电池组件23、控制主板21和传动结构10设于刷柄20的内腔,传动结构10包括驱动电机100、齿轮组件200、传动主杆400、从动杆500和支撑架600;驱动电机100、齿轮组件200和曲轴组件300均与支撑架600连接,传动主杆400开设有传动腔410,从动杆500穿设于传动腔410内,驱动电机100通过齿轮组件200驱动曲轴组件300转动,以使曲轴组件300带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动,从动杆500的远离电池组件23的一端与拉伸轴35连接,刷杆22与安装座32连接;传动主杆400的底部与齿轮组件200连接,齿轮组件200还用于带动传动主杆400左右摆动;电池组件23与驱动电机100电连接,刷杆22套设于传动主杆400远离刷柄20的一端。
驱动电机100可以采用微型小功率驱动减速电机,如步进电机、空心杯电机、直流有刷电机或直流无刷电机等;支撑架600用于固定驱动电机100、齿轮组件200和曲轴组件300。传动主杆400开设有传动腔410,从动杆500设于传动腔410内,驱动电机100驱动齿轮组件200以带动曲轴组件300转动,传动主杆400和从动杆500均与曲轴组件300连接,在曲轴组件300转动时,带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动。其中,可以清楚的是,由于传动主杆400和从动杆500分别连接在曲轴组件300的不同位置,传动主杆400可以设置一个弧度或者弯角,使得从动杆500穿设与传动腔410内。同时,传动主杆400和从动杆500可以连接在曲轴组件300的不同位置,伸缩的幅度相同或不同,使得传动主杆400和从动杆500可以相对或同步运动。
传动主杆400的顶端用于连接多功能刷头30的安装座32,同时传动主杆400的底部与齿轮组件200传动连接,齿轮组件200还用于带动传动主杆400左右摆动,可使得与传动主杆400连接的多功能刷头30在左右摆动的同时上下伸缩,提升了多功能电动牙刷1的使用乐趣。并且,通过设置从动杆500,从动杆500可以与拉伸轴35连接,带动刷毛板31在安装座32上有规律的正时针或逆时针往复运动,通过使用电动牙刷传动结构10设计的多功能刷头30,在刷牙时,安装座32高速摆动,同时从动杆500可以通过拉伸轴35控制多功能刷头30的伸缩状态,刷毛板31还能对刷毛板31的角度进行微调。以此解决了现有技术中电动牙刷使用时需要前后移动刷柄对牙齿清洁,使用时难以规律的控制刷头对牙齿清洁,舒适度低的问题。
在一个可能的设计中,刷柄20远离电池组件23的一端开设有伸缩口24,刷杆22的一端设于伸缩口24内,刷杆22朝向电池组件23的一端设置有硅胶套25,硅胶套25的外周与刷柄20连接,硅胶套25用于密封伸缩口24。
本实施例中,通过设置伸缩口24,可以防止使用多功能电动牙刷1对应的多功能牙刷刷牙时,刷杆22的伸缩运动夹到使用者的嘴唇;同时,设置硅胶套25,可以防止使用多功能电动牙刷1对应的多功能牙刷刷牙时,外界水分进入。
在一个可能的设计中,多功能电动牙刷1还包括控制面板26,控制面板26与控制主板21电连接,刷柄20开设有控制口27,控制面板26设于刷柄20内并与支撑架600固定连接并卡合于控制口27内。
在一个可能的设计中,齿轮组件200包括齿轮组210、抵持件220和驱动轴230,抵持件220和驱动轴230分别与齿轮组210传动连接,传动主杆400底部设置有U型槽420,抵持件220设于U型槽420的一侧或两侧,齿轮组210用于在驱动电机100的作用下带动抵持件220转动,传动主杆400在抵持件220的作用下左右摆动;驱动轴230用于在驱动电机100的作用下驱动曲轴组件300转动,以使曲轴组件300带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动;驱动轴230与曲轴组件300传动连接。
本为了控制传动主杆400左右摆动,可以采用多种控制结构;本实施例中,传动主杆400的底部设置有U型槽420,抵持件220设于U型槽420的两侧,抵持件220在齿轮组210的带动下转动,抵持件220可以设置一个凸起以抵持U型槽420的一侧,使得U型槽420在凸起的抵持下摆动并带动传动主杆400摆动。同时,齿轮组210还用于在驱动电机100的作用下带动抵持件220转动,以使曲轴组件300带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动;可以清楚的是,驱动轴230与曲轴组件300传动连接,可以采用多 种连接结构,例如斜齿轮啮合的形式传动连接。
在一个可能的设计中,曲轴组件300包括第一曲杆310、第二曲杆320、传动啮合齿330和两组曲轴杆340,第一曲杆310与第二曲杆320连接,两组曲轴杆340分别位于第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320的两侧,曲轴杆340的两侧分别通过轴承350与支撑架600连接,传动啮合齿330与驱动轴230传动连接;传动主杆400与第一曲杆310连接,从动杆500与第二曲杆320连接;或从动杆500与第一曲杆310连接,传动主杆400与第二曲杆320连接。
本实施例中,第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320连接,第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320到曲轴杆340轴心的距离可以相等或不同,曲轴杆340在转动时带动第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320绕曲轴杆340的轴心转动,带动传动主杆400和从动杆500往复运动。设置传动啮合齿330,主要是用于将曲轴杆34与驱动轴230传动连接,以使齿轮组210带动曲轴杆340转动;其中,设置两组曲轴杆340,主要起连接作用,曲轴杆340通过轴承350与支撑架600连接,保证可第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320转动时整体的稳定性。
