一较佳实施例之中:还包括二根支撑杆及用于连接二根支撑杆的连杆,所述支撑杆与所述横杆一一配对,所述支撑杆位于所述横杆中间位置的下方,所述连杆连接于二根所述支撑杆之间并纵向上拉住二根所述支撑杆,所述连杆的端部与所述支撑杆可拆卸地插接。支撑杆提高了横杆的支撑能力,并且两根横杆上的支撑杆通过连杆进行连接,二个支撑杆距离保持固定不变,两个支撑杆与连杆形成H形支架的结构,提 高了支撑杆的稳定性,使支撑杆具有很好的抗变形抗击打能力。
一较佳实施例之中:所述横杆可对折,所述横杆由两段横杆单元拼接组成,从而所述横杆能够以所述支撑杆为中线对折合拢;所述连杆端面对应所述支撑杆设有U形槽钢,所述U形槽钢卡住所述支撑杆,所述U形槽钢的底面凸出设有舌片,所述支撑杆上设有卡口,所述舌片插入所述卡口内。横杆可以对折合扰,方便了包装和运输。而连杆端面的U形槽钢可以更容易地卡住支撑杆,装配更方便,结构更牢固。
一较佳实施例之中:所述支撑杆顶端设有连接座,两段所述横杆单元的内端部均与所述连接座转动铰接;所述连接座包括一座板和二个侧板,所述座板与所述支撑杆的顶面连接,二个侧板对称连接于所述座板两侧,所述侧板延伸出座板的部分与横杆单元转动铰接,所述横杆收起合拢时支撑杆夹于二根横杆单元之间。侧板比座板长,侧板在超出座板的部分与横杆单元进行铰接,这样的结构设计可更好地使两个横杆单元可以以支撑杆为中线进行对折,使横杆在收折之后更整齐。
一较佳实施例之中:所述立柱包括能够上下插接在一起的上立柱和下立柱,所述下立柱的上端部设有缩径形成的一段接头,所述上立柱与所述接头套接,所述纵杆的端部固定连接于所述下立柱,所述横杆单元的外端位置设有锁接片,所述锁接片贴靠在所述上立柱和下立柱的外侧面,所述锁接片向上超出所述横杆上表面的部分锁入上螺栓,所述上螺栓将所述锁接片、上立柱和接头锁紧在一起,所述锁接片向下超出所述横杆下表面的部分锁入下螺栓,所述下螺栓将所述锁接片和下立柱锁紧在一起。上螺栓和下螺栓就将上立柱、下立柱和横杆三个部件牢固地锁紧在一起,形成牢固的T形结构,不晃动并且螺栓数量少,而且上下立柱插接之后横杆的锁接片靠在立柱上就可以进行锁螺栓,消费者组装起来非常方便。
一较佳实施例之中:所述上立柱还锁接有加强螺栓,所述加架螺栓将所述上立柱和接头锁紧在一起,所述加强螺栓位于所述上螺栓的上方;所述下立柱对应所述上螺栓、下螺栓和加强螺栓分别设有拉铆螺母。
一较佳实施例之中:所述锁接片是弧形,对应所述上立柱和下立柱的外侧面形状设置,所述锁接片的左右两侧边设有朝向所述横杆翻折的折边;所述纵梁是两根,所述矩形边框由所述纵梁划分为三个单元格;所述单元格内布有十根架杆。折边提高锁接片强度,而且方便锁接片与横杆的连接安装操作。

具体实施方式
对于描述中,采用了“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“长度方向”、“宽度方向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型保护范围的限制。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
请参照图1至图5,铁架床的床架,包括前后平行对称设置的二根横杆10、左右平行对称设置的二根纵杆20、四根竖直设置的立柱30以及多根架杆40,二根所述纵杆20和二根所述横杆10围成矩形边框,四根所述立柱30分别连接于所述矩形边框的四个角。所述横杆10的长度大于所述纵杆20的长度,横杆是床的长度方向,纵杆是 床的宽度方向。还包括接于二根所述横杆10之间的两根(也可以是三根)纵梁50,这些所述纵梁50将所述矩形边框划分为均等的三个单元格(三根纵梁则划分为四个单元格),所述单元格内均匀地排布若干所述架杆40。所述架杆40横向设置,所述架杆40的长度小于所述纵梁50(或者纵杆20)的长度,所述架杆40的端部与所述纵杆20或者纵梁50连接,即中间单元格内的架杆两端均架设于左右两侧的纵梁之上,而左右两侧单元格内的架杆两端分别架设于纵梁和纵杆之上。可以理解地,纵梁将矩形边框划分为均等的多个单元格是优选方式,也可以是不均等的多个单元格。
在两根横杆10之间增设两根纵梁50,不仅提高矩形边框的强度,而且架杆40可以采用横向布置,这样架杆40长度小,抗变形能力提高很多,特别是床架横向强度得到很大提升,因此相比于现有床架的结构,可以减少架杆的总体用量,最终架杆减少的材料总量足够用于抵消纵梁,最终,本发明的床架在不增加整体重量的前提下,提高了床架的稳固性。
