本发明中,助卷辊座可相对于铰轴摆动,不论是上卷取还是下卷取,都能使部分助卷压辊先接触助卷皮带以对带钢头部进行预弯处理;助卷皮带的反作 用力有推动助卷辊座围绕铰轴转动的趋势,通过压辊驱动单元与这种助卷皮带反作用力的协调,实现助卷辊座上的多个助卷压辊与卷筒的距离均匀、压力均衡,使各助卷压辊自适应带钢卷取时的作用力波动情况、较好地匹配卷取进程,实现较好的卷取效果。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图4,本发明实施例提供一种带钢助卷装置,包括助卷架21,所述助卷架21具有可收容卷筒3的收纳槽,所述助卷架21上设有皮带运行辊系以及卷绕在所述皮带运行辊系上的助卷皮带22,所述助卷架21上还设有辅助助卷机构,所述辅助助卷机构包括助卷辊座242、布置于所述助卷辊座242上的多个助卷压辊241以及用于驱动所述助卷辊座242活动以改变助卷压辊241与卷筒3 之间间距的压辊驱动单元。
可以理解地,助卷压辊241的轴向平行于卷筒3的轴向,各助卷压辊241用于与助卷皮带22接触,因此,各助卷压辊241优选为沿着收纳槽的槽底依次布设,一般地,上述收纳槽为C型槽,则各助卷压辊241沿着该收纳槽的C形周向依次布设,也即沿着带钢卷取方向依次布置。在其中一个实施例中,助卷架21包括两块结构板,两块结构板上均开设有C型槽,两块槽板平行相对并且间隔设置,从而在助卷架21上形成上述的C型收纳槽;上述助卷辊座242可设置在两块结构板之间。
通过设置辅助助卷机构24,其中的助卷压辊241可对进入助卷皮带22与卷筒3之间的带钢头部施与压力,达到对带钢头部预弯的效果,使带头更好地贴合在卷筒3上并被助卷皮带22和卷筒3咬合,提高带钢卷取效果及效率,能较好地解决现有技术中高强厚板不易被卷取的难题。另外,在助卷压辊241的配合下,还能增大卷取张力,使带钢更好地缠绕在卷筒3上。
在其中一个实施例中,压辊驱动单元243可以用于驱动助卷辊座242作直线运动,以靠近或远离卷筒3,该压辊驱动单元243相应地可采用气缸、液压缸等直线驱动设备。
在另外的实施例中,如图3,所述助卷辊座242铰接于收纳槽槽体上并且铰轴平行于助卷压辊。在该方案中,助卷辊座242可相对于铰轴摆动,不论是上卷取还是下卷取,都使部分助卷压辊241先接触助卷皮带22以对带钢头部进行预弯处理;定义助卷辊座242上的先接触助卷皮带22的助卷压辊241为预弯压辊,在这种情况下,若将压辊驱动单元243的输出端连接在助卷辊座242的远离预弯压辊的一侧,则根据杠杆原理,能有效地增大对带钢头部的预弯压力、提高预弯效果,也能起到节能的效果;另外,助卷皮带22的反作用力有推动助 卷辊座242围绕铰轴转动的趋势,通过压辊驱动单元243与这种助卷皮带22反作用力的协调,实现助卷辊座242上的多个助卷压辊241与卷筒3的距离均匀、压力均衡,使各助卷压辊241自适应带钢卷取时的作用力波动情况、较好地匹配卷取进程,实现较好的卷取效果。压辊驱动单元243相应地也可采用气缸、液压缸等直线驱动设备。
其中,助卷辊座242上的各助卷压辊241依次间隔布置构成辊排,该辊排的导向面为弧形面,也即各助卷压辊241的前端位于同一弧形面上,该弧形面的曲率优选为与C型槽的C形曲率相同。
进一步优选地,如图1-图3,所述辅助助卷机构24有多组并且沿收纳槽槽体周向依次布置,也即沿收纳槽的C形周向或者说沿带钢卷取方向依次布置。通过设置多组辅助助卷机构24,各辅助助卷机构24各自独立控制,一方面能依次地对带钢头部进行预弯处理,保证带钢头部的预弯效果,使带钢4能更好地缠绕在卷筒3上;另一方面也能起到提高卷取效率和节能效果的目的,具体地,当带钢头部到达第二组辅助助卷机构24时,该第二组辅助助卷机构24对带钢头部进行进一步预弯处理,第一组辅助助卷机构24的压辊驱动单元243的作用力可相应地减小,除达到上述“实现助卷辊座242上的多个助卷压辊241与卷筒3的距离均匀、压力均衡”的效果外,还能提高带钢运行的顺畅性,相应地提高卷取效率、也更节能。另外,当上述带钢助卷装置能配合完成上卷取操作和下卷取操作时,设置多组辅助助卷机构24也能更好地满足上卷取和下卷取操作时的带钢头部处理需求。
本实施例中,设置两组辅助助卷机构24。
优选地,如图1、图2和图4,于所述收纳槽的槽口两端分别设有用于与卷筒3配合收卷的抱臂机构23。两组抱臂机构23分别用于上卷取操作和下卷取操 作,因此可保证上述带钢助卷装置能满足上下卷取的操作要求。
