技术领域
本公开实施例涉及计算机技术领域,例如涉及一种订单信息管理方法、装置、系统、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
目前,很多商家不仅在传统的B2C(business to customer)电商平台开设店铺,还会以直接触达消费者(Direct-to-Consumer,DTC)的方式在独立站开设店铺,以打造个性化的品牌文化和服务,这就需要商家同时管理独立站和各电商平台店铺的订单信息。
但是,不同平台订单信息的统一管理多是借助第三方的ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)系统间接进行订单信息管理,各方信息的兼容性以及信息处理效率还有待提升。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种订单信息管理方法、装置、系统、电子设备和存储介质。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种订单信息管理方法,该方法包括:
响应于获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息,将所述新增订单的订单信息同步到所述目标用户的第二类信息平台;
响应于获取到所述新增订单的订单状态更新消息,将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,完成订单信息的同步管理;
其中,所述第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台是所述目标用户的不同的订单信息源与不同的信息管理平台,所述第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种订单信息管理装置,该装置包括:

例如,在响应于接收到用户的主动请求时,向用户发送提示信息,以明确地提示用户,其请求执行的操作将需要获取和使用到用户的个人信息。从而,使得用户可以根据提示信息来自主地选择是否向执行本公开实施例的操作的电子设备、应用程序、服务器或存储介质等软件或硬件提供个人信息。
作为一种可选的但非限定性的实现方式,响应于接收到用户的主动请求,向用户发送提示信息的方式例如可以是弹窗的方式,弹窗中可以以文字的方式呈现提示信息。此外,弹窗中还可以承载供用户选择“同意”或者“不同意”向电子设备提供个人信息的选择控件。
可以理解的是,上述通知和获取用户授权过程仅是示意性的,不对本公开的实现方式构成限定,其它满足相关法律法规的方式也可应用于本公开的实现方式中。
图1为本公开实施例所提供的一种订单信息管理方法的流程示意图,本公开实施例可以对多个信息平台的订单信息进行同步管理,该方法可以由订单信 息管理装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的形式实现,例如,通过电子设备来实现,该电子设备可以是移动终端、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)端或服务器等。
如图1所示,所述订单信息管理方法包括:
S110、当获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息时,将所述新增订单的订单信息同步到所述目标用户的第二类信息平台。
其中,第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台均是用于展示预设物品信息,并规范实现物品流转过程的信息平台,并且在物品流转的过程中,会产生相应的物品订单信息。第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台是目标用户的不同订单信息源与信息管理平台,其中,第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台。可以理解的是,第二类信息平台既是产生物品订单的平台,也是用于汇总管理不同类型的多个信息平台的订单的平台。第二类信息平台产生的订单就在本平台进行管理,在第一类信息平台产生的订单要同步到第二类信息平台进行管理。那么,对于目标用户来说,通过一个第二类平台便可以管理多个平台的订单信息,对订单处理以及状态跟踪的效率可以提高。第二类信息平台可以是目标用户自主选择的一个信息平台,对目标用户来说自主管理权限较大,更容易实现个性化设定的平台,例如,独立站。第一类信息平台可以是传统的B2C(business to customer)电商平台。
