本实用新型涉及便器领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,活塞式、旋转式便器已经成熟,如专利公开号CN209650201U和CN111305335A为代表的一系列专利申请及专利授权技术,便器是整体的,与传统存水弯马桶相比具有节水和不堵塞及冲洗更干净的突出优点。具有烘干功能的马桶盖或马桶,在身体冲洗和烘干之前马桶冲水,会产生气溶胶和凉风,显然不好,先进行臀部冲洗和烘干,大便在便器盆同样不好。传统陶瓷马桶,每年都会有因破碎而对人造成伤害的情况。
技术问题
活塞式、旋转式便器,控制活塞升降的缸筒位于便器盆排污口以下的异形腔体内,升降缸筒通过支撑部件固定在异形管道内,从保洁及产品成本方面考虑,便器异形管道是陶瓷材质是非常优选的,但是陶瓷腔体与支撑部件固定不是很容易,且要实现缸筒固定在准确的位置,生产形状及尺寸标准的陶瓷腔体非常困难;旋转活塞便器,如果缸筒出现故障因为在腔体内部,维修很麻烦,而且腔体里难免可能残留污垢也不好,从排污口对腔体里保洁非常困难。
 便器排污口或活塞边缘通常安装密封圈实现密封,密封圈及其周围缝隙容易残留污物影响卫生,从上向下看不美观,公开专利技术便器控制活塞的缸筒的固定,比较麻烦。
 现有技术中使用翻板密封便器排污口,存在同样弊端。
 现有便器,尤其是坐便器,在坐着大小便情况下,尿液会溅落在便器盆底部区域,几乎所有坐便器冲水区域都不能完全覆盖到尿液残留位置,要想保持干净无味,就要勤刷洗。

本发明是一种配合式便器,包括一内便器盆放在基础便器盆内部,内便器盆上底包括转轴结构可以向上掀起,内便器盆排污口外壁周围设置密封件支撑座,排污口密封件安装在排污口周围的支撑座内部,支撑座内部包括喷水口可以冲洗内便器盆壁外壁及密封件内壁;内便器盆上底下表面包括第二冲水管道,冲水孔或冲水缝隙相邻或贴近上底下表面。
有益效果
本发明内便器盆可以向上翻转掀起,利于保洁,便器盆的升降缸筒、支撑机构及水管道等各个部分,可以非常方便的进行维修及更换部件,基础便器盆的进水管道从内便器盆隔板区域穿过,进水管道和内便器盆可以一起向上掀起转动,可以避免在基础便器盆存留太长进水管道适应内便器盆支撑管件与进水管道在内便器盆固定点位置变化,所述太多进水管道主要包括各种材质软管,有利于基础便器盆空间更有利于卫生干净,有利于节约进水管道长度。
本发明便器从便器盆口向下看,看不到密封件,只看到整体的活塞,活塞直接是压力水流冲洗,活塞可以保持特别干净和漂亮,密封件与排污口有距离间隔远离污物且可以被很好的冲洗,也更容易保持干净。便器盆排污口周围安装密封件,比在排污口正下方的排污管更加容易。
本发明便器,不用专门对便器盆上端面(便器口)水管道形成的内孔竖壁及水管道下底水孔周围或便器口竖壁进行主动清洗,也不必对便器座圈下底专门清洗,只需打开便器上底的第二冲水管道冲水冲洗所述容易残留尿液等污物区域,可以实现所述位置保持清洁且无异味源头。

本发明内便器盆包括一圈第一密封面或所述第一密封面设置一圈密封条支撑筒,第一密封面紧邻内便器盆外壁,基础便器盆包括一圈第二密封面,第一密封面下底面与第二密封面上底面之间设置密封件实现密封,所述密封件包括O型圈、RBR密封圈、VA水封及各种密封条,还包括现有技术中各种密封件,第一密封面是独立圆环下底面,圆环与内便器盆外壁固定。所述两密封面可以靠内便器盆整体重力压紧密封件实现密封,也可以通过锁紧机构压紧密封件实现密封,内便器盆前端上底与下方位置的基础便器盆之间设置各种成熟现有技术的锁紧机构。内便器盆上底设置腔体,“L”形锁紧栓外边套装弹簧,基础便器盆设置凸出的锁定台,按压锁紧栓压缩弹簧后旋转,实现锁紧密封或打开掀起内便器盆。内便器盆第一水道具有水道和配合 密封及支撑作用,第一密封面和第二密封面之间的密封件对旋转放下的内便器盆具有缓冲作用。基础便器盆前端端面包括螺孔,内便器盆包括通孔对应。通过锁紧栓或螺柱及基础便器盆与内便器盆之间的转轴或合页在便器前后两端压紧密封件,实现基础便器盆与内便器盆之间密封。

