图1A至图1E所示,图2A至图2F所示、以及图3A至图3F所示,本发明提供一种改良型赝复配件的安置方法,是使用一螺帽2、一愈合帽3以及一支台齿4,其安置该螺帽2、该愈合帽3以及该支台齿4步骤,包括:步骤1,使用一植牙体1设置于一牙槽骨13中;步骤2,使用该螺帽2设置于该植牙体1的上端;步骤3,由步骤2进入步骤3,若该螺帽2仅具有该螺帽2的第一凸环21,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该螺帽2上端以及该植牙体1上端,然后在该螺帽2的第一凸环21所凸设的环状与该螺帽2的该帽体部43之间的空间,容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种 ;步骤4,由步骤2进入步骤4,若该螺帽2具有该螺帽2的第一凸环21所凸设的环状以及该螺帽2的第二凸环24所凸设的环状结构,先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该螺帽2上端以及该植牙体1上端,然后在该螺帽2的第一凸环21所凸设的环状以及该螺帽2的第二凸环24所凸设的环状之间,容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种,以及该螺帽2的第二凸环24所凸设的环状与该螺纹部23之间的空间,容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;步骤5,由步骤2进入步骤5,若该螺帽2仅具有该螺帽2的第二凸环24,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖牙龈16的牙肉于该螺帽2上端以及该植牙体1上端,然后在该螺帽2的第二凸环24与该螺纹部23之间的空间,容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;步骤6,由步骤2至步骤5,分别进入步骤6,切开覆盖在该螺帽2上端以及该植牙体1上端的该牙龈16的牙肉,并取出该螺帽2;步骤7,使用该愈合帽3设置于该植牙体1的上端;步骤8,由步骤7进入步骤8,若该愈合帽3仅具有该愈合帽3的第一凸环311,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该愈合帽3上端以及该植牙体1上端,只留该愈合帽3的帽冠部31顶端露出,然后该愈合帽3的第一凸环311的环状与该螺纹部34之间的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;步骤9,由步骤7进入步骤9,若该愈合帽3的第一凸环311所凸设的环状与该帽冠部31之间具有一第一凹设槽301,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该愈合帽3上端以及该植牙体1上端,只留该愈合帽3的帽冠部31顶端露出,然后该第一凹设槽301的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;步骤10,由步骤7进入步骤10,若该愈合帽3的第二凸环312所凸设的环状与该帽锥部32之间具有一第二凹设槽302,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该愈合帽3上端以及该植牙体1上端,只留该愈合帽3的帽冠部31顶端露出,然后该第二凹设槽302的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;步骤11,由步骤7至步骤10,分别进入步骤11,切开覆盖在该愈合帽3上端以及该植牙体1上端的该牙龈16的牙肉,并取出该愈合帽3;步骤12,使用该支台齿4设置于该植牙体1的上端;步骤13,由步骤12进入步骤13,若该支台齿4仅具有该支台齿4的第一凸环411,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该支台齿4上端以及该植牙体1上端,只留该支台齿4的支撑冠41顶端露出,然后在该支台齿4的第一凸环411所凸设的环状,与该帽锥部42之间的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;步骤14,由步骤12进入步骤14,若该支台齿4具有该支台齿4的第一凸环411以及该支台齿4第二凸环421,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该支台齿4上端以及该植牙体1上端,只留该支台齿4的支撑冠41顶端露出,然后在该支台齿4的第一凸环411所凸设的环状、该支台齿4的第二凸环421所凸设的环状与该支台齿4的该帽体部43之间的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种,以及在该支台齿4的第一凸环411所凸设的环状,与该帽锥部42之间的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;以及步骤15,由步骤12进入步骤15,若该支台齿4仅具有该支台齿4的第二凸环421,则先缝合一牙龈16的牙肉,并覆盖该牙龈16的牙肉于该支台齿4上端以及该植牙体1上端,只留该支台齿4的支撑冠41顶端露出,然后在该支台齿4的第二凸环421所凸设的环状,与该支台齿4的该帽体部43之间的空间,是容置增生该牙肉或是该牙骨中至少一种;以及步骤16,由步骤12至步骤15,分别进入步骤16,使用一假牙套并套设在该支台齿4上端。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种改良型赝复配件,其特征在于,包括:
    一螺帽,该螺帽的上端具有一帽体部,该螺帽的下端具有一螺纹部,该帽体部接合该螺纹部,其中该螺纹部锁固于一植牙体,该植牙体位于一牙槽骨中;其中该螺帽的凸环结构,是选自一第一凸环以及一第二凸环中至少一种凸环结构;
    其中该螺帽的第二凸环位于该帽体部顶端的延伸处,该螺帽的第一凸环位于该螺帽的第二凸环的上端延伸处;
