专业设备,长短毛发设备分开剪,需要先用理发剪修剪长毛,修剪后留毛长度会超过一毫米,此时还能明显看到和感觉到留有毛渣;再用往复式剃须刀或刮刀把短毛剃干净,这样才能达到美观和舒适的效果,修剪步骤繁琐,需要设备多。
普通体毛刀,可以同时修剪长毛和短毛,但由于结构和工艺的特点,剪切效率不高,最关键的是动刀、静刀两个刀片直接接触皮肤,存在安全隐患,使用者体验感很差,容易刮伤皮肤。
不管是体毛刀还是剃须刀,其共有的一个缺点是动刀缺乏弹性,导致动刀磨损速度较快;或者弹性结构过于复杂,刀头结构不够紧凑。
本发明目的是克服了现有技术能够同时修剪短毛发和长毛发的刀头,其两动刀缺乏弹性或弹性结构过于复杂的问题,提供一种刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:包括有刀头1和主机2,所述刀头1包括有固定连接的刀头上壳3和刀头下壳4,在所述刀头下壳4的底面设有用于连接所述主机2的连接杆12,在所述刀头下壳4的上方设有用于带动刀片运动的动刀连接件5,在所述动刀连接件5上设有随其一同运动的第一动刀片6、第二动刀固定件8,在所述刀头上壳3安装有第一静刀片7,所述第一动刀片6抵接在第一静刀片7的下表面,在所述第二动刀固定件8上设有随其一同运动的第二动刀片9,在所述第二动刀片9上抵接有第二静刀片10,在所述刀头下壳4与所述动刀连接件5之间设有第一弹性件13,在所述动刀连接件5与所述第二动刀固定件8之间设有第二弹性件14。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:在所述动刀连接件5的底面两侧设有第一套柱505,在所述刀头下壳4内设有供所述所述第一套柱505插入的安装槽402,所述第一弹性件13套在所述第一套柱505上,且第一弹性件13的下端抵在所述安装槽402内,上端抵在所述动刀连接件5的底面上。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:在所述动刀连接件5的上表面两侧设有第二套柱506,第二套柱506上设有中心孔507,在所述第二动刀固定件8的底面两侧对应所述第二套柱506设有第三套柱802,所述第三套柱802插入所述的中心孔507内,所述第二弹性件14套在所述第二套柱506和所述第三套柱802上,所述第二弹性件14的下端抵在所述第二套柱506上,上端抵在所述第三套柱802上。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:所述第一静刀片7设有若干个向外侧延伸的静刀刀齿701,所述第一动刀片6设有若干个向外延伸的动刀刀齿604,所述静刀刀齿701的长度大于所述动刀刀齿604的长度,所述静刀刀齿701的齿尖为圆弧端,圆弧端的一面为向所述静刀刀齿701凸出的圆弧面,相对的另一面与所述静刀刀齿701的表面平齐。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:所述第二静刀片10和第二动刀片9均采用不锈钢冲压和蚀刻锐角工艺制成。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:所述第二静刀片10和第二动刀片9设于所述刀头1的中间,所述第二静刀片10呈网片状,所述第二静刀片10密布有多个进毛孔101,所述第二动刀片9设有多个条形孔状的剪切刀刃901,所述剪切刀刃901的角度与水平面呈45度角,所述剪切刀刃901与所述第二静刀片10的内侧面抵接。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:在所述刀头下壳4上设有第一通孔401,在所述动刀连接件5的底面上设有两块穿过所述第一通孔401向下延伸的卡块501,两块所述的卡块501之间设有用于联动所述主机2中传动器件的卡槽502;
所述主机2包括有主机外壳20和主机内壳21,在所述主机外壳20的上方设有刀头连接件22,在所述主机外壳20的内部顶端设有电机25,在所述电机25的电机轴上安装有用于带动所述动刀连接件5做往复运动的转动摆件26,所述转动摆件26的上端置于所述卡槽502内。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:所述刀头1通过所述连接杆12可转动的卡接在所述所述刀头连接件22上,所述刀头连接件22的下端可拆卸地设在所述主机2的顶部,所述刀头连接件22内设有撬杆28和弹片27,所述连接杆12上设有插孔29,所述撬杆28的一端抵在所述弹片27上,另一端插接在所述插孔29上。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:所述刀头1的两端设有清洁孔15。
