在使用本发明的采血针时,旋转保护帽,以使护套与针座分离开,保护帽带动护套离开触发滑套,使针体的尖部裸露并位于触发滑套内。然后将触发滑套的前端接触皮肤欲针刺部位,用力向下按压外套筒,触发滑套的弹性卡柄释放于释放凹槽内,解除了弹性卡柄对针座的约束,针座在弹簧的弹力下沿触发滑套快速向前滑动,以带动针体快速针刺人体皮肤,针体针刺人体皮肤时,弹簧处于伸长状态,然后针体在弹簧弹力下被拉回到触发滑套内。在针体针刺皮肤前后,针体的尖部均未裸露至触发滑套内,提高了安全性。本发明的针体在弹簧及触发滑套的作用下能够快速进针和出针,减少了病人的疼痛感。此外,针体连接件可采用一体注塑成型的方法制得,并预先将针体置于模具内,使得针体位于一体成型的针体连接件内,既降低了针体与护套的连接难度,也保护针体不受损坏。另外保护帽与针体连接件的连接降低了加工难度,整体节省了加工步骤,降低了加工难度。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
实施例一:新型末梢采血针
如图1~图5所示,本发明的新型末梢采血针,包括触发滑套1、外套筒2、针体连接件3和具有一尖部的针体4。针体4采用钢针,针体4的轴向的中部设置弯曲段,这样可在针体与针体连接件注塑成型后,避免热胀冷缩导致针体易于针体连接件的针座31脱离,提高了采血针的可靠性。
如图1~图5所示,针体连接件3滑动连接于触发滑套1内,针体连接件3包括用于固定连接针体4的针座31和套设于针体4的尖部外侧的护套32,护套32位于针座31的前端。护套32的前端固定设置连接柄33,连接柄33与保护帽5连接。在本实施例中,连接柄33为一梯形板状结构,连接柄33的板面与其轴向平行,连接柄33板面的前端的边长小于其后端的边长。在本实施例中,前端指的是图中针尖所述方向的端部,也即对应部件沿平行于触发滑套1的轴向的方向的上端。触发滑套1同轴且滑动连接于外套筒2内,触发滑套1的前端开设用于穿出针体4尖部穿出的插孔15。插孔15包括开设在触发滑套1前端的条形通孔和位于条形通孔中部的圆形通孔,该圆形通孔的孔径大于该条形通孔的宽度。连接柄33后端的边长小于插孔15的条形通孔的长边,连接柄33的厚度小于插孔15的条形通孔的宽度,连接柄33前端的长度方向与插孔15的条形通孔的长度方向平行。插孔15的条形通孔的设置便于连接柄33穿过,插孔15的圆形通孔的设置便于护套32的穿过。触发滑套1的后端呈敞口状,触发滑套1的后端径向的相对两侧开设条形的开口槽。在本实施例中,两开口槽11分别为触发滑套1后端的平行于插孔15长度方向的两侧,开口槽11内设置弹性卡柄12。弹性卡柄12的前端与开口槽11内的前端固定连接,其后端为凸出于所处触发滑套1外侧的翼形凸块。翼形凸块位于开口槽11内,即弹性卡柄12的轴向长度小于开口槽11的轴向长度。
如图1、图7、图8所示,后盖6与针座31之间固定设置弹簧7。在本实施例中,针座31的后端一体成型设置底柱34,底柱34的前端的外圆周面设置由于卡固弹簧的7的卡凸。后盖6的包括盖板61以及垂直设置在盖板61前端的固定管62,固定管62上开设一矩形通槽,该矩形通槽内固定设置弹性凸块63,弹性凸块63的前端与矩形通槽的前端固定连接。弹性凸块63的后端与盖板61之间具有间隙,弹性凸块63的宽度小于矩形通槽的宽度。固定管62的外圆周面设置环肋64。固定管62内同轴设置中心柱65,中心柱65的后端与盖板61固定连接,在固定管62的内圆周沿圆周均匀设置多个卡楞66,卡楞66的轴向与固定管62的轴向平行。卡楞66与中心柱65配合可夹紧弹簧7。弹簧7的前、后两端的节距大于弹簧7中部的节距。弹簧7中部的节距较小可以使得弹簧7能够储存更多的弹性势能,可以使弹簧7被压缩后再释放能够快速将针座弹出。也能够将针座快速弹出后再将其快速收回。
