本申请为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种滴管盖,盖合于容器上,所述滴管盖包括盖组合、上按钮、侧按钮、活塞、弹性件和滴管,所述上按钮与活塞固定连接,所述活塞活动地安装于所述盖组合内,所述侧按钮嵌于所述盖组合的外壁,所述弹性件安装所述上按钮与所述盖组合之间,所述滴管的第一端气密安装于所述盖组合内,所述滴管的第二端在所述滴管盖与所述容器的瓶口盖合时插入所述容器内,且所述弹性件在所述滴管盖和所述容器的瓶口盖合时处于压缩状态,响应于所述侧按钮受力向内位移,所述弹性件转为舒张状态导致所述活塞的运动而将所述容器中的物料吸入所述滴管内,且所述滴管盖和所述容器的瓶口分离。
可选地,在所述滴管盖和所述容器的瓶口盖合时,所述上按钮与所述侧按钮相互钩合而使所述上按钮处于缩回状态,所述侧按钮与所述容器的瓶口相互卡合而使得所述滴管盖锁合于所述容器;
当所述侧按钮受力向内位移第一距离L1时,所述上按钮脱离于所述侧按 钮,所述弹性件转为舒张状态而将所述上按钮顶出;
当所述侧按钮受力向内位移第二距离L2时,所述侧按钮脱离于所述容器的瓶口而使所述滴管盖与所述容器解锁;
其中,第一距离L1小于或等于第二距离L2。
可选地,所述侧按钮包括按压片以及固定连接于所述按压片的侧臂,所述按压片沿其轴向方向延伸形成弹片,所述弹片上设有钩子,所述容器的瓶口设有凸沿,所述上按钮上设有第二侧孔,在所述滴管盖和所述容器的瓶口盖合时,所述钩子卡入所述第二侧孔内,所述侧臂卡合于所述容器的凸沿。
可选地,所述盖组合包括外盖以及固定安装于所述外盖中的内盖,所述滴管的第一端通过连接套气密且固定地安装于所述内盖,所述活塞气密且活动地安装于所述内盖。
可选地,所述上按钮安装于所述外盖内且所述上按钮能够沿着外盖的轴向方向运行,所述上按钮包括按压部以及固定连接于所述按压部的卡合部,所述卡合部沿径向方向突出于所述按压部的部分形成第二凸台,且所述第二侧孔设于所述卡合部上,所述按压部顶部的内表面轴向向所述按压部的内侧延伸形成连接杆,所述连接杆插入所述活塞的连接筒内。
可选地,所述外盖为上下两端开口、内部中空的圆柱体结构,且所述外盖的顶面设有顶孔、侧面设有第一侧孔,所述侧按钮套设于所述内盖且所述按压片置于所述第一侧孔内,所述按压部置于所述顶孔,所述外盖上端开口沿径向向内延伸形成一圈第一凸台,所述第一凸台用于限定所述上按钮的行程,所述外盖下端的内侧壁设有卡槽且所述卡槽用于固定所述内盖。
可选地,所述内盖包括依次固定连接的套筒、第一安装部和第二安装部,所述第一安装部的上表面径向向内延伸形成第三凸台,所述第一安装部与第二安装部之间设有限位槽。
可选地,所述套筒、第一安装部和第二安装部皆为中空的圆柱体结构,且所述套筒的直径小于所述第一安装部的直径,所述第一安装部的直径小于所述第二安装部的直径,所述第二安装部突出于所述第一安装部而形成台阶,所述第二安装部的外表面沿圆周方向形成凸筋,所述弹性件套设于所述套筒且所述弹性件的第一端抵靠于所述上按钮,所述弹性件的第二端抵靠于所述 第三凸台,所述套筒的外表面为防滑表面用以增加与所述弹性件之间的摩擦力。
可选地,所述凸沿是设置在所述容器的瓶口径向外延部分的环状结构,所述瓶口内安装内塞,所述内盖套设于所述容器的瓶口且所述内盖与所述内塞之间设有垫片。
可选地,所述侧按钮包括两个按压片和两个侧臂,两个按压片的两端分别与两个侧臂固定连接,所述侧臂倾斜布置且所述侧臂的上沿朝向侧按钮的内侧倾斜,每个按压片上设有一所述弹片,每个弹片上设有一所述钩子。
本申请的有益效果是:
1)本申请中内盖的凸筋卡入外盖的卡槽中而将内盖与外盖固定连接在一起,所述侧按钮的按压片置于外盖的第一侧孔,侧按钮的钩子勾住上按钮的第二侧孔而使弹性件处于压缩状态,侧按钮的侧臂止挡于所述容器上的凸沿而将滴管盖限定于所述容器,使用时,用户向内按压按压片,该按压片的钩子脱离第二侧孔,即上按钮脱离侧按钮的约束,弹性件没有了上按钮的束缚开始舒张而推动上按钮和活塞向上运动,完成滴管的吸料,进一步按压按压片,侧臂被挤压沿其径向外侧扩张而脱离凸沿,使得整个滴管盖与容器脱离。因此,本申请通过按压侧按钮的按压片,依次完成自动吸料和脱离容器的两个动作,使用非常便利。
