所述盒体1内腔中平行设有第一螺钉卡板5和第二螺钉卡板6;所述第一螺钉卡板5和第二螺钉卡板6结构相同;所述第一螺钉卡板5和第二螺钉卡板6上分别设有相互对应的卡钉孔7;所述卡钉孔7内设有四片直角扇形弹性限位片8,所述直角扇形弹性限位片8的弧形边与所述卡钉孔7的圆弧边相重合,且所述直角扇形弹性限位片8的弧形边与所述卡钉孔7的圆弧边固定连接,所述直角扇形弹性限位片8的两个直角边呈自由状态,四片所述直角扇形弹性限位片8的顶角的汇合处构成螺钉插入口9。
所述直角扇形弹性限位片8可采用医用橡胶等具有弹性、且能够支撑螺钉重量的材料制成。
在放置待消毒螺钉4时,将螺钉4由第一螺钉卡板5的螺钉插入口9处插入,并由第二螺钉卡板6的螺钉插入口9处穿出;如图4所示,由于直角扇形弹性限位片8的两个直角边呈自由状态,且具有弹性,因此螺钉插入口9可供不同规格的螺钉插入,螺钉插入后,直角扇形弹性限位片8的弹力可支撑螺钉,从而实现不同规格螺钉的固定,省去了在第一螺钉卡板5和第二螺钉卡板6上布置不同规格的卡钉孔7的麻烦;第一螺钉卡板5和第二螺钉卡板6这两层直角扇形弹性限位片8共同支撑螺钉,使螺钉的固定效果更好。
所述电动透明推拉盖2上与各个卡钉孔7对应的位置上设置有具有无线通信功能的计时器10和具有无线通信功能的指示灯11,所述具有无线通信功能的计时器10和具有无线通信功能的指示灯11实现通信连接;将螺钉4放入第一螺钉卡板5和第二螺钉卡板6的螺钉插入口9后,通过具有无线通信功能的计时器10设定消毒时间,消毒过程中(即计时过程中),具有无线通信功能的指示灯11显示红色,待计时结束,完成消毒时,具有无线通信功能的指示灯11显示绿色,以提示医护人员对应的螺钉已达到消毒时间,保障单个螺钉的消毒时间和消毒质量。
所述盒体1的一侧还设有若干不同规格的电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12,用于存放消毒后的螺钉,同一规格的螺钉放置在同一个电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12中,避免医护人员使用 时取错螺钉。在本实施方式中,电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12设有3个,从上到下,电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12的深度逐渐增加,故从上到下,电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12里放置的螺钉应该是越来越大。所述盒体1上设有电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽开关;当启动电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽开关时,电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12可沿水平面滑出,从而打开电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12,用于存取消毒螺钉;反之,当关闭电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽开关时,电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12可沿水平面缩回,从而关闭盒体1内腔。
所述电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽可以采用现有技术中的结构,例如公开号为12103750658A、204363279U的中国发明专利申请、中国实用新型专利中公开的实现电动抽拉功能的结构。
作为改进,所述电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12的底部设有电动加热装置13。螺钉消毒完毕后,可将螺钉从插孔9处取出,放入相应规格的电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12中,启动电动加热装置13,可对放置在电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12中的螺钉进行加热。所述盒体1上设有与各个电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12对应的电动加热装置开关。
所述电动加热装置13可以采用现有技术中的结构,例如公开号为CN204872191U的中国实用新型专利中公开的实现电动加热功能的结构。
