一些实施例中,合作对象与目标对象基于共同参与的合作事项具有合作关系。一些实施例中,合作对象包括:事项负责人和事项参与人中的至少一个。以合作事项为企业内部的项目为例,事项负责人可以是合作项目的项目经理,事项参与人可以是除了项目经理和目标对象以外的参与合作事项的其他人员。第一操作事件例如可以是创建或配置目标对象的评价流程,或者创建或配置目标对象的评价模板。一些实施例中,响应于第一操作事件,获取目标对象参与的合作事项,从而确定与目标对象具有合作关系的合作对象,然后响应于选取操作,从合作对象中选取至少一个作为目标对象的第一对象。第一对象可以是评价流程的某个评价环节的评价人。

以下提出一个具体的实施例,以本公开提出的方法用于绩效考核系统为例,在本公开的一些实施例中,本公开提出的信息处理方法的整体流程如图2所示,可以包括配置考核模板、配置考核周期和项目、邀请评估人、填写评估和绩效校准等步骤。本实施例中以合作对象为项目经理为例,在配置考核模板的步骤中,将项目经理选为评估人(第一对象),配置项目经理评估内容(确定项目经理能够对目标对象进行评价的内容),在完成考核模板配置之后,在配置考核周期和项目的步骤中,先创建考核周期,然后导入员工参与的项目及项目经理(员工为目标对象),确认被评估人的项目的项目评估关系(被评估人是目标对象),然后启动考核。在选评估人的步骤中,先搜索员工(确定具体的目标对象),查看员工的项目合作关系,确认绩效评估名单(即确定各个评价对象,包括第一对象),在填写评估的步骤中,对于各个评估人,将收到项目成员的评估任务(即收到对目标对象的进行评价的任务),查看已收到的评估内容(目标对象可能已经被其他评价对象进行过评价,此时可查看到其他评价对象所作出的评价),填写评估(包括第一对象在内的平台对象填写对目标对象的评价),提交评估(提交对目标对象的评价),在绩效校准步骤,先筛选某项目或某项目经理(即以合作事项或合作对象为条件进行筛选,查看筛选的合作事项下的目标对象,或查看与筛选的合作对象具有合作关系的目标对象的绩效),对比所有项目成员的绩效(通过筛选后,可以比对各个目标对象的绩效),对结果进行校准(即修改综合评价结果),完成校准。

在一些实施例中,在配置界面中将显示被选取的第一名单选项关联的第一合作事项,图3示意性的显示了配置界面,图3中的“手机项目”和“产品部门项目”为第一合作事项,显示的第一合作事项的周侧可以显示合作对象和当前状态(图3中的“手机项目”的合作对象为张三,当前状态为“待启动”)。通过例如点击等方式触发该第一合作事项后,将显示被第一合作事项的详情页,在第一合作事项的详情页中可以有一个或多个子界面,在其中一个子界面中,如图6所示,显示有与该第一合作事项的第一合作对象可以参与的评价环节,例如,合作对象可以为项目经理,项目经理参与到图6中的“填写360°评价”、“项目经理评估”、“上级评估”和“绩效校准”的评价环节。其中,在第一合作对象作为第一对象参与的评价环节所对应的区域中,将显示第一合作人作为第一对象进行评价的对象数目或对象名单,例如,第一对象为第一评价环节的评价对象,第一评价环节为项目经理评估的环节,图6中在项目经理评估区域显示的“本环节共评估5名被评估人”,当然,如图6所示,还可以在第一合作事项的详情页的子界面显示没有合作关系的目标对象的人员数目,例如图6中显示的“剩余20名被评估人暂无合作关系”,通过点击人员数目,将展示人员数目对应的具体的被评价对象名单,例如点击项目经理评估区域中的具有下划线的数字“5”,将如图7所示,展示具体的需要第一合作对象去进行评价的被评价对象名单(图7中的“李一”、“李二”、“李三”、“李四”和“李五”为被评价对象名单中的被评价对象),如图7所示,可以按照第一合作事项对被评价对象名单进行分类,第一合作事项可以是一个或多个,例如图7中的第一合作事项包括“手机项目”和“电脑项
目”,因此显示的被评价对象名单中可以显示有多个第一合作事项。这样可以及时了解有哪些被评价对象需要进行评价。
在本公开的一些实施例中,目标对象的评价流程包括至少两个评价环节,第一对象为第一评价环节对目标对象进行评价的评价对象;方法还包括:将目标对象的合作对象加入除第一评价环节以外的至少一个其他评价环节的候选评价对象名单。
