发明人知晓的相关技术中,对于手指电筒多采用套设在手指上的指环套以及固定在指环套上的灯座构成,灯座内具有灯珠以及为灯珠供电的电池;然而发明人在使用上述手指灯时发现,基于轻便性的考虑,电池的体积往往有限,进而使得手指灯的照明时间有限,无法提供长时间的续航,若更换为更大体积的电池,则会影响手指作业。
公开于该背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本公开总体背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
鉴于以上技术问题中的至少一项,本公开提供了一种手指电筒,采用腕带式电池仓为手指灯供电,以提高手指灯的续航并且不影响手指作业。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供一种手指电筒,包括:
手指套,用于套设在手指上;
灯座,与所述手指套的外表面连接;
灯珠,固定于所述灯座内;
连接线,一端与所述灯珠连接,并且从所述灯座内引出;及
储电仓,用于佩戴在用户套设所述手指套的手的手腕处;
其中,所述储电仓内固定有电池,所述电池与所述连接线的另一端连接,且所述储电仓上具有控制所述灯珠的开关。
进一步限定,储电仓内可拆卸地固定有电池。
进一步限定,灯珠的发光部位凸出于所述灯座设置,所述储电仓内可拆卸地固定有电池。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述手指套的套设指围可调节设置。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述手指套包括一端互相连接,另一端朝反向呈弧线延伸的第一指带和第二指带,所述第一指带和第二指带由弹性材质制成,且所述第一指带的自由端上具有卡扣框,所述第二指带的自由端可相对滑动地穿入至所述卡扣框内,所述第一指带的 两侧壁和/或所述卡扣框的内侧壁上具有防滑棱,以实现所述第一指带在所述卡扣框内的位置定位。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述手指套呈闭合的环形结构,且所述手指套的内壁上沿圆周方向均布有弹性支撑体,所述弹性支撑体在受到外力时发生弹性变形。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述灯座可相对转动地设置在所述手指套上。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述手指套采用弹性材质制成,且所述手指套上具有圆形限位槽,所述灯座底部具有与所述圆形限位槽匹配的圆形限位台,所述圆形限位台可拆卸地嵌设于所述圆形限位槽中。

本公开的有益效果为:本公开通过将灯珠固定在灯座内、将灯座与手指套连接,仅通过手指即可实现对灯珠的固定,并且通过将储电仓佩戴在用户的手腕处,通过连接线将储电仓内的电池与灯珠连接实现灯珠的发光,与相关技术相比,不仅提高了为灯珠供电的电池的电量,而且佩戴在手腕处的储电仓完全不影响用户手指的作业,从而在不影响手指作业的情况下提高了手指电筒的续航时间。

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

如图1至图8所示的手指电筒,包括手指套10、连接在手指套10上的灯座20、固定在灯座20内的灯珠30、与灯珠30连接的连接线40、佩戴在手腕上的储电仓50、固定在储电仓50内的且与连接线40电连接的电池60,其中:
手指套10用于套设在手指上,这里需要指出的是,在本公开实施例中,手指套10的形式具有多种,可以是闭合的环形,也可以是如图2中所示的通过两个可改变连接位置的指带围成;
灯座20与手指套10的外表面连接,这里的连接可以是固定连接,也可以是转动连接,以调整灯座20内灯珠30的照射方向;灯珠30固定于灯座20内,且发光部位凸出于灯座20设置;在本公开实施例中,灯珠30的形式可以是表面为球形的灯珠30,以实现更大面积的照射,灯珠30的固定具有多种形式,可以是通过粘接固定,也可以在灯座20内设置用于固定灯珠30的固定槽;
