Description

用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具及牙刷头的制造方法 技术领域
本申请涉及治具技术领域,具体涉及一种用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具及牙刷头的制造方法。
背景技术
牙刷是人们每日需要使用的清洁工具,一般由牙刷头和牙刷柄组成。其中,牙刷头一般包括刷头本体和刷毛。为了提升牙刷的使用体验,有的牙刷头在刷头本体增加软质包覆层,或是增加舌苔刷等组件。在构思及实现本申请过程中,发明人发现至少存在如下问题:为了制造牙刷头的不同组件需要用到多种相应的治具,如此使得牙刷头的制造过程较为繁琐,且不同治具与模具之间可能存在尺寸差异,由此制造出来的牙刷头的不同组件之间容易出现尺寸误差。

技术问题
为了制造牙刷头的不同组件需要用到多种相应的治具,如此使得牙刷头的制造过程较为繁琐,且不同治具与模具之间可能存在尺寸差异,由此制造出来的牙刷头的不同组件之间容易出现尺寸误差。
技术解决方案
针对上述技术问题,本申请提供一种用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具及牙刷头的制造方法,刷头治具的结构设计可以参与牙刷头生产的全过程,简化了牙刷头的生产过程,提升了牙刷头的生产效率,并确保制造的牙刷头中各组件之间尺寸精准配合。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具,所述牙刷头包括刷头本体、刷毛和包覆层,所述刷头本体包括一个或多个保持部,所述刷毛的一端通过所述保持部固定,所述包覆层至少包覆所述刷头本体的远离所述刷毛的自由端的部分,所述刷头治具包括治具本体、刷毛容置部、封料面和一个或多个定位孔;其中,

S204:将所述刷头治具和植毛后的所述刷头本体的组合件从所述植毛治具中移出,并固定于第二模具内,使所述封料面与所述第二模具之间形成第二型腔,在所述第二型腔内注塑形成所述包覆层。
可选地,所述S202步骤中,所述刷头治具的定位孔的壁部构成所述第一型腔的对应于所述保持部的外侧壁的部分。
可选地,所述S203步骤,包括:
通过所述植毛治具将所述刷毛的一端从所述封料面一侧穿过定位于所述定位孔中的所述保持部,并延伸至所述刷毛容置部中;

结合图1、图3和图7,其中,图7(a)是具有包裹层的牙刷头与刷头治具的一侧组合示意图。图7(b)是具有包裹层的牙刷头与刷头治具的另一侧组合示意图。刷头治具的封料面32在软质材料包覆层12注塑成型时,软质材料包裹到此面为止,起到了封胶作用,防止软质材料进入刷毛容置部31。如图1所示,封料面32所在区域的形状与牙刷头的形状相匹配,治具本体30的背向刷毛容置部31的一侧端面内凹形成封料面32。如此,便于封料面32与第二模具配合形成用于成型包裹层12的型腔。在另一实施方式中,如图8所示,治具本体30的背向刷毛容置部31的一侧端面外凸形成封料面32。如此,便于封料面32与第二模具中的对应位置嵌合形成用于成型包裹层12的型腔。当然,在其他实施方式中,治具本体30的背向刷毛容置部31的一部分区域为封料面32。如此,便于牙刷头的制造。
本申请实施例的用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具,牙刷头包括刷头本体、刷毛和包覆层,刷头本体包括一个或多个保持部,刷毛的一端通过保持部固定,包覆层至少包覆刷头本体的远离刷毛的自由端的部分,刷头治具包括治具本体、刷毛容置部、封料面和一个或多个定位孔;治具本体的一侧设置刷毛容置部,刷毛容置部用于在制造牙刷头的过程中容置已植入的刷毛的自由端;封料面位于治具本体的背向刷毛容置部的一侧,封料面用于在形成包覆层时限制包覆层的材料进入刷毛容置部;定位孔贯通治具本体的位于封料面与刷毛容置部之间的壁部,定位孔用于在成型保持部时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的保持部。如此,刷头治具同时包括与刷头本体、刷毛、包覆层相应的部分,可以使用一个刷头治具参与牙刷头生产的全过程,简化了牙刷头的生产过程,提升了牙刷头的生产效率,并确保制造的牙刷头中各组件之间尺寸精准配合。
