保证新风管100和线束管200贴合后的横截面是呈一完整圆形。
示例性的,新风管100所在圆弧的弧度为3π/2,相应地,线束管200所在圆弧的弧度为π/2,该弧度比例下新风管100的横截面积要大于线束管200的横截面积,适用于有大新风量要求,或者线束管200数量较少、管径较小的情况;或者,新风管100所在圆弧的弧度为2π/3,相应地,线束管200所在圆弧的弧度为4π/3,该弧度比例下新风管100的横截面积要小于线束管200的横截面积,适用于小新风量要求,或者线束管200数量较多、管径较大的情况。
结合图5示出的实施例,新风管100横截面呈半圆形,线束管200横截面呈半圆形,则新风管100和线束管200所在圆弧的弧度各占π;在本实施例中,新风管100的贴合面为其直径线所在平面,线束管200的贴合面为同一直径线所在平面,线束管200的两个折边部220是沿径向方向从外周向圆心方向延伸成型。
在其它一些未示出的实施例中,穿墙孔的孔型为非圆形孔,如方形、椭圆形等,则新风管100和线束管200贴合所形成的整个穿墙管段的外轮廓也是与穿墙孔的孔型相适配,这样可以减小穿墙管段与穿墙孔的缝隙,降低气流、灰尘等从两者的配合间隙进入室内侧、影响室内环境洁净度的情况出现。
本公开实施例提供的穿墙管组件利用新风管100和线束管200两个管件将线束组与新风通道分隔开,可以避免两者相互干扰;同时线束组经由线束管200上开设的安装槽口230进行安装并通过新风管100将该安装槽口230封闭,结构简单、安装快捷方便。
在一些可选实施例中,穿墙管组件还包括可拆卸的设置于新风管100进风端的风帽300,该风帽300可起到过滤新风、遮挡风雨或杂物的作用。
结合图6和6a所示,风帽300包括帽体310和栅网320。
其中,帽体310被构造为与新风管100同向向外延伸成型的筒体,且帽体310的朝外一端封闭、朝内一端套接于新风管100的进风端;图示中,新风管100为横截面呈半圆形的管体,则帽体310也被构造成横截面呈半圆形的筒体,筒体的朝内一端的管径略小于新风管100的进风端的管径,这样可以使筒体的朝内一端插入新风管100的进风端,实现二 者的套接配合。
在实施例中,帽体310的朝内一端的外壁上还设有一个或多个向外凸起311的凸块,相应地,新风管100的进风端的内壁上也设有一个或多个内凹成型的凹槽101,帽体310在伸入新风管100后,各凸块一一对应的卡持在凹槽101中且在新风管100的管长方向上形成止挡,这使风帽300安装于新风管100后不易反向脱出,可起到卡持限位的作用。图3中,凹槽101的数量为两个,设于新风管100的贴合面上,相应地,图6中,凸块的数量为两个,设于横截面呈半圆形的帽体310的直径平面上。
在本实施例中,帽体310的朝下一侧面上开设有新风入口,新风入口朝下设置可以避免上方落下的雨水进入帽体310内,新风入口是开设在帽体310的直径平面的矩形开口,室外空气可以经由该开口进入帽体310内,之后在流入新风管100中。
栅网320罩设于新风入口处,可以起到对进风气流进行过滤的功能。如图6所示,栅网320是由多个并排间隔设置的格栅组成,相邻格栅之间形成条形风孔。
在一些可选实施例中,穿墙管组件还包括新风内接管组,新风内接管组可用于连接新风管100和新风设备(如空调等)。新风设备的进风口的进风面积一般是大于新风管100的进风面积,因此为了方便不同进风面积的新风管100和新风设备的对接,如图1和2所示,新风内接管组包括过渡连接管400和中间连接管500,其中过渡连接管400是变截面面积的管段部分,中间连接管500是其中加长连接的管段部分。
如图7和7a所示,过渡连接管400的第一过渡端410连接新风管100的出风端,第二过渡端420连接中间连接管500;其中第一过渡端410的形状与新风管100出风端的形状相适配,如前文实施例中新风管100出风端的横截面呈半圆形,则第一过渡端410的横截面也是呈半圆形,第一过渡端410和新风管100出风端构成套接配合;第二过渡端420的横截面呈圆形,并使得第二过渡端420的过风面积大于第一过渡端410的过风面积。
过渡连接管400的第一过渡端410至第二过渡端420之间的管段部分是呈横截面积渐扩的形式,且两者之间是通过曲状或直形地过渡斜面430过渡成型。
可选的,过渡连接管400的管长的取值范围为20cm~30cm。
在实施例中,如图8所示,中间连接管500为圆形管,其两端分别连接第二过渡端420和新风设备。可选的,中间连接管500与第二过渡端420是通过螺纹连接,和/或,中间连接管500与新风设备的进风口是通过螺纹连接。