如上所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:在所述第一动刀片6上设有多个安装孔603,在所述动刀连接件5上对应设有多个插入所述安装孔603的安装柱503;在所述第一静刀片7上设有设有多个定位孔704,在所述刀头上壳3的底面对应设有多个插入所述定位孔704的第一定位柱301;
在所述第一静刀片7上设有卡合槽705,在所述第二静刀片10的外侧设有卡入所述卡合槽705内的卡片102,在所述卡片102上设有卡孔103,在所述刀头上壳3上设有卡入所述卡孔103的卡头302;
在所述第二动刀固定件8的外侧设有台阶803,所述第二动刀片9的底部置于所述台阶803上,在所述第二动刀片9的外侧设有定位槽902,在所述第二动刀固定件8上设有卡入所述定位槽902的第二定位柱804;
在所述动刀连接件5上设有两块向上延伸的卡板504,在所述第二动刀固定件8的两边设有向下延伸的扣孔801,在所述卡板504与所述扣孔801扣接固定。
本发明剃毛器能够同时修剪长毛和短毛,动刀连接件与刀头下壳之间设有第一弹性件,第二动刀固定件与动刀连接件之间设有第二弹性件,刀头采用单独的驱动、双组四弹簧、平衡限位结构,能够分别为第一动刀片和第二动刀片提供稳定的弹力,使第一动刀片与第一静刀片贴合、第二动刀片与第二静刀片贴合,两组刀片互不干扰,受力均衡,从而能够有效提高该剃毛器的工作稳定性,增强剃毛效率和剃毛效果,并且不会刮伤皮肤。
本发明剃毛器内部结构更加精简紧凑,传动定位结构精度在±0.02毫米以内,整个刀头能够灵活摆动更好的贴合皮肤。
本发明剃毛器,刀头的两端设有清洁孔,剃毛完成后可以将刀头置于水龙头下直接冲洗,残留在该剃毛器内部的毛发会轻易的从清洁孔内冲出,清洁方便且干净。

下面结合附图对本发明技术特征作进一步详细说明以便于所述领域技术人员能够理解。
一种刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,如图1至图11所示,包括有刀头1和主机2,所述刀头1包括有固定连接的刀头上壳3和刀头下壳4,在所述刀头下壳4的底面设有用于连接所述主机2的连接杆12,在所述刀头下壳4的上方设有用于带动刀片运动的动刀连接件5,在所述动刀连接件5上设有随其一同运动的第一动刀片6、第二动刀固定件8,在所述刀头上壳3安装有第一静刀片7,所述第一动刀片6抵接在第一静刀片7的下表面,在所述第二动刀固定件8上设有随其一同运动的第二动刀片9,在所述第二动刀片9上抵接有第二静刀片10,在所述刀头下壳4与所述动刀连接件5之间设有第一弹性件13,在所述动刀连接件5与所述第二动刀固定件8之间设有第二弹性件14。
本发明刀头1通过第二动刀固定件8驱动第二动刀片9,形成联动机构,刀头1采用双层弹力结构,能够分别为第一动刀片6和第二动刀片9提供稳定的弹力,使所述第一动刀片6的刀齿在往复运动过程中始终与第一静刀片7的刀齿贴合,第二动刀片9的刀齿在往复运动过程中始终与与第二静刀片10的刀齿贴合并且不会卡死,两组刀片互不干扰,受力均衡,从而能够有效提高该剃毛器的工作稳定性,增强剃毛效率和剃毛效果。
使用该剃毛器时,可以先经过所述第一动刀片6和所述第一静刀片7将体毛清除一遍后,再通过所述第二动刀片9和所述第二静刀片10对短茬进行再次清理,剃毛更干净且剃毛效果较好。
所述第一弹性件13可以为弹片或压缩弹簧,当第一弹性件13为压缩弹簧时,在所述动刀连接件5的底面两侧设有第一套柱505,在所述刀头下壳4内设有供所述所述第一套柱505插入的安装槽402,所述第一弹性件13套在所述第一套柱505上,且第一弹性件13的下端抵在所述安装槽402内,上端抵在所述动刀连接件5的底面上。
所述第二弹性件14为压缩弹簧,在所述动刀连接件5的上表面两侧设有第二套柱506,第二套柱506上设有中心孔507,在所述第二动刀固定件8的底面两侧对应所述第二套柱506设有第三套柱802,所述第三套柱802插入所述的中心孔507内,所述第二弹性件14套在所述第二套柱506和所述第三套柱802上,所述第二弹性件14的下端抵在所述第二套柱506上,上端抵在所述第三套柱802上。