进一步地,所述助卷架21还包括设于所述助卷架21上的皮带运行辊系以及通过所述皮带运行辊系张紧约束的助卷皮带22。助卷皮带22在卷筒3上以一定的包角包绕该卷筒3,从而在该助卷皮带22与卷筒3之间形成一个带钢V形入口,用于咬合带钢4的头部,便于带钢的卷取。
上述的抱臂机构23主要用于辅助卷筒3卷取带钢4,在其中一个实施例中,如图1和图2,所述抱臂机构23包括抱臂驱动单元以及可转动安装于所述助卷架21上的抱臂架,所述抱臂架与所述抱臂驱动单元连接从而具有带动所述转向辊摆动至靠近卷筒3的抱合状态以及远离所述卷筒3的打开状态。上述抱臂驱动单元可采用液压缸、气缸等驱动设备,其壳体优选为铰接于上述的助卷架21上,其输出端则优选与抱臂架铰接,能够实现抱臂架在竖向平面内摆动从而靠近或远离卷筒3(也即在其抱合状态和打开状态下切换)。在实际运行中,可通过抱臂驱动单元控制抱臂架的摆动角度以控制助卷皮带22在卷筒3上的包角,从而保证对带钢4的卷取效果。
进一步优选地,所述抱臂架上还安设有压板,所述压板的安装位置满足:在所述抱合状态,所述压板靠近所述卷筒3并与所述卷筒3配合构成带头导向通道,使带钢头部二次进入带钢V形入口时与助卷皮带22的夹角较小,以较小的阻力平稳完成助卷。该压板设置于抱臂架的远离抱臂驱动单元的一端;在上述结构中,助卷皮带22包绕卷筒3之后,该助卷皮带22与卷筒3之间对应形成带钢入口和带钢出口,该压板可随抱臂架摆动至带钢出口侧,主要用于引导带钢4,使得带钢4尤其是带头贴靠在卷筒3上而便于被卷取。
另外,优选地,压板与抱臂架之间可转动连接,且在抱臂架上设置有用于驱使压板相对抱臂架旋转的调节螺栓,通过调节螺栓可以控制压板相对抱臂架 旋转,该调节动作一般是在抱臂架摆动完成后,具体是用于调节压板的倾斜角度,合适的压板倾斜角度可以保证带头能够顺利导入,可以降低带钢带头对其的冲击。
上述皮带运行辊系用于支撑、张紧助卷皮带22并使助卷皮带22能循环、平稳运行,显然地,该皮带运行辊系能将助卷皮带22导引至经过上述收纳槽之后再返回至助卷架21内进行循环。如图1,优选地,该皮带运行辊系包括多个支撑辊、至少一个张紧辊以及安装于抱臂机构自由端的转向辊,其中,各所述支撑辊以及各所述张紧辊均安装在所述助卷架21上并且位于收纳槽外;在其中一个实施例中,上述各支撑辊均采用凸度辊,其带有凸度,可以使助卷皮带22自纠正而防止跑偏,在另外的实施例中,各支撑辊也可采用凸度辊与平辊组合的方式;各张紧辊均安装于助卷架21上,可对助卷皮带22提供张力,保证助卷皮带22平稳运行。在可选的实施例中,至少部分支撑辊的辊座可转动安装于所述助卷架21上并且转轴轴向平行于支撑辊轴向,支撑辊的摆动可以使助卷皮带22自纠正而防止跑偏。
进一步优选地,如图1和图4,上述带钢助卷装置还包括安装机架,上述助卷架21及助卷架21上布置的各构件可组成为一助卷模块2,该助卷模块2安装在安装机架上,具体地:
该安装机架包括固定机架11和活动机架12,其中,活动机架12活动安装在固定机架11上,上述助卷模块2安装在活动机架12上,活动机架12可带动助卷模块2一起相对于固定机架11活动。其中,活动机架12通过导向机构活动安装在固定机架11上,该导向机构的导向方向平行于助卷压辊241的轴线(也即平行于卷筒3的轴线)。
基于上述方案,可以使助卷模块2横向活动,尤其是配合卷取机一起横移, 在卷取机横移以对带钢4进行纠偏的过程中,助卷模块2一起横移,可以提高带钢卷取的整齐度以及带钢质量。
优选地,上述活动机架12与卷取机固定连接(优选为可拆卸固连),可与卷取机随动,无需额外地为活动机架12配置驱动设备,既提高了该活动机架12的随动响应速度,又减少了设备成本。
在其中一个实施例中,上述活动机架12的一端通过导向轴和导向轴套的组合结构与固定机架11连接,导向轴的轴线平行于助卷压辊241的轴线,活动机架12的另一端设有滚轮,滚轮的轴线垂直于导向轴的轴线。
进一步地,如图1和图4,助卷模块2可转动地安装于活动机架12上,并且在活动机架12上设有摆动驱动单元13,该摆动驱动单元13与助卷模块2连接。在其中一个实施例中,上述摆动驱动单元13采用摆动液压缸,该摆动液压缸的缸体铰接在活动机架12上,该摆动液压缸的输出端则与助卷模块2铰接。
