作为更进一步地方案,请继续参阅图1,所述一体式阀门300包括一体成型的口部310和连接部320;所述连接部320与所述盖体100的底部内侧面相连接,所述口部310与所述喷嘴200过盈配合,且所述口部310与所述喷嘴200的形状相适配,起到较好的密封作用。例如所述喷嘴200的形状为圆柱状,则相应的所述口部310的形状可设置为与之相适配的圆环状,以起到较好的密封作用,在瓶盖使用时防止液体泄露。
值得一提的是,现有技术中的阀门需要加装密封胶圈防止盖子与瓶身之间缝隙漏水,但密封胶圈在使用过程中容易丢失,而本实用新型中由于所述口部310和连接部320为一体成型,因此为不可拆卸状态,和现有可拆卸式阀门且无密封胶圈的设计有较大优势。因为在现在设计中,密封胶圈有掉落的风险,从而密封失效,造成瓶内液体外溢。
作为更进一步地方案,请继续参阅图1,所述口部310上开设有十字开口311,所述十字开口311用于连通所述容置空间和所述喷嘴200内部。因为所述一体式阀门300为软胶材料,因此在阀门不需要使用时所述十字开口311能起到较好的密封作用,当所述一体式阀门300需要使用时,即瓶盖安装在瓶身上时,通过挤压瓶身,则瓶身内的液体受到压力的作用下会冲开阀门,进而从喷嘴200处喷出。
作为更进一步地方案,请一并参阅图3和图4,图3为本实用新型提供的一种瓶盖的第一种实施结构的底面结构示意图;图4为本实用新型提供的一种瓶盖的第一种实施结构的内部结构示意图。所述盖体100的顶部内侧面上设有环形密封骨120,所述环形密封骨120与所述连接部320相连接,所述环形密封骨120用于与瓶身的内口径过盈配合,在瓶身与盖体100之间起密封作用。
作为更进一步地方案,请继续参阅图4,所述盖体100的内侧壁上设有连接螺纹130,所述连接螺纹130用于与瓶身的口部310上的外螺纹相啮合,以便于在瓶盖使用时将瓶盖拧紧到瓶身上。
在一些实施例中,请一并参阅图5和图6,图5为本实用新型提供的一种瓶盖的第二种实施结构的爆炸结构示意图;图6为本实用新型提供的一种瓶盖的第二种实施结构的内 部结构示意图。所述瓶盖还包括抓手部400,所述抓手部400设于所述盖体100外侧,并与所述一体式阀门300相连接;具体的,所述抓手部400可与所述一体式阀门300一体成型,共同通过所述进胶口101注塑成型。当然,通过增加抓手部400,在把握瓶盖时具有更好的摩擦性,且瓶盖比较容易被拧开。可选地,所述抓手部400的材质为软胶材料,这样制作而成的抓手部400具有更好的手感。
实施例二:
本实用新型还公开了一种容器,所述容器包括上述的瓶盖。可选地,所述容器可以是常见的饮料瓶或饮水杯,具有瓶体以及所述瓶盖。应理解的是,由于上文已对所述瓶盖做详细描述,故在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本实用新型提供了一种瓶盖,其中,包括:盖体、喷嘴和一体式阀门;所述盖体内设有容置空间,所述喷嘴连接于所述盖体上,且所述喷嘴的内部与所述容置空间相连通,所述一体式阀门位于所述容置空间内,且所述一体式阀门与所述盖体的内壁相连接,所述一体式阀门的中部与所述喷嘴过盈配合。本实用新型通过将一体式阀门设置在盖体的容置空间内,优化了整个瓶盖的结构,简化了瓶盖的生产工序。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶盖包括:
    盖体,所述盖体内设有容置空间;
    喷嘴,所述喷嘴连接于所述盖体上,且所述喷嘴的内部与所述容置空间相连通;
    一体式阀门,所述一体式阀门位于所述容置空间内,且所述一体式阀门与所述盖体的内壁相连接,所述一体式阀门的中部与所述喷嘴过盈配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述盖体的顶部设有第一连接部,所述第一连接部内设有连接凹槽;所述喷嘴的外侧面上设有连接凸起,所述连接凸起可拆卸设置在所述连接凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有进胶口,所述进胶口与所述容置空间相连通,所述进胶口用于所述一体式阀门的注塑成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述一体式阀门包括一体成型的口部和连接部;所述连接部与所述盖体的底部内侧面相连接,所述口部与所述喷嘴过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述口部上开设有十字开口,所述十字开口用于连通所述容置空间和所述喷嘴内部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述盖体的顶部内侧面上设有环形密封骨,所述环形密封骨与所述连接部相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述盖体的内侧壁上设有连接螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述一体式阀门为软胶材料。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述瓶盖还包括抓手部,所述抓手部设于所述盖体外侧,并与所述一体式阀门相连接。
  10. 一种容器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的瓶盖。
