驱动装置设置于手持部1一侧,全包刷头9与驱动装置连接,驱动装置用于驱动全包刷头9往复摆动,手持部1上靠近全包刷头9一侧设置有嘴唇包裹部,嘴唇包裹部包括唇内遮挡部11和唇外遮挡部12,唇内遮挡部11和唇外遮挡部12均为柔性环形片,具体可采用食品级硅胶制作,唇内遮挡部11和唇外遮挡部12之间形成环形嘴唇嵌入区13,手持部1内设置有导流管14,导流管14由靠近全包刷头9一侧至背离全包刷头9一侧贯穿手持部1,需要说明的是,导流管14贯穿手持部1,也穿过手持部1上的嘴唇包裹部。
使用时,将全包刷头9放入口中,通过咬合动作将牙齿嵌入全包刷头内,人体唇部嵌入环形嘴唇嵌入区13内,通过驱动装置驱动全包刷头9顺应牙齿排列方向往复摆动,对牙齿进行清洁,嘴唇包裹部能够防止口腔中的液体流出,因而,口腔清洁器能够适用于太空失重情况,导流管14用于液体流入或流出口腔,导流管14背离全包刷头9一端可以连接柔性管,用于收集口腔流出的液体或向口腔内注入液体,无论是在日常使用还是在太空失重情况下使用均更为方便。
手持部1为中空结构,嘴唇包裹部设置在手持部1一端的侧方,使用时,可以手握手持部1进行刷牙过程。
结合图3和图4,驱动装置包括电池2、减速电机3、球头偏心轴4、竖向轨道5、摇摆支架6和固定支架7。电池2可采用干电池2或蓄电池2,电池2固定设置于手持部1内,手持部1外壁上可设置方便拆卸、更换电池2的盖板。减速电机3固定设置于手持部1内,减速电机3转轴穿出手持部1外壁,减速电机3的转轴位于嘴唇包裹部中心位置,减速电机3与电池2电连接,减速电机3与电池2之间设置控制开关8,控制开关8可固定在手持部1外壁上,通过控制开关8接通电池2与减速电机3之间的电路后,可使电机运行。
球头偏心轴4一端与减速电机3转轴固定连接,另一端设置有球头,竖向轨道5为环形结构,其中部为长条形孔,球头偏心轴4的球头一端滑动连接于竖向轨道5内,竖向轨道5与摇摆支架6一端固定连接,手持部1侧壁上开设有两个安装孔15,固定支架7一端设置有两个插接头71,固定支架7的插接头71插入安装孔15内与手持部1固定连接,摇摆支架6背离竖向轨道5一端通过销轴61与固定支架7背离手持部1一端转动连接,销轴61的轴线方向与竖向轨道5的轨道方向不平行,固定支架7能够为摇摆支架6提供稳定的支撑。全包刷头9上设置卡接口91,摇摆支架6插入卡接口91内与全包刷头9卡接固定。
当减速电机3运行时,带动球头偏心轴4旋转,球头偏心轴4的球头一端在横向上的位移带动竖向轨道5横向摆动,球头偏心轴4纵向的位移沿竖向轨道5滑动,由此,球头偏心轴4旋转时能够带动竖向轨道5横向往复摆动,进而通过摇摆支架6带动全包刷头9往复摆动,实现刷牙动作。
为方便摇摆支架6、固定支架7和全包刷头9之间的连接,摇摆支架6上设置有回形孔62,固定支架7穿过回形孔62一端与摇摆支架6通过销轴61连接,回形孔62的宽度较固定支架7位于回形孔62内的部分的宽度大,从而满足摇摆支架6的摆动需求,全包刷头9与回形孔62外侧壁连接,避免全包刷头9影响摇摆支架6与固定支架7之间的相对摆动。
结合图5至图7,全包刷头9上、下两侧分别设置有刷毛98,从而能够对人体上、下两排牙齿同时进行清理。
可选的,全包刷头9上侧刷毛98根部的安装平面与全包刷头9下侧刷毛98根部的安装平面夹角为10°,更加适合两排牙齿微张情况下的清洁工作,清理更彻底。
全包刷头9包括前清洁段92、左中清洁段93、左末清洁段94、右中清洁段95、右末清洁段96,前清洁段92左端依次连接左中清洁段93、左末清洁段94,前清洁段92右端依次连接右中清洁段95、右末清洁段96,相邻清洁段之间通过无毛的柔性连接杆97连接,该柔性连接杆97可以为全包刷头9上刷毛98固定基层的一部分。前清洁段92主要用于清洁人体的门牙及门牙周边位置,左中清洁段93、右中清洁段95主要用于清洁人体的犬牙部分,左末清洁段94和右末清洁段96主要用于清洁人体的臼齿部分。全包刷头9的分段式结构能够对牙齿形成更全面的清洁,并且,由于各段之间为无毛的柔性连接结构,使各段之间的角度顺应牙齿方向自适应调节,适用于不同人的牙齿构造。