一些实施例中,目标对象会有多个评价环节,目标对象的最终评价结果可以是综合多个评价环节的评价结果所确定的。在第一对象是第一评价环节对目标对象进行评价的评价对象,而在其他的评价环节,需要选取对应的评价对象,例如在图10所示的360°评价环节,需要选取对应的评价对象,在合作对象作为第一对象之后,表明合作对象具有评价目标对象的资质,因此可以将其加入其它评价环节的候选评价对象名单作为候选评价对象。一些实施例中,考虑到一些特定的评价环节对于评价对象具有特定的要求,其评价环节可能具有关联的评价对象筛选条件,因此,可以是将合作对象加入符合评价对象筛选条件的评价环节的候选评价对象名单中。一些实施例中,通过将合作对象加入其它评价环节的候选评价对象名单,从而可以提高其它评价环节的评价丰度,更好的对目标对象进行全面的评价。
在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还包括:在目标对象的第二评价环节的界面,响应于对评价对象选取控件的触发操作,显示至少一个候选评价对象;响应于对候选评价对象的选取操作,确定被选取的候选评价对象作为第二评价环节的评价对象;其中,在显示的候选评价对象中,在与目标对象具有合作关系的候选评价对象的周侧展示用于表示合作关系的标识,或者,在与目标对象具有合作关系的候选评价对象的周侧展示用于表示合作关系的标识且标识在被触发后显示合作事项。
一些实施例中,在目标对象的第二评价环节,需要邀请评价对象,由于将合作对象加入了候选评价对象名单,因此在与第一评价环节不同的第二评价环节中,可以邀请合作对象作为第二评价环节的评价对象。通过点击等方式触发评价对象选取控件时,将展示候选评价对象,如果展示的候选评价对象为合作对象,将显示标识合作关系的标识,表示可以是文字或图标,例如如图10所示,评价对象选取控件可以是搜索控件(图10右侧输入了“张”的控件),通过搜索的方式展示了候选评价对象,其中“张三”是与目标对象具有合作关系的候选评价对象,在图10中“张三”的右侧展示了“同项目成员”的文字表示合作关系,通过将鼠标等控制标识悬停在标识上,可以进一步显示与该合作关系对应的合作事项,所显示的合作事项的个数可以是一个或多个,这样在选取评价对象时,可以展示人员之间的合作关系以及具体共同参与的合作事项,作为选取评价对象的依据。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于第一操作事件,确定目标对象的至少一个合作对象作为目标对象的第一对象之后,包括:为第一对象创建评价目标对象的评价任务,并在第一对象的任务页面显示评价任务;响应于对评价任务的触发操作,显示目标对象的对象列表;响应于对对象列表中目标对象的触发操作,显示目标对象的评价界面。
一些实施例中,如图8所示,在将合作对象选取为第一对象之后,在第一对象的个人页面中可以展示评价任务,并提供用于打开该评价任务的控件,通过对评价任务的触发操作,例如点击用于完成评价任务的控件,从而显示需要评价的目标对象的对象列表,例如点击图8中的“去完成”后,展示如图9所示的对象列表,在图8中第一对象为第一评价环节“项目经理评价”的评价对象,因此对象列表可以是定位到评价流程页面中第一评价环节对应的子页面。如图9所示,对象列表中展示了一个或多个需要进行评价的目标对象(图9中的“李一”、“李二”和“李三”),对象列表中显示了目标对象的名称、状态、与第一对象共同参与的合作事项、评价截止时间等信息。可以通过选择对象列表中的目标对象,从而打开对被选择的目标对象进行评价的评价界面,以评价被选择的目标对象。
在本公开的一些实施例中,目标对象具有关联的评价界面,评价界面用于对目标对象进行评价;在目标对象的评价界面中显示有如下的至少一项:目标对象在其他评价环节的评价结果、目标对象的工作内容、目标对象的工作结果和参考信息中的一项或多项。
一些实施例中,如图11所示其示意性的显示了目标对象关联的评价界面,可以看到在评价界面中可以有第一区域和第二区域,第一区域用于显示参考信息,第二区域为对目标对象进行评价的区域,第一区域具有多个标签,例如图11中的上级评价、项目经理评价、360°评价、自评、重点工作、OKR、更多等,在标签被触发后在第一区域显示该标签对应的子界面,从而在子界面中展示可以供评价对象进行参考的例如其他评价环节的评价结果、目标对象的工作内容、目标对象的工作结果等信息,这样评价对象在评价目标对象时,就能够参考其他评价对象的评价结果以及目标对象的信息,从而更加全面的对目标对象进行评价。
