洗衣机能够帮助人们将衣物清洗干净,节省了大量的时间和精力,给生活带来了很大的便利,因此其已经成为了生活中必不可少的家用电器。然而,也正是由于洗衣机的便利性,用户节省了等待时间,但是很多人洗完衣物后总是忽视或者忘记了洗衣机里正在洗的衣物,不能及时晾晒,使洗干净的衣服在洗衣机里放很久,这样会导致衣物产生异味滋生细菌,不仅污染衣物,而且会给人们的健康带来隐患。
公开内容
本公开旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本公开的第一个目的在于提出一种衣物处理方法,在衣物处理设备完成洗衣后,用户忘记将衣物取出的情况下,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,从而能够有效地防止衣物因长时间置于洗涤筒内而产生异味滋生细菌,可以防止因衣物污染而影响用户的身体健康。
本公开的第二个目的在于提出一种衣物处理装置。
本公开的第三个目的在于提出一种衣物处理设备。
本公开的第四个目的在于提出一种计算机可读存储介质。
为达到上述目的,本公开第一方面实施例提出了一种衣物处理方法,应用于衣物处理设备中,方法包括:确定洗衣程序结束,检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;确定洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序。

为达到上述目的,本公开第四方面实施例提出的一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有衣物处理程序,该衣物处理程序被处理器执行时实现上述的衣物处理方法。

随着科技的不断发展,衣物处理设备(如滚筒洗衣机、波轮洗衣机等)上集成了很多功能,例如:衣物处理设备可以通过家用物联网与终端设备传递洗衣信息;衣物处理设备的洗涤筒上可以带有称重功能,可以识别洗涤筒内是否有衣物。衣物处理设备可以 通过无线网络和终端设备进行连接,在成功连接后,衣物处理设备可以通过终端设备向用户传递衣物洗涤的情况,用户也可以通过终端设备对衣物处理设备进行控制。其中,用户可以通过直接操作终端设备中衣物处理设备对应的软件,如手机上的APP(Application,应用程序)等,实现对衣物处理设备的控制。用户也可以通过相应的APP发出语音命令,实现对衣物处理设备的控制。
在衣物处理设备洗好衣服以后,如果用户在很长一段时间内忘记取出,则很容易产生异味,滋生细菌,在此情况下,如果用户不重新清洗,衣物会被污染,而用户穿着被污染的衣物,会有患皮肤病的风险;如果用户重新清洗,虽然可以避免衣物被滋生细菌,但是耽误时间,影响用户体验,并且,即使重新清洗,也存在用户忘记取衣物的情况。因此,需要针对用户忘记取出洗涤筒内衣物的情况,对衣物进行呵护处理,防止衣物产生异味滋生细菌。
下面参考附图描述本公开实施例提出的衣物处理方法、衣物处理装置和计算机可读存储介质。

如图1所示,本公开实施例的衣物处理方法可包括以下步骤:
S1,确定洗衣程序结束,检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出。
根据本公开的一个实施例,检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出,可包括:检测洗涤筒内衣物的重量是否发生变化,和/或,衣物处理设备的机门是否被打开;在洗涤筒内衣物的重量未发生变化,和/或,机门未被打开时,则确定洗涤筒内衣物未被取出。
具体而言,衣物处理设备通常具有称重功能,可以对洗涤筒进行称重,通过判断检测的重量是否发生变化来确定洗涤筒内衣物是不是还在洗涤筒内。例如,当检测的重量减少时,说明洗涤筒内衣物已经被取出;当检测到的重量未发生变化时,说明洗涤筒内的衣物尚在洗涤筒内,未被取出。
不仅可以根据洗涤筒内衣物重量的变化来判断洗涤筒内衣物是不是还在洗涤筒内,还可以根据检测机门是否被打开来确定。通常情况下,衣物处理设备在洗好衣物时,不会自动打开机门,因此,如果衣物处理设备检测到机门被打开过,则认为洗涤筒内衣物已经被取出;如果衣物处理设备未检测到机门被打开过,则认为洗涤筒内的衣物尚在洗涤筒内,未被取出。
另外,为了使得检测精度更高,还可以同时根据洗涤筒内衣物重量和机门是否被打开同时判断洗涤筒内衣物是不是还在洗涤筒内,例如,当洗涤筒内衣物的重量减少且机 门被打开时,认为洗涤筒内衣物已经被用户取出;当机门被打开但洗涤筒内衣物的总重量未减少时,认为洗涤筒内衣物依然未被取出。