2)解锁过程中,首先钩子脱离第二侧孔,同时上按钮和活塞在弹性件恢复力的作用下上行,直至上按钮的第二凸台被外盖的第一凸台所止挡,而完成滴管的吸料,然后继续按压侧按钮的按压片使所述侧臂与容器脱离,此时可以取下滴管盖,即当侧臂与容器脱离时,上按钮已完成上升过程,从而保证了可以取下滴管盖时,滴管已经吸料完成,以满足了客户的使用需求。
3)使用时,取出滴管盖并向下按压上按钮出料,当上按钮被按压的行程达到最大距离时,所述滴管中的物料被全部挤出,侧按钮上的钩子再次钩住上按钮的第二侧孔,避免了上按钮在被反复按压时大量吸入空气中的灰尘造成物料污染。

实施例:如图1-15所示,一种滴管盖,盖合于容器90上,滴管盖包括盖组合、上按钮20、侧按钮30、活塞50、弹性件70和滴管80,上按钮20与活塞50固定连接,活塞50活动地安装于盖组合内,侧按钮30嵌于盖组合的外壁,弹性件70安装上按钮20与盖组合之间,滴管80的第一端气密安装于盖组合内,滴管80的第二端在滴管盖与容器90的瓶口盖合时插入容器90内,且弹性件70在滴管盖和容器90的瓶口盖合时处于压缩状态,响应于侧按钮30受力向内位移,弹性件70转为舒张状态导致活塞50的运动而将容器90中的物料吸入滴管80内,且滴管盖和容器90的瓶口分离。
组装时,侧按钮30安装于盖组合,滴管80的第一端与盖组合气密组装,活塞50气密安装于盖组合内,且活塞与盖组合之间在轴向、径向等方向皆不固定,活塞在盖组合内能够相对于盖组合进行多方向滑动,或者盖组合限定了活塞轴向或径向的位置,活塞只能相对于盖组合进行径向或轴向单一方向的滑动,当滴管盖锁紧于容器90的瓶口,上按钮20处于缩回状态,弹性件70被上按钮限定而处于压缩状态,弹性件70可为弹簧或高分子弹性体,活塞50靠近于滴管的第一端;使用时,使用者挤压侧按钮30,上按钮20脱离 侧按钮30,弹性件没有了上按钮的束缚开始舒张而推动上按钮和活塞向上运动,完成滴管的吸料;进一步挤压侧按钮30,侧按钮30与容器的瓶口脱离,即滴管盖与容器解锁分离。因此,本申请通过按压侧按钮,依次完成自动吸料和脱离容器的两个动作,使用非常便利。
在滴管盖和容器90的瓶口盖合时,上按钮20与侧按钮30相互钩合而使上按钮20处于缩回状态,如图2所示,侧按钮30与容器90的瓶口相互卡合而使得滴管盖锁合于容器90;
当侧按钮30受力向内位移第一距离L1时,上按钮20脱离于侧按钮30,弹性件转为舒张状态而将上按钮20顶出,如图13所示,上按钮20带着活塞50同步运行,而完成滴管的吸料;
当侧按钮30受力向内位移第二距离L2时,侧按钮30脱离于容器90的瓶口而使滴管盖与容器解锁;
其中,第一距离L1小于或等于第二距离L2。即可将滴管盖从容器90上取下,如图14所示,当滴管80内的物料被全部挤出后,上按钮20再次与侧按钮30相互钩合,如图15所示,从而避免了上按钮20在被反复按压时大量吸入空气中的灰尘造成物料污染。
如图5、图7和图8所示,侧按钮30包括按压片31以及固定连接于按压片的侧臂32,按压片31沿其轴向方向延伸形成弹片33,弹片33上设有钩子34,容器90的瓶口设有凸沿93,上按钮20上设有第二侧孔23,在滴管盖和容器90的瓶口盖合时,钩子34卡入第二侧孔23内,侧臂32卡合于容器90的凸沿93。钩子34卡入第二侧孔23内使得上按钮20处于缩回状态,同时按压部21压住弹性件70使得弹性件处于压缩状态,当按压片31受力向内位移时,第二侧孔23脱离钩子34而使弹性件70转为舒张状态,弹性件70推动上按钮20和活塞50运行而通过滴管80从容器90中吸料,侧臂32脱离于凸沿93而使滴管盖与容器解锁。
如图5所示,盖组合包括外盖10以及固定安装于外盖中的内盖40,滴管80的第一端通过连接套60气密且固定地安装于内盖40,活塞50气密且活动地安装于内盖40。活塞50和滴管80的第一端皆设置于内盖40中,连接套60密封套设于滴管的第一端,且连接套60与内盖40气密安装,当活塞 50向上运动时能够将容器中的物料吸入滴管80,当活塞向下运动时能够将滴管80内的物料挤出。
