综上所述,本发明公开了一种电动牙刷传动结构及多功能牙刷,涉及电动牙刷技术领域。其中,电动牙刷传动结构包括:驱动电机、齿轮组件、曲轴组件、传动主杆、从动杆和支撑架;其中,驱动电机、齿轮组件和曲轴组件均与支撑架连接,传动主杆开设有传动腔,从动杆穿设于传动腔内,驱动电机通过齿轮组件驱动曲轴组件转动,以使曲轴组件带动传动主杆和从动杆伸缩运动;传动主杆的底部与齿轮组件连接,齿轮组件还用于带动传动主杆左右摆动。驱动电机可以采用微型小功率驱动减速电机,如步进电机、空心杯电机、直流有刷电机或直流无刷电机等;支撑架用于固定驱动电机、齿轮组件和曲轴组件。传动主杆开设有传动腔,从动杆设于传动腔内,驱动电机驱动齿轮组件以带动曲轴组件转动,传动主杆和从动杆均与曲轴组件连接,在曲轴组件转动时,带动传动主杆和从动杆伸缩运动。其中,可以清楚的是,由于传动主杆和从动杆分别连接在曲轴组件的不同位置,传动主杆可以设置一个弧度或者弯角,使得从动杆穿设与传动腔内。 同时,传动主杆和从动杆可以连接在曲轴组件的不同位置,伸缩的幅度相同或不同,使得传动主杆和从动杆可以相对或同步运动。
传动主杆的顶端用于连接刷头,同时传动主杆的底部与齿轮组件传动连接,齿轮组件还用于带动传动主杆左右摆动,可使得与传动主杆连接的刷头在左右摆动的同时上下伸缩,提升了多功能电动牙刷的使用乐趣。并且,通过设置从动杆,从动杆可以与刷头的刷毛板连接,带动刷毛板在刷头上有规律的正时针或逆时针往复运动,通过使用电动牙刷传动结构设计的多功能电动牙刷,可以在刷牙时刷头摆动的同时,不光可以控制刷头的伸缩,刷毛板还能对刷毛的角度进行微调。以此解决了使用现有传动结构的电动牙刷对牙齿清洁时,刷头只能朝一个方向清洁牙齿,需要不断的转动刷柄;并且,清洁牙齿不同部位时,还需要不停地推拉刷柄,使用体验差的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例来对本发明作进一步阐述。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施例方式的说明虽然是用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。
请参阅图1至图5,为本发明实施例提出的一种电动牙刷传动结构10,包括:驱动电机100、齿轮组件200、曲轴组件300、传动主杆400、从动杆500和支撑架600。
其中,驱动电机100、齿轮组件200和曲轴组件300均与支撑架600连接,传动主杆400开设有传动腔410,从动杆500穿设于传动腔410内,驱动电机100通过齿轮组件200驱动曲轴组件300转动,以使曲轴组件300带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动;传动主杆400的底部与齿轮组件200连接,齿轮组件200还用于带动传动主杆400左右摆动。
驱动电机100可以采用微型小功率驱动减速电机,如步进电机、空心杯电机、直流有刷电机或直流无刷电机等;支撑架600用于固定驱动电机100、齿轮组件200和曲轴组件300。传动主杆400开设有传动腔410,从动杆500设于传动腔410内,驱动电机100驱动齿轮组件200以带动曲轴组件300转动,传动主杆400和从动杆500均与曲轴组件300连接,在曲轴组件300转动时,带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动。其中,可以清楚的是,由于传动主杆400和从动杆500分别连接在曲轴组件300的不同位置,传动主杆400可以设置一个弧度或者弯角,使得从动杆500穿设与传动腔410内。同时,传动主杆400和从动杆500可以连接在曲轴组件300的不同位置,伸缩的幅度相同或不同,使得传动主杆400和从动杆500可以相对或同步运动。
传动主杆400的顶端用于连接刷头30,同时传动主杆400的底部与齿轮组件200传动连接,齿轮组件200还用于带动传动主杆400左右摆动,可使得与传动主杆400连接的刷头30在左右摆动的同时上下伸缩,提升了多功能电动牙刷1的使用乐趣。并且,通过设置从动杆500,从动杆500可以与刷头30的刷毛板连接,带动刷毛板在刷头30上有规律的正时针或逆时针往复运动,通过使用电动牙刷传动结构10设计的多功能电动牙刷,可以在刷牙时刷头30摆动的同时,不光可以控制刷头30的伸缩,刷毛板还能对刷毛的角度进行微调。以此解决使用现有传动结构的电动牙刷对牙齿清洁时,刷头只能朝一个方向清洁牙齿,需要不断的转动刷柄;并且,清洁牙齿不同部位时,还需要不停地推拉刷柄,使用体验差的问题。