例如,在目标用户的任意一个第一类信息平台中,当一个新的订单创建之后,并完成支付操作时会触发该新增订单的同步操作。第一类信息平台会将新增订单的消息发送到一个预设的新增订单消息队列中,等待订单信息管理装置的同步操作。相应的,订单信息管理装置会在新增订单消息队列中获取到目标用户在第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息,并在获取到相应的队列消息之后,根据消息中携带的订单标识信息,调用第一类信息平台的订单信息获取接口,读取新增订单的详细信息。进而,订单信息管理装置会将获取到的详细订单信息同步到第二类信息平台,还可以进一步的根据详细订单信息更新第二类信息平台的库存信息。因此,目标用户便可以在其第二类信息平台查看到其第一类信息平台产生的订单,并进行管理,无需在不同信息平台之间进行跳转查看核对订单信息以及库存信息等信息。
S120、当获取到所述新增订单的订单状态更新消息时,将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,完成订单信息的同步管理。
当新增订单信息同步到第二类信息平台之后,该新增订单便会同时存在于生成该订单的第一类信息平台以及进行订单汇总融合管理的第二类信息平台,那么,订单状态的变更可以是第一类信息平台的自动订单处理的结果,也可以是目标用户在第二类信息平台主动操作产生的状态更新。因此,获取到的订单状态更新消息的消息源端可能是第一类信息平台,也可能是第二类信息平台。为了使订单状态在不同的信息平台保持一致,避免重复发货或订单异常不能及时处理等情况,则需要将更新后订单状态信息从消息源端同步到非消息源端。这里需要说明的是,新增订单指是已经由第一类信息平台同步到第二类信息平台,即所有同时存在于第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台订单,并不仅仅是指最新生效的一个订单。每一个同时存在于第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台的订单,在每次发生订单状态的变化时,均可以被获取到相应的订单状态更新消息,并进行信息的更新与同步。
例如,当获取到新增订单的订单状态更新消息为订单履约消息时,订单信息管理装置会调用消息源端的履约接口,并根据订单履约消息中的订单标识等信息,在消息源端获取新增订单的更新后订单状态信息;然后,调用非消息源端的履约接口,将更新后订单状态信息同步到非消息源端。
在一实施例中,当消息源端为第一类信息平台,非消息源端为第二类消息平台时,将新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从第一类信息平台和第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端的一类过程是:首先,调用第一类信息平台的履约接口,根据订单履约消息中携带的订单标识等信息,获取新增订单的履约状态和当前最新履约关联信息。订单履约过程可以是指在订单生效后,订单中物品进行打包出库、发货邮寄、派送、订单签收及售后等过程。履约状态则包括发货前、发货中、发货后以及签收等状态,履约关联信息包括各履约状态变更时间、物流信息等内容。在获取到新增订单的履约状态和当前最新履约关联信息之后,则调用第二类信息平台的履约接口,将新增订单在第二类信息平台的订单状态更改为履约状态,并更新履约关联信息。在第一类信息平台的订单履约操作,通常是预先设置的平台自动履约发货,会有与平台合作的物流提供对象提供物流单号物流进度等信息。在进行订单状态更新的同步时,可以直接在第一类信息平台获取到相应的履约信息,并同步到第二类信息平台。
当消息源端为第二类信息平台,非消息源端为所述第一类消息平台时,将新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从第一类信息平台和第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端的过程是:首先,调用第二类信息平台的履约接口,根 据订单履约消息中携带的订单标识等信息,获取新增订单的履约状态和初始履约关联信息。其中,初始履约关联信息是指目标用户在第二类信息平台进行发货操作时的相关信息,如发货时间,物流单号等信息。然后,再调用第一类信息平台中的物流服务接口,根据初始履约关联信息获取当前最新履约关联信息,如根据物流单号获取更多的物流运输状态等信息。最后,调用第一类信息平台中的履约接口,将新增订单在第一类信息平台的订单状态更改为更新后的履约状态,并更新当前最新履约关联信息。若是,在第二类信息平台能直接获取最新履约关联信息的情况下,可直接调用第一类信息平台中的履约接口进行更新后履约信息的同步。
在一种实施方式中,为了保证第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台之间的信息的一致性,订单信息管理装置还会根据每次获取到的新增订单的消息和订单状态更新消息进行订单同步记录;然后,根据订单同步记录以及每次订单信息同步反馈记录查找同步失败的订单信息,并将同步失败的订单信息重新进行同步处理。即按照一定的时间频率,对比第一类信息平台以及第二类信息平台之间的订单以及订单状态,将由第一类信息平台同步到第二类信息平台的订单的订单信息在两个不同的平台保持相同且最新的状态。