上按钮20安装于外盖10内且上按钮20能够沿着外盖的轴向方向运行,如图7所示,上按钮20包括按压部21以及固定连接于按压部的卡合部22,卡合部22沿径向方向突出于按压部21的部分形成第二凸台24,且第二侧孔23设于卡合部22上,所按压部21顶部的内表面轴向向按压部21的内侧延伸形成连接杆25,连接杆25插入活塞50的连接筒51内而将活塞与上按钮固定连接。
如图6所示,外盖10为上下两端开口、内部中空的圆柱体结构,且外盖10的顶面设有顶孔11、侧面设有第一侧孔12,侧按钮30套设于内盖40且按压片31置于第一侧孔12内,按压部21置于顶孔11,外盖上端开口沿径向向内延伸形成一圈第一凸台14,第一凸台14用于限定上按钮20的行程,外盖10下端的内侧壁设有卡槽13且卡槽13用于固定内盖40。
其中,卡合部与按压部整体都为内部中空的圆柱体结构,且卡合部的直径大于按压部21的直径,卡合部突出于按压部的部分为第二凸台24,当弹性件处于自然状态时,第二凸台24抵靠于外盖的第一凸台14,因此第一凸台与第二凸台的设置用于限定上按钮向上的行程而有效防止上按钮被弹出外盖,当用户向下按压上按钮时,上按钮20推动活塞而完成用料操作;外盖10套设于自上而下布置的上按钮20、侧按钮30和内盖40,上按钮20和活塞50能够相对于外盖10进行上下活动,侧按钮30的按压片31置于外盖的第一侧孔12内,即侧按钮30暴露于外部而便于使用者按压,同样上按钮的按压部21置于外盖的顶孔11内而暴露于外部,当侧臂32卡合于容器的凸沿93,而将滴管盖与容器的瓶口锁定时,上按钮20被侧按钮30勾住处于缩回状态,弹性件70被上按钮约束处于压缩状态,使用时,使用者向内按压按压片31,侧臂32被挤压沿其径向外侧扩张,按压片上的钩子首先脱离上按钮,弹性件没有了上按钮的束缚开始舒张而推动上按钮和活塞向上运动,完成滴管的吸料,侧臂进一步向外扩张而脱离凸沿93,使得整个滴管盖与容器脱离。因此,本申请通过按压侧按钮的按压片,同时完成自动吸料和脱离容器的两个动作,使用非常便利。
如图9所示,内盖40包括依次固定连接的套筒45、第一安装部和第二安装部,第一安装部的上表面径向向内延伸形成第三凸台41,第一安装部与第二安装部之间设有限位槽43。第三凸台41置于容器的瓶口,且第三凸台与瓶口之间设有垫片95和内塞94,而将滴管盖于容器之间密封连接,容器的凸沿93置于限位槽43,限位槽用于限制侧按钮侧臂在变形时的空间位置,活塞50的外周壁贴合于套筒的内周壁,因此活塞只能沿着套筒的轴向方向进行滑动。
如图9所示,套筒45、第一安装部和第二安装部皆为中空的圆柱体结构,且套筒45的直径小于第一安装部的直径,第一安装部的直径小于第二安装部的直径,第二安装部突出于第一安装部而形成台阶42,第二安装部的外表面沿圆周方向形成凸筋44,弹性件70套设于套筒45且弹性件70的第一端抵靠于上按钮20,弹性件70的第二端抵靠于第三凸台41,套筒45的外表面为防滑表面用以增加与弹性件70之间的摩擦力。例如在套筒45的外表面设有若干沿其轴向方向布置的防滑筋,或在将套筒的外表面设置成网格状、花纹状、磨砂状等凸凹不平的结构,使套筒的外表面与弹性件70产生少量过盈配合,便于弹性件的固定;外盖的下部内壁沿其圆周方向设有一圈卡槽13,安装时内盖的凸筋44卡合于外盖的卡槽13内而使得外盖与内盖相互卡死,台阶42用于限制侧按钮的按压片向内按压行程。
凸沿93是设置在容器90的瓶口径向外延部分的环状结构,瓶口内安装内塞94,内盖40套设于容器90的瓶口且内盖40与内塞94之间设有垫片95。
可选地,当连接套60采用软胶材料制成时,连接套60与垫片95为一体成型件,当连接套60采用硬胶材料制成时,连接套60和垫片95为两个相互独立的部件,垫片95采用软胶材料制成;容器90包括瓶体91和肩套92,瓶体和肩套可以一体成型,也可以分别形成两个部件,再通过胶水粘接在一起形成容器,凸沿93设置于肩套92的瓶口,内塞94上设有沿其径向向外突出的凸棱96,利用凸棱与瓶口过盈配合而提高气密的效果,如图14所示,滴管80的第二端设有滴嘴81,该滴嘴与滴管呈倾斜布置。
