进一步的,刀身(2)的表面上还设置有触控按钮(23),用于控制电机(21)的启动、停机和旋转模式。刀身(2)内还设置有电池和控制电路板,电池、控制电路板、触控按钮和电机(21)之间形成电连接。
当需要组装刀头(1)、刀身(2)和传动机构(3)时,取出上述组装好的刀头(1),将传动机构(3)中的第二杆体(32)的一端从端盖(111)中的通过孔(1111)处穿过并连接到动刀(12)的旋转支撑凸台(121)上,然后将传动机构的(3)中的第一杆体(31)的一端从刀身(2)的上端面开口处穿过后连接到电机(21)输出轴上的连接杆(22),最后将端盖(111)的下端部的安装部(1112)插入到刀身(2)在上端面的腔体开口处并进行固定。通过结构设计,使得端盖(111)的安装部(1112)插入到刀身(2)腔体开口处形成过盈紧配合。本领域的普通技术人员也可以通过技术改进,采用螺纹绞合的方式使端盖(111)和刀身(2)进行固定,此方式也属于本实用新型保护范围。
在使用本电动剃须刀时,刀网(13)的网面部(131)在人体脸部移动时,因为脸部轮廓的起伏和人手握住剃须刀施加的压力不同,脸部会对刀网(13)产品间断性的压力,此压力通过刀网(13)中的卡持槽(132)传递给动刀(12)的旋转支撑凸台(121),并最终传递给弹性部件(142),弹性部件(142)接收到压力时会进行压缩,当压力消失时会自动恢复,从而带动动刀(12)和刀网(13)的浮动。并且,由于传动机构(3)中第一杆体(31)和第二杆体(32)之间可以绕着两者的连接部位为支点进行偏离其统一轴心线的绕动,所以,在动刀(12)浮动时,连接动刀(21)的第二杆体(32)会跟着一起浮动,但是此浮动不会传递到第一杆体(31)上,所以不会影响电机(21)将旋转动能传输给动刀(12)。
结合图6所示,动刀(12)在以旋转支撑凸台(121)为运动支点,在电机(21)的带动下,做360度旋转运动或做圆弧往复式运动,做圆弧往复式运动时的振幅角度约为3度。由于刀网(13)的网面部(131)的弧度与所述动刀外周的弧度相同,动刀(12)柱面上的刀刃在旋转或往复式运动时与网面部(131)内侧面相贴并且运动方向与网面部(131)相切。
上述动刀(12)和刀网(13)浮动的结构设置,可以让使用者在剃须过程中不会太生硬,增加剃须舒适度。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的实施方式,其描述较为具体与详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,包括刀身、刀头和传动机构,刀头包括刀头本体、动刀、刀网和动刀支架,其特征在于,刀头本体呈柱状结构,刀头本体与刀身固定连接,刀头本体内设置有容纳腔,容纳腔在刀头本体的柱面处设有第一开口,动刀和动刀支架设置在容纳腔内,刀网放置在容纳腔内并且刀网的网面部从容纳腔的第一开口处露出,动刀支架上还包括有弹性部件,动刀架设在动刀支架上并且可以通过弹性部件进行浮动,刀身内设置有电机,电机的输出轴通过传动机构连接至动刀,动刀做与刀网的网面部内侧横向相切的旋转运动或圆弧往复式运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀头本体的下端部处还设置有活动连接的端盖,刀头本体通过端盖与刀身固定连接,所述容纳腔在刀头本体与端盖连接的下端面处设置有第二开口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述动刀呈圆柱状结构,动刀在顶端面处和底端面处设置有旋转支撑凸台,所述动刀支架上还设置有动刀支撑部,所述旋转支撑凸台卡持固定在动刀支撑部上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述动刀支撑部为从动刀支架的上表面处伸长出的两个镜像设置的柱体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀网的底部侧壁处设置有卡持槽,刀网通过卡持槽与动刀进行固定,刀网可随着动刀通过所述弹性部件进行浮动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述弹性部件为弹簧、弹片、弹力皮筋或弹力棉中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀身内设置有腔体,所述电机设置在腔体内,电机的输出轴上设置有与所述传动机构匹配连接的连接杆。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀头本体在容纳腔的第一开口处还设置有用于对刀网进行限位的阻挡部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型弧面式电动剃须刀,其特征在于,所述传动机构为分段式杆体结构。
