为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参见图1-6,本发明提供一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,该计算机包括
计算机壳体1:内置容纳空腔;
主控模块2:用于对计算机的数据进行综合处理,且位于容纳空腔内;
一个以上的功能扩展模块3:用于扩展计算机的功能;
至少一个功能扩展模块3可拆卸式连接在计算机壳体1的容纳空腔内,且每个功能扩展模块3安装在容纳空腔内后,均与主控模块2电连接。在本发明中通过设置可拆卸式的功能扩展模块3,用户在配置计算机的时候,可以选择性的装配自己需要的功能扩展模块3,而不需要像现有ATX架构计算机一样,需要兼顾到所有功能,而将计算机体积做的十分大;也不像现有迷你主机一样只有单一功能。另外,用户在使用过程中也可以随时更换功能扩展模块3,以满足自己对计算机各种功能的需求。
在本实施例中,计算机壳体1上设置有活动组件4,至少一个功能扩展模 块3安装在与其对应的活动组件4上,以在活动组件4的带动下收纳进容纳空腔或从容纳空腔内取出,且每个功能扩展模块3收纳进容纳空腔后均与主控模块2电连接。活动组件4的设置可以方便功能扩展模块3的安装和更换,便于用户随时更换功能扩展模块3,以满足自己对计算机各种功能的需求。
在本实施例中,活动组件4为两个以上,主控模块2和功能扩展模块3均安装在活动组件4上,每个活动组件4均通过滑槽与计算机壳体1滑动连接,且所有活动组件4均位于计算机壳体1的同一端面并呈纵向堆叠式设置。主控模块2和功能扩展模块3均安装在活动组件4上有利于主控模块的维修和替换,同时兼顾功能扩展模块3的替换;所有活动组件4均位于计算机壳体1的同一端面并呈纵向堆叠式设置有利于整齐集中设置活动组件4,进一步减小计算机的体积。
在本实施例中,活动组件4包括安装板41和面板42,面板42安装在安装板41的一侧,且二者形成用于安装主控模块2或功能扩展模块3的安装位,安装板41的另一侧设置有安装板金手指411。安装板41在实现基础的安装功能的前提下,还设置有安装板金手指411,可以方便计算机内各个功能扩展模块之间的插拔式电连接。
在本实施例中,主控模块2包括CPU组件21和背板组件22,CPU组件21安装在安装板41上且与安装板金手指411电连接,背板组件22包括背板221和背板插槽222,背板插槽222安装在背板221上,且背板插槽222与安装板金手指411相适配。背板221和背板插槽222的设置,可以方便功能扩展模块3安装在安装板41上后,通过与安装板41电连接,进一步通过安装板金手指411与背板插槽222电连接,最后实现与CPU组件21的电连接。通过安装板金手指411和背板插槽222的配合,可以非常方便实现功能扩展模块3的替换。
在本实施例中,该计算机还包括散热组件5,计算机壳体1的两侧面设置有进风口6,活动组件4设置在计算机壳体1的前侧面,且活动组件4上设置有出风口7,进风口6、散热组件5和出风口7组合形成散热风道。进风口6 和出风口7的位置设置,可以使得冷风在计算机壳体1内运行一个垂直角度,可以充分的吹到计算机壳体1内的各个角落,提升了散热效果。
在本实施例中,散热组件5包括导热板51、风扇52和多块散热翅片53,导热板51与主控模块2和/或功能扩展模块3接触,多块散热翅片53垂直设置在导热板51上且围合形成安装槽8,风扇52设置在安装槽8内。多块散热翅片53垂直设置在导热板51上能够尽可能提升与冷风的接触面积;且风扇52设置在安装槽8内,使得散热翅片53围绕着风扇52设置,能够进一步提升散热效果。
在本实施例中,计算机壳体1包括底壳11、上盖12、发光件13和设置有通孔且不透光的展示板14,容纳空腔设置在底壳11内,发光件13设置在底壳11的顶面上,上盖12可拆卸式连接在底壳11的顶面上,且展示板14夹持于上盖12与发光件13之间,上盖12上设置有透光部,且透光部与展示板14上的通孔位置对应。展示板14上的通孔可以设置成多个,并组合形成用户想要的logo等图案,发光件13发出的光会通过通孔从上盖12的透光部照出,从而在计算机的顶面可以看到用户想要展示的logo等图案。上盖12与底壳11可拆卸式连接,可以方便用户替换展示板,从而展示不同的logo等图案。