如图8所示,侧按钮30包括两个按压片31和两个侧臂32,两个按压片的两端分别与两个侧臂固定连接,侧臂32倾斜布置且侧臂的上沿朝向侧按钮 的内侧倾斜,每个按压片31上设有一弹片33,每个弹片33上设有一钩子34。按压片与侧臂依次间隔且首尾固定连接形成环,组装时,按压片不受力,内盖40插入侧按钮的环内,且侧臂32的上沿向侧按钮围成的环内弯曲,侧臂上沿顶于容器的凸沿93(如图5所示),而将滴管盖与容器锁定,使用时,向内挤压按压片31,首先按压片上的钩子34与上按钮的第二侧孔23脱离,进一步挤压按压片使得侧臂32沿其径向外侧扩张而脱离凸沿93,使得整个滴管盖与容器脱离,倾斜布置的侧臂32便于侧按钮的锁定与解锁。
本申请的使用过程:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:当滴管盖与容器安装完成后,处于图2的状态,此时侧按钮30的按压片31置于第一侧孔12内,且按压片31与外盖10的侧壁基本齐平,上按钮的按压部21置于顶孔11内,且按压部与外盖的顶面基本齐平,侧按钮上的钩子34钩住上按钮的第二侧孔23,即上按钮处于缩回状态,弹性件70处于压缩状态,活塞50靠近滴管80的第一端;
步骤二:使用时,用户同时按压两侧的按压片31,该按压片31的钩子脱离第二侧孔23,即上按钮20脱离侧按钮30的约束,弹性件70没有了上按钮的束缚开始舒张而推动上按钮和活塞向上运动,完成滴管的吸料,进一步按压按压片31,侧臂32被挤压沿其径向外侧扩张而脱离凸沿93,使得整个滴管盖与容器脱离,如图13所示,此时上按钮的按压部21突出于外盖10;
步骤三:再将滴管盖从容器90上取下,如图14所示,此时滴管80内吸满物料,用户使用时,通过按压上按钮的按压部21将滴管内的物料挤出,物料通过滴管的滴嘴81流出;
步骤四:当上按钮20被按压的行程达到最大距离时,滴管80中的物料被全部挤出,侧按钮上的钩子34再次钩住上按钮的第二侧孔23,上按钮处于缩回状态,如图15所示,从而避免了上按钮在被反复按压时大量吸入空气中的灰尘造成物料污染。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滴管盖,盖合于容器(90)上,其特征在于:所述滴管盖包括盖组合、上按钮(20)、侧按钮(30)、活塞(50)、弹性件(70)和滴管(80),所述上按钮(20)与所述活塞(50)固定连接,所述活塞(50)活动地安装于所述盖组合内,所述侧按钮(30)嵌于所述盖组合的外壁,所述弹性件(70)安装在所述上按钮(20)与所述盖组合之间,所述滴管(80)的第一端气密安装于所述盖组合内,所述滴管(80)的第二端在所述滴管盖与所述容器(90)的瓶口盖合时插入所述容器(90)内,且所述弹性件(70)在所述滴管盖和所述容器(90)的瓶口盖合时处于压缩状态,响应于所述侧按钮(30)受力向内位移,所述弹性件(70)转为舒张状态导致所述活塞(50)的运动而将所述容器(90)中的物料吸入所述滴管(80)内,且所述滴管盖和所述容器(90)的瓶口分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:在所述滴管盖和所述容器(90)的瓶口盖合时,所述上按钮(20)与所述侧按钮(30)相互钩合而使所述上按钮(20)处于缩回状态,所述侧按钮(30)与所述容器(90)的瓶口相互卡合而使得所述滴管盖锁合于所述容器(90);
    当所述侧按钮(30)受力向内位移第一距离L1时,所述上按钮(20)脱离于所述侧按钮(30),所述弹性件转为所述舒张状态而将所述上按钮(20)顶出;
    当所述侧按钮(30)受力向内位移第二距离L2时,所述侧按钮(30)脱离于所述容器(90)的瓶口而使所述滴管盖与所述容器解锁;