连接线40一端与灯珠30连接,并且从灯座20内引出,另一端与电池60连接,进而实现对灯珠30的供电发光;储电仓50,用于佩戴在用户套设手指套10的手的手腕处;可以理解地是,在本公开实施例中,对于储电仓50的佩戴也具有多种形式,可以通过弹性的圈体直接套设在手腕处,也可以通过类似手表的腕带53的形式进行连接,这里不做限定;且储电仓50上具有控制灯珠30的开关51,通过开关51控制灯珠30的亮灭为现有技术,开关51可以是按钮式开关51或者其他形式的开关51;
这里需要指出的是,在本公开的附图1中公开了两组手指套10的形式,但在本公开中并不对手指套10及灯珠30的个数进行限定,不论是单个还是多个均落入至本公开的保护范围内;
在上述实施例中,通过将灯珠30固定在灯座20内、将灯座20与手指套10连接,仅通过手指即可实现对灯珠30的固定,并且通过将储电仓50佩戴在用户的手腕处,通过连接线40将储 电仓50内的电池60与灯珠30连接实现灯珠30的发光,与相关技术相比,不仅提高了为灯珠30供电的电池60的电量,而且佩戴在手腕处的储电仓50完全不影响用户手指的作业,从而在不影响手指作业的情况下提高了手指电筒的续航时间。
在上述实施例的基础上,为了进一步适应不同指围的用户进行佩戴,在本公开实施例中,将手指套10的套设指围可调节设置。具体的,在本公开一些实施例中,如图2中所示,手指套10包括一端互相连接,另一端朝反向呈弧线延伸的第一指带11和第二指带12,第一指带11和第二指带12由弹性材质制成,且第一指带11的自由端上具有卡扣框11a,第二指带12的自由端可相对滑动地穿入至卡扣框11a内,第一指带11的两侧壁和/或卡扣框11a的内侧壁上具有防滑棱12a,以实现第一指带11在卡扣框11a内的位置定位。这里通过卡扣框11a的设置,实现第一指带11和第二指带12的连接,具体的,防滑棱12a可以设置在第一指带11的侧壁上与卡扣框11a的侧壁摩擦连接,也可以仅设置在卡扣框11a的侧壁上与第一指带11的侧壁进行连接;当然也可以设置为如图2中所示的第一指带11侧壁以及卡扣框11a内侧壁上均具有防滑棱12a的形式,通过上述结构形式的设置,使得弹性的第一指带11和第二指带12不仅可以很好的与手指进行贴合固定,还可以通过防滑棱12a以及卡扣框11a的设置进行连接位置的调节,进而实现对多种不同指围的用户可靠佩戴的效果;
在本公开的另外一些实施例中,还可以将手指套10设置为闭合的结构,如图3中所示,手指套10呈闭合的环形结构,且手指套10的内壁上沿圆周方向均布有弹性支撑体13,弹性支撑体13在受到外力时发生弹性变形。这里的弹性支撑体13可以是沿径向设置的弹性板,也可以是如图3中所示沿手指套10内壁的圆周方向均布的带状闭合形式,通过上述弹性支撑体13的设置,使得在不同的指围的用户佩戴时,弹性支撑体13发生弹性形变的同时提供支撑功能,不仅提高了佩戴用户的使用范围,也降低了制造成本;
如图4中所示,在本公开实施例中,为了提高灯珠30照射方向的灵活性,灯座20可相对转动地设置在手指套10上。这里需要指出的是,此处的可转动连接是指灯珠30的照射方向可以进行调整和固定,本领域技术人员在具体进行实施时,可以采用阻尼转轴的形式与手指套10进行连接,从而实现将灯珠30的照射方向转动至所需的方向;
在本公开的一种实施例中,如图4中所示,手指套10采用弹性材质制成,且手指套10上具有圆形限位槽14,灯座20底部具有与圆形限位槽14匹配的圆形限位台21,圆形限位台21可拆卸地嵌设于圆形限位槽14中。这里的圆形限位槽14是指截面呈凸型结构的圆形槽体,由于手指套10为弹性材质,其既能够实现对灯座20的拆卸和固定,又能够实现灯座20的转动,而且由于弹性摩擦力的作用,其仅在施力的时候发生角度变动,当外力消失时,灯座20的转动角度在摩擦力的作用下保持静止,从而实现了对灯座20转动角度的调节;通过上述方式的设置, 提高了灯珠30照射的范围,进而提高了手指电筒的适用性。
在本公开实施例中,为了便于对灯珠30的安装和更换维修,如图5中所示,灯座20包括两互相拼合的第一半球壳22和第二半球壳23,灯珠30固定于第一半球壳22上,连接线40从第二半球壳23上引出;第一半球壳22和第二半球壳23的拼接面呈台阶型结构,且第一半球壳22和第二半球壳23的限位台所在的拼接面的一面上具有定位柱22a,另一面上具有与定位柱22a匹配的定位孔23a。通过上述拼接形式的设置,提高了拆卸灯珠30的便捷性,而且通过定位柱22a和定位孔23a的设置,提高了灯座20的整体性,使得在灯座20进行旋转时保持良好的一体性,不至于被开裂,通过台阶型结构的设置,达到了防漏光的技术效果,提高了产品的质量可靠性以及用户在使用产品时的满意度。