第二实施例
图9是根据本申请第二实施例示出的刷头本体的结构示意图。如图9所示,与第一实施例的刷头本体不同的是,本实施例的刷头本体10包括一个保持部13,保持部13中设有多个固定孔134。制作成牙刷头时,刷毛的一端通过保持部13上的固定孔134进行固定,包覆层至少包覆刷头本体10的远离刷毛的自由端的部分。
如图10与图11所示,本申请实施例的用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具,可用于生产具有上述结构的刷头本体10的牙刷头,刷头治具包括治具本体30、刷毛容置部31、封料面32和一个定位孔33。
其中,治具本体30的一侧设置刷毛容置部31,刷毛容置部31用于在制造牙刷头的过程中容置已植入的刷毛11的自由端。封料面32位于治具本体30的背向刷毛容置部31的一侧,封料面32用于在形成包覆层12时限制包覆层12的材料进入刷毛容置部31。定位孔33贯通治具本体30的位于封料面32所在侧与刷毛容置部31所在侧之间的壁部,定位孔33用于在成型保持部13时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的保持部13。在本实施例中,封料面32为治具本体30的背向刷毛容置部31一侧的环绕定位孔33的区域。
本实施例中,刷头治具由金属材料或硬质塑料制成,具体有较高的硬度和强度,置于模具腔体内用于牙刷头成型时,能抵抗模具腔体内较大的注塑压力而保持尺寸稳定,且可以重复使用。
如图12所示,其中,图12(a)是刷头本体与刷头治具的一侧组合示意图。图12(b)是刷头本体与刷头治具的另一侧组合示意图。刷头治具中的定位孔33与保持部13相对应。具体地,定位孔33贯通治具本体30的位于封料面32所在侧与刷毛容置部31所在侧之间的壁部,定位孔33用于在成型保持部13时提供型腔的部分壁,注塑材料进行该型腔可以成型保持部13。此外,定位孔33还用于定位成型得到的保持部13。定位孔33在第一次成型刷头本体10后,保持部13的部分外壁与刷头治具的定位孔33配合,将成型的保持部13固定于定位孔33内,防止保持部13在制造过程中位置发生移动,降低装配误差,以便后续制造工艺的顺利进行。与此同时,保持部13中的固定孔134也得到了定位。
刷头治具的刷毛容置部31用于进行植毛工艺以及第二次成型包裹层时,将刷毛的自由端收容在刷毛容置部31内,可防止植毛治具或第二模具压伤或烫伤刷毛。优选地,刷毛容置部31的形状可以是治具本体30的一侧内凹形成的腔体,刷毛收容于该腔体中。在其他实施方式中,治具本体30的一侧也可以为平面,刷头治具置于用于进行植毛工艺的模具中(简称植毛治具),或者第二次成型包裹层的模具(简称第二模具)中,该平面可作为刷毛容置部与植毛治具或第二模具形成用于容置刷毛的腔。该部分中,刷头治具与刷头本体、植毛治具的配合方式与第一实施例类似,不再赘述。
刷头治具的封料面32在软质材料包覆层注塑成型时,软质材料包裹到此面为止,起到了封胶作用,防止软质材料进入刷毛容置部31。如图10所示,在本实施例中,封料面32为治具本体30的背向刷毛容置部31一侧的环绕定位孔33的区域,该区域可以为平面、凹面或凸面,只需封料面32便于与第二模具中的对应位置嵌合形成用于成型包裹层的型腔即可。该部分中,刷头治具与刷头本体、第二模具的配合方式与第一实施例类似,不再赘述。
本申请实施例的用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具,牙刷头包括刷头本体、刷毛和包覆层,刷头本体包括一个保持部,刷毛的一端通过保持部固定,包覆层至少包覆刷头本体的远离刷毛的自由端的部分,刷头治具包括治具本体、刷毛容置部、封料面和一个或多个定位孔;治具本体的一侧设置刷毛容置部,刷毛容置部用于在制造牙刷头的过程中容置已植入的刷毛的自由端;封料面位于治具本体的背向刷毛容置部的一侧,封料面用于在形成包覆层时限制包覆层的材料进入刷毛容置部;定位孔贯通治具本体的位于封料面与刷毛容置部之间的壁部,定位孔用于在成型保持部时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的保持部。如此,刷头治具同时包括与刷头本体、刷毛、包覆层相应的部分,可以使用一个刷头治具参与牙刷头生产的全过程,简化了牙刷头的生产过程,提升了牙刷头的生产效率,并确保制造的牙刷头中各组件之间尺寸精准配合。