在一个可能的设计中,齿轮组件200包括齿轮组210、抵持件220和驱动轴230,抵持件220和驱动轴230分别与齿轮组210传动连接,传动主杆400底部设置有U型槽420,抵持件220设于U型槽420的一侧或两侧,齿轮组210用于在驱动电机100的作 用下带动抵持件220转动,传动主杆400在抵持件220的作用下左右摆动;驱动轴230用于在驱动电机100的作用下驱动曲轴组件300转动,以使曲轴组件300带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动;驱动轴230与曲轴组件300传动连接。
本为了控制传动主杆400左右摆动,可以采用多种控制结构;本实施例中,传动主杆400的底部设置有U型槽420,抵持件220设于U型槽420的两侧,抵持件220在齿轮组210的带动下转动,抵持件220可以设置一个凸起以抵持U型槽420的一侧,使得U型槽420在凸起的抵持下摆动带动传动主杆400摆动。同时,齿轮组210还用于在驱动电机100的作用下带动抵持件220转动,以此曲轴组件300带动传动主杆400和从动杆500伸缩运动;可以清楚的是,驱动轴230与曲轴组件300传动连接,可以采用多种连接结构,例如斜齿轮啮合的形式传动。
在一个可能的设计中,曲轴组件300包括第一曲杆310、第二曲杆320、传动啮合齿330和两组曲轴杆340,第一曲杆310与第二曲杆320连接,两组曲轴杆340分别位于第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320的两侧,曲轴杆340的两侧分别通过轴承350与支撑架600连接,传动啮合齿330与驱动轴230传动连接;传动主杆400与第一曲杆310连接,从动杆500与第二曲杆320连接;或从动杆500与第一曲杆310连接,传动主杆400与第二曲杆320连接。
本实施例中,第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320连接,第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320到曲轴杆340轴心的距离可以相等或不同,曲轴杆340在转动时带动第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320绕曲轴杆340的轴心转动,带动传动主杆400和从动杆500往复运动。设置传动啮合齿330,主要是用于与驱动轴230传动连接,以使齿轮组210带动曲轴杆340转动;其中,设置两组曲轴杆340,主要起连接作用,曲轴杆340通过轴承350与支撑架600连接,保证可第一曲杆310和第二曲杆320转动时整体的稳定性。
在一个可能的设计中,与传动主杆400连接的第一曲杆310到曲轴杆340轴心的距离大于与从动杆500连接的第二曲杆320到曲轴杆340轴心的距离。
本实施例中,由于从动杆500运动带动刷毛板转动的幅度正常应小于传动主杆400的伸缩幅度,因此在传动主杆400与第一曲杆310连接,从动杆500与第二曲杆320连接时,传动主杆400连接的第一曲杆310到曲轴杆340轴心的距离大于与从动杆500连接的第二曲杆320到曲轴杆340轴心的距离。具体实施时,可以根据电动牙刷的使用场景设置。
在一个可能的设计中,传动主杆400中部开设有槽孔430,第一曲杆310穿设于槽 孔430内。
传动主杆400中部开设槽孔430,以便于在抵持件220抵持传动主杆400时,不会挤压第一曲杆310,并且在第一曲杆310传动时,带动传动主杆400往复运动。
在一个可能的设计中,从动杆500包括从动轴510和与从动轴510底部连接的从动座520,从动座520开设有横向槽530,第二曲杆320穿设于横向槽530内,从动杆500设于传动腔410内。
通过设置横向槽530,第二曲杆320穿设于横向槽530内,可以在第二曲杆320转动时带动从动轴510往复运动。
在一个可能的设计中,从动杆500的顶部设置有外接件540。
从动杆500的顶部设置外接件540,主要是为了与电动刷头30的刷毛板传动结构连接,便于电动刷头30的更换。
在一个可能的设计中,传动主杆400和从动杆500均由不锈钢材质制成。