在本公开的一些实施例中,衣物处理设备为洗衣机为例进行说明,可通过设置在洗衣机机门上的门磁传感器来获取洗衣机机门的开合状态;或者通过设置在洗衣机机门上的开关电路检测传感器来获取洗衣机机门的开合状态;或者通过设置在洗衣机机门上的开关动作传感器获取洗衣机机门的开合状态;或者通过设置在洗衣机机门上的红外传感器获取洗衣机机门的开合状态;或者通过设置在洗衣机机门上的位移传感器获取洗衣机机门的开合状态。获取洗衣机机门的开合状态的方式不局限与上述实施例中的方式。
需要说明的是,衣物处理设备执行的洗衣程序为用户选择的,用户基于时间、电量和天气的考量,选择合适的洗衣程序,例如,当天气较好,且用户对时间没有要求时,用户出于节约用电的考虑,一般会根据衣物类型选择正常的洗衣程序,不会启动烘干程序。在用户不启用烘干程序时,就存在衣物处理设备洗好衣物后,用户忘记将衣物取出晾晒的问题。
S2,确定洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序。
其中,第一预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定,例如,可以根据季节的不同进行设定,夏季温度较高,潮湿的衣物长时间在密闭空间中很容易产生异味滋生细菌,此时第一预设时间可以设置的较短,如30min;冬季温度较低,第一预设时间可以设置的较长,如1小时。
具体而言,在一段时间后,确定衣物未被取出,为了防止潮湿的衣物长时间存在与密闭的洗衣筒内,此时需要控制衣物处理设备采取一些必要的措施来防止潮湿的衣物产生异味滋生细菌。例如,通过控制衣物处理设备执行烘干程序,以烘干潮湿的衣物;或者,通过控制衣物处理设备的电机和水泵按照预设规则运转,防止潮湿的衣物产生异味滋生细菌;又如,通过控制衣物处理设备的洗衣筒的正反转,使得潮湿的衣物处于蓬松状态,同时使洗涤筒内的空气流通,防止潮湿的衣物产生异味滋生细菌。
由此,通过上述衣物处理方法,能够有效地防止衣物因长时间置于洗涤筒内而产生异味滋生细菌,可以防止因衣物污染而影响用户的身体健康。
根据本公开的一个实施例,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,可包括:确定洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出,发出衣物取出提醒;确定接收到不取出衣物指令,或者,在第二预设时间内未接收到反馈指令,再次检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;确定洗涤筒内衣物持续第三预设时间未被取出,则控制衣物处理设备执行祛 味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。其中,第二预设时间和第三预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
具体而言,随后智慧家居越来越普遍,用户可以通过终端设备的APP与家用电器进行绑定,实现对家用电器的远程控制。衣物处理设备可通过家用物联网与终端设备进行连接,在衣物处理设备将衣物洗好后,且洗涤完成的时间达到第一预设时间后,如果检测到洗涤筒内的衣物未被用户取出,则先通过APP发送提醒信息,以提醒用户洗衣程序已完成,其中,提醒信息可以为语音提醒,或者推送消息等方式。
用户在接收到提醒信息后,可根据实际情况确定是否取出衣物。其中,当衣物处理设备接收到用户通过终端设备向衣物处理设备发送不取出衣物的指令时,为了防止衣物产生异味滋生细菌,需要控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序。在向用户发送提醒信息后,如果第二预设时间内未接收到用户的反馈指令,则再次检测洗涤筒内衣物是不是还在洗涤筒内,若连续第三预设时间内仍未被取出,为了防止衣物产生异味滋生细菌,需要控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序。同时,在控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序时,还向终端设备发送正在执行祛味程序的提醒信息,以提醒用户衣物处理设备的当前工作状态。
进一步地,根据本公开的一个实施例,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,可包括:控制洗涤筒按照预设洗涤节拍进行正反转;正反转包括:控制洗涤筒正向转动第一时间后停止,再控制洗涤筒反向转动第二时间后停止,如此交替进行,并持续第四预设时间。其中,预设洗涤节拍、第一时间、第二时间和第四预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
