S2、让车辆检测单元处于检测的工作状态,车辆检测单元检测到车辆到达道闸3米范围内时,车辆检测单元将检测到车辆这一电信号发送至图像采集单元,将图像采集单元激活,同时,车辆检测单元检测到车辆到达道闸附近时,将车辆检测单元检测到车辆这一电信号发送至计算机,计算机激活第一蓝牙,图像采集单元将当前的车辆视频图像进行采集,然后将采集的车辆视频图像发送至车牌识别单元,车牌识别单元将车辆车牌号识别出来发送至计算机,其中车牌识别的过程为现有技术,不属于本发明的保护范围;
S3、若计算机接收到的车辆车牌号不在已录入的业主及车辆信息内,则计算机显示“查无此车辆车牌号”,物业管理人员人工核实驾驶员身份,通过车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据,此时有两种情况,若物业管理人员核实,驾驶员是居民小区业主,则将此车辆车牌号录入业主及车辆信息内,若物业管理人员核实,驾驶员不是居民小区业主,则禁止该车辆通行,若计算机接收到的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息内,则计算机激活第一蓝牙,开始搜索并连接第二蓝牙,第一蓝牙连接第二蓝牙的具体方法如下:
S31、将第一蓝牙搜索范围内的所有可搜索蓝牙的名称发送至计算机;
S32、计算机根据接收到的车牌识别单元发送来的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息中查找对应的第二蓝牙的名称和第二蓝牙的连接密码;
S33、计算机遍历所有可搜索蓝牙的名称,查找第二蓝牙的名称,输入第二蓝牙的连接密码,将第一蓝牙与第二蓝牙连接,若计算机遍历所有可搜索蓝牙的名称后,没有第二蓝牙的名称,则计算机显示“查无第二蓝牙”,物业管理人员人工核实车辆驾驶员的身份,通过车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据;
S4、计算机通过第一蓝牙和第二蓝牙的连接关系,调用车内人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据,计算机调用车内人像识别模块的具体过程如下:
S41、计算机通过第一蓝牙向第二蓝牙发送电信号,第二蓝牙将接收到的电信号发送至车内人像识别模块,车内人像识别模块被激活;
S42、车内人像识别模块激活后,第一摄像头将车辆驾驶员的人像图片发送至第一处理单元,第一处理单元提取人像图片内的驾驶员人像数据,并将驾驶员人像数据通过第二蓝牙发送至第一蓝牙,第一蓝牙将驾驶员人像数据传输至计算机,若第一处理单元无法提取人像图片内的驾驶员人像数据,则第一处理单元通过第二蓝牙和第一蓝牙发送电信号至计算机,计算机显示“无法提取驾驶员人像数据”,物业管理人员人工核实车辆驾驶员的身份,通过车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据;
S5、基于驾驶员人像数据,对车辆驾驶员身份进行认证,若认证成功,则计算机控制道闸开启,对车辆驾驶员身份进行认证的具体方法如下:
S51、计算机根据接收到的车牌识别单元发送来的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息中查找对应的业主人像数据;
S52、计算机将业主人像数据与驾驶员人像数据进行比对,若对比一致,则认证成功,计算机控制道闸开启,若对比不一致,则认证失败,计算机控制道闸开启,计算机根据接收到的车牌识别单元发送来的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息中查找对应的业主微信号,将驾驶员人像数据通过物业微信发送至业主微信号,无论认证成功或认证失败,计算机均控制道闸开启,唯一不同时,认证失败后,计算机会将驾驶员人像数据通过微信发送给业主,因为可能会存在业主委托朋友开车的可能,这样既不会耽误业主及其朋友的时间,又可以将驾驶员人像数据及时告知业主,即使是盗窃事件,业主也可以根据驾驶员人像数据告知公安机关,从而快速找到犯罪嫌疑人。
车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据的具体方法如下:
将第二摄像头对准车辆驾驶员,第二摄像头生成车辆驾驶员的图像,第二处理单元读取第二摄像头生成的驾驶员图像,并从中提取驾驶员人像数据,第二处理单元将提取的驾驶员人像数据发送至计算机。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种居民小区车辆管理系统,包括计算机、道闸、车牌识别系统,所述车牌识别系统包括车辆检测单元、图像采集单元、车牌识别单元,所述车辆检测单元与所述图像采集单元电连接,所述图像采集单元与所述车牌识别单元电连接,所述车牌识别单元与所述计算机电连接,所述道闸与所述计算机电连接,其特征在于,还包括车外人像识别模块、第一蓝牙和设置在车辆内部的车载模块,所述第一蓝牙与所述计算机电连接,所述车载模块包括用于与所述第一蓝牙连接的第二蓝牙和车内人像识别模块,所述车内人像识别模块包括第一摄像头和第一处理单元,所述第一摄像头与所述第一处理单元电连接,所述第一处理单元与所述第二蓝牙电连接,所述车外人像识别模块包括第二摄像头和第二处理单元,所述第二摄像头与所述第二处理单元电连接,所述第二处理单元与所述计算机电连接,所述车辆检测单元与所述计算机电连接。