第三实施例
图13是根据本申请第三实施例示出的牙刷头的制造方法的流程示意图。如图13所示,本申请实施例的牙刷头的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:提供刷头治具。
刷头治具的结构如第一实施例或第二实施例所述,在此不再赘述。
步骤S202:将刷头治具固定于第一模具内,使刷头治具的定位孔的壁部与第一模具配合形成第一型腔,在第一型腔内注塑形成刷头本体,刷头本体上的保持部与定位孔对应并定位于定位孔中。
其中,将刷头治具的定位孔的壁部与第一模具配合形成第一型腔,也即,定位孔的壁部作为第一型腔的一部分,在第一型腔内注塑形成刷头本体后,保持部随即定位于定位孔中,定位精度高。
以第一实施例中所述的刷头本体和刷头治具为例,如图5所示,图5(a)是刷头本体与刷头治具的一侧组合示意图。图5(b)是刷头本体与刷头治具的另一侧组合示意图。刷头治具固定于第一模具之后,定位孔33的壁部与第一模具配合形成第一型腔,在第一型腔内注塑形成刷头本体10。如此得到的保持部13与定位孔33一一对应,且固定在定位孔33中。
以第二实施例中所述的刷头本体和刷头治具为例,如图12所示,图12(a)是刷头本体与刷头治具的一侧组合示意图。图12(b)是刷头本体与刷头治具的另一侧组合示意图。刷头治具固定于第一模具之后,定位孔33的壁部与第一模具配合形成第一型腔,在第一型腔内注塑形成刷头本体10。如此得到的保持部13与定位孔33位置对应,且固定在定位孔33中。
作为其中一种实施方式,步骤S202中,刷头治具的定位孔的壁部构成第一型腔的对应于保持部的外侧壁的部分。
具体地,将刷头治具放入一次成型刷头本体模具(即第一模具)内注塑成型,得到刷头治具和刷头本体的组合件。刷头本体与刷头治具结合处分为保持部和定位孔部分。保持部的外部与刷头治具贴合,确保在后续工艺中,保持部的位置不变。其中,第一型腔内注塑的材料为硬质塑料前驱体,用于形成硬质的刷头本体,保证牙刷头的清洁力度。
步骤S203:将刷头治具和刷头本体从第一模具中移出,并固定于植毛治具中,通过植毛治具将刷毛穿过保持部并固定,使刷毛的自由端收容于刷毛容置部中。
其中,将刷头治具和刷头本体从第一模具中移出时,可以选择采用将刷头治具和刷头本体的组合件作为整体移出,从而在进行植毛前无需再通过刷头治具对刷头本体进行二次定位,简化工艺且对位准确性高。
以第一实施例中所述的刷头本体和刷头治具为例,如图6所示,图6(a)是具有刷毛的牙刷头与刷头治具的一侧组合示意图。图6(b)是具有刷毛的牙刷头与刷头治具的另一侧组合示意图。保持部13用于在植毛工艺中将刷毛11固定。保持部13与刷头治具在一侧形成刷毛容置部31,用于植毛工艺中刷毛11植入后保持刷毛11在一个腔体内,避免刷毛11在后续工艺中的移位和损伤。采用第二实施例中所述的刷头治具对第二实施例中所述的刷头本体进行植毛的工艺与此类似,不再赘述。
作为其中一种实施方式,步骤S203,包括:
通过植毛治具将刷毛的一端从封料面一侧穿过定位于定位孔中的保持部,并延伸至刷毛容置部中;
对刷毛的位于封料面一侧的端部进行处理,以使刷毛通过保持部固定。
这里,将刷头治具和刷头本体固定于植毛治具内,用取毛器抓取刷毛,将刷毛推入保持部内,用热烫或粘胶方式将刷毛尾部熔合或粘合成一体,形成刷毛的固定端。刷头治具将刷头本体上所有的保持部固定,使得在植毛工艺中刷毛能有效的与植毛治具精准定位,取毛器可以对准定位孔准确的将刷毛植入到保持部内。
步骤S204:将刷头治具和植毛后的刷头本体的组合件从植毛治具中移出,并固定于第二模具内,使封料面与第二模具之间形成第二型腔,在第二型腔内注塑形成包覆层。
以第一实施例中所述的刷头本体和刷头治具为例,如图7所示,图7(a)是具有包裹层的牙刷头与刷头治具的一侧组合示意图。图7(b)是具有包裹层的牙刷头与刷头治具的另一侧组合示意图。保持部13植毛后与刷头治具的封料面32形成一个封闭平面,用于在二次注塑软质材料时给软质材料提供一个止面,防止软质材料进入到刷毛容置部31将刷毛包裹。其中,第二型腔内注塑的材料为软质塑料前驱体,用于形成软质的包裹层12,提升牙刷头入口时的舒适度。采用第二实施例中所述的刷头治具对第二实施例中所述的刷头本体进行包裹层的注塑与此类似,不再赘述。