具体而言,通过控制洗涤筒正反转的方式,可以使筒内潮湿的衣物处于蓬松状态,带动洗涤筒内的空气流通,达到防止衣物产生异味的目的。具体地,当控制洗涤筒正向转动时,已洗好的衣物贴着洗涤筒壁跟随转动,在洗涤筒正向转动第一时间后停止时,衣物从洗涤筒壁落下。当洗涤筒反向转动时,衣物继续贴着洗涤筒壁跟随转动,在反向转动第二时间后停止,衣物从洗涤筒壁落下,利用衣物的惯性,使得衣物被来回摔打,如此交替运动,并持续第四预设时间,这样可以将原来堆成一团的衣物抖散,使得洗涤筒内的衣物变得蓬松,有效防止衣物产生异味滋生细菌。并且,在洗涤筒正向转动与反向转动交替运动下,洗涤筒内的空气也被带动流通,达到祛除异味的目的,可以进一步的防止产生异味滋生细菌。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中提到的预设洗涤节拍可以为当前洗衣程序对应的洗涤节拍,即根据待洗涤衣物的材质、数量、脏污程度等确定的洗衣程序对应的洗涤节拍,也可以为单独设置的洗涤节拍。此外,在完成洗衣程序后,控制洗涤筒正反转的方式,仅仅是对电机进行控制,带动洗涤筒进行正反转,不会再次执行洗衣程序。
根据本公开的一个实施例,在衣物处理设备完成祛味程序后,确定第五预设时间内洗涤筒内衣物仍未被取出,则发出烘干授权请求;确定接收到授权指令,则控制衣物处理设备执行烘干程序。其中,第五预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
进一步地,根据本公开的一个实施例,确定接收到不授权指令,则控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。
根据本公开的一个实施例,确定在第六预设时间内未接收到烘干授权请求的反馈信息,则再次检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;确定洗涤筒内衣物未被取出,则控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。其中,第六预设时间可根据实际情况进行标定。
具体而言,在洗涤筒内的衣物经过祛味程序处理后,仍然处于潮湿的状态,如果潮湿的衣物继续置于洗涤筒内,依旧会使得衣物产生异味滋生细菌,因此需要进一步对衣物进行处理。具体地,在衣物处理设备完成祛味程序后,延时第五预设时间,检测洗涤筒内衣物是不是还在洗涤筒内,如果还在洗涤筒内,则向终端设备发出控制衣物处理设备执行衣物烘干程序的授权请求,在接收到用户终端发出的可以对衣物进行烘干授权指令后,控制衣物处理设备执行衣物烘干程序,烘干洗涤筒内的衣物,且使得洗涤筒的环境干燥,由此可以防止产生异味滋生细菌。
考虑到衣物材质不适合被烘干或者其他原因,用户不想对衣物进行烘干时,可以通过终端设备向衣物处理设备发送不烘干的指令,在衣物处理设备接收到不执行衣物烘干程序时,控制衣物处理设备再次执行祛味程序,即控制洗涤筒正反转,并向终端设备发送衣物处理设备正在执行祛味程序的提醒信息。
可选的,在向终端设备发送启用衣物烘干程序后达到第六预设时间时,如果衣物处理设备未接收到用户相关的反馈指令,则再次检测洗涤筒内衣物是不是还在洗涤筒内,若还在洗涤筒内,则控制衣物处理设备再次执行祛味程序,以保证洗涤筒内空气流通,并向终端设备发送衣物处理设备正在执行祛味程序的提醒信息。另外,在此过程中,终端设备还统计本次洗涤程序结束后执行祛味程序的次数,以及衣物处理设备当前的工作状态,以使用户能够随时知晓衣物处理设备当前的工作状态。
根据本公开的一个实施例,上述的衣物处理方法还包括:获取衣物处理设备执行祛味程序的次数;确定次数达到预设值,则禁止衣物处理设备进行工作。其中,预设值可根据实际情况进行标定。
也就是说,即使用户长时间未将洗涤筒内的衣物取出,也不能控制衣物处理设备无限制的执行祛味程序,因此需要设定执行祛味程序的上限制,当达到该上限制时,洗涤 筒内衣物仍然未被取出,此时不再控制衣物处理设备执行任何操作。可以理解的是,在整个工作过程中,每次控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,都会向终端设备发送提醒信息,因此,还可以根据向终端设备发送提醒信息的次数来确定是否禁止衣物处理设备工作。
需要说明的是,在本公开的一些实施例中,在衣物处理设备完成洗衣程序时,一段时间内检测洗涤筒内的衣物尚在洗涤筒内未被取出时,还可以控制衣物处理设备机门打开一定的角度,这样可以保证洗涤筒内的空气可以和外部空气进行流通,在一定程序上可以防止潮湿的衣物产生异味滋生细菌。另外,在控制衣物处理设备机门打开一定角度的同时,还可以控制洗涤筒旋转,考虑到机门已经打开,洗涤桶旋转的速度不能过快,防止洗涤筒内衣物掉落。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中,终端设备侧执行的所有操作也可以在衣物处理设备的本地操作,比如:通过衣物处理设备本身发送提醒信息,本公开实施例中对此不作具体限定。