在本实施例中,该计算机还包括按键模块9,按键模块9包括按键PCB板91和按键插槽92,按键插槽92安装在按键PCB板91上且与按键PCB板91电连接,背板221上还设置有背板金手指2211,背板金手指2211与按键插槽92连接。背板221上不仅设置有背板插槽222,用于与安装板金手指411连接,以实现主板模块2与功能扩展模块3之间的信号交互;背板221上还设置有背板金手指2211,用于与按键PCB板91连接,以实现按键PCB板91与主板模块2之间的信号交互,实现了一物多用,进一步减小了计算机的体积。
在本实施例中,安装板金手指411上设置有一个以上隔断缺口4111,背板插槽222上设置有一个以上的隔断条2221,隔断缺口4111与隔断条2221相适配。隔断缺口4111与隔断条2221的设置,能够实现安装板金手指411与背板 插槽222连接的防呆。
本发明的有益效果在于,与现有技术相比,在本发明中通过设置可拆卸式的功能扩展模块3,用户在配置计算机的时候,可以选择性的装配自己需要的功能扩展模块3,而不需要像现有ATX架构计算机一样,需要兼顾到所有功能,而将计算机体积做的十分大;也不像现有迷你主机一样只有单一功能。另外,用户在使用过程中也可以随时更换功能扩展模块3,以满足自己对计算机各种功能的需求。最后,可拆卸式的功能扩展模块3,可以方便技术人员或者用户对功能扩展模块3进行维护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,该计算机包括
    计算机壳体:内置容纳空腔;
    主控模块:用于对计算机的数据进行综合处理,且位于容纳空腔内;
    一个以上的功能扩展模块:用于扩展计算机的功能;
    至少一个功能扩展模块可拆卸式连接在计算机壳体的容纳空腔内,且每个功能扩展模块安装在容纳空腔内后,均与主控模块电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述计算机壳体上设置有活动组件,至少一个功能扩展模块安装在与其对应的活动组件上,以在活动组件的带动下收纳进容纳空腔或从容纳空腔内取出,且每个功能扩展模块收纳进容纳空腔后均与主控模块电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述活动组件为两个以上,所述主控模块和功能扩展模块均安装在活动组件上,每个活动组件均通过滑槽与计算机壳体滑动连接,且所有活动组件均位于计算机壳体的同一端面并呈纵向堆叠式设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述活动组件包括安装板和面板,所述面板安装在安装板的一侧,且二者形成用于安装主控模块或功能扩展模块的安装位,所述安装板的另一侧设置有安装板金手指。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述主控模块包括CPU组件和背板组件,所述CPU组件安装在安装板上且与安装板金手指电连接,所述背板组件包括背板和背板插槽,所述背板插槽安装在背板上,且背板插槽与安装板金手指相适配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所该计算机还包括散热组件,所述计算机壳体的两侧面设置有进风口,所述活动组件设置在计算机壳体的前侧面,且活动组件上设置有出风口,所述进风口、 散热组件和出风口组合形成散热风道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述散热组件包括导热板、风扇和多块散热翅片,所述导热板与主控模块和/或功能扩展模块接触,多块散热翅片垂直设置在导热板上且围合形成安装槽,所述风扇设置在安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述计算机壳体包括底壳、上盖、发光件和设置有通孔且不透光的展示板,所述容纳空腔设置在底壳内,所述发光件设置在底壳的顶面上,所述上盖可拆卸式连接在底壳的顶面上,且展示板夹持于上盖与发光件之间,所述上盖上设置有透光部,且透光部与展示板上的通孔位置对应。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,该计算机还包括按键模块,所述按键模块包括按键PCB板和按键插槽,所述按键插槽安装在按键PCB板上且与按键PCB板电连接,所述背板上还设置有背板金手指,所述背板金手指与按键插槽连接。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种纵向堆叠模块化迷你型计算机,其特征在于,所述安装板金手指上设置有一个以上隔断缺口,所述背板插槽上设置有一个以上的隔断条,所述隔断缺口与隔断条相适配。
