Abstract
本发明公开了一种骨科通用器械盒,包括盒体、上盖,盒体底面上端均匀分布固装有多个螺钉取出器盒,最左侧螺钉取出器盒左侧设有竖直快换直手柄凹槽,盒体底面下端左侧设置有横向A字形断钉取出钳凹槽,右侧设置有横向T字形快换手柄凹槽,位于A字形断钉取出钳凹槽和T字形快换手柄凹槽下侧设置横向骨凿凹槽。本发明解决了针对上述临床工作中时常面临的骨科手术器械备用工具不统一,携带不方便问题,设计结构整体结构紧凑,将一套骨科钢板、钉棒内固定与支架外固定系统手术通用器械,合理放置盒体,方便手术时需要。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体属于骨科通用器械盒。
背景技术
目前国内外骨科骨折手术器械种类繁多,主要可分为钢板螺丝钉内固定系统、髓内钉内固定系统、脊柱钉棒内固定系统及外固定架外固定系统四大类,但因各器械生产公司的产品规格不同,所以各公司都是在临床推广各自产品的同时附带提供各自专用的手术器械用于内固定材料和外固定系统的装配与拆卸,尚无一家公司专门研制骨科钢板、钉棒内固定与支架外固定系统手术通用器械。因各器械生产公司都是在临床推广各自产品的同时附带提供各自专用的手术器械用于内固定材料和外固定系统的装配与拆卸,所以导致很多手术器械无法通用,在临床上这就给患者的治疗带来了一定的不便:
首先,患者异地住院进行内固定物的取出术或外固定系统的拆除术可能因器械的不通用而无法顺利进行,使得患者必须回到原先手术的医院再次就诊,降低了患者就医的便利性,并且增加了患者的经济负担;
其次,患者手术后数年需取出原先植入的内固定材料时,可能因医院合作的器械公司变更或原先使用的内固定材料已经淘汰而无法获得配套的工具,从而影响患者的就医和手术,降低患者对医院的满意度。
随着经济的发展,医疗器械的改进频次增加、器械公司的更迭增多、人口流动性增大等原因导致的配套手术器械难以获得的可能性增大,但是,目前国内外尚无此问题方面的研究与报道。
针对上述临床工作中时常面临的问题,为方便患者异地就医,减轻患者医疗负担,提高患者满意度,我们计划了一套骨科钢板、钉棒内固定与支架外固定系统手术通用器械,作为骨科手术备用工具,减少因器械公司更迭或产品淘汰而产生的手术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种骨科通用器械盒,解决了针对上述临床工作中时常面临的骨科手术器械备用工具不统一,携带不方便问题,设计结构整体结构紧凑,将一套骨科钢板、钉棒内固定与支架外固定系统手术通用器械,合理放置盒体,方便手术时需要。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
骨科通用器械盒,包括盒体、上盖,盒体与上盖相转动铰接,所述的盒体底面上端均匀设置有多个螺钉取出器盒,最左侧螺钉取出器盒左侧设有竖直快换直手柄凹槽,盒体底面下端左侧设置有横向A字形断钉取出嵌凹槽,右侧设置有横向T字形快换手柄凹槽,位于A字形断钉取出嵌凹槽和T字形快换手柄凹槽下侧设置横向骨凿凹槽;所述的螺钉取出器盒包括小盒体和小上盖,小盒体和小上盖相活动交接,小上盖内设有放置螺钉取出器的固定架,固定架底端与小上盖内壁底端固装,固定架上端面设有依次逐渐增大的螺钉取出器固定圆孔,小盒体中间设有竖向倒T字形凹槽,竖向倒T字形凹槽两边设有竖向凹槽。
所述的螺钉取出器盒为三个。
所述的盒体两侧面和底面均设有多个分布均匀的小孔。
所述的上盖面上设有多个均匀分布的小孔。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明盒体内的螺钉取出器盒体可放置螺丝刀螺丝刀,一字、十字、四方、六角梅花、内六角,每种螺丝刀规格均为1mm-4.5mm递增,每款间隔0.5mm、环钻(3mm、6mm、8mm、11mm)、断钉取出器(2.5mm、3.5mm、4.5mm、5.5mm)、螺丝打滑取出器(2.5mm、3.5mm、4.5mm、5.5mm)、钻头(1mm-5mm,规格间隔为0.5mm),盒体内凹槽可放置螺丝攻、测深器、大力钳、钢丝剪、骨凿、骨锤、快换手柄(配套器械箱内所有规格螺丝刀、环钻、断钉取出器、螺丝打滑取出器),可满足骨科临床手术所用到的所用器械,各种器械位置放置合理,取用方便,针对上述临床工作中时常面临的问题,为方便患者异地就医,减轻患者医疗负担,提高患者满意度,与所计划了一套骨科钢板、钉棒内固定与支架外固定系统手术通用器械配套使用,作为骨科手术备用工具,减少因器械公司更迭或产品淘汰而产生的手术难题,方便医务人员手术需要。

参见附图,骨科通用器械盒,包括盒体1、上盖2,盒体1与上盖2相转动铰接,盒体1两侧面和底面均设有多个分布均匀的小孔3,盒体1底面上端均匀设有三个螺钉取出器盒4,螺钉取出器盒4包括小盒体9和小上盖10,小盒体9和小上盖10相活动交接,小上盖面10上设有多个均匀分布的小孔3,小上盖10内设有放置螺钉取出器的固定架11,固定架11底端与小上盖10内壁底端固装,固定架11上端面设有依次逐渐增大的螺钉取出器固定圆孔12,小盒体9中间设有竖向倒T字形凹槽13,竖向倒T字形凹槽13两边设有竖向凹槽14,最左侧螺钉取出器盒4左侧设有竖直快换直手柄凹槽5,盒体底面下端左侧设置有横向A字形断钉取出嵌凹槽6,右侧设置有横向T字形快换手柄凹槽7,在位于A字形断钉取出嵌凹槽6和T字形快换手柄凹槽7下侧设置横向骨凿凹槽8。
Claims (4)
1.骨科通用器械盒,包括盒体、上盖,盒体与上盖相转动铰接,其特征在于:所述的盒体底面上端均匀设置有多个螺钉取出器盒,最左侧螺钉取出器盒左侧设有竖直快换直手柄凹槽,盒体底面下端左侧设置有横向A字形断钉取出钳凹槽,右侧设置有横向T字形快换手柄凹槽,位于A字形断钉取出钳凹槽和T字形快换手柄凹槽下侧设置横向骨凿凹槽;所述的螺钉取出器盒包括小盒体和小上盖,小盒体和小上盖相活动交接,小上盖内设有放置螺钉取出器的固定架,固定架底端与小上盖内壁底端固装,固定架上端面设有依次逐渐增大的螺钉取出器固定圆孔,小盒体中间设有竖向倒T字形凹槽,竖向倒T字形凹槽两边设有竖向凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述骨科通用器械盒,其特征在于:所述的螺钉取出器盒为三个。
3.根据权利要求1所述骨科通用器械盒,其特征在于:所述的盒体两侧面和底面均设有多个分布均匀的小孔。