在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还还包括:响应于第三操作事件,显示评价校准界面,在评价校准界面显示目标对象的综合评价结果;响应于第二对象对评价校准界面中第一目标对象所进行的评价,以第二对象的评价结果作为第一目标对象的综合评价结果,以替代第一目标对象原有的综合评价结果。
一些实施例中,第三操作事件例如可以是在评价流程页面中选择评价校准界面对应的标识的触发操作,如图9所示显示了评价流程页面,其中显示有评价流程中各个评价环节的标识,例如“填写总结”、“邀请360°评价对象”、“填写自评”等,以评价校准界面对应的标识为图9中的“绩效校准”为例,通过点击图9左侧的“绩效校准”的标识,从而可以展示如图12所示的评价校准界面,在评价校准界面中,第二对象为当前打开该评价校准界面且具有评价校准权限的人员。在评价校准界面中显示了各个目标对象的综合评价结果,如图12所示显示了李一、李二等目标对象的业绩和投入度的综合评价结果,并且在评价校准界面中显示有供第二对象对目标对象进行筛选的区域,例如图12右侧显示了普通筛选对应的区域,可以通过输入例如成员范围、直属上级等信息进行筛选。在选中了评价校准界面中的目标对象后,可以显示如图11所示的评价界面,在评价界面可以对被选中的第一目标对象进行评价,用该第二对象对第一目标对象的评价结果代替原有的综合评价结果。一些实施例中,综合评价结果可以为最终的评价结果,即本公开一些实施例中可以通过第二对象最终确定目标对象的综合评价结果,从而在综合评价结果不适当的情况下进行修正。一些实施例中,第一目标对象为任一目标对象。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于在所述评价校准界面以第一合作事项为条件所进行的筛选操作,确定参与所述第一合作事项的至少一个第二目标对象,至少一个第二目标对象包括所述第一目标对象;展示确定出的所述第二目标对象的综合评价结果。
一些实施例中,第二对象可以是具有目标对象的评价流程中的最高权限的评价对象。其对于目标对象的综合评价结果具有决定权。在第二对象对目标对象(例如第一目标对象)进行评价时,其需要参考资料。第二对象往往知道在一个合作事项中,各个成员之间的业务水平和表现的高低,因此,其可以通过筛选出某个第一合作事项,来横向比较该第一合作事项中各个成员的业务水平高低和表现,例如李一在项目1中的表现比李二好,通过筛选项目1,发现李一综合评价结果低于李二,则可以调整李一的综合评价结果。本实施例中,通过展示参与同一合作事项中各个目标对象的综合评价结果,从而为调整综合评价结果提供横向对比的依据。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还提供一种信息处理装置,包括:

Claims (14)
- 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:响应于第一操作事件,基于目标对象的合作关系,确定所述目标对象的至少一个合作对象作为所述目标对象的第一对象,其中,所述合作对象与所述目标对象基于共同参与的合作事项具有合作关系;响应于所述第一对象对所述目标对象的评价操作,确定所述第一对象对所述目标对象的评价结果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述合作对象包括:事项负责人和事项参与人中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于第一操作事件,基于目标对象的合作关系,确定目标对象的至少一个合作对象作为所述目标对象的第一对象,包括:在评价任务的配置界面,响应于第二操作事件,显示评价名单,其中,所述评价名单包括一个或多个名单选项,所述名单选项包括一个目标对象以及合作对象;响应于对第一名单选项的选取操作,将所述第一名单选项中的合作对象确定为所述第一名单选项中目标对象的第一对象。