本发明涉及井工煤矿综采、综放工作面运输巷道支护设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架。
背景技术
煤矿综采、综放工作面运输巷道的加强支护(含端头支护和超前支护)一直是影响煤炭安全、高效开采的重要环节,《煤矿安全规程》规定:采煤工作面所有安全出口与巷道连接处20m范围内,必须加强支护;《国家煤矿安监局关于加强煤矿冲击地压防治工作的通知》对于具有冲击地压规定矿井规定,有冲击危险的采煤工作面安全出口与巷道连接处超前支护范围不得小于70米,综采放顶煤工作面或具有中等及以上冲击危险区域的采煤工作面安全出口与巷道连接处超前支护范围不得小于120米,超前支护优先采用液压支架。
当超前支护范围要求较大时,转载机机头通常包含在内,然而转载机机头通常是整个转载机最宽的部位,对于宽度较小的运输巷道,转载机机头处通常无法布置常规的两架一组式、单列式或者其他形式的超前支架,仍然采用单体液压支柱进行加强支护,无法满足各级行管部门对超前支护的相关规定以及智能化工作面建设的要求。目前,针对转载机机头处的超前支护,除加大巷道宽度以布置超前支架外,暂无其他可行的技术方案。
发明内容
针对现有技术中宽度较小、超前支护范围较长的运输巷道,转载机机头处往往由于宽度尺寸较大,通常无法布置超前支架,如果需要布置超前支架,往往需要临时扩大巷道宽度,从而造成生产周期长、误工作面正常推进、巷道掘进成本高、巷道维护困难的问题,本发明提供了一种用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其与转载机机头一体设置,结构紧凑、占用巷道空间小,解决了以上技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
设计一种用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,包括顶梁,在顶梁下方位于转载机电机前后两侧的位置分别设置有竖向的导向筒,在导向筒下方设有柱靴,在导向筒的中部设有横向的固定板,在导向筒内位于固定板上方的位置设有上立柱,上立柱包括上部液压缸筒和位于上部液压缸筒内的上部活柱,上部液压缸筒的上端与顶梁铰接,上部活柱的下端与固定板的顶面固定连接;上部液压缸筒在导向筒内移动,用于带动顶梁上下移动;
在导向筒内位于固定板下方的位置设有下立柱,下立柱包括下部液压缸筒和位于下部液压缸筒内的下部活柱,下部液压缸筒的下端与柱靴铰接,下部活柱的顶端与固定板的底面固定连接;下部液压缸筒在导向筒内移动,用于带动柱靴上下移动。
在上述技术方案中,在采煤工作过程中,超前支架处于支护状态,下部液压缸筒沿导向筒下移,使得柱靴下移到巷道底面,起到下部支撑的作用,上部液压缸筒沿导向筒上移,使得顶梁上移并接触到巷道顶面,起到顶部支护的作用;当转载机机头需要移动时,下部液压缸筒沿导向筒上移,柱靴脱底,上部液压缸筒下移,顶梁脱顶,实现了超前支架的收回,此时采用自移机构或其他动力机构带动转载机机头移动,超前支架即会跟随转载机机头一同移动。
优选的,在转载机电机前后两侧的槽体外侧分别设置有连接座,在连接座上设有至少两组连接耳板,在导向筒上对应于连接座的位置设置有安装板,在安装板上对应每组连接耳板的位置分别设置有安装耳板,安装耳板与对应的连接耳板之间固定连接。导向筒与转载机之间通过连接座、安装板之间的耳板固定安装在一起,便于超前支架的安装和拆卸。
优选的,在连接耳板上开设有竖向的长圆孔,在安装耳板上开设有圆形的固定孔,安装耳板与对应的连接耳板之间通过销轴固定连接。
优选的,安装耳板的固定孔不处于连接耳板的长圆孔最下端的位置。安装耳板和连接耳板通过销轴连接时,安装耳板上的固定孔不处于连接耳板的长圆孔最下端的位置,使得在柱靴接底时,转载机不承受超前支架上下立柱的支撑力,有利于超前支架在支护时的受力稳定。

Claims (8)

  1.  一种用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,包括顶梁,在顶梁下方位于转载机电机前后两侧的位置分别设置有竖向的导向筒,在导向筒下方设有柱靴,在导向筒的中部设有横向的固定板,在导向筒内位于固定板上方的位置设有上立柱,上立柱包括上部液压缸筒和位于上部液压缸筒内的上部活柱,上部液压缸筒的上端与顶梁铰接,上部活柱的下端与固定板的顶面固定连接;上部液压缸筒在导向筒内移动,用于带动顶梁上下移动;
    在导向筒内位于固定板下方的位置设有下立柱,下立柱包括下部液压缸筒和位于下部液压缸筒内的下部活柱,下部液压缸筒的下端与柱靴铰接,下部活柱的顶端与固定板的底面固定连接;下部液压缸筒在导向筒内移动,用于带动柱靴上下移动。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,在转载机电机前后两侧的槽体外侧分别设置有连接座,在连接座上设有至少两组连接耳板,在导向筒上对应于连接座的位置设置有安装板,在安装板上对应每组连接耳板的位置分别设置有安装耳板,安装耳板与对应的连接耳板之间固定连接。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,在连接耳板上开设有竖向的长圆孔,在安装耳板上开设有圆形的固定孔,安装耳板与对应的连接耳板之间通过销轴固定连接。
  4.  根据权利要求3所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,安装耳板的固定孔不处于连接耳板的长圆孔最下端的位置。
  5.  根据权利要求1所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,在顶梁的前端铰接有前梁,在前梁的前端铰接有护帮板,在顶梁下部靠近前梁的位置设有第一安装座,在前梁下部靠近顶梁的位置设有第二安装座,前梁千斤顶的底端与第一安装座铰接,前梁千斤顶的伸缩杆前端与第二安装座铰接;在护帮板下部靠近前梁的位置设有第三安装座,护帮千斤顶底端与第二安装座铰接,护帮千斤顶的伸缩杆前端与第三安装座铰接。
  6.  根据权利要求1所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,在下部液压缸筒的底端设有球形万向节,在柱靴的顶端设有与球形万向节相匹配的连接头。
  7.  根据权利要求1所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,上部液压缸筒的顶端通过销轴与顶梁铰接。
  8.  根据权利要求1所述的用于转载机机头的一体式超前支架,其特征在于,在进行采煤工作时,下部液压缸筒沿导向筒下移,使柱靴接底,上部液压缸筒沿导向筒上移,使顶梁接顶,超前支架处于支护状态;
    在转载机移动时,下部液压缸筒沿导向筒上移,使柱靴脱底,上部液压缸筒沿导向筒下移,使顶梁脱顶,超前支架处于收回状态。
