具体地,成型组件3包括固定设置机体1上的固定座31,其中,固定座31靠近压延板2的一侧固定设置有下支撑半筒32,在下支撑半筒32上合页连接一个上支撑半筒33,然后,在固定座31的另一侧固定设置一个成型头34,并在成型头34的中部开设压延出口340,其中压延出口340的形状根据需要压延成型的铝质板材的结构进行设计;
其中,压延块22与下支撑半筒32滑动连接,并且,压延块22的切面直径与下支撑半筒32的内径相同,下支撑半筒32的内径与上支撑半筒33的内径相同;通过将圆柱状的铝锭放置在下支撑半筒32上,然后将上支撑半筒33翻转盖在下支撑半筒32上并通过固定螺栓35进行固定连接,然后压延块22在压延板2的推动下沿着下支撑半筒32与上支撑半筒33的内部进行压延,便可以将铝锭由成型头34上的压延出口340内压出,得到所需的铝质板材,上支撑半筒33与下支撑半筒32采用翻转设置,便于放置将吊装的铝锭放置于下支撑半筒32内,提高了压延过程中的放料速度,同时,铝质板材的切面结构形状可以通过更换具有不同压延出口340的成型头34来控制,提高了铝质板材压延的多样性,结构简单,易于操作。
采用横向压延,保证了压延过程中机体1底座的受力,在对压延完成的铝质板材进行牵引时,使得横向牵引的铝质板材沿着输送线运动,可以有效的保证牵引过程中铝质板材不会发生折弯或者应力形变的情况。
具体地,参照图1、图5和图6所示,机体1的顶部设置有上动力组件4,上动力组件4包括固定设置于机体1顶部的上固定架41,上固定架41上对称转动设置有两个上动力螺杆42,然后在上固定架41的一端对称设置两个上动力电机43,再将两个上动力电机43的输出端分别与两个上动力螺杆42的一端固定连接;然后,在压延板2的上方对称设置两个上动力块23,且两个上动力块23分别与两个上动力螺杆42螺纹连接,通过两个上动力电机43作用,带动两个上动力螺杆42进行转动,可以进一步带动与上动力螺杆42螺纹连接的两个上动力块23进行前移或者后移,即可使得压延板2推动压延块22对上支撑半筒33和下支撑半筒32之间的铝锭进行压延。
另外,参照图1、图6和图7所示,在机体1上且位于压延板2的下方设置有下动力组件5,下动力组件5包括固定设置于机体1上的下固定架51,在下固定架51的中部转动设置一个下动力螺杆52,然后在下固定架51的一端固定设置一个下动力电机53,将下动力电机53的输出端与下动力螺杆52的一端固定连接;然后,在压延板2的下方设置下动力块24,并将下动力块24与下动力螺杆52螺纹连接,通过下动力电机53的作用,带动下动力螺杆52进行转动,进一步带动与下动力螺杆52螺纹连接的下动力块24进行前移或者后移,便可以配合上动力组件4对压延板2提供压延的动力,工作过程中,两个上动力块23与一个下动力块24同时进行前移或者后移,两个上动力块23与一个下动力块24的中心点连线呈三角形,有效的保证了压延动力的均衡,同时保证了压延板2的结构稳定性。
其次,参照图1所示,在机体1的两侧对称开设两个限位滑槽10,然后,在压延板2的两侧对称设置两个支撑悬杆25,将两个支撑悬杆25分别与两个限位滑槽10滑动连接,通过两个支撑悬杆25可以对压延板2起到支撑作用,避免压延板2在滑动过程中由于受力过大导致偏移然后对上动力螺杆42和下动力螺杆52上的螺纹产生影响。
参照图1所示,在机体1的一端设置有牵引轨12,然后,在牵引轨12上滑动设置一个牵引车6,然后在牵引车6的上方固定设置一个支撑气缸62,再在牵引车6上且位于支撑气缸62的一侧固定设置一个立板61,并在立板61的上方设置一个压紧气缸63,压紧气缸63的中心周线与支撑气缸62的中心周线重合,当铝锭在压延块22的压延作用下并从压延出口340中出来时,便可以得到所需的铝质板材,将铝质板材的一端通过压紧气缸63和支撑气缸62进行压紧固定,然后再通过牵引车6的移动,便可以将由压延出口340中压延出的铝质板材牵引至输送线上,然后进行后续的加工流程,牵引速度快,同时解决了人工牵引牵引力小,还容易出现危险的情况。
最后,参照图1所示,在机体1靠近牵引车6的一端上固定设置一个固定接电11,然后在牵引车6靠近机体1的一端上固定设置有接电限位60,当牵引车6牵引一个铝锭压延出的铝质板材至输送线末端之后,牵引车6需要复位进行下一个铝质板材的牵引,在牵引车6与机体1对齐时,即通过其端部设置的接电限位60与固定接电11接触即可。
本发明的工作原理:
工作时,先将压延板2移动至机体1的末端,然后取下固定螺栓35,打开上支撑半筒33,通过调运装置将呈圆柱状的铝锭放置在下支撑半筒32上,然后再将上支撑半筒33盖在铝锭上并通过固定螺栓35将上支撑半筒33与下支撑半筒32固定连接;