作为本公开的一个具体示例,以衣物处理设备为洗干一体机为例,如图2所示,本公开实施例的衣物处理方法可包括以下步骤:
S101,洗干一体机完成洗涤程序。
S102,判断第一预设时间后衣物是否被取出。如果是,执行步骤116;如果否,执行步骤S103。
S103,给用户发送衣物取出提醒信息。

根据本公开的一个实施例,处理模块20控制控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,具体用于,确定洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出,发出衣物取出提醒;确定接收到不取出衣物指令,或者,在第二预设时间内未接收到反馈指令,再次检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;确定洗涤筒内衣物持续第三预设时间未被取出,则控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。
根据本公开的一个实施例,处理模块20控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,具体用于,控制洗涤筒按照预设洗涤节拍进行正反转;正反转包括:控制洗涤筒正向转动第一时间后停止,再控制洗涤筒反向转动第二时间后停止,如此交替进行,并持续第四预设时间。
根据本公开的一个实施例,处理模块20还用于确定第五预设时间内洗涤筒内衣物未被取出,则发出烘干授权请求;确定接收到授权指令,则控制衣物处理设备执行烘干程序。
根据本公开的一个实施例,处理模块20还用于确定接收到不授权指令,则控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。
根据本公开的一个实施例,处理模块20还用于,确定在第六预设时间内未接收到烘干授权请求的反馈信息,则再次检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;确定 洗涤筒内衣物未被取出,则控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。
根据本公开的一个实施例,处理模块20还可以用于获取衣物处理设备执行祛味程序的次数;确定次数达到预设值,则禁止衣物处理设备进行工作。
根据本公开的一个实施例,检测模块10检测衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出,具体用于,检测洗涤筒内衣物的重量是否发生变化和/或衣物处理设备的机门是否被打开;在洗涤筒内衣物的重量未发生变化和/或机门未被打开时,则确定洗涤筒内衣物未被取出。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的衣物处理装置中未披露的细节,请参照本公开实施例的衣物处理方法中所披露的细节,具体这里不再赘述。
根据本公开实施例的物处理装置,在用户洗衣完成后忘记将衣服取出的情况下,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,可以有效地防止衣物因长时间置于洗涤筒内而产生异味滋生细菌,可以防止因衣物污染而影响用户的身体健康。
对应上述实施例,本公开还提出了一种衣物处理设备。
图4为根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备的方框示意图。
如图4所示,本公开实施例的衣物处理设备100,包括:存储器110、处理器120及存储在存储器110上并可在处理器120上运行的衣物处理程序,处理器120执行衣物处理程序时,实现上述的衣物处理方法。
根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备,通过执行上述的衣物处理方法,能够在用户洗衣完成后忘记将衣服取出的情况下,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,可以有效地防止衣物因长时间置于洗涤筒内而产生异味滋生细菌,可以防止因衣物污染而影响用户的身体健康。
对应上述实施例,本公开还提出了一种计算机可读存储介质。
本公开实施例的计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有衣物处理程序,该衣物处理程序被处理器执行时实现上述的衣物处理方法。