    其中仅具有该螺帽的第一凸环所凸设的环状结构,该螺帽的第一凸环与该螺帽的该螺纹部之间的空间,是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中具有该螺帽的第一凸环所凸设的环状以及该螺帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状结构,该螺帽的第一凸环所凸设的环状以及该螺帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状与该螺帽的该帽体部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中仅具有该螺帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状结构,该螺帽的第二凸环与该螺纹部之间的空间的结构,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该牙肉形成一牙龈的一部分,该牙骨形成该牙槽骨的一部分。
  2. 一种改良型赝复配件,其特征在于,包括:
    一与权利要求1所述的改良型赝复配件中的所述螺帽配套使用的愈合帽,该愈合帽的上端具有一帽冠部,该帽冠部的下端延伸一帽锥部,该帽锥部的下端接合一帽体部,该帽体部的下端接合一螺纹部,其中该螺纹部锁固于一植牙体,该植牙体位于一牙槽骨中:
    其中该愈合帽的凸环结构,是选自一第一凸环以及一第二凸环中至少一种凸环结构;
    其中该愈合帽的第一凸环位于该帽体部与该帽锥部之间的接合处,该愈合帽的第二凸环位于该帽冠部与该帽锥部之间的接合处;
    其中仅具有该愈合帽的第一凸环所凸设的环状结构,该愈合帽的第一凸环的环状与该螺纹部之间的空间的结构,是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中仅具有该愈合帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状结构,该愈合帽的第二凸环的环状与该螺纹部之间的空间的结构,是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中同时具有该愈合帽的第一凸环以及该愈合帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状结构,该愈合帽的第一凸环以及该愈合帽的第二凸环的环状之间是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;其中该愈合帽的第二凸环的环状与该愈合帽的螺纹部之间的空间的结构,是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该牙肉形成该牙龈的一部分,该牙骨形成该牙槽骨的一部分。
  3. 一种改良型赝复配件,其特征在于,包括:
    一与权利要求1所述的改良型赝复配件中的所述螺帽配套使用的愈合帽,该愈合帽的上端具有一帽冠部,该帽冠部的下端延伸一帽锥部,该帽锥部的下端接合一帽体部,该帽体部的下端接合一螺纹部,其中该螺纹部锁固于一植牙体,该植牙体位于一牙槽骨中:
    其中该愈合帽的凸环结构,是选自一第一凸环以及一第二凸环中至少一种凸环结构;
    其中该愈合帽的第一凸环位于该帽锥部顶端的接合处,该愈合帽的第二凸环位于该帽冠部下端的接合处;
    其中仅具有该愈合帽的第一凸环所凸设的环状结构,该愈合帽的第一凸环的环状与该螺纹部之间的空间的结构,是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该愈合帽的第一凸环所凸设的环状与该帽冠部之间,还包括:具有一第一凹设槽,该第一凹设槽的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该愈合帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状与该帽锥部之间具有一第二凹设槽,该第二凹设槽的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该愈合帽的第二凸环所凸设的环状与该愈合帽的该螺纹部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该牙肉形成该牙龈的一部分,该牙骨形成该牙槽骨的一部分。
  4. 一种改良型赝复配件,其特征在于,包括:
    一与权利要求1所述的改良型赝复配件中的所述螺帽配套使用的支台齿,是选自一体成形的结构以及两段式结合结构中的至少一种结构;
    其中一体成形的结构的该支台齿,包括:
    该支台齿的上端具有一支撑冠,该支撑冠的下端接合一帽锥部,该帽锥部的下端接合一帽体部,该帽体部的下端接合一螺纹部,其中该螺纹部锁固于一植牙体,该植牙体位于一牙槽骨中:
    其中该支台齿的凸环结构,是选自一第一凸环以及一第二凸环中至少一种凸环结构;
    其中该支台齿的第一凸环位于该支撑冠与该帽锥部的接合处,该支台齿的第二凸环位于该帽锥部与该帽体部的接合处;
    其中仅具有该支台齿的第一凸环所凸设的环状结构,该支台齿的第一凸环与该支台齿的该帽体部之间的空间,是容置增生中的一牙肉或一牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该支台齿的第一凸环所凸设的环状以及该支台齿的第二凸环所凸设的环状、与该帽锥部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该支台齿的第二凸环所凸设的环状与该帽体部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该牙肉形成一牙龈的一部分,该牙骨形成该牙槽骨的一部分;
    其中两段式结合结构的该支台齿,包括:
    该支台齿的上端具有该支撑冠,该支撑冠的下端接合该帽锥部,该帽锥部的下端接合该帽体部,该支台齿具有一活动螺丝,其中该支台齿的支撑冠、帽锥部以及帽体部的中心空腔,具有共同轴心,是一穿孔,该活动螺丝设置于该支台齿的支撑冠、帽锥部以及帽体部的该穿孔的中心空腔,该活动螺丝的一端是螺纹部,该活动螺丝通过该穿孔,可以将支台齿固锁在该植牙体中,该植牙体位于该牙槽骨中;
    其中该支台齿的凸环结构,是选自该第一凸环以及该第二凸环至少一种凸环结构;
    其中该支台齿的第一凸环位于该支撑冠与该帽锥部的接合处,该支台齿的第二凸环位于该帽锥部与该帽体部的接合处;
    其中仅具有该支台齿的第一凸环所凸设的环状结构,该支台齿的第一凸环与该支台齿的该帽体部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该支台齿的第一凸环所凸设的环状以及该支台齿的第二凸环所凸设的环状、与该帽锥部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该支台齿的第二凸环所凸设的环状与该帽体部之间的空间,是容置增生中的该牙肉或该牙骨中至少其中的一种;
    其中该牙肉形成该牙龈的一部分,该牙骨形成该牙槽骨的一部分。
