Abstract
L'invention concerne une peigneuse (1) ayant une unité d'étirage et une section de fonctionnement, qui est conçue pour peigner et étirer un matériau fibreux sous la forme de rubans, et pour délivrer ceux-ci à une section de traitement telle qu'un bobinoir. La peigneuse comprend également une section d'affichage comprenant une pluralité d'éléments d'éclairage (12 ; 13 ; 14, 14a, 14b ; 15 ; 16 ; 17, 17a, 17b). La peigneuse (1) comprend un dispositif de commande ou est couplée à celui-ci, le dispositif de commande étant conçu pour commander la section de fonctionnement selon des paramètres de fonctionnement prédéterminés spécifiés pour le fonctionnement de la peigneuse et pour commander les éléments d'éclairage selon un scénario d'éclairage prédéterminé. Les éléments d'éclairage sont commandés de façon à indiquer : un état dans le processus d'aspiration de ruban de la peigneuse ; un écart dans le nombre de rubans ; une valeur CV du ruban peigné et étiré ultérieurement (3) ; des valeurs CV des rubans peignés individuels fournies à l'unité d'étirage de la peigneuse ; un niveau de remplissage de bobine ; un état déroulé de chaque bobine de ruban insérée (2) ; un niveau de remplissage d'un espace de distribution de la peigneuse devant être occupé par une bobine de ruban ; une pression d'aspiration dans la peigneuse ou au niveau de ses têtes de peignage ; des défauts au niveau d'une tête de peignage particulière ; la rupture d'un ruban ou un ruban manquant au niveau des têtes de peignage et/ou au niveau de l'unité d'étirage de la peigneuse ; l'état dans un canal d'aspiration (9) de la peigneuse ; l'état d'utilisation et/ou la présence ou le résultat d'un processus de démarrage de filage de la peigneuse.