本公开实施例,通过在目标用户使用多个信息平台的情况下,当获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息时,将新增订单的订单信息同步到目标用户的第二类信息平台,实现在一个主信息平台进行所有订单信息的汇总管理;当获取到新增订单的订单状态更新消息时,将新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从第一类信息平台和第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,完成订单信息的同步管理,从而可以使第一类信息平台中产生的订单的状态在其对应的第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台保持一致;其中,第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台是目标用户的不同订单信息源与信息管理平台,第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台,使用户可以在一个第二类信息平台同时管理本信息平台的订单以及来自于其他信息平台的订单信息,无需进行平台跳转,目标用户在第二类信息平台对订单的履约操作也可以同步更新到对应的第一类信息平台,实现了双向的信息同步,避免了不同信息平台订单信息的统一管理中信息处理效率低的情况,实现了不同类型电商平台的订单信息融合以及双向信息同步,提高订单信息处理效率。
图2为本公开实施例所提供的又一订单信息管理方法的流程示意图,在实现该方法流程的过程中,描述了订单被取消等场景下的订单信息管理方式。该 方法可以由订单信息管理装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的形式实现,例如,通过电子设备来实现,该电子设备可以是移动终端、PC端或服务器等。
如图2所示,所述订单信息管理方法包括:
S210、当获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息时,将所述新增订单的订单信息同步到所述目标用户的第二类信息平台。
S220、当获取到所述新增订单的订单取消消息时,确定所述订单取消消息对应的信息源端。
当新增订单信息同步到第二类信息平台之后,该新增订单便会同时存在于生成该订单的第一类信息平台以及进行订单汇总融合管理的第二类信息平台,那么,订单取消消息可以是下订单的用户在第一类信息平台进行订单取消操作生成的消息,也可以是目标用户在第二类信息平台主动进行订单取消操作产生的消息。这里需要说明的是,一般情况下,更多的是下订单的用户在第一类信息平台进行订单取消操作,即多数情况下,订单取消消息的消息源端为第一类信息平台。目标用户在第二类信息平台中,对于下订单的用户已经完成支付并且核验库存有货的新增订单,该新增订单状态已经被置为待发货,是无法取消的。目标用户在第二类信息平台即使取消了也不会将订单取消状态同步到第一类信息平台。在第二类信息平台中,可以通过相关业务提示引导目标用户避免误操作。对于下订单的用户已经完成支付并且核验无库存的新增订单,目标用户是可以进行订单取消操作的。在本实施例中,订单取消消息的同步是针对于下订单用户或目标用户能够进行订单取消操作的情况的。

当订单取消消息的消息源端为第一类信息平台时,多是下订单用户主动的订单取消操作。针对订单取消的请求,需要目标用户进一步的审核,确定是否能够取消订单。订单信息管理装置会调用第二类信息平台的订单关闭接口关闭待确认是否取消的新增订单,以提醒目标用户暂缓订单履约。当订单信息管理装置获取到目标用户在所述第二类信息平台的订单取消审核通过消息时,会调用第二类信息平台的订单取消接口,取消所述新增订单,并释放订单库存;当订单信息管理装置获取到目标用户在第二类信息平台的订单取消审核未通过消息时,会调用第二类信息平台的订单重启接口,重新打开被关闭的新增订单, 按照常规履约流程进行履约操作即可。
此外,若第一类信息平台的设置是无需审核,可自动订单取消的场景中,订单信息管理装置可以调用第二类信息平台的订单取消接口取消订单并释放被取消订单中物品占用的库存。
针对于目标用户可以进行订单取消操作的情况,当订单信息管理装置获取到来源于第二类信息平台的订单取消消息时,会调用第一类信息平台的订单取消接口将被取消订单进行关闭处理。
本公开实施例,通过在目标用户使用多个信息平台的情况下,当获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息时,将新增订单的订单信息同步到目标用户的第二类信息平台,实现在一个主信息平台进行所有订单信息的汇总管理;当获取到新增订单的订单状取消消息时,将订单取消的信息进行同步告知目标用户暂缓发货,根据目标用户的订单取消审核结果取消过重开订单,完成订单信息的同步管理,从而可以使第一类信息平台中产生的订单的状态在其对应的第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台保持一致;其中,第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台是目标用户的不同订单信息源与信息管理平台,第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台,使用户可以在一个第二类信息平台同时管理本信息平台的订单以及来自于其他信息平台的订单信息,无需进行平台跳转,避免了不同信息平台订单信息的统一管理中信息处理效率低的情况,实现了不同类型电商平台的订单信息融合以及双向信息同步,提高订单信息处理效率。
