一种应用于鞋子的免提结构 技术领域
本发明涉及鞋子技术领域,具体为一种应用于鞋子的免提结构。
背景技术
在穿戴鞋子时,需要将整个脚穿进鞋内,在穿戴过程中,由于鞋后跟较为柔软,脚后跟在抵进鞋后跟后,需要用手去蔸后跟,将后跟复位,在针对儿童和中老年群体中,鞋子的穿戴较为困难,因此,亟需一种可以将鞋后跟自动复位的应用于鞋子的免提结构。
技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,具备穿戴方便,可以自动复位后跟的优点,解决了儿童和中老年群体中,鞋子的穿戴较为困难的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,包括鞋底,所述鞋底的后跟位置处设有自动回弹结构,所述自动回弹结构包括对称排布的两个回弹件、支撑部以及外翻部,两个所述回弹件的一端分别设有呈L形的所述支撑部,所述外翻部呈向外弯折的舌形结构,所述外翻部的舌尖相对端分别与两个所述回弹件的另一端连接;
所述外翻部舌尖的角度为120°~160°;
所述支撑部与所述外翻部230夹角的内角为125°~145°;
所述外翻部的折弯角度为85°~110°。
优选的,所述回弹件为扭簧,其两端分别与支撑部和外翻部连接。
通过采用上述方案,扭簧具有在扭矩上良好的回弹性,使与其连接的外翻部可以快速复位,同时,可以频繁反复回弹。
优选的,所述回弹件、所述支撑部以及所述外翻部由一根一体成型的弹性丝绕制而成。
通过采用上述方案,弹性丝可以采用最为常见的金属丝,其具有成本不高,同时,加工方便的优点。
优选的,所述外翻部舌尖的角度为140°。
优选的,所述支撑部与所述外翻部230夹角的内角为135°。
优选的,所述外翻部的折弯角度为95°。
优选的,两个所述回弹件的内部通过弹簧支撑柱连接。
通过采用上述方案,弹簧支撑柱对两个回弹件进行支撑,避免回弹件在受到较大的力时,出现偏移的现象。
优选的,所述鞋底的外侧壁上开设有用于放置所述自动回弹结构的卧槽。
通过采用上述方案,自动回弹结构嵌入卧槽内,使鞋子的结构更稳固。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,具备以下有益效果:
1)、在童鞋类的应用中,解决学生起床穿鞋难入脚,绑鞋带的难题,解决家长给学生穿鞋的困扰,一双自动免提懒人鞋,彻底解决小孩穿鞋困难。
2)、在中老年、肥胖或病人的应用中,可减少弯腰提鞋,绑鞋带的困扰。

实施例一
一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,包括鞋底100,鞋底100的后跟位置处设有自动回弹结构200,自动回弹结构200包括对称排布的两个回弹件210、支撑部220以及外翻部230,两个回弹件210的一端分别设有呈L形的支撑部220,外翻部230呈向外弯折的舌形结构,外翻部230的舌尖相对端分别与两个回弹件210的另一端连接;
外翻部230舌尖的角度为120°~160°;
支撑部220与外翻部230夹角的内角为125°~145°;
外翻部230的折弯角度为85°~110°。
本实施例中,具体的,回弹件210为扭簧,其两端分别与支撑部220和外翻部230连接。
本实施例中,具体的,回弹件210、支撑部220以及外翻部230由一根一体成型的弹性丝绕制而成。
本实施例中,具体的,外翻部230舌尖的角度为140°。
本实施例中,具体的,支撑部220与外翻部230夹角的内角为135°。
本实施例中,具体的,外翻部230的折弯角度为95°。
本实施例中,具体的,两个回弹件210的内部通过弹簧支撑柱300连接。
本实施例中,具体的,鞋底100的外侧壁上开设有用于放置自动回弹结构200的卧槽400。
参阅图1-5,在童鞋和中老年鞋中,为了更好的为使用者提供便捷的穿鞋方式设计一种在穿鞋时,将脚伸进去,便能自动回弹后跟的设计,使其不需要用手去蔸后跟,并能更好的方便简单的穿着,该免提结构设计为具有向外弯折的舌形结构的外翻部230、双缓冲回弹件210以及对回弹件210进行支撑的支撑部220,可以达到自动回弹后跟,穿入更方便,在进行穿鞋时,脚的后跟按压外翻部230,使外翻部230形变,当后跟进入鞋内时,后跟不再挤压外翻部230,使外翻部230在自身弹性和回弹件210的作用下复位,使后跟可以实现自动回弹。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,包括鞋底(100),其特征在于:所述鞋底(100)的后跟位置处设有自动回弹结构(200),所述自动回弹结构(200)包括对称排布的两个回弹件(210)、支撑部(220)以及外翻部(230),两个所述回弹件(210)的一端分别设有呈L形的所述支撑部(220),所述外翻部(230)呈向外弯折的舌形结构,所述外翻部(230)的舌尖相对端分别与两个所述回弹件(210)的另一端连接;
    所述外翻部(230)舌尖的角度为120°~160°;
    所述支撑部(220)与所述外翻部(230)夹角的内角为125°~145°;
    所述外翻部(230)的折弯角度为85°~110°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:所述回弹件(210)为扭簧,其两端分别与支撑部(220)和外翻部(230)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:所述回弹件(210)、所述支撑部(220)以及所述外翻部(230)由一根一体成型的弹性丝绕制而成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:所述外翻部(230)舌尖的角度为140°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:所述支撑部(220)与所述外翻部(230)夹角的内角为135°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:所述外翻部(230)的折弯角度为95°。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:两个所述回弹件(210)的内部通过弹簧支撑柱(300)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于鞋子的免提结构,其特征在于:所述鞋底(100)的外侧壁上开设有用于放置所述自动回弹结构(200)的卧槽(400)。
