动刀(12)呈圆柱状结构,动刀(12)在其顶端面处和底端面的轴心线处对称设置有呈圆柱形结构的旋转支撑凸台(121),动刀(12)在柱面处设置有刀刃,动刀(12)通过旋转支撑凸台(121)卡持固定在动刀支撑部(142)上,并且旋转支撑凸台(121)抵触在第一弹性部件(141)的上端面,并且旋转支撑凸(121)台通过动刀支撑部(142)中的 柱体顶端的凸角(1421)进行限位,不从动刀支撑部(142)中脱出。
刀网(13)由钢片通过裁剪冲压工艺制成,刀网(13)整体呈倒立放置的槽形结构,刀网(13)的顶部为圆弧柱面结构的网面部(132),网面部(132)的弧度与所述动刀(12)外周的弧度相同,网面部(132)处设置有用于胡须通过的刀口,刀网(13)的底部的相对两个侧壁上设置有卡持槽(131),刀网(13)通过卡持槽(131)卡持在动刀(12)的旋转支撑凸台(121)上。
进一步的,所述刀头本体(11)的下端面处还设置有一个活动连接的端盖(111),端盖(111)通过螺纹绞合方式与刀头本体(11)连接在一起,并且端盖(111)的上表面与所述容纳腔(11A)的第二开口相接触。端盖的中部具有一个穿透上表面和下表面的通过孔(112),端盖的下表面处设置有具有一定间距的两个第一固定薄壁(113),第一固定薄壁(113)上设置有第一凸台(114)和第二凸台(115),第一凸台(114)和第二凸台(115)为同一形状的圆柱体结构,第一凸台(114)和第二凸台(115)位于第一固定薄壁(113)的外侧面。端盖(111)的下表面处还设置有分设在第一固定薄壁(113)两侧的两个第一安装部,本实施例中,第一安装部为圆形凸台,另外,还可以采用舌型卡扣或者L型挂钩等结构形式。
当需要组装刀头(1)时,先将动刀(12)的旋转支撑凸台(121)卡进动刀支架(14)的动刀支撑部(142)的柱体上,然后将刀网(13)卡持在旋转支撑凸台上,进一步的,将上述动刀(12)、动刀支架(14)和刀网(13)组成的组合体从刀头本体(11)的容纳腔(11A)的第二开口处插入到容纳腔(11A)中并同通过导向卡紧筋(11B)对动刀支架(14)的底部平板进行卡紧,最后,将端盖(111)旋入在刀头本体(11)的下端部进行固定,即可完成组装。组装完后,刀网(13)的网面部(132)从容纳腔(11A)的第一开口处露出,由于刀头本体(11)的阻挡部(116)所围成的轮廓尺寸构造比刀网(13)的底部部分的尺寸构造小,所以能够阻挡刀网(13)不会从容纳腔(11A)的第一开口处中脱出。
进一步,结合图2和图4所示,连接部(2)的上端面处设置有两个第二固定薄壁(23),第二固定薄壁(23)上设置有第一通孔(231)和第二通孔(232),第一通孔(231)呈圆形通孔结构,第一通孔(231)的尺寸大小与第一凸台(114)的尺寸大小相同;第二通孔(232)呈扇形通孔结构,第二通孔(232)的尺寸构造大于第二凸台(115)的尺寸构造。通过结构设计,使得两个第二固定薄壁(23)的间距刚好大于两个第一固定薄壁(113)的间距。连接部(2)的上端面处还设置有两个分设第二固定薄壁(23)两侧在第二安装部,本实施例中,第二安装部是跟所述第一安装部一样的圆形凸台。
进一步的,连接部(2)的中部位置设置有旋转通孔(24),旋转通孔(24)穿透过连接部(2)的上端面和下端面。
进一步的,连接部(2)还包括有一个穿透过连接部(2)上端面和下端面的传动机构(21)和两个可取下的第二弹性部件(22)。本实施例中,第二弹性部件(22)为弹簧。参考图5所示,传动机构(21)为两段式杆体结构,分为第一杆体(211)和第二杆体(212),其中,第一杆体(211)的一端具有包容腔(2111),第二杆体(212)的一端具有T型头(2121),第二杆体(212)的T型头(2121)放置在第一杆体(211)的包容腔(2111)内,使得第二杆体(212)和第一杆体(211)之间可以绕着两者的连接部位为支点并沿着其组成的轴心线进行绕动。第一杆体(211)的中部还设置有凹陷部(2112),凹陷部(2112)卡持在旋转通孔(24)上可以使得第一杆体(211)和连接部(2)之间并保持轴向方向的固定。
当需要组装连接部(2)和刀头(1)时,取出上述组装好的刀头(1),将两个第一固定薄壁(113)插入两个连接部(2)上的两个第二固定薄壁(23)之间,并使得第一凸台(114)插入到第一通孔(231)上,第二凸台(115)插入到第二通孔(232)上,然后将第二弹性部件(22)的两端部分别固定在对应的端盖(111)的第一安装部和连接部(2)的第二安装部上,最后将传动机构(21)中的第二杆体(212)的上端部穿过端盖(111)中的通过孔(112)与动刀(12)的旋转支撑凸台(121)进行连接。
进一步的,刀身(3)内设置有腔体,腔体在刀身(3)的上端面处具有开口,刀身(3)内设置有放置在腔体内的电机(31),电机(31)的输出轴上设置有与所述传动机构(21)匹配的连接杆(311),所述连接杆(311)从腔体的开口处伸出后与传动机构(21)中的连接杆A(211)的一端进行连接。
进一步的,刀身(3)的表面上还设置有触控按钮(32),用于控制电机的启动、停机和旋转方式。刀身(3)内还设置有电池和控制电路板,电池、控制电路板、触控按钮和电机(31)之间形成电连接。
当需要组装连接头(2)和刀身(3)时,只需将连接部(2)的下端部插入到刀身(3)的腔体的开口处进行固定,并且同时将连接杆(311)的一端与传动机构(21)中的连接杆A(211)的一端进行连接。通过结构设计,可以使得连接部(2)的下端部的轮廓与刀身(3)的腔体开口处轮廓相同,使得两者紧固配合。另外,连接部(2)的下端部也可以通过结构设计采用螺纹绞合方式旋入到刀身(3)的腔体开口处,此方式也属于本实用新型的保护范围。