然后同时启动两个上动力电机43和一个下动力电机53,两个上动力电机43带动两个上动力螺杆42进行转动,进一步带动与上动力螺杆42螺纹连接的两个上动力块23进行前移,下动力电机53带动下动力螺杆52进行转动,进一步带动与下动力螺杆52螺纹连接的下动力块24进行前移,此时压延块22便可以沿着下支撑半筒32和上支撑半筒33进行滑动进一步对铝锭进行压延;
压延时,铝质板材从压延出口340的压延出,然后将铝质板材的端部通过支撑气缸62与压紧气缸63进行夹紧,然后牵引车6牵引压延出的铝质板材进行移动,将铝质板材放置于输送线上,牵引完成之后,牵引车6复位,进行下一个铝质板材的压延牵引;
压延时,当需要得到不同切面的铝质板材时,将成型头34更换为带相应压延出口340的成型头34即可。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以及特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,“第一”、“第二”仅由于描述目的,且不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。因此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者多个该特征。本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”“相连”“连接”等应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接连接,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (8)

  1. 铝质板材压延成型设备,包括机体(1),其特征在于,所述机体(1)上滑动设置有压延板(2),所述压延板(2)的中部固定设置有压延座(21),所述压延座(21)的一侧固定设置有压延块(22),所述机体(1)上的一端固定设置有成型组件(3);
    所述成型组件(3)包括固定设置于机体(1)上的固定座(31),所述固定座(31)靠近压延板(2)的一侧固定设置有下支撑半筒(32),所述下支撑半筒(32)上合页连接有上支撑半筒(33),固定座(31)的另一侧固定设置有成型头(34),所述成型头(34)的中部开设有压延出口(340)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的顶部设置有上动力组件(4),所述上动力组件(4)包括固定设置于机体(1)顶部的上固定架(41),所述上固定架(41)上对称转动设置有上动力螺杆(42),所述上固定架(41)的一端对称设置有上动力电机(43),两个所述上动力电机(43)的输出端分别与两个上动力螺杆(42)的一端固定连接;
    所述压延板(2)的上方对称设置有上动力块(23),两个所述上动力块(23)分别与两个上动力螺杆(42)螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述机体(1)上且位于压延板(2)的下方设置有下动力组件(5),所述下动力组件(5)包括固定设置于机体(1)上的下固定架(51),所述下固定架(51)的中部转动设置有下动力螺杆(52),所述下固定架(51)的一端固定设置有下动力电机(53),所述下动力电机(53)的输出端与下动力螺杆(52)的一端固定连接;
    所述压延板(2)的下方设置有下动力块(24),所述下动力块(24)与下动力螺杆(52)螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的两侧对称开设有限位滑槽(10),所述压延板(2)的两侧对称设置有支撑悬杆(25),两个所述支撑悬杆(25)分别与两个限位滑槽(10)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的一端设置有牵引轨(12),所述牵引轨(12)上滑动设置有牵引车(6),所述牵引车(6)的上方固定设置有支撑气缸(62),所述牵引车(6)上且位于支撑气缸(62)的一侧固定设置有立板(61),所述立板(61)的上方设置有压紧气缸(63)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述机体(1)靠近牵引车(6)的一端上固定设置有固定接电(11),所述牵引车(6)靠近机体(1)的一端上固定设置有接电限位(60)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述压延块(22)与下支撑半筒(32)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的铝质板材压延成型设备,其特征在于,所述压延块(22)的切面直径与下支撑半筒(32)的内径相同,所述下支撑半筒(32)的内径与上支撑半筒(33)的内径相同。
