Description
本发明属于清洗设备技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机。
洗衣机为通过电力带动产生的机械力清洗洗涤物的机器,对于衬衫等类衣服,领口和袖口等普遍比其他位置脏污程度高,而现有的洗衣机在洗涤过程中,对衣物的领口、袖口等局部位置的洗涤效果较差。
现有技术中往往需要通过在洗衣机上额外加设超声波洗涤来达到目的。
例如,申请号为CN200520069251.1的中国专利公开了一种带有局部超声波洗涤装置的洗衣机,包括洗衣机机身和超声波洗涤装置,其中超声波洗涤装置由超声波发生器、换能器、装置盒体和换能器底座组成;超声波发生器安装在电脑板里,并与换能器连接;换能器安装在装置盒体内的底座上,由盖板压紧。超声波洗涤装置由一个定位支座固定,通过定位支座安装在洗衣机工作台的后部。
申请号为CN2017101131757的中国专利公开了一种衣物局部清洗结构及洗衣机,所述衣物局部清洗结构可拆卸的设置在洗衣机盘座上,与洗衣机进水水路/洗涤剂盒相连,所述衣物局部清洗结构包括压板和支撑板,所述压板包括超声波换能器,所述支撑板包括一进水空腔,所述压板的形状与支撑板配合,向支撑板方向压紧后,彼此之间形成夹持衣物待洗局部的细缝,夹持衣物并超声清洗其待洗的局部。
上述方案虽然在一定程度上解决了洗衣机不能清洗脏污程度高的局部位置的问题,但是,在洗衣机上额外设置超声波洗涤无疑增加了洗衣机的成本,降低了洗衣机的市场竞争力。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机,利用洗衣机的供水组件作为辅助洗涤阶段的出水结构,并由检测装置控制其是否启动,在局部清洗的过程中,对衣物投放口处的待洗衣物喷水,提高对局部位置的清洁效果,增加洗衣机功能的基础上简化洗衣机的结构。

在本发明的一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括控制面板7,控制面板7上设置有程序选择器以及附加功能选择按钮等。控制面板7设置在所述盘座2上,特别地,本发明提供的所述控制面板7上设置有控制按键8,所述控制按键8被配置为控制所述检测装置6是否生成启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动信号。控制面板上也可设置控制所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4停止投放洗涤剂或控制所述供水组件5停止喷水的按键或旋钮。
详细的,如图4所示,由于供水组件5以及辅助洗涤剂投放装置4均设置在盘座2上,因此,用户在向桶组件内投放衣物时势必会经过检测装置6,为避免检测装置6被误触发,本发明在控制面板7上设置一控制按键8,只有当控制按键8处于被选定的状态下,检测装置6才会检测是否有待洗衣物10靠近,否则,检测装置6不会检测是否有待洗衣物10靠近。
上述方案使本发明的洗衣机在控制辅助洗涤供水模式的供水组件5和辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的过程中逻辑更加合理,减少被误触发的可能性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述供水组件5包括流速调节单元,配置为当检测到所述控制按键8被选择后将所述辅助洗涤供水模式的进水流速调节为所述主洗涤进水模式的进水流速的40%~80%。
详细的,上述供水组件5在主洗涤进水模式的功能是向桶组件内进水,因此,供水组件5还可以包括主洗涤剂投放装置,在主洗涤进水模式下,向桶组件内进水的同时稀释主洗涤剂投放装置投放的洗涤剂或者溶解洗衣粉。因此,在主洗涤进水模式,供水组件5的进水流速一般较大,一方面为了溶解洗衣粉或者稀释洗涤剂,另一方面也为了减少洗涤程序的整体时间。
但是,在辅助洗涤供水模式下,供水组件5的功能是向衣物投放口处3的待洗衣物10喷水,打湿待洗衣物10的局部位置,如果出水速度太大,有可能会造成水滴飞溅的情况,而且,局部位置用水一般较少,如果出水速度较大,也会造成浪费水的情况。
因此,本发明的一些实施例中对供水组件5在不同阶段的出水速度做了进一步的限定。即通过设置流速调节单元,当供水组件5的功能是打湿待洗衣物10的局部位置时,调节出水速度为主洗涤进水模式出水速度的40%~80%。
优选的方案中,在控制面板7上也可单独设置一出水速度选择器,由用户确定出水速度。
在本发明的一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括浊度检测单元,浊度检测单元设置在所述桶组件内,用于检测所述桶组件内水的浊度。
洗衣机还包括排水组件,排水组件与所述桶组件连通,用于排出所述桶组件内的水。
在所述辅助洗涤供水模式结束,当所述桶组件内的水的浊度超过设定阈值时,控制所述排水组件打开将所述桶组件内的水排出。
详细的,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4设置在盘座2上,向衣物投放口3处的待洗衣物10投放洗涤剂,供水组件5也设置在盘座2上,可见,在对待洗衣物10的局部位置进行清洗时,桶组件则被配置为盛接从衣物投放口3处的待洗衣物10流下的洗涤剂、水或混合液。
但是,当局部位置的脏污程度较高时,局部位置清洗完毕后的洗涤水的浊度较高,其不适合于被再次 利用清洗其他衣物。因此,本发明在桶组件内设置浊度检测单元,当检测到控制按键8被触发后,在主进水前,需要对桶组件内盛接的局部清洗后的洗涤水浊度进行检测,当控制单元判断此时桶组件内的洗涤水的浊度较高则控制排水组件启动,将桶组件内的洗涤水排出后,再开始后续的洗涤程序。如果控制单元判断此时桶组件内的洗涤水的浊度较低则说明这部分可以被循环再利用,不必排出。
