下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1-图6所示,本发明提出了一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,主要包括柜体1、中控电脑3、控制系统、监控摄像头4、警报器和取件推出装置6。
柜体1上排列设置有若干不同尺寸的储存单柜101,且同一列储存单柜101的尺寸一致,同一排的储存单柜101的尺寸不一致,储存单柜101开口处设置有柜门102,每个柜门102上设置有电子锁2,中控电脑3设置在柜体1上,中控电脑3上设置有可触的显示屏301,控制系统安装于中控电脑3,控制系统包括存件管理模块、取件管理模块、第一系统监管模块和第二系统监管模块,存件管理模块用于存件人进行存件操作,取件管理模块用于收件人进行取件操作,第一系统监管模块用于对存件管理模块的完成情况进行监管,并通过消息提醒模块发送信号给收件人移动终端,第二系统监管模块用于对取件管理模块的完成情况进行监管,并通过消息提醒模块发送信号给存件人移动终端,存件管理模块包括请求存储模块、物件大小确认模块、第一单柜打开控制模块、第一关闭提醒模块和二维码生成模块,请求存储模块用于存件人进行存件请求,第一关闭提醒模块用于提醒存件人关闭储存单柜并发送信号,二维码生成模块为现有技术,用于生成二维码,第一单柜打开控制模块用于控制电子锁2打开,物件大小确认模块用于确定物件的大小,使单柜打开控制模块打开相应大小的储存空间;物件大小确认模块包括物件扫描模块和尺寸输入模块,存件人选择物件扫描模块或尺寸输入模块确定打开的储存空间的大小;取件管理模块包括请求取件模块、二维码扫描模块、第二单柜打开控制模块和第二关闭提醒模块,请求取件模块用于收件人进行取件请求,二维码扫描模块为现有技术,用于收件人扫描二维码并发送信号,第二单柜打开控制模块用于控制电子锁2打开,第二关闭提醒模块用于提醒收件人关闭储存单柜,第二系统监管模块对第二关闭提醒模块的完成情况进行监管。
控制系统还包括支付模块,支付模块包括扫码支付模块、投币支付模块和取消模块,第一关闭提醒模块和二维码扫描模块完成后,分别向支付模块发送信号,并选择扫码支付模块、投币支付模块或取消模块中的任一项,扫码支付模块和投币支付模块为现有技术,在此不做赘述。
柜体1的顶部设置有监控摄像头4和警报器,监控摄像头4为两个,监控摄像头4与警报器连接,监控摄像头4和警报器的结构与现有技术相同,在此不做赘述;相邻两列储物单柜之间设置有安装柜5,电子锁2设置在安装柜5内。
每个储物单柜内均设置有取件推出装置6,取件推出装置6包括推板61、推杆62、楔形推块64、复位弹簧65和升降装置66,推板61滑动设置在储物单柜内,推杆62的一端设置在推板61远离柜门102的侧面上,另一端设置有推动球体63,楔形推块64通过升降装置66升降设置在储物单柜的内壁上,升降装置66包括安装杆661、齿条663、齿轮664、转动轴665和旋转手柄666,楔形推块64设置在安装杆661上,安装杆661的一端滑动设置在储物单柜的内壁上,储物单柜靠近安装柜5的内壁上沿竖直方向开设有条形孔662,安装杆661的另一端穿过条形孔662,齿条663滑动设置在安装柜5的内壁上,且与安装杆661穿过条形孔662的一端固定连接,齿轮664转动设置在安装柜5内,且与齿条663啮合,转动轴665转动设置在安装柜5内,且一端与齿轮664连接带动齿轮664转动,另一端伸出安装柜5,旋转手柄666设置在转动轴665伸出安装柜5的一端,带动传动轴转动,楔形推块64靠近推板61的一端设置有斜推面640,斜推面640与推动球体63接触,复位弹簧65的一端与推板61连接,另一端与储物单柜内壁连接,复位弹簧65拉动推板61,使推动球体63与斜推面640或储物单柜内壁接触。
本实施例中,存件人在存件时,首先在显示屏301上选择请求存件,存件人通过请求存储模块输入相关信息,或者请求存储模块直接通过扫描快递单直接输入相关信息,然后存件人选择物件大小确认模块中的物件扫描模块或尺寸输入模块来进行快递尺寸的获取(如果物件较大或较小,则可以直接输入相应要打开的储存单柜101的尺寸),从而使第一单柜打开控制模块控制相应尺寸的储存单柜101打开,存件人将快递放入后,将柜门102关闭,此时第一关闭提醒模块显示已关闭,第一系统监管模块监测到柜门102已关闭后,消息提醒模块发送消息给收件人移动终端,如果存件人将快递放入后迟迟未关闭,第一关闭提醒模块会提醒存件人关闭柜门102,关闭后操作如上所述;当关闭柜门102后,存件人通过支付模块支付存储费用,可以选择扫码支付或投币支付的方式,若已经和收件人约定由收件人支付费用,那么存件人可以通过取消模块取消支付;当费用支付后,二维码生成模块生成二维码,以便收件人取件。
当收件人取件时,首先在显示屏301上选择请求取件,然后通过二维码扫描模块扫描二维码,扫描后,收件人通过支付模块支付存储费用,可以选择扫码支付或投币支付的方式,若已经和存件人约定由存件人支付费用,那么收件人只能通过取消模块取消支付,然后第二单柜打开控制模块控制该储存单柜101柜门102上的电子锁2打开,收件人进行取件,并将柜门102关闭,此时第二关闭提醒模块显示已关闭,第二系统监管模块监测到柜门102已关闭后,消息提醒模块发送消息给存件人移动终端,如果收件人将快递取出后迟迟未关闭,第二关闭提醒模块会提醒收件人关闭柜门102,关闭后操作如上所述。
监控摄像头4能实时监测现场状况,与报警器配合,增加了系统的安全性;报警器也能在当操作者多次输入错误时发出警报,增加了系统的安全性。本发明设计合理,便于操作、安全性强,便于将快递与储物柜空间匹配一致,避免对快递造成损坏,同时也能够节省空间。