 优选的,所述第一密封面是环形密封面且大部分与内便器盆外壁连接或一体,第一密封面局部远离便器盆外壁的与第二密封面继续保持对应,所述第一密封面局部远离便器盆部分与便器盆之间区域的是密封隔板,所述隔板区域与第一密封面及内便器盆外壁间是一体密封的。所述隔板区域做为第三进水管道专用通过区域,实现第三进水管道与内便器盆作为整体便于内便器盆向上掀起,避免第三进水管道从基础便器盆壳体进入在掀起内便器盆情况下基础便器盆内部要设置足够长的第三进水管道,同时避免基础便器盆内第三进水管道过长容易增加污物产生。内便器盆上底外边缘是向下的翻边结构,所述翻边结构,可以避免在坐便器平面底面出现缝隙而不利于保洁,同时前部翻边末端有利于把持住将内便器盆向上掀起,翻边主要在便器前边和两侧。

 优选的,所述便器盆包括导流板,所述导流板与密封件支撑座固定,所述导流板位于密封件内部上方,所述导流板内壁或内口与便器盆外壁或排污管外壁对应形成第二缝隙,喷水口水流从第二缝隙流出或喷出。
 优选的,所述导流板与密封件支撑座通过喷水管道连接,所述喷水管道穿过导流板与密封件上底之间形成的非全封闭腔体,所述喷水口位于所述非全封闭腔体内的喷水管道。
 第二种便器盆包括排污管,排污管下口是便器盆排污口,所述便器盆包括活塞及密封件密封排污口,还包括活塞的支撑机构,其特征是所述便器盆包括密封件支撑座,所述密封件是具有圆孔的环形结构,所述圆孔套装在便器盆排污管,密封件上底贴住所述密封件支撑座下底面定位,所述支撑座包括延伸底座与支撑机构连接,延伸底座是支撑机构的支撑底座。
 优选的,不包括排污管和包括排污管两种便器盆,活塞与密封件对应密封住排污口状态下,活塞贴近排污口,所述贴近包括贴紧密封和存在缝隙。
工业实用性
本发明便器各结构部分,属于现有成熟技术,内便器盆、支撑机构、升降缸筒、支撑底座、各种管道,可以采用各种易加工金属、合金、树脂材料制造,结构简单的基础便器盆采用陶瓷材质容易制造,各部分没有特殊高精度要求,适合规模化工业生产,具有工业实用性。

Claims (29)

  1.     一种便器,包括基础便器盆、活塞或圆盘、升降缸筒、支撑部件、进水管道,所述升降缸筒上轴管与活塞或圆盘连接,其特征是所述便器还包括内便器盆,所述支撑部件一端与内便器盆外壁或内便器盆上底直接或间接固定或与基础便器盆直接或间接固定,支撑部件另一端与升降缸筒固定,升降缸筒上轴管与活塞或圆盘连接,活塞或圆盘在最高位置状态下密封住内便器盆排污口或靠近排污口,所述支撑部件是支撑管件,所述支撑管件是分支进水管道且与缸筒腔体连通,内便器盆位于基础便器盆内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述便器,其特征是所述内便器盆升降缸筒包括第二压力缸筒,所述第二压力缸筒包括第二活塞、拉力弹簧、第二进水管道,第二缸筒底部连通进水管道,顶部或上部连通第二进水管道,第二活塞位于第二缸筒上部,拉力弹簧位于第二活塞与第二压力缸筒顶部之间,活塞在最高位置状态下,第二活塞位于第二压力缸筒顶部或上部,第二缸筒和进水管道充满水流,第二压力缸筒通过进水管道与升降缸筒连通。 
