Claims (9)
- ヘッド部及び長手方向軸線を有するシャフト部を含む骨プレートを備え、
前記ヘッド部は前記シャフト部より幅広であり、前記骨プレートはさらに、
前記シャフト部に画定された複数のねじ付きロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部、
前記シャフト部に画定され且つ前記長手方向軸線に揃えられた複数の非ねじ付きノンロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部及び
複数の骨ファスナを含み、
前記複数の非ねじ付き骨ファスナ用開口部のそれぞれは前記複数のねじ付き骨ファスナ用開口部の二つと組を成して複数の別個の開口部クラスタを形成し、第1開口部クラスタは前記シャフト部の近位端付近に位置決めされ、第2開口部クラスタは前記シャフト部の遠位端付近に位置決めされ、
折れた骨を一方向に動的に圧迫するための一方向に傾斜した開口部をさらに備え、前記一方向に傾斜した開口部が前記シャフト部の長手方向軸線を中心として、実質的に前記第1開口部クラスタと前記第2開口部クラスタとの間に位置決めされており、
前記二つのねじ付き骨ファスナ用開口部のうちの一方は前記長手方向の横方向で対向する一方のサイドにおいて前記傾斜した開口部に隣接して配置されると共に、前記二つのねじ付き骨ファスナ用開口部のうちの他方は前記長手方向の横方向で対向する他方のサイドにおいて前記非ねじ付きノンロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部に隣接して配置されており、
複数の骨ファスナであって、各骨ファスナはシャフト及びヘッドを備え、各ヘッドは前記ねじ付きロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部と螺合して固定角のロッキング構造を構築するように寸法設計及び構成され、各ヘッドはまた、前記非ねじ付きノンロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部と直接係合して多軸圧迫構造を構築するように寸法設計及び構成される、
患者の折れた骨を内固定するための骨プレートシステム。 - 前記一方向に傾斜した開口部が細長いスロットを備える、請求項1に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 前記骨プレートの前記ねじ付き及び非ねじ付き骨ファスナ用開口部のそれぞれが同じ呼び寸法を有する、請求項1または2に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 前記複数のロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部のそれぞれが前記長手方向軸線に対して斜めの軸線を有する開口部を画定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 前記複数のノンロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部のそれぞれが前記長手方向軸線に対して垂直の軸線を有する開口部を画定する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 前記複数の骨ファスナのそれぞれが、ロッキング骨ファスナ及びノンロッキング骨ファスナの1つとして互換的に作用するように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 各開口部クラスタが、前記長手方向軸線の横方向で対向するサイド上に配置された少なくとも2つのねじ付きロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 前記ねじ付きロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部のそれぞれが骨の中心へと内側を向く軸線を有する開口部を画定し、前記第1及び第2開口部クラスタの少なくとも2つのそれぞれの前記ねじ付きロッキング骨ファスナ用開口部が互いに離れて延びる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の骨プレートシステム。
- 前記骨プレートは、前記骨プレートの前記上面と底面との間に延びる一つ以上の整形開口部を有しており、
前記骨プレートシステムはさらに、前記整形開口部を通るKワイヤを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の骨プレートシステム。