如图1、图6和图9所示,外套筒2的前端呈敞口状,在外套筒2的敞口处盖合保护帽5,外套筒2的后端固定设置后盖6,外套筒2后部的内壁面的径向相对两侧凹设用于与弹性卡柄12配合的释放凹槽21,释放凹槽21的后端延伸至外套筒2的后端。外套筒2的后端的内周面开设用于与后盖6的环肋64配合的环槽。外套筒2的前端的内壁面设置定位卡块22,触发滑套1的前端的外侧壁开设与定位卡块22相配合的定位卡槽14。触发滑套1的内侧壁的径向相对的两侧设置导轨条13,导轨条13的轴向与触发滑套1的轴向平行,针座31相对的两侧开设用于与导轨条13配合的滑槽311。两个导轨条13的排列方向与两个弹性卡柄12的排列方向平行,以使针座31的顶端能卡接于插孔15的后端。
如图9所示,保护帽5包括两个相对接的帽体51,每个帽体51内侧前部固定设置4个安装凸柱52,4个安装凸柱52呈四边形排列,其中两个呈对角线排列的安装凸柱52沿其轴向开设连接通孔53,另外两个安装凸柱52设置用于插接连接通孔53的紧固圆柱54。4个安装凸柱52所围成的区域为连接柄限位区55,帽体51内壁面的连接柄限位区55内设置两个条形垫板56。连接柄33的前部与连接柄限位区55的前部的两个安装凸柱52相抵接,连接柄33的后端边沿与连接柄限位区55的后部的两个安装凸柱52相抵接。这样,在安装时,可以不需要将护套与保护帽固定连接,即可将连接柄卡接于保护帽中,减少了安装工序,降低了安装难度。
实施例二:新型末梢采血针的加工方法
如图1~图9所示,本发明的新型末梢采血针的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
a、准备如实施例一的新型末梢采血针中的触发滑套1、外套筒2和具有一尖部的针体4。
b、制作如第一实施例的新型末梢采血针中的针体连接件3:选取与针体连接件3相适配的注塑模具,先将针体4定位于该注塑模具,然后对该注塑模具进行注塑,针体连接件3包括针座31和护套32,护套32位于针座31的前端,护套32的前端固定设置连接柄33,针座31与护套32为一体成型设置,针体4位于针体连接件3内,针座31与护套32的相接处开设V形豁口。
c、触发滑套1沿外套筒2向前滑动,直至触发滑套1的前端凸出于外套筒2的前端,弹性卡柄12处于收紧状态。
d、准备一用于盖合于外套筒2后端的后盖6,在针座31与后盖6之间固定安装弹簧7。弹簧7的前、后两端的节距大于弹簧7中部的节距。
e、将针体连接件3放置于外套筒2内,并推动针体连接件3向前滑动,直至连接柄33向前穿过触发滑套1的插孔,且针座31卡接于触发滑套1的后端,然后将后盖6盖合于外套筒2后端,弹簧7处于压缩状态。
f、将保护帽5盖合于外套筒2的前端,连接柄33卡接于保护帽5内的前部。保护帽5包括两个相对接的帽体51,每个帽体51内侧前部固定设置4个安装凸柱52,4个安装凸柱52呈四边形排列,其中两个呈对角线排列的安装凸柱52沿其轴向开设连接通孔53,另外两个安装凸柱52设置用于插接连接通孔53的紧固圆柱54,在安装时,需要两个相同的该帽体1即可组装为一个保护帽,加工时只加工一种结构的帽体1即可,不需要像传统的加工两种帽体,降低了加工难度和装配难度。4个安装凸柱52所围成的区域为连接柄限位区55,帽体51内壁面的连接柄限位区55内设置两个条形垫板。在安装保护帽时,将其中一个帽体51的连接柄限位区55对位于连接柄34,并将另一帽体扣合于该帽体51上,通过连接通孔53和紧固圆柱54的配合实现两帽体的稳固连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,包括触发滑套、外套筒、针体连接件和具有一尖部的针体;
    所述触发滑套同轴且滑动连接于所述外套筒内,所述触发滑套的前端开设用于穿出所述针体尖部穿出的插孔,所述触发滑套的后端呈敞口状,所述触发滑套的后端径向的相对两侧开设条形的开口槽,所述开口槽内设置弹性卡柄;
    所述外套筒的前端呈敞口状,在所述外套筒的敞口处盖合保护帽,所述外套筒的后端固定设置后盖,所述外套筒后部的内壁面的径向相对两侧凹设用于与所述弹性卡柄配合的释放凹槽;
    所述针体连接件滑动连接于所述触发滑套内,所述针体连接件包括用于固定连接所述针体的针座和套设于所述针体的尖部外侧的护套,所述护套位于所述针座的前端;所述护套的前端穿出所述插孔并固定设置连接柄,所述连接柄与所述保护帽连接;