优选地,所述横杆10的内侧面设有U形座12,所述纵梁50的端部支撑于所述U形座,二者可拆卸地卡接,所述纵梁50纵向上牵住二根所述横杆10。
优选地,如图4-6,所述U形座12左右两内侧面均设有凸舌122,所述纵梁50端部的左右两侧均设有扣孔51,所述凸舌与所述扣孔插接。进一步优选地,所述U形座12下底面均设有限位块124,所述纵梁50端部的底面设有限位孔54,所述限位块与所述限位孔插接。
优选地,如图7-10,所述架杆40的端部打扁之后向下翻折形成竖钩42,所述纵杆20和所述纵梁50均设有插孔,所述插孔当中设有塑料扣60,所述竖钩42与所述塑料扣60插接。进一步优选地,所述竖钩与所述塑料扣之间设有防脱结构,因此从上往下插入竖钩之后,就可以防止架杆随意被取下,并且架杆安装稳固。
优选地,如图2、3还包括二根支撑杆70及用于连接二根支撑杆的连杆80,所述支撑杆70与所述横杆10一一配对,所述支撑杆70位于所述横杆10中间位置的下方,所述连杆80连接于二根所述支撑杆70之间并纵向上拉住二根所述支撑杆,所述连杆80的端部与所述支撑杆70可拆卸地插接。二根支撑杆70在连杆80的牵制之下,距离不变,可以避免支撑杆70轻易就被踢倾斜。另外,支撑杆和连杆组成一个H支撑结构,而前面提到,两横杆与纵梁也组成H支撑结构,可见,两横杆在床面上 通过纵梁组成H支撑结构,下端则通过支撑杆和连杆组成H支撑结构,因此在空间上,横杆的牢固性有很大地提升。
优选地,如图13所示,所述横杆10可对折,包括两段横杆单元10-1,从而所述横杆能够以所述支撑杆70为中线对折合拢。
优选地,如图11、12,所述连杆80端面对应所述支撑杆设有U形槽钢82,所述U形槽钢卡住所述支撑杆70,所述U形槽钢82的底面凸出设有舌片84,所述支撑杆70上设有卡口72,所述舌片84插入所述卡口72内。
优选地,如图13所示,所述支撑杆70顶端设有连接座74,两段所述横杆单元10-1的内端部均与所述连接座74转动铰接。具体地,所述连接座74包括一座板742和二个侧板744,所述座板742与所述支撑杆70的顶面连接,二个侧板744对称连接于所述座板两侧,所述侧板延伸出座板的部分与横杆单元10-1转动铰接,所述横杆10收起合拢时支撑杆70夹于二根横杆单元之间。
优选地,如图14所示,所述立柱30包括能够上下插接在一起的上立柱32和下立柱34,所述下立柱34的上端部设有缩径形成的一段接头342,所述上立柱32与所述接头342套接。所述纵杆20的端部固定连接于所述下立柱34,例如通过焊接固定;所述横杆10单元的外端位置设有锁接片14,所述锁接片14贴靠在所述上立柱和下立柱的外侧面,所述锁接片向上超出所述横杆10上表面的部分锁入上螺栓36,所述上螺栓36将所述锁接片14、上立柱32和接头342锁紧在一起,所述锁接片向下超出所述横杆下表面的部分锁入下螺栓37,所述下螺栓将所述锁接片14和下立柱34锁紧在一起。利用锁接片14和上、下螺栓,将上、下立柱和横杆固定连接成T形结构,结构稳固,并且组装操作很方便。
优选地,所述上立柱32还锁接有加强螺栓38,所述加架螺栓38将所述上立柱和接头342锁紧在一起,所述加强螺栓位于所述上螺栓36的上方。进一步优选地,所述下立柱34对应所述上螺栓、下螺栓和加强螺栓分别设有拉铆螺母。
优选地,所述锁接片14是弧形,对应所述上立柱和下立柱的外侧面形状设置,所述锁接片的左右两侧边设有朝向所述横杆翻折的折边141。
优选地,所述单元格内布有十根架杆40。
请参照图16,可以理解地,如果双层床均采用本发明的床架,侧对于上侧的床架 而言,可以在横杆10和纵杆20上增设护栏90,或者也可以理解为,横杆10和纵杆20是护栏90的下边杆,而立柱30侧是护栏90的侧边杆。另外,对于上侧的床架而言,不需要设置支撑杆和连杆,但是横杆仍然可以采用可折叠的结构。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种铁架床的床架,包括前后平行对称设置的二根横杆、左右平行对称设置的二根纵杆、四根竖直设置的立柱以及多根架杆,二根所述纵杆和二根所述横杆围成矩形边框,四根所述立柱分别连接于所述矩形边框的四个角,所述横杆的长度大于所述纵杆的长度,还包括接于二根所述横杆之间的两根或三根纵梁,这些所述纵梁将所述矩形边框划分为三个或四个单元格,所述单元格内均匀地排布若干所述架杆,所述架杆横向设置,所述架杆的长度小于所述纵梁的长度,所述架杆的端部与所述纵杆或者纵梁连接。