本实施例中,在所述第一动刀片6的两端对应所述第二套柱506设有第二通孔602,在所述第一静刀片7的两端对应所述第二套柱506设有腰形孔703,所述第二弹性件14穿过所述第二通孔602和所述腰形孔703套在所述第三套柱802上,中心孔507穿过第一套柱505和第二套柱506。
所述第一静刀片7设有若干个向外侧延伸的静刀刀齿701,所述第一动刀片6设有若干个向外延伸的动刀刀齿604,所述静刀刀齿701的长度大于所述动刀刀齿604的长度,所述静刀刀齿701的齿尖为圆弧端,圆弧端的一面为向所述静刀刀齿701凸出的圆弧面,所述圆弧端相对的另一面与所述静刀刀齿701的表面平齐。
所述动刀刀齿604相对于所述静刀刀齿701做往复运动,所述动刀刀齿604的剪切面滑过所述静刀刀齿701的剪切面时,将毛发进行剪切。其中,将所述第一定刀件30的静刀刀齿701的末端设置为圆弧端32,避免该末端形成尖锐端割伤皮肤,使得静刀刀齿701的厚度可以做得更小,更加贴合于皮肤,从而提高剃毛的干净度,安全性能高,具有更好的舒适性。
所述第二静刀片10和第二动刀片9均采用不锈钢冲压和蚀刻锐角工艺制成。大大减少了刀片的厚度,同时利用蚀刻锐角工艺提升两者配合的锋利度,消费者在使用该刀头进行剃毛、剃须时,具有速度快、效率高的使用感受,同时杜绝在剃毛、剃须时出现扯毛现象。
如图7和图8所示,所述第二静刀片10和第二动刀片9设于所述刀头1的中间,所述第二静刀片10呈网片状,所述第二静刀片10密布有多个进毛孔101,能够无缝衔接二次剃毛功能,所述第二动刀片9设有多个条形孔状的剪切刀刃901,所述剪切刀刃901的角度与水平面呈45度角,所述剪切刀刃901与所述第二静刀片10的内侧面抵接。45度角的刀口使剪切性能在传统圆刀90度刀口基础上提升300%,第二静刀片10的厚度控制在毫米级范围内,保证了双边静刀的刀口平整度。
在所述第一动刀片6上设有多个安装孔603,在所述动刀连接件5上对应设有多个插入所述安装孔603的安装柱503;在所述第一静刀片7上设有设有多个定位孔704,在所述刀头上壳3的底面对应设有多个插入所述定位孔704的第一定位柱301;所述第一动刀片6通过安装柱503被动刀连接件5带动随动刀连接件5一同做往复运动,所述第一静刀片7通过第一定位柱301与刀头上壳3固定连接。
在所述第一静刀片7上设有卡合槽705,在所述第二静刀片10的外侧设有卡入所述卡合槽705内的卡片102,在所述卡片102上设有卡孔103,在所述刀头上壳3上设有卡入所述卡孔103的卡头302;
在所述第二动刀固定件8的外侧设有台阶803,所述第二动刀片9的底部置于所述台阶803上,在所述第二动刀片9的外侧设有定位槽902,在所述第二动刀固定件8上设有卡入所述定位槽902的第二定位柱804;
在所述动刀连接件5上设有两块向上延伸的卡板504,在所述第二动刀固定件8的两边设有向下延伸的扣孔801,在所述卡板504与所述扣孔801扣接固定。所述第二动刀固定件8与所述动刀连接件5扣合固定,使得所述第二动刀片9能够随所述动刀连接件5一同做往复运动。
进一步地,在所述第一动刀片6和所述第一静刀片7上分别设有第一条形孔601和第二条形孔702,所述卡板504穿过所述第一条形孔601、所述第二条形孔702与所述扣板801扣接固定。
上述传动定位结构简单,使得刀头1的内部在宽度方向安装更为紧凑,精度能够控制在±0.02毫米以内。
所述刀头1的两端设有清洁孔15,剃毛完成后可以将所述刀头1置于水龙头下直接冲洗,残留在该剃毛器内部的毛发会轻易的从所述清洁孔15内冲出,清洁方便且干净。
在所述刀头下壳4两边的侧壁上且靠近所述第一动刀片6的刀齿处设有倒毛梳齿11,所述倒毛梳齿11能够引导、理顺杂乱的毛发并将较长的体毛倒向所述第一动刀片6和所述第一静刀片7,提高剃毛效率。
具体的,所述倒毛梳齿11位于所述第一动刀片6的下方,所述倒毛梳齿11与所述第一静刀片7的刀齿一一对应,使倒毛效果更好,提高剃毛效率,所述连接杆12为U形,所述倒毛梳齿11、所述连接杆12与所述刀头下壳4为一体件,一体化的设计能够缩减所述刀头1的零件数量,方便组装,而且在生产时能够一体注塑成型,提高生产效率。
