Claims (8)
- 一种热交换装置,包括:壳体、设置在所述壳体内的带风机出风口和风机进风口的风机和热交换素子,设置在所述壳体上的壳体风口,设有一端与所述壳体风口相连接的接头,所述接头由一个以上的不同直径的管道连接部组成,离所述壳体风口最近的管道连接部为第一管道连接部,而离所述壳体风口最远的管道连接部为第二管道连接部,所述第一管道连接部的直径比第二管道连接部的直径大,其特征在于:在所述接头内设置保温部材,所述保温部材内设有使空气通过的通风风路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:除去第二管道连接部,其他管道连接部内均设有保温部材。
- 根据权利要求2所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:所述接头仅由所述第一管道连接部和所述第二管道连接部组成,所述接头为金属材质,所述保温部材设置在所述第一管道连接部内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:所述通风风路的直径大于或者等于直径最小的管道连接部的直径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:在所述壳体风口处设有一端与所述保温部材的所述通风风路的直径相同、另一端与所述风机出风口的直径相同的导风结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:所述保温部材和所述导风结构一体成型。
- 根据权利要求5所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:所述导风结构为从所述导风结构的所述一端向所述另外一端风路面积逐渐扩大的筒形状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的热交换装置,其特征在于:所述第一管道连接部在所述第二管道连接部侧的端部上形成倾斜部,所述倾斜部从第一管道连接部向所述第二管道连接部倾斜而使风路面积减少,所述倾斜部的内侧与所述保温部材接触。