  2. 一种居民小区车辆管理方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1所述的居民小区车辆管理系统,包括如下步骤:
    S1、人工将居民小区内的业主及车辆信息录入计算机,业主及车辆信息包括业主姓名、业主车牌号、业主人像数据、业主微信号、第二蓝牙的名称、第二蓝牙的连接密码,在计算机内登录物业微信,将进行登记的所有业主微信号加为好友;
    S2、让所述车辆检测单元处于检测的工作状态,所述车辆检测单元检测到车辆到达所述道闸3米内的范围时,所述车辆检测单元将检测到车辆这一电信号发送至所述图像采集单元,将所述图像采集单元激活,同时,所述车辆检测单元检测到车辆到达所述道闸附近时,将所述车辆检测单元检测到车辆这一电信号发送至所述计算机,所述计算机激活所述第一蓝牙,所述图像采集单元将当前的车辆视频图像进行采集,然后将采集的车辆视频图像发送至所述车牌识别单元,所述车牌识别单元将车辆车牌号识别出来发送至所述计算机;
    S3、若所述计算机接收到的车辆车牌号不在已录入的业主及车辆信息内,则计算机显示“查无此车辆车牌号”,物业管理人员人工核实驾驶员身份,通过车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据,若所述计算机接收到的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息内,则所述计算机激活所述第一蓝牙,开始搜索并连接所述第二蓝牙;
    S4、所述计算机通过所述第一蓝牙和所述第二蓝牙的连接关系,调用所述车内人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据;
    S5、基于所述驾驶员人像数据,对所述车辆驾驶员身份进行认证,若认证成功,则计算机控制道闸开启。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种居民小区车辆管理方法,其特征在于,S3中所述第一蓝牙连接所述第二蓝牙的具体方法如下:
    S31、将所述第一蓝牙搜索范围内的所有可搜索蓝牙的名称发送至所述计算机;
    S32、所述计算机根据接收到的车牌识别单元发送来的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息中查找对应的第二蓝牙的名称和第二蓝牙的连接密码;
    S33、所述计算机遍历所有可搜索蓝牙的名称,查找第二蓝牙的名称,输入第二蓝牙的连接密码,将所述第一蓝牙与所述第二蓝牙连接,若计算机遍历所有可搜索蓝牙的名称后,没有第二蓝牙的名称,则计算机显示“查无第二蓝牙”,物业管理人员人工核实车辆驾驶员的身份,通过车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种居民小区车辆管理方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述计算机调用所述车内人像识别模块的具体过程如下:
    S41、所述计算机通过所述第一蓝牙向所述第二蓝牙发送电信号,所述第二蓝牙将接收到的电信号发送至所述车内人像识别模块,所述车内人像识别模块被激活;
    S42、所述车内人像识别模块激活后,所述第一摄像头将车辆驾驶员的人像图片发送至所述第一处理单元,所述第一处理单元提取人像图片内的驾驶员人像数据,并将驾驶员人像数据通过所述第二蓝牙发送至所述第一蓝牙,所述第一蓝牙将驾驶员人像数据传输至所述计算机,若所述第一处理单元无法提取人像图片内的驾驶员人像数据,则所述第一处理单元通过所述第二蓝牙和所述第一蓝牙发送电信号至所述计算机,所述计算机显示“无法提取驾驶员人像数据”,物业管理人员人工核实车辆驾驶员的身份,通过车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种居民小区车辆管理方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,对所述车辆驾驶员身份进行认证的具体方法如下:
    S51、所述计算机根据接收到的车牌识别单元发送来的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息中查找对应的业主人像数据;
    S52、所述计算机将所述业主人像数据与所述驾驶员人像数据进行比对,若对比一致,则认证成功,所述计算机控制道闸开启,若对比不一致,则认证失败,所述计算机控制道闸开启,所述计算机根据接收到的车牌识别单元发送来的车辆车牌号在已录入的业主及车辆信息中查找对应的业主微信号,将所述驾驶员人像数据通过物业微信发送至业主微信号。
  6. 根据权利要求2~4所述的任意一种居民小区车辆管理方法,其特征在于,车外人像识别模块采集驾驶员人像数据的具体方法如下:
    将所述第二摄像头对准车辆驾驶员,所述第二摄像头生成车辆驾驶员的图像,所述第二处理单元读取所述第二摄像头生成的驾驶员图像,并从中提取驾驶员人像数据,所述第二处理单元将提取的驾驶员人像数据发送至所述计算机。
