在下列段落中参照附图以举例方式更具体地描述本发明。根据下面说明,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
如图1所示,本发明提出一种针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,包括外 胆工具箱和内胆消毒箱。
具体地,如图1至图4所示,外胆工具箱包括外胆箱盖11和外胆箱体12,外胆箱盖11与外胆箱体12一端通过阻尼转轴61旋转连接,另一端通过卡扣62锁固,外胆箱体12上设有提手63。所述内胆消毒箱包括内胆箱盖21和内胆箱体22,内胆箱盖21与内胆箱体22一端通过阻尼转轴61旋转连接。
其中,如图1和图3所示,内胆箱盖21可拆卸的安装在外胆箱盖11内,内胆箱体22可拆卸的安装在外胆箱体12内,外胆箱盖11两侧设有插销51,内胆箱盖21两侧设有与插销51配合的插销配合件52,内胆箱盖21通过插销51锁固在外胆箱盖11内。当外胆箱盖11开启时,通过卡扣62锁固的内胆箱盖21随外胆箱盖11一并开启。
同时,如图6至图7所示,内胆箱体22内设有置物格板3,置物格板3内设有多个置物槽,置物格板3外侧周向设有凸起的抵块31,抵块31顶抵在内胆箱体22内壁上,即置物格板3与内胆箱体22之间存在透气间隙32,内胆箱体22表面设有若干通风孔4,通风孔4与透气间隙32通连。在涉及跟骨手术时需使用到的器械收纳在内胆箱体22内的情况下,由于置物格板3内部与内胆箱体22外部通过通风孔4与透气间隙32的配合互相通连,在将内胆箱盖21和内胆箱体22直接置入消毒柜进行高温高压等方式的进行消毒的情况下,不需要取出置物格板3内部的各器械,通风孔4与透气间隙32的配合能使内部器械受热更均匀。
进一步地,如图1和图5所示,内胆箱盖21内侧设有髓内钉固定装置71、至少一根主转轴杆72、标尺73和副转轴杆74,主转轴杆72一端垂直固定在内胆箱盖21上,另一端与髓内钉固定装置71端部活动连接,髓内钉固定装置71以主转轴杆72端部为旋转基点向内胆箱盖21内侧进行弹性翻转活动;副转轴杆74一端垂直固定在内胆箱盖21上,另一端与标尺73端部活动连接,标尺73以副转轴杆74端部为旋转基点向内胆箱盖21内侧进行弹性翻转活动。其中,内胆箱盖21靠近外胆箱盖11与外胆箱体12旋转连接结构的 一端为翻转侧端,主转轴杆72与副转轴杆74相邻且间隔排设在翻转侧端的内侧,即髓内钉固定装置71与标尺73互相平行,且各髓内钉固定装置71上分别安置有不同尺寸的髓内钉。
具体地,如图1和图5所示,髓内钉固定装置71与主转轴杆72和标尺73与副转轴杆74之间均通过限位转轴连接,且限位转轴用于限制翻转角度为90度-180度,即控制髓内钉固定装置71相对主转轴杆72在90度-180度间进行翻转,控制标尺73相对副转轴杆74在90度-180度间进行翻转。
进一步地,如图7所示,置物格板3内设有髓内钉置物槽81和标尺置物槽82,髓内钉置物槽81和标尺置物槽82均与透气间隙32垂直通连,箱盖闭合时,主转轴杆72和副转轴杆74垂直置于透气间隙32内,翻转后的髓内钉固定装置71和标尺73分别置于髓内钉置物槽81和标尺置物槽82内。
如图1所示,当外胆箱盖11于外胆箱体12上开启时,内胆箱盖21相对内胆箱体22发生开启动作,主转轴杆72和副转轴杆74随内胆箱盖21移出内胆箱体22内,且髓内钉固定装置71在限位转轴的弹性复位下相对主转轴杆72翻转至180度位置处,标尺73在限位转轴的弹性复位下相对副转轴杆74翻转至180度位置处。
如图5所示,当外胆箱盖11于外胆箱体12上闭合时,内胆箱盖21相对内胆箱体22发生闭合动作,主转轴杆72和副转轴杆74随内胆箱盖21移至内胆箱体22内,在置物格板3的顶抵在,髓内钉固定装置71通过限位转轴的弹性旋转下相对主转轴杆72翻转至90度位置处,标尺73通过限位转轴的弹性旋转下相对副转轴杆74翻转至90度位置处,且髓内钉固定装置71卡置在髓内钉置物槽81内,标尺73卡置在标尺置物槽82内,主转轴杆72和副转轴杆74均卡置在透气间隙32内。
此外,如图6至图8所示,置物格板3内还设有髓内钉置入器置物槽83、医用电钻置物槽84、多个克氏针置物槽85、多个螺钉置物槽86和榔头置物槽87。