根据本公开实施例的计算机可读存储介质,通过执行上述的衣物处理方法,能够在用户洗衣完成后忘记将衣服取出的情况下,控制衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,可以有效地防止衣物因长时间置于洗涤筒内而产生异味滋生细菌,可以防止因衣物污染而影响用户的身体健康。

Claims (11)

  1. 衣物处理方法,应用于衣物处理设备中,所述方法包括:
    确定洗衣程序结束,检测所述衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;
    确定所述洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出,控制所述衣物处理设备执行祛味程序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理方法,其中,所述控制所述衣物处理设备执行祛味程序,包括:
    确定所述洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出,发出衣物取出提醒;
    确定接收到不取出衣物指令,或者,在第二预设时间内未接收到反馈指令,再次检测所述衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;
    确定所述洗涤筒内衣物持续第三预设时间未被取出,则控制所述衣物处理设备执行所述祛味程序和发出祛味执行提醒。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理方法,其中,所述控制所述衣物处理设备执行所述祛味程序,包括:
    控制所述洗涤筒按照预设洗涤节拍进行正反转;所述正反转包括:控制所述洗涤筒正向转动第一时间后停止,再控制所述洗涤筒反向转动第二时间后停止,如此交替进行,并持续第四预设时间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理方法,其中,所述方法,还包括:
    确定第五预设时间内所述洗涤筒内衣物未被取出,则发出烘干授权请求;
    确定接收到授权指令,则控制所述衣物处理设备执行烘干程序。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理方法,其中,所述方法,还包括:确定接收到不授权指令,则控制所述衣物处理设备执行所述祛味程序和发出所述祛味执行提醒。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理方法,其中,所述方法,还包括:
    确定在第六预设时间内未接收到烘干授权请求的反馈信息,则再次检测所述衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;
    确定所述洗涤筒内衣物未被取出,则控制所述衣物处理设备执行所述祛味程序和发出所述祛味执行提醒。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理方法,其中,还包括:
    获取所述衣物处理设备执行所述祛味程序的次数;
    确定所述次数达到预设值,则禁止所述衣物处理设备进行工作。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的衣物处理方法,其中,检测所述衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出,包括:
    检测所述洗涤筒内衣物的重量是否发生变化和/或所述衣物处理设备的机门是否被打开;
    确定所述洗涤筒内衣物的重量未发生变化和/或所述机门未被打开,则确定所述洗涤筒内衣物未被取出。
  9. 衣物处理装置,应用于衣物处理设备中,所述装置包括:
    检测模块,用于确定洗衣程序结束,检测所述衣物处理设备的洗涤筒内衣物是否被取出;
    处理模块,用于在所述洗涤筒内衣物持续第一预设时间未被取出时,控制所述衣物处理设备执行祛味程序。
  10. 衣物处理设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的衣物处理程序,所述处理器执行所述衣物处理程序时,实现根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的衣物处理方法。
  11. 计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有衣物处理程序,该衣物处理程序被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的衣物处理方法。