本发明倒毛梳齿11、第一动刀片6、第一静刀片7、第二动刀片9和第二静刀片10,倒毛梳齿11与第一静刀片10的刀齿一一对应,能够引导、理顺杂乱的毛发并将较长的体毛倒向第一动刀片6和第一静刀片7,提高剃毛效率;经过第一动刀片6和第一静刀片7将体毛清除一遍后,可以通过第二动刀片9和第二静刀片10对短茬进行再次清理,剃毛更干净且剃毛效果较好。
在所述刀头下壳4上设有第一通孔401,在所述动刀连接件5的底面上设有两块穿过所述第一通孔401向下延伸的卡块501,两块所述的卡块501之间设有用于联动所述主机2中传动器件的卡槽502。
所述主机2包括有主机外壳20和主机内壳21,在所述主机外壳20的侧壁上设有按键31,在所述主机外壳20的内部底端设有充电接口32,在所述主机内壳21的内部设有电池33,在所述主机内壳21的一侧设有电路板34。
在所述主机外壳20的上方设有刀头连接件22,在所述主机外壳20的内部顶端设有电机25,在所述电机25的电机轴上安装有用于带动所述动刀连接件5做往复运动的转动摆件26,所述转动摆件26的上端置于所述卡槽502内。所述转动摆件26的下端可以以过盈插接的方式固定在所述电机25的电机轴上。所述转动摆件26的上端会因不与所述电机25的电机轴同轴而产生摆动,从而在左右两个方向会分别撞击两块所述的卡块501,带动所述动刀连接件5做往复运动,使得所述第一动刀片6、所述第二动刀片9能够分别相对于所述第一静刀片7、所述第二静刀片10进行往复运动。
所述刀头1通过所述连接杆12可转动的连接在所述所述刀头连接件22上,所述刀头连接件22的下端可拆卸地设在所述主机2的顶部,所述刀头连接件22内设有撬杆28和弹片27,所述连接杆12上设有插孔29,所述撬杆28的一端抵在所述弹片27上,另一端插接在所述插孔29上。
具体的,所述刀头连接件22包括有上连接件23和下连接件24,所述刀头1通过连接杆12可转动的连接在所述上连接件23和所述下连接件24之间,所述连接杆12可以小幅度的在上连接件23和所述下连接件24之间转动,以便于在使用该剃毛器时能够方便的调节所述刀头1的角度,所述上连接件23固定在所述下连接件24上,所述下连接件24的下端与所述主机2以插接或扣接等可拆卸的方式连接,方便更换不同型号的刀头。
所述上连接件23上设有限位孔30,撬杆28的上端穿过插孔29并伸入限位孔30内,转动刀头1可以带动撬杆28一起转动,限位孔30的作用是限制刀头1的转动角度,弹片27的作用是使转动后的刀头1复位。

- 一种刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:包括有刀头(1)和主机(2),所述刀头(1)包括有固定连接的刀头上壳(3)和刀头下壳(4),在所述刀头下壳(4)的底面设有用于连接所述主机(2)的连接杆(12),在所述刀头下壳(4)的上方设有用于带动刀片运动的动刀连接件(5),在所述动刀连接件(5)上设有随其一同运动的第一动刀片(6)、第二动刀固定件(8),在所述刀头上壳(3)安装有第一静刀片(7),所述第一动刀片(6)抵接在第一静刀片(7)的下表面,在所述第二动刀固定件(8)上设有随其一同运动的第二动刀片(9),在所述第二动刀片(9)上抵接有第二静刀片(10),在所述刀头下壳(4)与所述动刀连接件(5)之间设有第一弹性件(13),在所述动刀连接件(5)与所述第二动刀固定件(8)之间设有第二弹性件(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:在所述动刀连接件(5)的底面两侧设有第一套柱(505),在所述刀头下壳(4)内设有供所述所述第一套柱(505)插入的安装槽(402),所述第一弹性件(13)套在所述第一套柱(505)上,且第一弹性件(13)的下端抵在所述安装槽(402)内,上端抵在所述动刀连接件(5)的底面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述刀头采用双层弹力结构的剃毛器,其特征在于:在所述动刀连接件(5)的上表面两侧设有第二套柱(506),第二套柱(506)上设有中心孔(507),在所述第二动刀固定件(8)的底面两侧对应所述第二套柱(506)设有第三套柱(802),所述第三套柱(802)插入所述的中心孔(507)内,所述第二弹性件(14)套在所述第二套柱(506)和所述第三套柱(802)上,所述第二弹性件(14)的下端抵在所述第二套柱(506)上,上端抵在所述第三套柱(802)上。