当取件人可以利用取件推出装置6拿取快递,具体操作步骤为:手握旋转手柄666转动,使旋转手柄666带动转动轴665转动,转动轴665带动齿轮664转动,齿轮664带动齿条663向下滑动,从而带动安装杆661向下移动,使楔形推块64向下滑动,楔形推块64上的斜推面640与推动球体63接触,不断推动推动球体63向靠近柜门102的方向移动,从而通过推杆62带动推板61向靠近柜门102的方向进行滑动,向柜门102方向推动储存单柜101内的物件,省时省力,便于拿取;当取件完成后,反向转动旋转手柄666,使旋转手柄666反向带动转动轴665转动,转动轴665带动齿轮664反向转动,齿轮664带动齿条663向上滑动,从而带动安装杆661向上移动,使楔形推块64向上滑动,此时复位弹簧65拉动推板61,使楔形推块64上的斜推面640与推动球体63接触,不断拉动推板61向远离柜门102的方向进行滑动,直至推动球体63与储存单柜101的内壁接触,实现推板61的复位,设计合理,实用性强,便于取件人拿取快递,省时省力。如果取件人未将推板61复位,中控电脑3会发出提醒。另外,如果实现更自动化的取件推出装置6,可以将转动轴665和旋转手柄666换成驱动电机,驱动电机带动齿轮664正向和反向转动,同时主控电脑在第二单柜打开控制模块控制该储存单柜101柜门102上的电子锁2打开后,控制驱动电机正反向转动,从而实现将快递自动推出,无需人工操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,包括:
    柜体,所述柜体上排列设置有若干不同尺寸的储存单柜,所述储存单柜开口处设置有柜门,每个柜门上设置有电子锁;
    中控电脑,所述中控电脑设置在所述柜体上,所述中控电脑上设置有显示屏;
    控制系统,所述控制系统安装于所述中控电脑,所述控制系统包括存件管理模块、取件管理模块、第一系统监管模块和第二系统监管模块,所述第一系统监管模块用于对存件管理模块的完成情况进行监管,并发送信号给收件人移动终端,所述第二系统监管模块用于对取件管理模块的完成情况进行监管,并发送信号给存件人移动终端;
    所述存件管理模块包括请求存储模块、物件大小确认模块、第一单柜打开控制模块、第一关闭提醒模块和二维码生成模块,所述第一单柜打开控制模块用于控制所述电子锁打开,所述物件大小确认模块用于确定物件的大小,使所述单柜打开控制模块打开相应大小的储存单柜。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,所述物件大小确认模块包括物件扫描模块和尺寸输入模块,存件人选择物件扫描模块或尺寸输入模块确定打开的储存空间的尺寸大小。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,所述取件管理模块包括请求取件模块、二维码扫描模块、第二单柜打开控制模块和第二关闭提醒模块,所述第二单柜打开控制模块用于控制所述电子锁打开,所述第二系统监管模块对所述第二关闭提醒模块的完成情况进行监管。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,所述第一系统监管模块和所述第二系统监管模块通过消息提醒模块分别发送信号给所述收件人移动终端和所述存件人移动终端。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,所述控制系统还包括支付模块,所述支付模块包括扫码支付模块、投币支付模块和取消模块,所述第一关闭提醒模块和所述二维码扫描模块完成后,分别向支付模块发送信号,并选择扫码支付模块、投币支付模块或取消模块中的任一项。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,还包括监控摄像头和警报器,所述监控摄像头为两个,均设置在所述柜体的顶部,所述监控摄像头与所述警报器连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,相邻两列所述储物单柜之间设置有安装柜,所述电子锁设置在所述安装柜内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,每个所述储物单柜内均设置有取件推出装置,所述取件推出装置包括:
    推板,所述推板滑动设置在所述储物单柜内;
    推杆,所述推杆的一端设置在所述推板远离所述柜门的侧面上,另一端设置有推动球体;
    楔形推块,所述楔形推块升降设置在所述储物单柜的内壁上,所述楔形推块靠近所述推板的一端设置有斜推面,所述斜推面与所述推动球体接触;
    复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与所述推板连接,另一端与所述储物单柜内壁连接,所述复位弹簧拉动所述推板,使推动球体与所述斜推面或所述储物单柜内壁接触。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,所述取件推出装置还包括:
    升降装置,所述升降装置带动所述楔形推块升降设置在所述储物单柜的内壁上,所述升降装置包括:
    安装杆,所述楔形推块设置在所述安装杆上,所述安装杆的一端滑动设置在所述储物单柜的内壁上,所述储物单柜靠近所述安装柜的内壁上沿竖直方向开设有条形孔,所述安装杆的另一端穿过所述条形孔;
    齿条,所述齿条滑动设置在所述安装柜的内壁上,且与所述安装杆穿过所述条形孔的一端固定连接;
    齿轮,所述齿轮转动设置在所述安装柜内,且与所述齿条啮合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种基于互联网的快递储物柜,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包括:
    转动轴,所述转动轴转动设置在所述安装柜内,且一端与所述齿轮连接带动所述齿轮转动,另一端伸出所述安装柜;
    旋转手柄,所述旋转手柄设置在所述转动轴伸出所述安装柜的一端,带动所述转动轴转动。
