参考图1,其所示为现有技术中的车门锁扣的结构示意图,现有技术中的车门锁扣一般由底座1、锁柱2、垫片8等组成,通过两个沉头螺栓固定在侧围立柱上,安装时需要人工校验锁柱与车门的相对位置是否合适。
参考图2和图3,本申请实施例中提供一种自调节车门锁扣总成,包括:
锁扣主体,包括底座1和锁柱2,所述底座1设有螺栓穿孔3,所述底座1包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面朝向车门,且所述第一表面设有滑槽;所述锁柱2与所述底座1的所述第一表面固定连接;
浮动调整片4,设于所述滑槽内,用于调整所述锁扣主体的位置;所述浮动调整片4设有开孔,所述螺栓穿孔3的直径大于所述浮动调整片4的开孔的直径;
紧固件5,用于将所述底座1固定于车辆侧围钣金件,所述浮动调整片4的开孔的直径与所述紧固件5的尺寸相配合;