作为其中一种实施方式,S204步骤,还包括:
刷毛容置部与第二模具之间形成第三型腔,第三型腔用于收容刷毛,第三型腔和第二型腔之间通过封料面互相隔离。
将刷头治具和具有刷毛的刷头本体的组合件放入到二次包胶模具内,注塑软质塑料,得到牙刷头。
这里,刷头治具置于第二模具中,将第二模具的腔体分成两部分,即第二型腔和第三型腔。其中,第三型腔由刷毛容置部与第二模具配合形成,用于收容刷毛。第二型腔为软质材料填充腔,用于成型包裹层。这样,将刷毛与软质材料所在的位置完全隔离,防止软质材料在注塑成型时进入到刷毛处,将刷毛包裹在一起,致使牙刷头无法使用,同时也使得注塑成型的表面更加平整美观。由于模具注塑时模腔内注塑压力非常大,只需要很小的缝隙软质材料即可进入填充,引起产品不良,因此,采用由金属材质或高硬质塑料制成的刷头治具,在注塑成型时既可以抵抗模具腔体内的注塑压力,又可以与模具的金属材料实现较高的无缝隙配合,达到完全的阻隔软质塑料的作用。
作为其中一种实施方式,步骤S204步骤之后,还包括:
将刷头治具和形成包覆层的刷头本体的组合件从第二模具中移出;
将形成包覆层的刷头本体从刷头治具中分离出来。
将刷头治具与牙刷头产品剥离,即得到牙刷头产品。
这里,通过刷头治具依次成型牙刷头的刷头本体、刷毛和包裹层之后,即完成牙刷头的制造。将刷头治具与牙刷头脱模分离,得到成品的牙刷头。
本申请实施例的牙刷头的制造方法,包括:提供刷头治具;将刷头治具固定于第一模具内,使刷头治具的定位孔的壁部与第一模具配合形成第一型腔,在第一型腔内注塑形成刷头本体,刷头本体上的保持部与定位孔对应并定位于定位孔中;将刷头治具和刷头本体从第一模具中移出,并固定于植毛治具中,通过植毛治具将刷毛穿过保持部并固定,使刷毛的自由端收容于刷毛容置部中;将刷头治具和植毛后的刷头本体的组合件从植毛治具中移出,并固定于第二模具内,使封料面与第二模具之间形成第二型腔,在第二型腔内注塑形成包覆层。如此,采用刷头治具参与了牙刷头生产的全过程,简化了牙刷头的生产过程,确保制造的牙刷头中各组件之间尺寸精准配合,提升了牙刷头的生产效率。
上述所有实施例,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其进行限制,本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行同等变形或替换都包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
工业实用性
本申请的用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具及牙刷头的制造方法,刷头治具包括治具本体、刷毛容置部、封料面和一个或多个定位孔;治具本体的一侧设置刷毛容置部,刷毛容置部用于在制造牙刷头的过程中容置已植入的刷毛的自由端;封料面位于治具本体的背向刷毛容置部的一侧,封料面用于在形成包覆层时限制包覆层的材料进入刷毛容置部;定位孔贯通治具本体的位于封料面与刷毛容置部之间的壁部,定位孔用于在成型保持部时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的保持部。本申请的刷头治具同时包括与刷头本体、刷毛、包覆层相应的部分,可以使用一个刷头治具参与牙刷头生产的全过程,简化了牙刷头的生产过程,确保制造的牙刷头中各组件之间尺寸精准配合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于牙刷头生产的刷头治具,所述牙刷头包括刷头本体、刷毛和包覆层,所述刷头本体包括一个或多个保持部,所述刷毛的一端通过所述保持部固定,所述包覆层至少包覆所述刷头本体的远离所述刷毛的自由端的部分,其特征在于,所述刷头治具包括治具本体、刷毛容置部、封料面和一个或多个定位孔;其中,
    所述治具本体的一侧设置所述刷毛容置部,所述刷毛容置部用于在制造所述牙刷头的过程中容置已植入的所述刷毛的自由端;
