Description

一种导向性好的丝织机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种导向性好的丝织机。
背景技术
丝织机又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,古代的纺织机是依靠人力带动的织布机。纺织机就是把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称。纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等。古今纺织工艺流程和设备的发展都是因应纺织原料而设计的,因此,原料在纺织技术中具有重要的地位。古代世界各国用于纺织的纤维均为天然纤维,一般是(毛、麻、棉)三种短纤维。
现有的丝织机在对线束进行导向过程中,由于线束容易松弛,容易导致相邻的线束之间缠绕在一起,从而影响丝织机正常的工作,为了提高线束的导向性,保证线束在导向过程中处于绷紧状态,
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种导向性好的丝织机。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种导向性好的丝织机,通过改变第一载板与第二载板之间的位置,从而使处于导向过程中的线束处于紧绷状态,进而可有效的防止线束在导向过程中缠绕在一起,提高对线束的导向效果。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种导向性好的丝织机,包括机架和 导向辊,所述导向辊一侧对称安装有T形支撑件,所述T形支撑件一侧外壁焊接有立板,所述立板表面插接有第一定位销,所述T形支撑件另一侧外壁安装有轴承,所述T形支撑件之间对称安装有圆板,所述圆板一侧表面开设有滑槽,所述滑槽两侧均开设有定位孔,所述圆板另一侧表面中心处一体成型有转轴,且转轴与轴承内圈过盈连接,所述转轴一侧开设有凹孔,所述圆板之间分别活动设有第一载板与第二载板,且第一载板与第二载板均与滑槽滑动连接,所述第一载板上表面边缘处对称焊接有第一支撑板,所述第二载板下表面边缘处对称焊接有第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板与第二支撑板表面均插接有第二定位销,所述第一支撑板与第二支撑板之间均固定连接有支架,所述支架顶端处转动连接有滚轮。
优选的,所述T形支撑件底端边缘处对称开设有安装孔,且T形支撑件底端通过螺栓与机架顶端相连接。
优选的,所述定位孔设置有多个,且同侧设置的多个所述定位孔之间等距分布,多个所述定位孔内径与第二定位销的外径相适配。
优选的,所述凹孔环设有多个,且多个所述凹孔内径均与第一定位销外径相适配。
优选的,所述第一载板与第二载板两端均与滑槽构成嵌入式结构。
优选的,所述支架设置有多个,且多个所述支架之间等距排列。
优选的,所述滚轮两端均固定连接有限位板,所述滚轮外壁包覆有防滑胶垫。
本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、通过将线束从第一载板上方设置的滚轮顶部处绕过,然后在使线束从第二载板下方安装的滚轮底部绕过,调节第一载板与第二载板之间的间距增大, 然后通过人工驱动圆板转动,从而改变第一载板与第二载板之间的位置,对圆板进行定位,从而使处于导向过程中的线束处于紧绷状态,进而可有效的防止线束在导向过程中缠绕在一起,提高对线束的导向效果。
2、通过在滚轮两端设置限位板,对线束起到很好的导向作用,防止线束脱离滚轮,同时通过在滚轮外壁处设置防滑胶垫,可增大滚轮与线束之间的摩擦力,从而线束在导向过程中,滚轮可配合线束滚动。

如图1-6所示,本实用新型提出的一种导向性好的丝织机,包括机架1和导向辊101,所述导向辊101一侧对称安装有T形支撑件2,所述T形支撑件2一侧外壁焊接有立板201,所述立板201表面插接有第一定位销202,所述T形支撑件2另一侧外壁安装有轴承203,所述T形支撑件2之间对称安装有圆板3,所述圆板3一侧表面开设有滑槽301,所述滑槽301两侧均开设有定位孔302,所述圆板3另一侧表面中心处一体成型有转轴303,且转轴303与轴承203内圈过盈连接,所述转轴303一侧开设有凹孔304,所述圆板3之间分别活动设有第一载板4与第二载板401,且第一载板4与第二载板401均与滑槽301滑动连接,所述第一载板4上表面边缘处对称焊接有第一支撑板402,所述第二载板401下表面边缘处对称焊接有第二支撑板403,所述第一支撑板402与第二支撑板403表面均插接有第二定位销404,所述第一支撑板402与第二支撑板403之间均固定连接有支架5,所述支架5顶端处转动连接有滚轮501。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述T形支撑件2底端边缘处对称开设有安装孔,且T形支撑件2底端通过螺栓与机架1顶端相连接;
需要说明的是,方便对T形支撑件2快速的装配。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述定位孔302设置有多个,且同侧设置的多个所述定位孔302之间等距分布,多个所述定位孔302内径与第二定位销404的外径相适配;
需要说明的是,通过设置多个定位孔302,可使第一载板4与第二载板401根据线束的张紧的需求对其进行位移调节。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述凹孔304环设有多个,且多个所述凹孔304 内径均与第一定位销202外径相适配;
需要说明的是,通过相邻凹孔304之间的夹角角度为九十度,因此当圆板3转动时,通过第一定位销202与所对应的凹孔304插接相连,从而对圆板3进行定位,改变第一载板4与第二载板401之间的位置,有利于线束的绷紧。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述第一载板4与第二载板401两端均与滑槽301构成嵌入式结构;
需要说明的是,使第一载板4与第二载板401可配合滑槽301移动,从而方便调整第一载板4与第二载板401之间的间距。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述支架5设置有多个,且多个所述支架5之间等距排列;
需要说明的是,通过多个支架5对应多个滚轮501,因此可一次性对多根线束进行导向。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述滚轮501两端均固定连接有限位板502,所述滚轮501外壁包覆有防滑胶垫;
需要说明的是,通过在滚轮501两端设置限位板502,对线束起到很好的导向作用,防止线束脱离滚轮501,同时通过在滚轮501外壁处设置防滑胶垫,可增大滚轮501与线束之间的摩擦力,从而线束在导向过程中,滚轮501可配合线束滚动。
本实用新型中,首先将线束从第一载板4上方设置的滚轮501顶部处绕过,然后在使线束从第二载板401下方安装的滚轮501底部绕过,当线束松弛使,通过调节第一载板4与第二载板401之间的间距,然后通过第二定位销404分别穿过第一支撑板402和第二支撑板403与圆板3上开设的定位孔302插接相连,从而对第一载板4与第二载板401进行定位,使第一载板4与第二载板401 之间的间距增大,然后通过人工驱动圆板3转动,从而改变第一载板4与第二载板401之间的位置,然后通过第一定位销202穿过立板201与圆板3上开设的相对应的凹孔304插接相连,对圆板3进行定位,从而使处于导向过程中的线束处于紧绷状态,进而可有效的防止线束在导向过程中缠绕在一起,提高对线束的导向效果。