  3. 如权利要求1所述便器,其特征是所述内便器盆升降缸筒是气缸,气缸包括缸筒、第二活塞、第一气管、第二气管,第二活塞位于缸筒内,第一气管第二气管分别位于第二活塞两侧,第一气管第二气管与二位三通电磁阀连通,电磁阀与自来水或压缩空气连通,第二活塞升降通过自来水或压缩空气介质控制。
  4.  一种便器,包括基础便器,其特征是组合式便器包括内便器盆,所述内便器盆包括圆盘、第一轴杆、第二横管、第二伸缩缸筒、第一支撑管件、第一转轴、第二转轴,第一支撑部件、进水管道,所述第一轴杆上端与圆盘连接,第一轴杆下端与第二横管连接,圆盘靠近内便器盆排污口或者密封住内便器盆排污口,内便器盆位于基础便器盆内部,第一支撑管件顶端与内便器盆外壁或上底固定连接,支撑管件底部与第二横管之间有第一转轴,第一支撑部件顶部与内便器盆外壁转动连接底部连接第二伸缩缸筒顶部,第二伸缩缸筒第二拉杆与第二横管通过第二转轴转动连接,第一转轴位于第一轴杆与第二转轴之间,进水管道与第二伸缩缸筒连通,连通孔位于第二伸缩缸筒活塞与第二伸缩缸筒顶部之间;或者,第二转轴位于第一轴杆与第一转轴之间,进水管道与第二伸缩缸筒连通,连通孔位于第二伸缩缸筒活塞与第二伸缩缸筒底部之间。
  5. 一种便器,包括基础便器,其特征是组合式便器包括内便器盆,所述内便器盆包括圆盘、第一轴杆、第一横轴、第三伸缩缸筒、第二支撑管件、进水管道,所述第一轴杆上端与圆盘下底连接,第一轴杆下端与第一横轴连接,圆盘靠近内便器盆排污口或者密封住内便器盆排污口,内便器盆位于基础便器盆内部,第二支撑管件顶端与内便器盆外壁或上底固定连接,第二支撑管件底部与第三伸缩缸筒连接,进水管道与第三伸缩缸筒连通,连通孔位于第三活塞与第三伸缩缸筒顶部之间,第三伸缩缸筒进入压力水,第一横轴收缩 。
  6.  如权利要求1、4、5所述便器,其特征是所述内便器盆上底外边缘是向下的翻边结构。
  7.  如权利要求1、4、5所述便器,其特征是所述内便器盆包括一圈第一密封面,基础便器盆包括一圈第二密封面,第一密封面下底面与第二密封面上底面之间设置密封件实现密封,第一密封面包括两种结构:第一种是第一密封面独立环形下底面与内便器盆外壁固定或与内便器盆外壁是一体;第二种是第一密封面是便器盆的环形外壁下底面,环形外壁下底面背面是便器盆第一水道;。
  8. 如权利要求1、4、5所述便器,其特征是内便器盆外壁具有降噪音夹层。
  9. 如权利要求1、4、5所述便器,其特征是所述内便器盆包括上底,内便器盆是可翻转的,内便器盆上底具有可翻转结构,或者内便器盆上底与基础便器盆上底之间具有可翻转结构。
  10.  如权利要求1、4、5所述便器,其特征是所述便器盆活塞或圆盘可以旋转,内便器盆包括喷水管道,所述升降缸筒上轴管与活塞或圆盘通过轴承或轴套结构转动连接,活塞或圆盘移动打开排污口后,喷水管道喷水口对着活塞或圆盘上表面或下底面,喷水口水流冲击方向与被水流冲击到的旋转盘位置的旋转启动方向相同或接近。
  11. 如权利要求1、4、5所述便器,其特征是所述便器活塞或圆盘具有弹性,或所在支撑管件具有弹性。
  12.  如权利要求4所述便器,其特征是所述支撑管件同时也是进水管道,第二横管与支撑管件通过第二水连通管道连通,第二横管包括第二喷水口,第二喷水口水流冲击方向与被水流冲击到的旋转盘下底或上底位置的旋转启动方向相同或接近。
  13.  如权利要求5所述便器,其特征是所述第二支撑管件是进水管道,第二支撑管件包括第五喷水口,第五喷水口水流冲击方向与被水流冲击到的旋转盘上底或心底位置的旋转启动方向相同或接近。