结合图8和图9,优选的,前清洁段92的刷槽内设置有两个刷毛98面,门牙宽度较小,并且轻微前倾,两个刷毛98面对门牙两侧的清洁效果更好,同时还能兼备门牙端面清洁;犬牙、臼齿主要为竖直的牙齿,左中清洁段93、左末清洁段94、右中清洁段95和右末清洁段96的刷槽内设置有三个刷毛98面,能够对犬牙、臼齿的侧壁及端面起到更好的清洁效果。
结合图10和图11,导流管14主要用于口腔内外的液体出入,为达到更好的液体出入效果,将导流管14设置为三通管,并设置两条,导流管14靠近全包刷头9一端设置内导流孔141,背离全包刷头9一端设置外导流孔142,其中一条可向口腔内输入液体,另一条可将口腔内液体输出,将干净牙膏、水的输入与口腔内牙膏、唾液、水的输出分开,使用更清洁、方便,为实现两个导流管14仅可单向通过,可在导流管14或导流管14外接管道上设置单向阀。
本申请提供的一种口腔清洁器,具有更方便、彻底,清洁更全面,清洁速度更快等优点,并且还可适用于太空失重情况。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种口腔清洁器,其特征在于,包括手持部(1)、驱动装置和全包刷头(9),所述驱动装置设置于手持部(1),所述全包刷头(9)与所述驱动装置连接,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述全包刷头(9)往复摆动,所述手持部(1)上靠近全包刷头(9)一侧设置有嘴唇包裹部,所述嘴唇包裹部包括唇内遮挡部(11)和唇外遮挡部(12),所述唇内遮挡部(11)和唇外遮挡部(12)之间形成环形嘴唇嵌入区(13),所述手持部(1)内设置有导流管(14),所述导流管(14)由靠近全包刷头(9)一侧至背离全包刷头(9)一侧贯穿手持部(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括电池(2)、减速电机(3)、球头偏心轴(4)、竖向轨道(5)、摇摆支架(6)和固定支架(7),所述电池(2)固定设置于手持部(1)内,所述减速电机(3)固定设置于手持部(1)内,减速电机(3)转轴穿出所述手持部(1)外壁,所述球头偏心轴(4)与减速电机(3)转轴固定连接,所述球头偏心轴(4)的球头一端滑动连接于竖向轨道(5)内,所述竖向轨道(5)与所述摇摆支架(6)一端固定连接,所述固定支架(7)一端与所述手持部(1)固定连接,所述摇摆支架(6)背离竖向轨道(5)一端与所述固定支架(7)背离手持部(1)一端转动连接,所述摇摆支架(6)与所述全包刷头(9)卡接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述摇摆支架(6)上设置有回形孔(62),所述固定支架(7)穿过所述回形孔(62)一端通过销轴(61)与所述摇摆支架(6)端部转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述全包刷头(9)上、下两侧分别设置有刷毛(98)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述全包刷头(9)上侧刷毛(98)根部与全包刷头(9)下侧刷毛(98)根部夹角为10°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述全包刷头(9)包括前清洁段(92)、左中清洁段(93)、左末清洁段(94)、右中清洁段(95)、右末清洁段(96),所述前清洁段(92)左端依次连接左中清洁段(93)、左末清洁段(94),所述前清洁段(92)右端依次连接右中清洁段(95)、右末清洁段(96),相邻清洁段之间通过无毛的柔性连接杆连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述前清洁段(92)的刷槽内设置有两个刷毛(98)面,所述左中清洁段(93)、左末清洁段(94)、右中清洁段(95)和右末清洁段(96)的刷槽内设置有三个刷毛(98)面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的口腔清洁器,其特征在于,所述导流管(14)为三通管,且所述导流管(14)设置有两条,所述导流管(14)靠近全包刷头(9)一端设置内导流孔(141),背离全包刷头(9)一端设置外导流孔(142)。