    其中,所述第一距离L1小于或等于所述第二距离L2。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述侧按钮(30)包括按压片(31)以及固定连接于所述按压片的侧臂(32),所述按压片(31)沿其轴向方向延伸形成弹片(33),所述弹片(33)上设有钩子(34),所述容器(90)的瓶口设有凸沿(93),所述上按钮(20)上设有第二侧孔(23),在所述滴管盖和所述容器(90)的瓶口盖合时,所述钩子(34)卡入所述第二侧孔(23) 内,所述侧臂(32)卡合于所述容器(90)的凸沿(93)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述盖组合包括外盖(10)以及固定安装于所述外盖中的内盖(40),所述滴管(80)的第一端通过连接套(60)气密且固定地安装于所述内盖(40),所述活塞(50)气密且活动地安装于所述内盖(40)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述上按钮(20)安装于所述外盖(10)内且所述上按钮(20)能够沿着所述外盖(10)的轴向方向运动,所述上按钮(20)包括按压部(21)以及固定连接于所述按压部的卡合部(22),所述卡合部(22)沿径向方向突出于所述按压部(21)的部分形成第二凸台(24),且所述第二侧孔(23)设于所述卡合部(22)上,所述按压部(21)顶部的内表面轴向向所述按压部(21)的内侧延伸形成连接杆(25),所述连接杆(25)插入所述活塞(50)的连接筒(51)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述外盖(10)为上下两端开口、内部中空的圆柱体结构,且所述外盖(10)的顶面设有顶孔(11)、侧面设有第一侧孔(12),所述侧按钮(30)套设于所述内盖(40)且所述按压片(31)置于所述第一侧孔(12)内,所述按压部(21)置于所述顶孔(11),所述外盖上端开口沿径向向内延伸形成一圈第一凸台(14),所述第一凸台(14)用于限定所述上按钮(20)的行程,所述外盖(10)下端的内侧壁设有卡槽(13)且所述卡槽(13)用于固定所述内盖(40)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述内盖(40)包括依次固定连接的套筒(45)、第一安装部和第二安装部,所述第一安装部的上表面径向向内延伸形成第三凸台(41),所述第一安装部与第二安装部之间设有限位槽(43)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述套筒(45)、第一安装部和第二安装部皆为中空的圆柱体结构,且所述套筒(45)的直径小于所述第一安装部的直径,所述第一安装部的直径小于所述第二安装部的直径,所述第二安装部突出于所述第一安装部而形成台阶(42),所述第二安装部的外表面沿 圆周方向形成凸筋(44),所述弹性件(70)套设于所述套筒(45)且所述弹性件(70)的第一端抵靠于所述上按钮(20),所述弹性件(70)的第二端抵靠于所述第三凸台(41),所述套筒(45)的外表面为防滑表面用以增加与所述弹性件(70)之间的摩擦力。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述凸沿(93)是设置在所述容器(90)的瓶口径向外延部分的环状结构,所述瓶口内安装内塞(94),所述内盖(40)套设于所述容器(90)的瓶口且所述内盖(40)与所述内塞(94)之间设有垫片(95)。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的滴管盖,其特征在于:所述侧按钮(30)包括两个所述按压片(31)和两个所述侧臂(32),两个所述按压片的两端分别与两个所述侧臂固定连接,所述侧臂(32)倾斜布置且所述侧臂的上沿朝向所述侧按钮的内侧倾斜,每个所述按压片(31)上设有一所述弹片(33),每个所述弹片(33)上设有一所述钩子(34)。