可选的,中间连接管500的管长的取值范围为120cm~160cm。
可选的,中间连接管500可以由多段管依次串接组成,这样将中间连接管500分散成多个管长较短的管段,可以方便管段的加工和运输;同时,也可以通过增减管段的数量来 加长或缩短中间连接管500,从而适应不同用户居室中风路长度的安装差异性。
可选的,过渡连接管400和/或中间连接管500为波纹软管,波纹软管具有较好的轴向延展性和径向弹性,可以较好地适应新风设备和新风管100之间的连接需求。
在一些可选实施例中,新风内接管组还包括外接头600,外接头600设置在中间连接管500的连接新风设备的一端。如图9所示,外接头600为L形弯头结构,其一端与中间连接管500连接,另一端与新风设备连接,L形弯头形式可起到改变气流流向和加固的作用,使得空气能够更为顺畅地流入新风设备,且在管路衔接位置有较高的连接强度。
在一些可选实施例中,穿墙管组件还包括捆扎件,线束组和过渡连接管400通过捆扎件包扎连接,通过设置捆扎件,可以避免线束组伸出至室内侧的部分出现散乱的情况,提高规整美观性。
可选的,捆扎件为尼龙绳、胶带等。
在又一些可选的实施例中,本公开还提供有一种空调,该空调包括空调主体和前述实施例中示出的穿墙管组件。
其中,空调主体包括室内机和室外机,室内机和室外机之间连接有冷媒管、供电线等线束,且室内机设置有用于对室内输送新风的新风模块;这里,室内机和室外机之间的线束设置于穿墙管组件的线束管中,室内机的新风模块与穿墙管组件配合,可将室外新风引出至室内机中,并最终送入室内环境中。

  1. 一种穿墙管组件,其特征在于,包括:
    新风管(100),其内部构造有新风管腔;
    线束管(200),与所述新风管(100)同向并排贴合设置;所述线束管(200)的内部构造有线束管(200)腔,且在线束管(200)的贴合面上开设有沿管长方向延伸成型、用以将线束组安装于线束管(200)腔中的安装槽口(230);
    其中,所述新风管(100)的贴合面能够在所述线束管(200)和新风管(100)贴合后封闭所述安装槽口(230)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,所述线束管(200)包括外管壁部(210)和两个折边部(220),所述两个折边部(220)自所述外管壁的两侧边沿贴合面相向延伸成型,两个折边部(220)间的空隙形成所述安装槽口(230)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,所述新风管(100)横截面呈封闭的圆弧形,所述线束管(200)横截面呈半封闭的圆弧形,所述新风管(100)和线束管(200)贴合后的横截面呈圆形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,所述新风管(100)横截面呈半圆形,所述线束管(200)横截面呈半圆形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,还包括可拆卸的设置于所述新风管(100)进风端的风帽(300),所述风帽(300)包括:
    帽体(310),其被构造为与所述新风管(100)同向向外延伸成型的筒体,且所述帽体(310)的朝外一端封闭、朝内一端套接于所述新风管(100)的进风端;所述帽体(310)的朝下一侧面上开设有新风入口;
    栅网(320),罩设于所述新风入口处。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,还包括新风内接管组,所述新风内接管组可用于连接所述新风管(100)和新风设备;
    所述新风内接管组包括:

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,所述新风内接管组还包括外接头(600),所述外接头(600)设置在所述中间连接管(500)的连接所述新风设备 的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,所述过渡连接管(400)和/或中间连接管(500)为波纹软管。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的穿墙管组件,其特征在于,还包括捆扎件,所述线束组和所述过渡连接管(400)通过所述捆扎件包扎连接。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括空调主体和如权利要求1至9任一项所述的穿墙管组件。