进一步地,如图1和图4,可在活动机架12上设置摆动支座121,该摆动支座121靠近活动机架12的来钢侧布置并且可转动连接于活动机架12的底部,上述助卷架21安设在摆动支座121上。该摆动支座121所配置的转轴轴向平行于带钢宽度方向,在实际应用时,也即平行于卷筒3的轴向。采用摆动支座121带动助卷架21摆动,一方面,增大助卷架21的摆动半径,避免助卷架21摆动过程中与其他结构发生干涉,另一方面,可直接利用现有的助卷架21,无需对助卷架21进行改造。优选地,助卷架21可拆卸安装在摆动支座121上,可根据实际工况更换不同的助卷装置,同时也便于助卷装置的安装和维护。
优选地,上述固定机架11包括支撑框架111和固定平台112,支撑框架111优选为包括多个支撑柱,可将固定平台112支撑在车间结构基础上,同时,容许助卷架21在支撑柱间活动。根据助卷架21的规格大小,可以在车间结构基 础上设置避让通道。例如设置凹槽通道,以满足助卷架21的活动空间需求。
本实施例提供的带钢助卷装置,通过将助卷架21可转动安装在安装机架上,形成可摆动的助卷架21,便于调节助卷架21的空间位置和穿带角度,除了能使助卷架21在在线位与离线位之间切换,还能使带钢助卷装置更好地配合卷筒3完成上卷取操作和下卷取操作。
在其中一个实施例中,于所述固定平台112的顶部设有带钢输送机构,例如设置带钢夹送设备或穿带导板,当所对应的卷取设备位于产线中游时(也即卷取设备下游有其他带钢处理设备),通过固体平台顶部的带钢输送机构可完成带钢4的继续输送,节约设备数量和占用空间,有效地节约成本。
本发明实施例还涉及上述带钢助卷装置的使用方法,包括:
带钢头部进入时,通过所述压辊驱动单元243驱动所述助卷辊座242活动,使部分助卷压辊241先接触助卷皮带22以对带钢头部进行预弯处理;
在对带钢头部预弯处理后,通过压辊驱动单元243与助卷皮带反作用力的协调,实现助卷辊座242上的多个助卷压辊241与卷筒3的距离均匀、压力均衡。
关于该带钢助卷装置的使用方法,在前述内容中已有述及,此处不作赘述。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种带钢助卷装置,包括助卷架,所述助卷架具有可收容卷筒的C型收纳槽,所述助卷架上设有皮带运行辊系以及卷绕在所述皮带运行辊系上的助卷皮带,其特征在于:所述助卷架上还设有辅助助卷机构,所述辅助助卷机构包括助卷辊座、布置于所述助卷辊座上的多个助卷压辊以及用于驱动所述助卷辊座活动以改变助卷压辊与卷筒之间间距的压辊驱动单元,所述助卷辊座铰接于收纳槽槽体上并且铰轴轴向平行于助卷压辊轴向。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带钢助卷装置,其特征在于:沿带钢运行方向,所述压辊驱动单元连接于所述助卷辊座的尾部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的带钢助卷装置,其特征在于:所述助卷辊座上的各助卷压辊沿收纳槽的C形周向依次间隔布置构成辊排,所述辊排的导向面为弧形面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的带钢助卷装置,其特征在于:所述辅助助卷机构有多组,各所述辅助助卷机构沿收纳槽的C形周向依次布置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的带钢助卷装置,其特征在于:于所述收纳槽的槽口两端分别设有用于与卷筒配合收卷的抱臂机构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的带钢助卷装置,其特征在于:所述抱臂机构包括抱臂驱动单元以及可转动安装于所述助卷架上的抱臂架,所述抱臂架与所述抱臂驱动单元连接从而具有带动所述转向辊摆动至靠近卷筒的抱合状态以及远离所述卷筒的打开状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的带钢助卷装置,其特征在于,所述抱臂架上还安设有压板,所述压板的安装位置满足:在所述抱合状态,所述压板靠近所述卷筒并与所述卷筒配合构成带头导向通道。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的带钢助卷装置的使用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    带钢头部进入时,通过所述压辊驱动单元驱动所述助卷辊座活动,使部分助卷压辊先接触助卷皮带以对带钢头部进行预弯处理;
    在对带钢头部预弯处理后,通过压辊驱动单元与助卷皮带反作用力的协调,实现助卷辊座上的多个助卷压辊与卷筒的距离均匀、压力均衡。