在使用本电动剃须刀时,刀头(1)可根据人体脸部的轮廓的不同以及根据人手握住剃须刀施加的压力不同而产生一定幅度的摆动。具体地,结合图6所示,刀头(1)的可通过第一凸台(114)和第一通孔(231)形成的结合处为支点进行摆动,摆动的幅度由第二凸台(115)在第二通孔(232)中的运动轨迹范围来进行限定,并且,由于分设在第一固定薄壁(113)或第二固定薄壁(23)两侧的两个第二弹性部件(22)的支撑作用,使得刀头(1)的摆动具有弹性,可绕着以刀头(1)和连接部(2)形成的轴线为起始点的左右摆动和自恢复。
进一步的,刀网(13)在人体脸部移动时,因为脸部轮廓的起伏和人手握住剃须刀施加的压力不同,脸部会对刀网(13)产品间断性的压力,此压力通过刀网(13)中的卡持槽(131)传递给动刀(12)的旋转支撑凸台(121),并最终传递给第一弹性部件(141),第一弹性部件(141)接收到压力时会进行压缩,当压力消失时会进行恢复,从而带动动刀(12)和刀网(13)的浮动。并且,由于传动机构(21)中第一杆体(211)和第二杆体(212)之间可以绕着两者的连接部位为支点并沿着其组成的轴心线进行绕动,所以,在动刀(12)浮动时,连接动刀(21)的第二杆体(212)会跟着一起浮动,但是此浮动不会传递到第一杆体(211)上,所以不会影响电机(31)将旋转动能传输给动刀(21)。
结合图8所述,动刀(12)在以旋转支撑凸台(121)为运动支点,在电机(31)的带动下,做360度旋转运动或做圆弧时往复式运动,做圆弧式运动时的振幅角度约为3度;由于网面部(132)的弧度与所述动刀外周的弧度相同,动刀(12)柱面上的刀刃在旋转或往复式运动时与网面部(132)内侧面相贴并且运动方向与网面部(132)相切。
上述刀头(1)摆动和动刀(12)、刀网(13)浮动的两种结构设置,可以让使用者在剃须过程中不会太生硬,增加剃须舒适度。
另外,本实用新型的剃须刀的刀头可以为1至5个中的任意数。当刀头的数量为2、3、4或5个时,本领域的普通技术人员可以在上述实施方式的基础上简单地作改进即可实现。结合图9和图10所示,当刀头(1)的数量为3个时,分别对应增加第二固定薄壁(23)、第二弹性部件(22)和传动机构(21)的配套数量,然后,在每个传动机构(21)的第一杆体(211)上固定套接一个旋转齿轮,并且使得每个旋转齿轮之间依次形成联动,旋转齿轮放置在连接部(2)的下端面处即可。此时,将中间一个传动机构(21)的第一杆体(211)的下端部与电机上的联接杆(311)连接,即可实现电机(31)同时驱动三个动刀(12)进行转动的功能。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的实施方式,其描述较为具体与详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型电动剃须刀,包括刀身、刀头和和连接部,连接部两端部分别与刀头与刀身连接,刀头包括刀头本体、动刀、刀网和动刀支架,其特征在于,刀头本体呈柱状结构,刀头本体内设置有容纳腔,容纳腔在刀头本体的柱面处设有第一开口,动刀和动刀支架设置在容纳腔内,刀网放置在容纳腔内并且刀网的网面部从容纳腔的第一开口处露出,刀轴支架上还包括有第一弹性部件,动刀架设在刀轴支架上并且可以通过第一弹性部件进行浮动,连接部上还设置有第二弹性部件和传动机构,刀头可通过第二弹性部件的作用绕着连接部作摆动运动,刀身内设置有电机,电机的输出轴通过传动机构连接至动刀,动刀做与刀网的网面部内侧横向相切的旋转运动或圆弧往复式运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀头本体的下端部处还设置有活动连接的端盖,端盖的下表面处设置有第一固定薄壁,第一固定薄壁上设置有第一凸台和第二凸台;端盖的下表面处还设置有第一安装部,所述第二弹性部件的一端卡持固定在第一安装部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述连接部的上表面处设置有第二固定薄壁,第二固定薄壁上设置有第一通孔和第二通孔;连接部的上表面处还设置有第二安装部,所述第二弹性部件的另一端卡持固定在第二安装部上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述动刀呈圆柱状结构,动刀在顶端面处和底端面处设置有旋转支撑凸台,所述动刀支架上还设置有动刀支撑部,所述旋转支撑凸台卡持固定在动刀支撑部上;所述刀网的底部侧壁处设置有卡齿槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述动刀支撑部为从动刀支架的上表面处伸长出的两个镜像设置的柱体。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述第一弹性部件和第二弹性部件为弹簧、弹片、弹力皮筋或弹力棉中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀身内设置有腔体,所述电机设置在腔体内,电机的输出轴上设置有与所述传动机构匹配的连接杆,所述连接杆从腔体内伸出后与传动机构的一端进行连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀头本体在容纳腔的第一开口处还设置有用于对刀网进行限位的阻挡部,所述容纳腔在刀头本体的下端面处设置有第二开口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀头的数量可以为1、2、3、4或5个。