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在评价任务的配置界面,响应于第二操作事件,显示评价名单包括:响应于对所述配置界面的第一控件的触发操作,基于所述目标对象的合作事项确定所述目标对象与合作对象的合作关系,并基于所述目标对象与合作对象的合作关系显示所述评价名单。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在所述配置界面显示所述第一名单选项关联的第一合作事项,响应于对所述配置界面所显示的所述第一合作事项的触发操作,展示所述第一合作事项的详情页;在所述第一合作事项的详情页的子界面中显示需要所述第一合作对象作为第一对象进行评价的对象数目或对象名单,其中,所述第一合作对象为所述第一合作事项中的合作对象,所述人员数目在被触发后展示所述第一合作对象的被评价对象名单。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标对象的评价流程包括至少两个评价环节,所述第一对象为第一评价环节对所述目标对象进行评价的评价对象;所述方法还包括:将所述目标对象的合作对象加入除所述第一评价环节以外的至少一个其他评价环节的候选评价对象名单。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述目标对象的第二评价环节的界面,响应于对评价对象选取控件的触发操作,显示至少一个 候选评价对象;响应于对所述候选评价对象的选取操作,确定被选取的候选评价对象作为所述第二评价环节的评价对象;其中,在显示的所述候选评价对象中,在与目标对象具有合作关系的候选评价对象的周侧展示用于表示所述合作关系的标识,或者,在与目标对象具有合作关系的候选评价对象的周侧展示用于表示所述合作关系的标识且所述标识在被触发后显示合作事项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于第一操作事件,确定目标对象的至少一个合作对象作为所述目标对象的第一对象之后,包括:为所述第一对象创建评价所述目标对象的评价任务,并在所述第一对象的任务页面显示所述评价任务;响应于对所述评价任务的触发操作,显示目标对象的对象列表;响应于对所述对象列表中目标对象的触发操作,显示所述目标对象的评价界面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标对象具有关联的评价界面,所述评价界面用于对所述目标对象进行评价;在所述目标对象的评价界面中显示有如下的至少一项:所述目标对象在其他评价环节的评价结果、所述目标对象的工作内容、所述目标对象的工作结果和参考信息中的一项或多项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于第三操作事件,显示评价校准界面,在所述评价校准界面显示所述目标对象的综合评价结果;响应于第二对象对所述评价校准界面中第一目标对象所进行的评价,以所述第二对象的评价结果作为所述第一目标对象的综合评价结果,以替代所述第一目标对象原有的综合评价结果。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于在所述评价校准界面以第一合作事项为条件所进行的筛选操作,确定参与所述第一合作事项的至少一个第二目标对象,其中,至少一个第二目标对象包括所述第一目标对象;展示确定出的所述第二目标对象的综合评价结果。
- 一种信息处理装置,包括:确定单元,用于响应于第一操作事件,基于目标对象的合作关系,确定目标对象的至少一个合作对象作为所述目标对象的第一对象,其中,所述合作对象与所述目标对象基于共同参与的合作事项具有合作关系;控制单元,用于响应于所述第一对象对所述目标对象的评价操作,确定所述第一对象对所述目标 对象的评价结果。
- 一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被计算机运行时,促使所述计算机执行权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