作为改进,如图5所示,所述盒体1底部设有底仓14,所述底仓14中对应每一个卡钉孔7的位置处设有电动升降柱安装仓15,所述电动升降柱安装仓15内设有电动升降柱16。如图3所示,所述电动透明推拉盖2上与各个卡钉孔7对应的位置上设置有电动升降柱开关17;如图6所示,当欲取某个螺钉时,启动其对应的电动升降柱开关17,电动升降柱16竖直上升至预定位置,从而将螺钉顶起,将螺钉头向上顶离第一螺钉卡板5的卡钉孔7,便于医生拿取。螺钉取出后,关闭其对应的电动升降柱开关17,电动升降柱16竖直下降至电动升降柱安装仓15内。
所述电动升降柱16可以采用现有技术中的结构,例如公开号为CN105436338A、CN205106807U的中国发明专利申请、中国实用新型专利中公开的实现电动升降功能的结构。
作为改进,本发明骨科螺钉消毒盒还包括遥控装置,所述电动透明推拉盖开关、电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽开关、电动加热装置开关、电动升降柱开关均为无线开关,所述遥控装置上设有与所述无线开关对应的遥控按钮;所述遥控装置上设有显示装置,用于显示具有无线通信功能的计时器10和具有无线通信功能的指示灯11所发送到计时信息与指示灯状态信息。医护人员可通过所述遥控装置的显示装置,了解各个卡钉孔7上螺钉的消毒时间、指示灯状态,当消毒计时结束,指示灯显示绿色时,医护人员可以通过遥控装置打开电动透明推拉盖开关,使得电动透明推拉盖2沿水平面滑动,从而打开盒体1内腔,并通过遥控装置打开电动升降柱开关,使得电动升降柱16竖直上升至预定位置,从而将螺钉顶起;螺钉取出后,通 过遥控装置关闭电动升降柱开关,使得电动升降柱16竖直下降至电动升降柱安装仓15内,并关闭电动透明推拉盖开关,使得电动透明推拉盖2沿水平面滑动,从而关闭盒体1内腔;当需要对取出的螺钉进行存储、加热时,可以通过遥控装置打开相应规格的电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽开关,从而打开电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12,放入消毒后的螺钉后,通过遥控装置关闭电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽开关,从而控制电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12沿水平面缩回;通过遥控装置打开电动加热装置开关,对放置在电动透明抽拉式螺钉存放槽12中的螺钉进行加热,加热结束后,可通过遥控装置关闭电动加热装置开关。
作为改进,所述遥控装置还设有声音提醒装置,当消毒计时结束,指示灯显示绿色时,声音提醒装置发出预设声音进行提醒。

  1. 一种骨科螺钉消毒盒,其特征在于:包括盒体(1),所述盒体(1)的顶部设有电动透明推拉盖(2),所述盒体(1)上设有电动透明推拉盖开关;所述盒体(1)内腔中平行设有第一螺钉卡板(5)和第二螺钉卡板(6);所述第一螺钉卡板(5)和第二螺钉卡板(6)结构相同;所述第一螺钉卡板(5)和第二螺钉卡板(6)上分别设有相互对应的卡钉孔(7);所述卡钉孔(7)内设有四片直角扇形弹性限位片(8),所述直角扇形弹性限位片(8)的弧形边与所述卡钉孔(7)的圆弧边相重合,且所述直角扇形弹性限位片(8)的弧形边与所述卡钉孔(7)的圆弧边固定连接,所述直角扇形弹性限位片(8)的两个直角边呈自由状态,四片所述直角扇形弹性限位片(8)的顶角的汇合处构成螺钉插入口(9);
    所述电动透明推拉盖(2)上与各个卡钉孔(7)对应的位置上设置有计时器(10)和指示灯(11);
    所述盒体(1)底部设有底仓(14),所述底仓(14)中对应每一个卡钉孔(7)的位置处设有电动升降柱安装仓(15),所述电动升降柱安装仓(15)内设有电动升降柱(16);所述电动透明推拉盖(2)上与各个卡钉孔(7)对应的位置上设置有电动升降柱开关(17)。
  2. 一种骨科螺钉消毒方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    在盒体的顶部设置电动透明推拉盖的步骤,用于打开或关闭盒体内腔;
    在盒体内腔中平行设置第一螺钉卡板和第二螺钉卡板的步骤,用于固定消毒螺钉;所述第一螺钉卡板和第二螺钉卡板结构相同;所述第一螺钉卡板和第二螺钉卡板上分别设有相互对应的卡钉孔;所述卡钉孔内设有四片直角扇形弹性限位片,所述直角扇形弹性限位片的弧形边与所述卡钉孔的圆弧边相重合,且所述直角扇形弹性限位片的弧形边与所述卡钉孔的圆弧边固定连接,所述直角扇形弹性限位片的两个直角边呈自由状态,四片所述直角扇形弹性限位片的顶角的汇合处构成螺钉插入口;
    在电动透明推拉盖上与各个卡钉孔对应的位置上设置计时器和指示灯的步骤,用于设置螺钉的消毒时间并自动计时,在螺钉消毒过程中,指示灯为红色,当螺钉消毒时间结束后,指示灯为绿色;
    在盒体的底部设置底仓,所述底仓中对应每一个卡钉孔的位置处设置电动升降柱安装仓,所述电动升降柱安装仓内设置电动升降柱;所述电动透明推拉盖上与各个卡钉孔对应的位置上设置有电动升降柱开关的步骤,用于顶起螺钉。