图3为本公开实施例所提供的一种订单信息管理装置结构示意图,该装置适用于对多个信息平台的订单信息进行同步管理的情形,可以通过软件和/或硬件的形式实现,例如,通过电子设备来实现,该电子设备可以是移动终端、PC端或服务器等。
如图3所示,所述订单信息管理装置包括:新增订单同步模块310和订单状态同步模块320。

值得注意的是,上述装置所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本公开实施例的保护范围。
图4为本公开实施例所提供的一种订单信息管理系统的结构示意图,该系统可以应用本公开实施例所提供的订单信息管理方法,实现系统间的订单信息融合与管理。
如图4所示,所述订单信息管理系统包括至少一个第一类信息平台、一个第二类信息平台和运行于各所述第一类信息平台的订单管理装置。
其中,第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台是相同目标用户的不同订单 信息源与信息管理平台,并以第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台,例如,第一类信息平台为常规电商平台,第二类信息平台为独立站。订单管理装置可以是运行于第一类信息平台上的一个功能插件,也可以是独立配置于计算机设备的应用装置或系统,可用于实现上述实施例所提供的订单信息管理方法,将各第一类信息平台的订单信息在第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台之间的同步管理。
从图4中可知,订单信息管理装置作为第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台中信息中转站,调用第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台的开放的功能接口,完成对应的新增订单信息同步,以及订单状态变更信息的同步。由不同信息平台完成履约操作时,信息流转的方向是不同的。
例如,订单信息管理系统的进行订单信息同步的时序图如图5所示。
在新订单同步阶段,首先,下订单用户在第一类信息平台中创建了新的订单,第一类信息平台中确定订单生成成功;然后,在生成的订单支付完成时,第一类信息平台将新增订单的消息发送到一个预设的新增订单消息队列中,等待订单信息管理装置的同步操作。相应的,订单信息管理装置会获取到第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息,并在获取到相应的队列消息之后,更新订单同步记录,并根据消息中携带的订单标识信息,调用第一类信息平台的订单信息获取接口,读取新增订单的详细信息。进而,订单信息管理装置会调用第二类信息平台的订单信息同步接口,将获取到的详细订单信息同步到第二类信息平台,还可以根据详细订单信息更新第二类信息平台的库存信息。最后,第二类信息平台同步系统实现新增订单同步,并向订单信息管理装置反馈订单同步结果(即是否同步成功)。因此,目标用户便可以在其第二类信息平台查看到其第一类信息平台产生的订单,并进行管理,无需在不同信息平台之间进行跳转查看核对订单信息以及库存信息等信息。
在由第二类信息平台作为履约操作方的履约阶段,首先,目标用户(即信息平台运营管理者)在第二类信息平台进行新增订单履约操作,并推送订单状态更新消息到相应的队列中。订单信息管理装置获取到订单状态更新消息后调用第二类信息平台的履约接口,根据订单履约消息中携带的订单标识等信息,获取新增订单的履约状态和初始履约关联信息。其中,初始履约关联信息是指目标用户在第二类信息平台进行发货操作时的相关信息,如发货时间,物流单号等信息。然后,订单信息管理装置再调用第一类信息平台中的物流服务接口,根据初始履约关联信息获取当前最新履约关联信息,如根据物流单号获取更多 的物流运输状态等信息。最后,订单信息管理装置调用第一类信息平台中的履约接口,将新增订单在第一类信息平台的订单状态更改为更新后的履约状态,并更新当前最新履约关联信息。第一类信息平台向订单信息管理装置进行履约同步反馈,并在平台前端展示给下单用户最新的订单状态信息。订单信息管理装置,根据反馈结果更新订单状态同步记录。
在一实施例中,在由第一类信息平台作为履约操作方的履约阶段,首先,第一类信息平台根据自动履约设定,自动完成履约操作,并推送订单状态更新消息到相应的队列中,同时,能够获取到平台合作物流提供方提供的物流信息。相应的,订单信息管理装置获取到订单状态更新消息后调用第一类信息平台的履约接口,根据订单履约消息中携带的订单标识等信息,获取新增订单的履约状态和当前最新履约关联信息。在获取到新增订单的履约状态和当前最新履约关联信息之后,则调用第二类信息平台的履约接口,将新增订单在第二类信息平台的订单状态更改为履约状态,并更新履约关联信息。第二类信息平台向订单信息管理装置进行履约同步反馈,并在平台前端展示给下单用户最新的订单状态信息。订单信息管理装置,根据反馈结果更新订单状态同步记录。