传动主杆400和从动杆500可以采用多种材质制成,本实施例中采用不锈钢材质制成,以增加电动牙刷传动结构10的使用寿命,便于清洁。
在一个可能的设计中,抵持件220的高度小于U型槽420的深度。
由于传动主杆400会在第一曲杆310的带动下往复运动,即相对于抵持件220往复运动,为了保证抵持件220抵持U型槽420的稳定性,抵持件220的高度小于U型槽420的深度。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提出了一种多功能电动牙刷1,多功能电动牙刷1包括刷柄20、刷头30和如上述实施例所提出的电动牙刷传动结构10,电动牙刷传动结构10设于刷柄20内,刷头30与传动主杆400和从动杆500传动连接。
本实施例中,多功能电动牙刷1包括刷柄20、刷头30和电动牙刷传动结构10,电动刷头30与传动主杆400连接,从动杆500与刷头30的刷毛板连接,从动杆500带动刷毛板在刷头30上正时针或逆时针往复旋转,使用多功能电动牙刷1时,刷头30伸缩的过程中,刷毛板摆动的同时还可以轻微的转动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,包括:驱动电机、齿轮组件、曲轴组件、传动主杆、从动杆和支撑架;其中,
    所述驱动电机、齿轮组件和曲轴组件均与所述支撑架连接,所述传动主杆开设有传动腔,所述从动杆穿设于所述传动腔内,所述驱动电机通过所述齿轮组件驱动所述曲轴组件转动,以使所述曲轴组件带动所述传动主杆和从动杆伸缩运动;所述传动主杆的底部与所述齿轮组件连接,所述齿轮组件还用于带动所述传动主杆左右摆动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,
    所述齿轮组件包括齿轮组、抵持件和驱动轴,所述抵持件和所述驱动轴分别与所述齿轮组传动连接,所述传动主杆底部设置有U型槽,所述抵持件设于所述U型槽的一侧或两侧,所述齿轮组用于在所述驱动电机的作用下带动所述抵持件转动,所述传动主杆在所述抵持件的作用下左右摆动;所述驱动轴用于在所述驱动电机的作用下驱动所述曲轴组件转动,以使所述曲轴组件带动所述传动主杆和从动杆伸缩运动;所述驱动轴与所述曲轴组件传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,所述曲轴组件包括第一曲杆、第二曲杆、传动啮合齿和两组曲轴杆,所述第一曲杆与第二曲杆连接,两组所述曲轴杆分别位于所述第一曲杆和第二曲杆的两侧,所述曲轴杆的两侧分别通过轴承与所述支撑架连接,所述传动啮合齿与所述驱动轴传动连接;
    所述传动主杆与所述第一曲杆连接,所述从动杆与所述第二曲杆连接;或所述从动杆与所述第一曲杆连接,所述传动主杆与所述第二曲杆连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,与所述传动主杆连接的第一曲杆到所述曲轴杆轴心的距离大于与所述从动杆连接的第二曲杆到所述曲轴杆轴心的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,所述传动主杆中部开设有槽孔,所述第一曲杆穿设于所述槽孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,所述从动杆包括从动轴和与所述从动轴底部连接的从动座,所述从动座开设有横向槽,所述第二曲杆穿设于所述横向槽内,所述从动杆设于所述传动腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,所述从动杆的顶部设 置有外接件。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,所述传动主杆和从动杆均由不锈钢材质制成。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷传动结构,其特征在于,所述抵持件的高度小于所述U型槽的深度。
  10. 一种多功能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述多功能电动牙刷包括刷柄、刷头和如权利要求1至9任一项所述的电动牙刷传动结构,所述电动牙刷传动结构设于所述刷柄内,所述刷头分别与所述传动主杆和从动杆传动连接。