    所述后盖与所述针座之间固定设置弹簧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,所述弹性卡柄的前端与所述开口槽内的前端固定连接,其后端为凸出于所处触发滑套外侧的翼形凸块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,所述弹簧的前、后两端的节距大于所述弹簧中部的节距。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,所述保护帽包括两个相对接的帽体,每个所述帽体内侧前部固定设置4个安装凸柱,4个所述安装凸柱呈四边形排列,其中两个呈对角线排列的所述安装凸柱沿其轴向开设连接通孔,另外两个所述安装凸柱设置用于插接所述连接通孔的紧固圆柱;
    4个所述安装凸柱所围成的区域为连接柄限位区,所述帽体内壁面的连接柄限位区内设置两个条形垫板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,所述连接柄的前部与所述连接柄限位区的前部的两个所述安装凸柱相抵接,所述连接柄的后端边沿与所述连接柄限位区的后部的两个所述安装凸柱相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,所述触发滑套的内侧壁的径向相对的两侧设置导轨条,所述导轨条的轴向与所述触发滑套的轴向平行,所述针座相对的两侧开设用于与所述导轨条配合的滑槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型末梢采血针,其特征在于,所述外套筒的前端的内壁面设置定位卡块,所述触发滑套的前端的外侧壁开设与所述定位卡块相配合的定位卡槽。
  8. 一种新型末梢采血针的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    a、准备如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的新型末梢采血针中的触发滑套、外套筒和具有一尖部的针体;
    b、制作如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的新型末梢采血针中的针体连接件:选取与所述针体连接件相适配的注塑模具,先将针体定位于该注塑模具,然后对该注塑模具进行注塑,所述针体连接件包括针座和护套,所述护套位于所述针座的前端,所述护套的前端固定设置连接柄,所述针座与所述护套为一体成型设置,所述针体位于所述针体连接件内,所述针座与所述护套的相接处开设V形豁口;
    c、所述触发滑套沿所述外套筒向前滑动,直至所述触发滑套的前端凸出于所述外套筒的前端,所述弹性卡柄处于收紧状态;
    d、准备一用于盖合于所述外套筒后端的后盖,在针座与后盖之间固定安装弹簧;
    e、将所述针体连接件放置于所述外套筒内,并推动所述针体连接件向前滑动,直至连接柄向前穿过所述触发滑套的插孔,且所述针座卡接于所述触发滑套的后端,然后将所述后盖盖合于所述外套筒后端,弹簧处于压缩状态;
    f、将所述保护帽盖合于所述外套筒的前端,所述连接柄卡接于所述保护帽内的前部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的新型末梢采血针的加工方法,其特征在于,所述弹簧的前、后两端的节距大于所述弹簧中部的节距。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的新型末梢采血针的加工方法,其特征在于,所述保护帽包括两个相对接的帽体,每个所述帽体内侧前部固定设置4个安装凸柱,4个所述安装凸柱呈四边形排列,其中两个呈对角线排列的所述安装凸柱沿其轴向开设连接通孔,另外两个所述安装凸柱设置用于插接所述连接通孔的紧固圆柱;
    4个所述安装凸柱所围成的区域为连接柄限位区,所述帽体内壁面的连接柄限位区内设置两个条形垫板。