    所述封料面位于所述治具本体的背向所述刷毛容置部的一侧,所述封料面用于在形成所述包覆层时限制所述包覆层的材料进入所述刷毛容置部;
    所述一个或多个定位孔贯通所述治具本体的位于所述封料面所在侧与所述刷毛容置部所在侧之间的壁部,所述一个或多个定位孔用于在成型所述一个或多个保持部时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的所述一个或多个保持部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头治具,其特征在于,所述定位孔包括第一定位孔和第二定位孔,所述第一定位孔用于在成型所述保持部中的第一保持部时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的所述第一保持部,所述第一定位孔之间互相连通,所述第二定位孔位于所述第一定位孔的周侧,用于在成型所述保持部中的第二保持部时提供型腔的部分壁,以及,定位成型得到的所述第二保持部,所述第二定位孔之间互不连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头治具,其特征在于,所述封料面的部分区域用于在成型所述保持部时提供连接件的型腔的部分壁,所述连接件用于连接所述保持部中的第一保持部与第二保持部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的刷头治具,其特征在于,所述治具本体的背向所述刷毛容置部的一侧端面内凹形成所述封料面;或者,所述治具本体的背向所述刷毛容置部的一侧端面外凸形成所述封料面;或者,所述治具本体的背向所述刷毛容置部的一侧端面的一部分区域为所述封料面。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的刷头治具,其特征在于,所述刷头治具为金属材质或硬质塑料。
  6. 一种牙刷头的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S201:提供如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的刷头治具;
    S202:将所述刷头治具固定于第一模具内,使所述刷头治具的定位孔的壁部与所述第一模具配合形成第一型腔,并在所述第一型腔内注塑形成所述刷头本体,所述刷头本体上的保持部与所述定位孔一一对应并定位于所述定位孔中;
    S203:将所述刷头治具和所述刷头本体从所述第一模具中移出,并固定于植毛治具中,通过所述植毛治具将刷毛穿过所述保持部并固定,使所述刷毛的自由端收容于所述刷头治具的刷毛容置部中;
    S204:将所述刷头治具和植毛后的所述刷头本体的组合件从所述植毛治具中移出,并固定于第二模具内,使所述刷头治具的封料面与所述第二模具之间形成第二型腔,在所述第二型腔内注塑形成包覆层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述S202的步骤中,所述刷头治具的定位孔的壁部构成所述第一型腔的对应于所述保持部的外侧壁的部分。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述S203的步骤,包括:
    通过所述植毛治具将所述刷毛的一端从所述封料面一侧穿过定位于所述定位孔中的所述保持部,并延伸至所述刷毛容置部中;
    对所述刷毛的位于所述封料面一侧的端部进行处理,以使所述刷毛通过所述保持部固定。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述S204的步骤之后,还包括:
    将所述刷头治具和形成所述包覆层的所述刷头本体的组合件从所述第二模具中移出;
    将形成所述包覆层的所述刷头本体从所述刷头治具中分离出来。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述第一型腔内注塑的材料为硬质塑料前驱体,所述第二型腔内注塑的材料为软质塑料前驱体。