当下订单用户进行订单取消操作时,针对订单取消的请求,需要目标用户进一步的审核,确定是否能够取消订单。首先,第一类信息平台会推送订单关闭消息,使订单信息管理装置会调用第二类信息平台的订单关闭接口关闭待确认是否取消的新增订单,以提醒目标用户暂缓订单履约。当订单信息管理装置获取到目标用户在所述第二类信息平台的订单取消审核通过消息时,会调用第二类信息平台的订单取消接口,取消所述新增订单,并释放订单库存;当订单信息管理装置获取到目标用户在第二类信息平台的订单取消审核未通过消息时,会调用第二类信息平台的订单重启接口,重新打开被关闭的新增订单,按照常规履约流程进行履约操作即可。在这一过程中,订单的关闭、取消或重启均会在订单信息管理装置中进行记录,以便后续核对第一类信息平台与第二类信息平台中的订单信息状态是否一致。

图6为本公开实施例所提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如图6中的终端设备或服务器)400的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑(PAD)、便携式多媒体播放器(Portable Media Player,PMP)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字电视(Television,TV)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

订单状态同步模块,设置为当获取到所述新增订单的订单状态更新消息时,将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,完成订单信息的同步管理;
其中,所述第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台是所述目标用户的不同订单信息源与信息管理平台,所述第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例九】提供了一种订单信息管理装置, 还包括:
在一种实施方式中,所述订单状态更新消息为订单履约消息,所述订单状态同步模块设置为:
调用所述消息源端的履约接口,并根据所述订单履约消息,在所述消息源端获取所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息;
调用所述非消息源端的履约接口,将所述更新后订单状态信息同步到所述非消息源端。

调用所述第二类信息平台的履约接口,将所述新增订单在所述第二类信息平台的订单状态更改为所述履约状态,并更新所述履约关联信息。

调用所述第一类信息平台中的物流服务接口,根据所述初始履约关联信息获取当前最新履约关联信息;
调用所述第一类信息平台中的履约接口,将所述新增订单在所述第一类信息平台的订单状态更改为所述履约状态,并更新所述当前最新履约关联信息。

在一种实施方式中,所述订单状态同步模块还设置为:
当获取到所述目标用户在所述第二类信息平台的订单取消审核通过消息时,调用所述第二类信息平台的订单取消接口,取消所述新增订单,并释放订单库存;
当获取到所述目标用户在所述第二类信息平台的订单取消审核未通过消息时,调用所述第二类信息平台的订单重启接口,重新打开被关闭的所述新增订单。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,【示例十四】提供了一种订单信息管理装置,还包括:
在一种实施方式中,所述订单信息管理装置还包括订单同步检查模块,设置为:
根据所述新增订单的消息和所述订单状态更新消息进行订单同步记录;
根据所述订单同步记录以及每次同步反馈记录查找同步失败的订单信息,并将所述同步失败的订单信息重新进行同步处理。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种订单信息管理方法,包括:
    响应于获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息,将所述新增订单的订单信息同步到所述目标用户的第二类信息平台;
    响应于获取到所述新增订单的订单状态更新消息,将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,完成订单信息的同步管理;
    其中,所述第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台是所述目标用户的不同的订单信息源与不同的信息管理平台,所述第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述订单状态更新消息为订单履约消息,所述将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,包括:
    调用所述消息源端的履约接口,并根据所述订单履约消息,在所述消息源端获取所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息;
    调用所述非消息源端的履约接口,将所述更新后订单状态信息同步到所述非消息源端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,当所述消息源端为所述第一类信息平台,所述非消息源端为所述第二类消息平台时,所述将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,包括:
    调用所述第一类信息平台的履约接口,根据所述订单履约消息,获取所述新增订单的履约状态和当前最新履约关联信息;
    调用所述第二类信息平台的履约接口,将所述新增订单在所述第二类信息平台的订单状态更改为所述履约状态,并更新所述履约关联信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,当所述消息源端为所述第二类信息平台,所述非消息源端为所述第一类消息平台时,所述将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,包括:
    调用所述第二类信息平台的履约接口,根据所述订单履约消息,获取所述新增订单的履约状态和初始履约关联信息;
    调用所述第一类信息平台中的物流服务接口,根据所述初始履约关联信息获取当前最新履约关联信息;
    调用所述第一类信息平台中的履约接口,将所述新增订单在所述第一类信息平台的订单状态更改为所述履约状态,并更新所述当前最新履约关联信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述订单状态更新消息为订单取消消息时,所述将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,包括:
    响应于所述订单取消消息的消息源端为所述第一类信息平台,调用所述第二类信息平台的订单关闭接口关闭所述新增订单,并根据所述目标用户的订单取消审核结果处理所述新增订单。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述目标用户的订单取消审核结果处理所述新增订单,包括:
    响应于获取到所述目标用户在所述第二类信息平台的订单取消审核通过消息,调用所述第二类信息平台的订单取消接口,取消所述新增订单,并释放订单库存;
    响应于获取到所述目标用户在所述第二类信息平台的订单取消审核未通过消息,调用所述第二类信息平台的订单重启接口,重新打开被关闭的所述新增订单。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    根据所述新增订单的消息和所述订单状态更新消息进行订单同步记录;
    根据所述订单同步记录以及每次同步反馈记录查找同步失败的订单信息,并将所述同步失败的订单信息重新进行同步处理。
  8. 一种订单信息管理装置,包括:
    新增订单同步模块,设置为响应于获取到目标用户在至少一个第一类信息平台的新增订单的消息,将所述新增订单的订单信息同步到所述目标用户的第二类信息平台;
    订单状态同步模块,设置为响应于获取到所述新增订单的订单状态更新消息,将所述新增订单的更新后订单状态信息从所述第一类信息平台和所述第二类信息平台中的消息源端同步到非消息源端,完成订单信息的同步管理;
    其中,所述第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台是所述目标用户的不同的订单信息源与不同的信息管理平台,所述第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台。
  9. 一种订单信息管理系统,包括:
    至少一个第一类信息平台、一个第二类信息平台和运行于所述第一类信息 平台的订单管理装置;
    其中,所述第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台是相同目标用户的不同的订单信息源与不同的信息管理平台,所述第二类信息平台为主订单信息汇总管理平台;
    所述订单管理装置设置为通过权利要求1-7中任一所述的订单信息管理方法,实现所述第一类信息平台的订单信息在所述第一类信息平台与所述第二类信息平台之间的同步管理。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-7中任一所述的订单信息管理方法。
  11. 一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行如权利要求1-7中任一所述的订单信息管理方法。