在本公开实施例中,为了提高连接线40的使用可靠性,以及防止用户在佩戴时不慎将连接线40拉坏,在本公开实施例中,连接线40中间具有弹性伸缩部41,弹性伸缩部41为如图6中所示的螺旋弹簧形式或者如图8中所示的平面波浪形式,弹性伸缩部41在长度方向可伸缩设置。通过上述结构形式的设置,使得连接线40在其长度方向上达到了可伸缩效果,用户可以在佩戴时更换佩戴手指,仅需从一根手指上拔下换到另一个手指上即可,而且通过弹性伸缩部41的设置,也大大减少了连接线40的占用体积,不至于连接线40太长出现缠绕的情形,使用更加便捷。
请继续参照图6和图7,在本公开实施例中,储电仓50包括容置壳52和与容置壳52连接的腕带53;这里的腕带53同样具有多种形式,例如可以是闭合的弹性环形体支撑,类似运动手环的形式,也可以设置为类似手表表带的形式进行佩戴;
如图7中所示,容置壳52的壳体上还具有可拆卸的盖体52a,盖体52a在拆卸面的面积大于电池60的横截面的面积,以便于电池60的更换。这里的可拆卸连接可以是通过紧固件实现,也可以是如图7中所示通过卡扣的形式实现,通过上述方式的设置,当电池60没电时,可以进行更换,提高了产品的使用寿命;当然这里需要指出的是,电池60可以是一次性电池60,也可以是可充电电池60;甚至可以是不需要从容置壳52中取出而直接通过无线充电形式进行充电的结构形式;
在本公开的一种实施方式中腕带53采用布料结构制成,请继续参照图7,腕带53一端固定于容置壳52的一侧上,在具体固定时,可以是如图7中所示,通过将容置壳52设置为两个半壳,通过两个半壳将腕带53的一端夹持固定的形式,也可以采用其他的形式进行固定;另一端从容置壳52的另一侧绕设穿过,如图7中所示,在容置壳52的另一侧上具有供腕带53穿过的框体,且腕带53的自由端的表面上具有与腕带53本体粘接的魔术贴53a。当然这里需要指出的是,采用常规的卡扣孔和卡扣柱形式进行连接的方式依然落入至本公开的保护范围内。
如图9~13所示,为本文公开的另一个实施例,在该实施例中,开关51为触摸控制开关51a,触摸控制开关51a的触摸操作位置优选位于储电仓50的正面,更优选位于储电仓50的正面中心位置。当然不排除触摸操作位置位于储电仓50的侧面。
在储电仓50的触摸操作位置设置凹陷结构,用于标识触摸控制开关51a的触摸操作位置。
电池60为可充电电池,优选可充电锂电池,储电仓50上具有充电接口,充电接口优选为磁吸式充电口54,磁吸式充电口54位于储电仓50的背面;
储电仓50上还具有指示灯55,指示灯55位于储电仓50的背面;
连接线40从储电仓50的侧面中间位置集中引出。
储电仓50的容置壳52分为上壳和下壳,上壳和下壳上具有将两者结合在一起的卡扣结构56。储电仓50的容置壳52内除了可充电锂电池还有电路板70,电路板70与可充电锂电池和触摸控制开关51a电连接,更具体为触摸控制开关51a焊接在电路板70上,电路板70靠近储电仓50的正面,可充电锂电池靠近储电仓50的背面。
灯座20为内部中空结构,灯座20的底部具有内部中空结构的底座开口57;灯座20分为一体结构的灯座主体24和安装插板25,灯座主体24上具有灯珠安装槽24a,灯珠安装槽24a由灯珠30安装位置向下延伸并在灯座20底部开口,灯珠安装槽24a的两侧与安装插板25的两侧具有相互配合的插装配合结构,灯珠30通过灯珠安装槽24a装入灯座主体24,安装插板25从灯珠安装槽24a的开口端插装入灯珠安装槽24a,构成灯座20并对灯珠30进行安装定位;为了更好地固定灯珠30和连接线40,灯座20内部中空结构内填充封装胶,对灯珠30和连接线40进行固定,为清晰说明灯座20内部结构,在图12和13中未绘出封装胶。如图12所示,插装配合结构具体为安装插板25两侧的凸筋25a和灯珠安装槽24a的两侧的凹槽,当然凸筋25a和凹槽的位置可以互换,插装配合结构也可以是本领域的其他常规结构。
将按钮式开关调整为触摸控制开关51a,开关方式更为便捷且支持档位调节,具备更长的使用寿命,防水防尘效果更好;并且将按钮式开关升级为触摸控制开关51a提升了良率且组装效率更高;触摸操作位置设置凹陷结构的设计降低误触概率,增加识别度,提升手感。
磁吸式充电方案,相较于Type-C接口充电更便捷防水防尘效果更好,外观平整度更高更美观。