横向设置的架杆长度要远远小于现有结构当中架杆的长度,因此床架整体重量并没有增加,甚至可以比原来更轻便,而强度又得到提升,具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 铁架床的床架,包括前后平行对称设置的二根横杆、左右平行对称设置的二根纵杆、四根竖直设置的立柱以及多根架杆,二根所述纵杆和二根所述横杆围成矩形边框,四根所述立柱分别连接于所述矩形边框的四个角,所述横杆的长度大于所述纵杆的长度,其特征在于:
    还包括接于二根所述横杆之间的两根或三根纵梁,这些所述纵梁将所述矩形边框划分为三个或四个单元格,所述单元格内均匀地排布若干所述架杆,所述架杆横向设置,所述架杆的长度小于所述纵梁的长度,所述架杆的端部与所述纵杆或者纵梁连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述横杆的内侧面设有U形座,所述纵梁的端部支撑于所述U形座,二者可拆卸地卡接,所述纵梁纵向上牵住二根所述横杆。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述U形座左右两内侧面均设有凸舌,所述纵梁端部的左右两侧均设有扣孔,所述凸舌与所述扣孔插接;所述U形座下底面均设有限位块,所述纵梁端部的底面设有限位孔,所述限位块与所述限位孔插接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述架杆的端部打扁之后向下翻折形成竖钩,所述纵杆和所述纵梁均设有插孔,所述插孔当中设有塑料扣,所述竖钩与所述塑料扣插接;所述竖钩与所述塑料扣之间设有防脱结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:还包括二根支撑杆及用于连接二根支撑杆的连杆,所述支撑杆与所述横杆一一配对,所述支撑杆位于所述横杆中间位置的下方,所述连杆连接于二根所述支撑杆之间并纵向上拉住二根所述支撑杆,所述连杆的端部与所述支撑杆可拆卸地插接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述横杆可对折,包括两段横杆单元,从而所述横杆能够以所述支撑杆为中线对折合拢;所述连杆端面对应所述支撑杆设有U形槽钢,所述U形槽钢卡住所述支撑杆,所述U形槽钢的底面凸出设有舌片,所述支撑杆上设有卡口,所述舌片插入所述卡口内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述支撑杆顶端设有连接座,两段所述横杆单元的内端部均与所述连接座转动铰接;所述连接座包括一座板和 二个侧板,所述座板与所述支撑杆的顶面连接,二个侧板对称连接于所述座板两侧,所述侧板延伸出座板的部分与横杆单元转动铰接,所述横杆收起合拢时支撑杆夹于二根横杆单元之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述立柱包括能够上下插接在一起的上立柱和下立柱,所述下立柱的上端部设有缩径形成的一段接头,所述上立柱与所述接头套接,所述纵杆的端部固定连接于所述下立柱,所述横杆单元的外端位置设有锁接片,所述锁接片贴靠在所述上立柱和下立柱的外侧面,所述锁接片向上超出所述横杆上表面的部分锁入上螺栓,所述上螺栓将所述锁接片、上立柱和接头锁紧在一起,所述锁接片向下超出所述横杆下表面的部分锁入下螺栓,所述下螺栓将所述锁接片和下立柱锁紧在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述上立柱还锁接有加强螺栓,所述加架螺栓将所述上立柱和接头锁紧在一起,所述加强螺栓位于所述上螺栓的上方;所述下立柱对应所述上螺栓、下螺栓和加强螺栓分别设有拉铆螺母。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的铁架床的床架,其特征在于:所述锁接片是弧形,对应所述上立柱和下立柱的外侧面形状设置,所述锁接片的左右两侧边设有朝向所述横杆翻折的折边;所述纵梁是两根,所述矩形边框由所述纵梁划分为三个单元格;所述单元格内布有十根架杆。
