Abstract

L'invention concerne un granulé alimentaire pour animaux, en particulier des animaux d'élevage, plus particulièrement des ruminants ; des micro-organismes, en particulier séchés et/ou stabilisés à sec étant utilisés, plus particulièrement des levures vivantes qui sont introduites dans une base de graisse ; la base de graisse étant prémélangée aux micro-organismes sous la forme de matière grasse solide et/ou de poudre de graisse et devant être formée en granulés au-dessous du point de fusion de la base de graisse ; la base de graisse comprenant, individuellement ou sous forme de mélanges : des mono-et/ou diglycérides et/ou triglycérides, plus particulièrement un mélange d'accélération de décomposition de triglycérides, et/ou des mélanges émulsifiants-graisses et/ou des acides gras qui présentent une structure au moins en partie pouvant être dissoute, en particulier polaire, et qui sont conçus pour se décomposer dans des solvants polaires liquides, en particulier de l'eau et/ou des mélanges d'eau, au moins partiellement en petites unités comprenant de la graisse, en particulier des acides gras, et/ou des micro-organismes sensibles au traitement, en particulier pouvant se dissoudre dans le solvant polaire, en particulier de l'eau, et libérant des micro-organismes de façon que lesdits micro-organismes soient viables.