上述方案可提高衣物的洗净比,避免浊度较高的水破坏待洗衣物10。
进一步的方案中,在所述主洗涤进水模式开始前,当所述桶组件内的洗涤水的浊度未超过设定阈值时,控制所述供水组件5在所述主洗涤进水模式的进水量为选择的洗涤程序中预设进水量与所述辅助洗涤供水模式进水量的差值。
详细的,供水组件5还包括流量检测单元,在辅助进水进水阶段,检测出水的总流量,当局部位置清洗完毕后桶组件内的洗涤水的浊度较低时,控制单元获取用户选择的洗涤程序中预设的进水量与辅助洗涤供水模式的总进水量,在主洗涤进水模式,则控制供水组件5向桶组件内进水的量应为用户选择的洗涤程序中预设进水量与所述辅助洗涤供水模式的总进水量的差值。
上述方案可避免在洗涤过程中桶组件内水位较高,造成溢水等事故。
需要说明的是,流量检测单元仅为实现上述功能的一个可行的实施方式,在其他可行的实施方式中,例如,在桶组件内设置水位检测单元也可实现上述功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述供水组件5还包括水盒,水盒设置在所述盘座2上,所述水盒的出水落入所述桶组件的桶口范围;
主洗涤剂投放装置,用于向所述水盒内定量投放洗涤剂;在所述主洗涤进水模式开始前,获取所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的洗涤剂投放量,根据所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的洗涤剂投放量调节所述主洗涤剂投放装置向所述水盒内定量投放洗涤剂的投放量。
详细的,上述主洗涤剂投放装置为具有自动投放功能的洗涤剂投放装置,供水组件主洗涤进水模式以及主洗涤剂投放装置投放洗涤剂,和现有洗衣机进水投放洗涤剂至桶内的结构相同,例如,主洗涤剂投放装置包括储液容器,负压抽吸单元或定量泵等,在主洗涤进水模式自动向水盒内投放洗涤剂,被供水组件进水稀释冲入桶组件内。
对桶组件盛接衣物局部辅助洗涤过程的洗涤水检测,当桶组件内的洗涤水的浊度较低时,这部分水会被再次利用,然而,这部分水中由于已经溶解了一部分的洗涤剂,如果,此时还按照用户选择的洗涤程序中预设的洗涤剂投放量进行投放,会使水中的洗涤剂浓度较高,造成漂洗不干净的情况。
因此,本发明在主洗涤进水模式开始前,控制单元会获取所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的洗涤剂投放量,然后根据所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的洗涤剂投放量调节所述主洗涤剂投放装置向所述水盒内定量投放洗涤剂的投放量。
例如,用户选择的洗涤程序中预设的洗涤剂自动投放量为M,在局部清洗的过程中,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4投放的洗涤剂的投放量为N,则在主洗涤进水模式,主洗涤剂投放装置向水盒内投放的洗涤剂的投放量Q=K*(M-N)。其中,K为调节系数,一般由实验室经过多次试验确定,K的取值为1.2~1.5之间。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述检测装置6随着检测次数依次交替生成启动所述供水组件5或所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的启动信号。
所述检测装置6依次循环生成启动所述供水组件5的启动信号、关闭所述供水组件5的关闭信号、启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的启动信号、关闭所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭信号。
详细的,在使用过程中,如图2所示,当检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动供水组件5的启动信号,并将启动信号发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到启动信号后喷水,湿润衣物投放口3处的待洗衣物10。当用户判断衣物被彻底湿润后,将衣物挪离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭供水组件5的关闭信号,并将关闭信号发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到关闭信号后,停止喷水。
如图1所示,当检测装置6再次检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的启动信号,并将启动信号发送至辅助洗涤剂投放装置4,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4接收到启动信号后,向衣物投放口3处的待洗衣物10投放洗涤剂,涂抹在待洗衣物10上。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将待洗衣物10挪离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭信号,并将关闭信号发送至洗涤投放装置,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4接收到关闭信号后,停止向衣物投放口3处的待洗衣物10投放洗涤剂。