具体操作情况如下:
将各跟骨手术的器械存放内胆箱体22内的情况下,由于内胆箱盖21上设有髓内钉固定装置71和标尺73,置物格板3内分别设有髓内钉置物槽81、标尺置物槽82、髓内钉置入器置物槽83、医用电钻置物槽84、多个克氏针置物槽85、多个螺钉置物槽86和榔头置物槽87,即将手持式髓内钉置入器置于髓内钉置入器置物槽83内,将医用电钻置于医用电钻置物槽84内,将多根克氏针分别置于各克氏针置物槽85内,将多个螺钉分别置于各螺钉置物槽86内,将榔头置于榔头置物槽87内。且将髓内钉安置在髓内钉固定装置71上,在内胆箱盖21闭合时,髓内钉固定装置71带髓内钉置于髓内钉置物槽81内,标尺73置于标尺置物槽82内。
收纳使用时,打开外胆工具箱,将内胆箱盖21和内胆箱体22于外胆箱盖11和外胆箱体12内取出并打开,依次将手术时需使用的手持式髓内钉置入器、医用电钻、克氏针、螺钉和榔头等器械放入内胆消毒箱中,将独立包装的各个尺寸的髓内钉拆出,分别安置在各个尺寸专用的髓内钉固定装置71上,完成器械放置后,关闭内胆消毒箱,翻转闭合的内胆箱盖21带动髓内钉固定装置71和标尺73进行移动,在面对内胆箱体22所带来的遮挡压力下,通过限位转轴的配合转动,使髓内钉固定装置71和标尺73于限位180度的平行状态向内侧翻转活动,直至内胆箱盖21完全闭合,此时的髓内钉固定装置71和标尺73呈限位90度的直角状态,安置在髓内钉固定装置71上的髓内钉契合置于内胆消毒箱内髓内钉置物槽81中。
消毒时,将内胆消毒箱直接置入消毒柜进行高温高压等方式的消毒,内胆箱体22外壁上设有的通风孔4可令内部的器械受热更均匀,消毒更彻底,待消毒过程结束后,取出内胆消毒箱,将其置于外胆工具箱内,即将内胆箱体22置于外胆箱体12内,并通过插销51使内胆箱盖21锁固在外胆箱盖11内,此时的内胆箱盖21随外胆箱盖11同步进行开合,闭合外胆工具箱,通过提手63手提运输整个工具消毒箱。
手术过程中使用时,将整个工具消毒箱平置于桌面,打开外胆工具箱,内胆消毒箱同步开启,髓内钉固定装置71和标尺73随内胆箱盖21同步翻转抬起,阻尼转轴61控制外胆箱盖11停滞在目标开合角度,此时髓内钉固定装置71携带安置的髓内钉停滞抬起在便于取用的位置,医生可直接通过标尺来确定髓内钉的具体长度。在医生不方便双手操作时,取出手持式髓内钉置入器,并可以直接单手操作将其与髓内钉配合置入,解决单手安装操作的困难的情况,提高手术效率。同时,医生还能继续利用医用电钻、榔头等器械完成手术的后续操作。在手术结束后,依次将各类器械放回内胆消毒箱中,并将内胆消毒箱于外胆工具箱内取出,并通过内胆箱体22的通风孔4对内部的器械进行统一冲洗,检查无误后对内胆消毒箱进行高温高压消毒,再将内胆消毒箱安装在外胆工具箱内。
综上,在本实施例中,提出的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,通过工具箱将全部涉及跟骨手术时需使用到的器械进行收纳,分类存放以避免遗漏。同时,利用内胆箱体表面与内部通连的透气结构,无需将各器械分别取出,即可对内部收纳的器械直接进行整体消毒。
同时,通过内部的标尺,直观测量并确定髓内钉的长度尺寸等参数,方便用户直接选取,配合工具箱打开而抬起的髓内钉固定装置,能便于用户单手将髓内钉与器械进行配合安装。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,包括外胆工具箱和内胆消毒箱,所述外胆工具箱包括外胆箱盖(11)和外胆箱体(12),所述外胆箱盖(11)与外胆箱体(12)一端旋转连接,所述内胆消毒箱包括内胆箱盖(21)和内胆箱体(22),所述内胆箱盖(21)可拆卸的安装在所述外胆箱盖(11)内,所述内胆箱体(22)可拆卸的安装在所述外胆箱体(12)内;