在一个可能的设计中,与传动主杆400连接的第一曲轴杆340到曲轴杆340轴心的距离大于与从动杆500连接的第二曲杆320到曲轴杆340轴心的距离。
本实施例中,由于从动杆500转动带动刷毛板31转动的幅度正常应小于传动主杆400的伸缩幅度,因此在传动主杆400与第一曲杆310连接,从动杆500与第二曲杆320连接时,传动主杆400连接的第一曲杆310到曲轴杆340轴心的距离大于与从动杆500连接的第二曲杆320到曲轴杆340轴心的距离。具体实施时,可以根据电动牙刷的使用场景设置。例如,多功能刷头30对应的儿童、成年和老年用户场景。
在一个可能的设计中,传动主杆400中部开设有槽孔430,第一曲轴穿设于槽孔430内。
传动主杆400中部开设槽孔430,以便于在抵持件220抵持传动主杆400时,不会挤压第一曲杆310;并且,可以在第一曲杆310传动时,带动传动主杆400往复运动。
在一个可能的设计中,从动杆500包括从动杆500和与从动杆500底部连接的从动座520,从动座520开设有横向槽530,第二曲杆320穿设于横向槽530内,从动杆500设于传动腔410内。
通过设置横向槽530,第二曲杆320穿设于横向槽530内,可以在第二曲杆320转动时带动从动轴510往复运动。
在一个可能的设计中,从动杆500的顶部设置有外接件540,从动杆500通过外接 件540与拉伸轴35可拆卸连接。
从动杆500的顶部设置外接件540,主要是为了与多功能刷头30的刷毛板31传动结构10连接,便于多功能刷头30的更换。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能刷头,其特征在于,所述多功能刷头包括刷毛板、安装座、旋转主轴、旋转件、拉伸轴和隔水层;其中,
    所述刷毛板一端设于所述安装座的内腔并通过旋转主轴与所述安装座底部转动连接,所述旋转件设于所述刷毛板靠近所述安装座的一侧并与所述拉伸轴连接,所述隔水层设于所述刷毛板与所述安装座之间的间隙,所述旋转件用于在所述拉伸轴的拉伸下带动所述刷毛板绕所述旋转主轴正时针或逆时针往复转动。
  2. 一种多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括刷柄、控制主板、刷杆、电池组件、传动结构和如权利要求1所述的多功能刷头;其中,
    所述电池组件、控制主板和所述传动结构设于所述刷柄的内腔,所述传动结构包括驱动电机、齿轮组件、传动主杆、从动杆和支撑架;所述驱动电机、齿轮组件和曲轴组件均与所述支撑架连接,所述传动主杆开设有传动腔,所述从动杆穿设于所述传动腔内,所述驱动电机通过所述齿轮组件驱动所述曲轴组件转动,以使所述曲轴组件带动所述传动主杆和从动杆伸缩运动,所述从动杆的远离所述电池组件的一端与所述拉伸轴连接,所述刷杆与所述安装座连接;所述传动主杆的底部与所述齿轮组件连接,所述齿轮组件还用于带动所述传动主杆左右摆动;所述电池组件与所述驱动电机电连接,所述刷杆套设于所述传动主杆远离所述刷柄的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷柄远离所述电池组件的一端开设有伸缩口,所述刷杆的一端设于所述伸缩口内,所述刷杆朝向所述电池组件的一端设置有硅胶套,所述硅胶套的外周与所述刷柄连接,所述硅胶套用于密封所述伸缩口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述多功能电动牙刷还包括控制面板,所述控制面板与控制主板电连接,所述刷柄开设有控制口,所述控制面板设于所述刷柄内并与所述支撑架固定连接并卡合于所述控制口内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述齿轮组件包括齿轮组、抵持件和驱动轴,所述抵持件和所述驱动轴分别与所述齿轮组传动连接,所述传动主杆底部设置有U型槽,所述抵持件设于所述U型槽的一侧或两侧,所述齿轮组用于在所述驱动电机的作用下带动所述抵持件转动,所述传动主杆在所述抵持件的作用下左右摆动;所述驱动轴用于在所述驱动电机的作用下驱动所述曲轴组件转动,以使所述曲 轴组件带动所述传动主杆和从动杆伸缩运动;所述驱动轴与所述曲轴组件传动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述曲轴组件包括第一曲杆、第二曲杆、传动啮合齿和两组曲轴杆,所述第一曲杆与第二曲杆连接,两组所述曲轴杆分别位于所述第一曲杆和第二曲杆的两侧,曲轴杆的两侧分别通过轴承与所述支撑架连接,所述传动啮合齿与所述驱动轴传动连接;
    所述传动主杆与所述第一曲杆连接,所述从动杆与所述第二曲杆连接;或所述从动杆与所述第一曲杆连接,所述传动主杆与所述第二曲杆连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,与所述传动主杆连接的第一曲轴杆到所述曲轴杆轴心的距离大于与所述从动杆连接的第二曲杆到所述曲轴杆轴心的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述传动主杆中部开设有槽孔,所述第一曲轴穿设于所述槽孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述从动杆包括从动杆和与所述从动杆底部连接的从动座,所述从动座开设有横向槽,所述第二曲杆穿设于所述横向槽内,所述从动杆设于所述传动腔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述从动杆的顶部设置有外接件,所述从动杆通过外接件与所述拉伸轴可拆卸连接。