至此,如图3所示,待洗衣物10被润湿且涂抹有洗涤剂,用户揉搓待洗衣物10后,目测已将待洗衣物10的污渍清洗干净后,再次将待洗衣物10靠近检测装置6。当检测装置6检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动供水组件5的启动信号,并将启动信号发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到启动信号后,再次向待洗衣物10喷水,冲刷待洗衣物10上洗涤剂泡沫。
当洗涤剂泡沫被冲刷干净后,用户目测待洗衣物10的污渍是否被清洗干净,如果清洗干净,将待洗衣物10挪离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭供水组件5的关闭信号,并将关闭信号发送至供水组件5,供水组件5接收到关闭信号后,停止喷水。如果还未清洗干净,可再次将待洗衣物10靠近检测装置6,当检测装置6再次检测到待洗衣物10靠近时,生成启动辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的启动信号,并将启动信号发送至辅助洗涤剂投放装置4,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4接收到启动信号后,向待洗衣物10投放洗涤剂,涂抹在待洗衣物10上。当用户判断喷出适当量的洗涤剂后,将待洗衣物10挪离开检测装置6的检测范围,检测装置6检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭信号,并将关闭信号发送至洗涤投放装置,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4接收到关闭信号后,停止向待洗衣物10投放洗涤剂。
用户可根据实际情况控制衣物是否靠近检测装置6,使喷水和投放洗涤剂交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。为了防止误触发,确定衣物局部洗的精度,检测装置6检测待洗衣物10在检测范围内的信号达到预设时间,则判定该待洗衣物10要进行局部洗,此时检测装置6才会生成启动所述洗涤剂投放装置4或所述供水组件5的启动指令。
上述方案中,仅设置一个检测装置6即可完成对供水组件5和辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的控制,减少洗衣机的零部件数量,简化装配关系,节约设备成本。
在设置位置上,检测装置6可设置在供水组件5和辅助洗涤投放装置4所控制范围的交叉地带。
在本发明的一些实施例中,为了实现对供水组件5和辅助洗涤投放装置4的独立控制,所述检测装置6包括第一检测单元和第二检测单元。
第一检测单元被配置为当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的启动信号,当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的关闭信号。
第二检测单元被配置为在辅助洗涤供水模式当检测到待洗衣物10靠近的信号后生成启动所述供水组件5的启动信号,在辅助洗涤供水模式当附近检测不到待洗衣物10的信号后生成关闭所述供水组件5的关闭信号。

用户可根据实际情况控制衣物是否靠近第一检测单元和第二检测单元的次数,使喷淋出水和喷出洗涤剂交替进行,提高对局部位置的清洗效果。
上述方案中,分别设置两个检测单元对供水组件5和辅助洗涤剂投放装置4进行分别控制,提高对供 水组件5和辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的控制的灵活性,更加符合用户的使用习惯,提高用户的使用体验。
在设置位置上,第一检测单元和第二检测单元可分别设置在靠近辅助洗涤投放装置4和供水组件5的位置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,检测装置6可以为红外感应单元、位置传感器、声波传感器中的任意一种,或者也可为语音识别模块。
红外感应单元、位置传感器以及声波传感器可通过感应待洗衣物10距离检测装置6的距离从而发送启动或关闭的信号。
语音识别模块可通过识别例如“启动洗涤剂”“关闭洗涤剂”“启动出水”“关闭出水”等语音控制指令从而发送启动或关闭的信号。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4为泡沫型辅助洗涤剂投放装置。
上述方案中,辅助洗涤剂投放装置4喷出的洗涤剂为泡沫型,使洗涤剂泡沫更加细腻,而且,也省略了用户揉搓产生泡沫的过程,节省时间。
具体的,所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4包括储液容器、出液管和泡沫发生装置。储液容器设置在所述盘座2内;出液管穿设在所述衣物投放口3的侧壁上,出液管一端出口伸出盘座2的侧壁位于衣物投放口3内。
