Description

一种抗静电阻燃工装面料后整理用浸轧装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及面料生产加工装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电阻燃工装面料后整理用浸轧装置。
背景技术
在面料生产的过程中,需要对其进行浸轧处理。浸轧是一种全棉或涤棉针织物生物酶连续浸轧-汽蒸法前处理工艺,一种全棉或涤/棉针织物生物酶连续浸轧-汽蒸法前处理工艺。

优选的,所述橡胶圈粘接在进料口内部,所述进料口位于导料辊上表面的水平延长线上,在进料的过程中,把面料从进料罩的进料口插入,此时面料上下表面均贴合在擦拭组件的橡胶圈内部,在拉料的过程中,清洁棉条对面料进行擦拭清洁,有效的去除面料表面吸附的纤维废屑,提高洁净度,避免多余的纤维废屑掉落在浸轧液内部,提高使用效果。
优选的,所述浸轧箱上方安装电加热箱,所述电加热箱位于浸轧箱的出料端位置,通过外接电源向电加热箱供电,电加热箱产生热量,对浸轧之后的面料进行烘干处理,提高干燥效率。
优选的,所述浸轧箱外壁安装回流槽,所述回流槽表面镶嵌有液位窗,所述回流槽下表面安装截流阀,在面料从浸轧箱的出料端出料的时候,面料表面吸附的液体滴落,集中收集在回流槽内部,通过液位窗即可知道回流槽内部液面的高度,通过旋拧截流阀定向排放回流液,保持工作环境的洁净。
优选的,所述吸尘器固定连接在浸轧箱表面,所述吸尘管安装在进料罩内部底端位置,在面料进料的过程中,擦拭组件对面料上下表面擦拭清洁,飘飞的纤维废屑及灰尘在吸尘器的负压作用下,通过吸尘罩和吸尘管进入吸尘器内部,保持工作环境的洁净,提高舒适度。
优选的,所述清洁棉条位于吸尘管斜上方位置,通过进料罩内部的清洁棉条配合吸尘管使用,对面料擦拭清洁,又能减少灰尘的飘飞。