    所述内胆箱体(22)内设有置物格板(3),所述置物格板(3)内设有多个置物槽,所述置物格板(3)外侧周向设有凸起的抵块(31),所述抵块(31)顶抵在所述内胆箱体(22)内壁上,即所述置物格板(3)与内胆箱体(22)之间存在透气间隙(32),所述内胆箱体(22)表面设有若干通风孔(4),所述通风孔(4)与所述透气间隙(32)通连。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述外胆箱盖(11)两侧设有插销(51),所述内胆箱盖(21)两侧设有与所述插销(51)配合的插销配合件(52),所述内胆箱盖(21)通过所述插销(51)锁固在所述外胆箱盖(11)内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述外胆箱盖(11)与外胆箱体(12)一端通过阻尼转轴(61)旋转连接,另一端通过卡扣(62)锁固,所述外胆箱体(12)上设有提手(63)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述内胆箱盖(21)内侧设有髓内钉固定装置(71)和至少一根主转轴杆(72),所述主转轴杆(72)一端垂直固定在所述内胆箱盖(21)上,另一端与所述髓内钉固定装置(71)端部活动连接,所述髓内钉固定装置(71)以所述主转轴杆(72)端部为旋转基点向所述内胆箱盖(21)内侧进行弹性翻转活动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述内胆箱盖(21)内侧设有标尺(73)和副转轴杆(74),所述副转轴杆(74)一端垂直固定在所述内胆箱盖(21)上,另一端与所述标尺(73)端部活 动连接,所述标尺(73)以所述副转轴杆(74)端部为旋转基点向所述内胆箱盖(21)内侧进行弹性翻转活动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述髓内钉固定装置(71)与所述主转轴杆(72)和所述标尺(73)与所述副转轴杆(74)之间均通过限位转轴连接,且所述限位转轴用于限制翻转角度为90度-180度,即控制所述髓内钉固定装置(71)相对所述主转轴杆(72)在90度-180度间进行翻转,控制所述标尺(73)相对所述副转轴杆(74)在90度-180度间进行翻转。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述内胆箱盖(21)靠近所述外胆箱盖(11)与外胆箱体(12)旋转连接结构的一端为翻转侧端,所述主转轴杆(72)与副转轴杆(74)相邻且间隔排设在所述翻转侧端的内侧,即所述髓内钉固定装置(71)与标尺(73)互相平行,且各所述髓内钉固定装置(71)上分别安置有不同尺寸的髓内钉。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述置物格板(3)内设有髓内钉置物槽(81)和标尺置物槽(82),所述髓内钉置物槽(81)和标尺置物槽(82)均与所述透气间隙(32)垂直通连;
    当外胆箱盖(11)于所述外胆箱体(12)上开启时,所述内胆箱盖(21)相对所述内胆箱体(22)发生开启动作,所述主转轴杆(72)和副转轴杆(74)随所述内胆箱盖(21)移出所述内胆箱体(22)内,且所述髓内钉固定装置(71)在所述限位转轴的弹性复位下相对所述主转轴杆(72)翻转至180度位置处,所述标尺(73)在所述限位转轴的弹性复位下相对所述副转轴杆(74)翻转至180度位置处;
    当外胆箱盖(11)于所述外胆箱体(12)上闭合时,所述内胆箱盖(21)相对所述内胆箱体(22)发生闭合动作,所述主转轴杆(72)和副转轴杆(74)随所述内胆箱盖(21)移至所述内胆箱体(22)内,在所述置物格板(3)的顶抵在,所述髓内钉固定装置(71)通过所述限位转轴的弹性旋转下相对所述主转轴杆(72)翻转至90度位置处,所述标尺(73)通过所述限位转轴的弹性旋转下相对所述副转轴杆(74)翻转至90度位置处,且所述髓内钉固定装置(71)卡置在所述髓内钉置物槽(81)内,所述标尺(73)卡置在所述标尺置物槽(82)内,所述主转轴杆(72)和副 转轴杆(74)均卡置在所述透气间隙(32)内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的针对跟骨手术器械的工具消毒箱,其特征在于,所述置物格板(3)内设有髓内钉置入器置物槽(83)、医用电钻置物槽(84)、克氏针置物槽(85)、螺钉置物槽(86)和榔头置物槽(87)。
