值得说明的是,在本申请的实施例中,挂板34通过卡槽11与显影盒壳体10连接,拆装方便,能够提升产品的组装效率。
上面结合附图对本申请实施例作了详细说明,但是本申请不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本申请宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,包括:
    显影盒壳体(10);
    动力接收装置(20),可转动地设置在所述显影盒壳体(10)上,所述动力接收装置(20)一端与打印机内的输出机构连接,另一端设置在所述显影盒壳体(10)内的感光鼓端部,所述动力接收装置(20)上设有传动齿轮(21),所述传动齿轮(21)与磁辊上的齿轮啮合;
    限位件(30),设置在所述显影盒壳体(10)上,所述限位件(30)用于在所述显影盒壳体(10)上施加一个令所述显影盒壳体(10)靠近打印机内的输出机构的力,进而使得动力接收装置(20)靠近打印机内的输出机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述限位件(30)包括:
    转轴(31),设置在所述显影盒壳体(10)上;
    第一限位齿(32),可转动地设置在所述转轴(31)上;以及
    限位卡板(33),设置在所述显影盒壳体(10)上,限位卡板(33)上开设有转轴卡槽(331),所述转轴(31)的一端插设在所述显影盒壳体(10)上,另一端插设在所述转轴卡槽(331)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述第一限位齿(32)为斜齿轮,所述第一限位齿(32)与打印机驱动机构上的斜齿轮啮合,在打印机驱动机构上的斜齿轮带动所述第一限位齿(32)转动时,会对所述第一限位齿(32)施加一个令所述显影盒壳体(10)靠近打印机内的输出机构的力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述第一限位齿(32)为直齿轮,所述第一限位齿(32)远离打印机内的输出机构的一侧和/或靠近打印机内的输出机构设有倒角(321)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述第一限位齿(32)为直齿轮,所述转轴(31)的轴线与所述动力接收装置(20)的轴线呈一定倾角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述第一限位齿(32)远离打印机内的输出机构的一侧和/或靠近打印机内的输出机构设有第二倒角(322)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述转轴卡槽(331)为半槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述限位件(30)包括:
    挂板(34),设置在所述显影盒壳体(10)上,所述挂板(34)上设有凸台(341);以 及
    第二限位齿(35),可转动地设置在所述凸台(341)上,所述第二限位齿(35)为斜齿轮,所述第二限位齿(35)与打印机驱动机构上的斜齿轮啮合,在打印机驱动机构上的斜齿轮带动所述第二限位齿(35)转动时,会对所述第二限位齿(35)施加一个令所述显影盒壳体(10)靠近打印机内的输出机构的力。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种显影盒的限位机构,其特征在于,所述显影盒壳体(10)上开设有卡槽(11),所述挂板(34)插设在所述卡槽(11)中。