连接线40从储电仓50的侧面出线的出线方式从图1的两端出线调整为中间位置集中出线,增加了美观且提升穿戴手感,降低了和其他物体缠绕的可能性。
将灯座20由图5的左右拼合方式改进为采用整体化结构设计,减少产品缝隙并提升产品的一致性,使防水等级能达到IP68,整体美观度提升。
指示灯55的设计可以实时显示充电状态,当然还可以通过指示灯55实现其他指示功能, 如通过不同颜色实现电量显示。
在该实施例中,灯珠30突出于所述灯座20外表面设置,当然灯珠30也完全可以隐藏设置,如与灯座20外表面齐平或凹陷于灯座20外表面。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本公开不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本公开的原理,在不脱离本公开精神和范围的前提下,本公开还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本公开范围内。本公开要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种手指电筒,其特征在于,包括:
    手指套,用于套设在手指上;
    灯座,与所述手指套的外表面连接;
    灯珠,固定于所述灯座内;
    连接线,一端与所述灯珠连接,并且从所述灯座内引出;及
    储电仓,用于佩戴在用户套设所述手指套的手的手腕处;
    其中,所述储电仓内固定有电池,所述电池与所述连接线的另一端连接,且所述储电仓上具有控制所述灯珠的开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述储电仓内可拆卸地固定有电池。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述灯珠的发光部位凸出于所述灯座设置,所述储电仓内可拆卸地固定有电池。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述手指套的套设指围可调节设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述手指套包括一端互相连接,另一端朝反向呈弧线延伸的第一指带和第二指带,所述第一指带和第二指带由弹性材质制成,且所述第一指带的自由端上具有卡扣框,所述第二指带的自由端可相对滑动地穿入至所述卡扣框内,所述第一指带的两侧壁和/或所述卡扣框的内侧壁上具有防滑棱,以实现所述第一指带在所述卡扣框内的位置定位。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述手指套呈闭合的环形结构,且所述手指套的内壁上沿圆周方向均布有弹性支撑体,所述弹性支撑体在受到外力时发生弹性变形。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述灯座可相对转动地设置在所述手指套上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述手指套采用弹性材质制成,且所述手指套上具有圆形限位槽,所述灯座底部具有与所述圆形限位槽匹配的圆形限位台,所述圆形限位台可拆卸地嵌设于所述圆形限位槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述灯座包括两互相拼合的第一半球壳和第二半球壳,所述灯珠固定于所述第一半球壳上,所述连接线从所述第二半球壳上引出;
    所述第一半球壳和第二半球壳的拼接面呈台阶型结构,且所述第一半球壳和第二半球壳的限位台所在的拼接面的一面上具有定位柱,另一面上具有与所述定位柱匹配的定位孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述连接线中间具有弹性伸缩 部,所述弹性伸缩部为螺旋弹簧形式或者平面波浪形式,所述弹性伸缩部在长度方向可伸缩设置。
  11. 根据权利要求2或3所述的手指电筒,其特征在于,所述储电仓包括容置壳和与所述容置壳连接的腕带;
    所述容置壳的壳体上还具有可拆卸的盖体,所述盖体在拆卸面的面积大于所述电池的横截面的面积,以便于所述电池的更换。