  14.  如权利要求5所述便器,其特征是所述第二支撑管件是进水管道,第二支撑管件包括第六喷水口,第六喷水口水流冲击方向与被水流冲击到的旋转盘下底位置的旋转启动方向相同或接近。
  15.  如权利要求7所述便器,其特征是所述第一密封面是环形密封面且大部分与内便器盆外壁连接或一体,第一密封面局部远离便器盆外壁的与第二密封面继续保持对应,所述第一密封面局部远离便器盆部分与便器盆之间区域的是密封隔板。
  16.    一种便器盆,包括排污口、排污口密封件、活塞,所述便器盆配套活塞密封排污口,活塞配套有控制及支撑机构,所述控制机构升降缸筒被支撑机构支撑固定,其特征是便器盆还包括密封件支撑座,所述支撑座包括筒状结构或环状板状结构或筒状环状板状组合结构,所述支撑座内孔或顶部与排污管外壁或便器盆外壁固定,支撑座位于便器盆排污口周围,密封件安装在密封件支撑座内孔或底面或底面密封件槽孔或套装在支撑座四周,实现密封件位于排污口外周围,密封件密封端面与活塞对应密封。
  17.  如权利要求16所述便器盆,其特征是所述便器盆没有排污管,便器盆下口就是排污口。
  18. 如权利要求16所述便器盆,其特征是所述密封件支撑座包括喷水管道、喷水口。
  19.  如权利要求16所述便器盆,其特征是所述密封件支撑座包括延伸底座,支撑机构与延伸底座固定,升降缸筒与支撑机构固定,延伸底座是支撑机构的固定底座。
  20.  如权利要求16所述便器盆,其特征是所述支撑座包括筒状结构,支撑座不安装密封件,筒状结构下口是密封面,所述密封面与排污口活塞对应密封。
  21. 如权利要求16所述便器盆,其特征是所述便器盆包括一圈导流板,所述导流板与密封件支撑座固定,所述导流板位于密封件内部上方,导流板与密封件内壁有缝隙或与内壁贴紧,所述喷水口位于导流板上方,喷水口水流从所述缝隙流下或水流撑胀密封件上部后从胀开的缝隙流下冲洗密封件内壁。
  22. 如权利要求21所述便器盆,其特征是所述便器盆包括导流板,所述导流板与密封件支撑座固定,所述导流板位于密封件内部上方,所述导流板内壁或内口与便器盆外壁或排污管外壁对应形成第二缝隙,喷水口水流从第二缝隙流出或喷出。
  23.  如权利要求21、22所述便器盆,其特征是所述导流板与密封件支撑座通过喷水管道连接,所述喷水管道穿过导流板与密封件上底之间形成的非全封闭腔体,所述喷水口位于所述非全封闭腔体内的喷水管道。
  24. 种便器盆,所述便器盆包括排污管,排污管下口是便器盆排污口,所述便器盆包括活塞及密封件密封排污口,还包括活支撑机构,其特征是所述便器盆包括密封件支撑座,所述密封件是具有圆孔的环形结构,所述圆孔套装在便器盆排污管,密封件上底贴住所述密封件支撑座下底面定位,所述支撑座包括延伸底座与支撑机构连接,延伸底座是支撑机构的支撑底座 。
  25.  如权利要求16、24所述便器盆,其特征是所述便器盆活塞与密封件对应密封住排污口状态下,活塞贴近排污口,所述贴近包括贴紧密封和存在缝隙。
  26. 一种便器盆,其特征是便器盆包括便器上底,所述便器上口是便器上底内口,便器上底下表面包括第二冲水管道,所述第二冲水管道包括冲水孔或冲水缝隙,冲水孔或冲水缝隙相邻或贴近上底下表面,出水方向包括与周围方向下表面重合或平行或接近平行或冲向下表面,出水可以冲洗到上底下表面。
  27. 如权利要求26所述便器盆,其特征在于所述第二冲水管道位于便器上底内口边缘或靠近内口边缘。
  28. 如权利要求26所述便器盆,其特征在于所述第二冲水管道包括可拆装喷头,喷头喷水方向对着便器盆上底的下表面,出水方向包括与周围方向下表面重合或平行或接近平行或冲向下表面。