泡沫发生装置包括气液混合腔、液体泵、气体泵和驱动机构。气液混合腔与所述出液管另一端连通;液体泵的一端与所述储液容器连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;气体泵的一端与大气外界连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;驱动机构用于驱动所述液体泵和所述气体泵,被配置为接收启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置4的信号。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述衣物投放口3的侧壁上设置有开口,所述出液管通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座2内或伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外。
详细的,如图5所示,当使用辅助洗涤剂投放装置4和供水组件5清洗衣物时,使所述出液管通过所述开口伸出衣物投放口3的侧壁至所述衣物投放口3内,当不使用时,使所述出液管通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座2内,避免所述出液管占用衣物投放口3的空间。
进一步的方案中,如图6至图9所示,所述衣物投放口3的侧壁上设置有开口21,所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的出液管41以及所述供水组件的出水管51通过所述开口21收纳于所述盘座2内或伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外。
详细的,如图8和图9所示,当使用辅助洗涤剂投放装置和供水组件局部清洗衣物时,使所述出液管41以及所述供水组件的出水管51通过所述开口21伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外,暴露在衣物投放口3,当不使用时,使所述出液管41以及所述供水组件的出水管51通过所述开口21收纳于所述盘座2内,避免所述出液管41以及所述供水组件的出水管51占用衣物投放口3的空间。
进一步的方案中,如图6和图7所示,所述开口21设置有枢转连接的盖体22,在所述盖体22关闭所述开口21的状态下,所述盖体22的外壁构成所述衣物投放口3的侧壁;在所述盖体22打开所述开口21 的状态下,所述出液管41以及所述供水组件的出水管51伸出于所述衣物投放口3的侧壁外喷出洗涤剂和水。
上述方案中,通过设置盖体22,在所述盖体22关闭所述开口21的状态下,所述盖体22的外壁构成所述衣物投放口3的侧壁,增加洗衣机的美观度。
进一步的方案中,所述盘座2和所述盖体22上设置有推弹开关,所述推弹开关用于锁紧/打开所述盖体22,方便用户操作。
具体的方案中,所述推弹开关包括设置于所述盖体22上的卡扣和设置于所述盘座2上与所述卡扣匹配的卡槽;或者,所述推弹开关包括设置于所述盘座2上的卡扣和设置于所述盖体22上与所述卡扣匹配的卡槽。
所述卡扣卡合于所述卡槽内,所述盖体22盖合于所述开口21,并且在所述卡扣卡合于所述卡槽的情形下,按压所述卡扣,所述卡扣即可脱离所述卡槽,以打开所述盖体22。

- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:箱体;衣物投放口,用于投放衣物;桶组件,设置在所述箱体内,所述桶组件的桶口与所述衣物投放口对应;供水组件,具有主洗涤进水模式和辅助洗涤供水模式,在主洗涤进水模式配置为向所述桶组件内进水,在辅助洗涤供水模式配置为向衣物投放口处的待洗衣物喷水;检测装置,被配置为在辅助洗涤供水模式下检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述供水组件的启动信号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:辅助洗涤剂投放装置,用于向所述衣物投放口处的待洗衣物投放洗涤剂;所述检测装置还被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的启动信号。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置还被配置为附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述供水组件或辅助洗涤剂投放装置的关闭信号。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:控制面板,所述控制面板上设置有控制按键,所述控制按键被配置为控制所述检测装置是否生成启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置或所述供水组件的启动信号。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述供水组件包括流速调节单元,配置为当检测到所述控制按键被选择后将所述辅助洗涤供水模式的进水流速调节为所述主洗涤进水模式的进水流速的40%~80%。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括:浊度检测单元,设置在所述桶组件内,用于检测所述桶组件内水的浊度;排水组件,与所述桶组件连通,用于排出所述桶组件内的水;在所述辅助洗涤供水模式结束,当所述桶组件内的水的浊度超过设定阈值时,控制所述排水组件打开将所述桶组件内的水排出。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述主洗涤进水模式开始前,当所述桶组件内的水的浊度未超过设定阈值时,控制所述供水组件在所述主洗涤进水模式的进水量为选择的洗涤程序中预设进水量与所述辅助洗涤供水模式进水量的差值。
