Definitions
- the present invention mainly relates to cement compositions, repair methods, and concrete structures used in the civil engineering and construction fields.
- Concrete structures are subject to deterioration due to salt damage, carbonation, freezing and thawing, chemical corrosion, etc., and there is a risk that cracks, floating, etc. may occur on the surface.
- the deteriorated parts are confirmed by hammering tests, etc., removed using electric picks, air picks, water jets, etc., and then repaired by filling them with new repair materials.
- the cross section is often repaired by mixing polymer cement mortar and applying it with a trowel (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
- An object of the present invention is to provide a cement composition, a repair method, and a concrete structure that have a high fluidity retention effect, low kneading resistance, rapid setting, and can further improve initial crack resistance. do.
- the present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and as a result of various efforts made by the present inventors to solve the above problems, the present inventors have discovered that specific amounts of MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 The present inventors have discovered that by containing , the fluidity retention effect is high, the setting is accelerated, and the initial cracking resistance can be further improved, and the present invention has been completed.
- the gist of the present invention is as follows. [1] Contains cement, the cement contains MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 as chemical components, and the total content of MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 in the cement is 0.05% by mass.
- a cement composition which is: [2] The cement composition according to [1], further containing a pozzolan substance. [3] The cement composition according to [2], wherein the pozzolanic material is pulverized blast furnace slag powder. [4] The cement composition according to any one of [1] to [3], further containing aggregate. [5] The cement composition according to any one of [1] to [4], further containing a polymer emulsion. [6] A repair method using the cement composition described in any one of [1] to [5]. [7] A concrete structure repaired using the cement composition described in any one of [1] to [5].
- concrete as used in the present invention is a general term for cement paste, mortar, and concrete.
- the cement composition of the present invention contains cement.
- the cement used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and includes various cements such as normal, early strength, ultra early strength, low heat and moderate heat, commercially available fine particle cement, white cement, etc. It is also possible to use pulverized cement or various mixed cements. Further, it is also possible to use a cement that has been adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of components (for example, gypsum, etc.) normally used in cement. Furthermore, combinations of two or more of these can also be used. In the present invention, it is preferable to select ordinary Portland cement or early-strength Portland cement from the viewpoint of high strength development and suppressing cracking.
- the cement used in the present invention has a Blaine specific surface area value (hereinafter also referred to as Blaine value) of 2,500 cm 2 /g or more and 7,000 cm 2 /g or less. It is preferably 2,750 cm 2 /g or more and 6,000 cm 2 /g or less, and even more preferably 3,000 cm 2 /g or more and 4,500 cm 2 /g or less.
- the Blaine value is determined in accordance with JIS R 5201 (physical testing method for cement).
- the cement composition of the present invention contains MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 as chemical components in cement. By containing these, it is possible to promote coagulation and suppress initial cracking.
- MnO in the cement is preferably 0.008% by mass or more and 0.35% by mass or less, more preferably 0.03% by mass or more and 0.25% by mass or less.
- TiO 2 in the cement is preferably 0.01% by mass or more and 1.4% by mass or less, more preferably 0.03% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less.
- P 2 O 5 in the cement is preferably 0.008% by mass or more and 0.35% by mass or less, more preferably 0.01% by mass or more and 0.3% by mass or less.
- cement contains MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 as chemical components
- cement contains MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 as chemical components
- the total content of MnO, TiO 2 and P 2 O 5 in the cement is 0.05% by mass or more and 2.0% by mass or less. Description