- 根据权利要求2-7任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括盘座,所述的衣物投放口设置在盘座上,所述供水组件和辅助洗涤剂投放装置安装在盘座上;所述衣物投放口的侧壁上设置有开口,所述洗涤剂投放装置的出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管通过所述开口收纳于所述盘座内或伸出至所述衣物投放口内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述供水组件还包括:水盒,设置在所述盘座上,所述水盒的出水落入所述桶组件的桶口范围,用于向桶组件内投液;主洗涤剂投放装置,用于向所述水盒内定量投放洗涤剂;洗衣机在所述主洗涤进水模式开始前,获取所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的洗涤剂投放量,根据所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的洗涤剂投放量调节所述主洗涤剂投放装置向所述水盒内定量投放洗涤剂的投放量。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述开口处设置有枢转连接的盖体,在所述盖体关闭所述开口的状态下,所述盖体的外壁构成所述衣物投放口的侧壁;在所述盖体打开所述开口的状态下,所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管伸出衣物投放口的侧壁至衣物投放口内。

- 根据权利要求11所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述推弹开关包括设置于所述盖体上的卡扣和设置于所述盘座上与所述卡扣匹配的卡槽;或者,所述推弹开关包括设置于所述盘座上的卡扣和设置于所述盖体上与所述卡扣匹配的卡槽;所述卡扣卡合于所述卡槽内,所述盖体盖合于所述开口,并且在所述卡扣卡合于所述卡槽的情形下,按压所述卡扣,所述卡扣脱离所述卡槽,以打开所述盖体。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述开口与所述盖体的枢转轴上设置有弹性件,所述弹性件具有使所述盖体趋于打开的恢复力。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置和所述供水组件分别设置有自动伸缩机构;所述自动伸缩结构被配置为当所述检测装置检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号持续时间超过设定阈值时,将所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管通过所述开口伸出于所述衣物投放口的侧壁外;当所述检测装置附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号持续时间超过设定阈值时,将所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的出液管以及所述供水组件的出水管通过所述开口收缩于所述盘座内。
- 根据权利要求2-14任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置随着检测次数依次交替生成启动所述供水组件或所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的启动信号。
- 根据权利要求2-14任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括:第一检测单元,被配置为当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的启动信号,当附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的关闭信号;第二检测单元,被配置为在辅助洗涤供水模式当检测到待洗衣物靠近的信号后生成启动所述供水组件的启动信号,在辅助洗涤供水模式当附近检测不到待洗衣物的信号后生成关闭所述供水组件的关闭信号。
- 根据权利要求1-14任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述检测装置为如下中的任意一种:红外感应单元、位置传感器。
- 根据权利要求2-14任意一项所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置为泡沫型洗涤剂投放装置,包括:储液容器,用于存储洗涤剂;出液管,设置在所述衣物投放口的侧壁上;泡沫发生装置,连通所述储液容器和出液管,用于将储液容器的洗涤剂导出转化成泡沫从出液管投放。
- 根据权利要求18所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述泡沫发生装置包括:气液混合腔,与所述出液管连通;液体泵,一端与所述储液容器连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;气体泵,一端与大气外界连通,另一端与所述气液混合腔连通;驱动机构,用于驱动所述液体泵和所述气体泵,被配置为接收启动/关闭所述辅助洗涤剂投放装置的信号。
