本申请是关于清洁设备技术领域,特别是关于一种清洁装置及具有该清洁装置的清洁设备。
现有的便携式可拆吸尘器,通常具有一个可拆卸的用于提供吸力的清洁组件,然而现有便携式可拆吸尘器对清洁组件的限位不足,用户在使用时清洁组件容易脱落。
因此,针对上述技术问题,有必要提供一种新的清洁装置及清洁设备。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种清洁装置及清洁设备,其能够对清洁组件进行良好的限位,降低清洁组件的脱落风险。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
第一方面,本申请提供了一种清洁装置,其包括主体和可拆卸地安装于所述主体上清洁组件,所述主体上设有可移动的卡扣部,所述清洁组件上设有与所述卡扣部相配合的卡槽部;所述卡扣部移动至第一位置时,能够卡持于所述卡槽部中以将所述清洁组件锁定于所述主体上;所述卡扣部移动至第
二位置时,能够脱离所述卡槽部以解除对所述清洁组件地锁定;其中,主体上还设有安装座,所述清洁组件支承于所述安装座上,所述安装座上形成有限位筋,所述限位筋用于围绕于所述清洁组件的外周以限定所述清洁组件。
在一个或多个实施方式中,所述主体上设有第一手柄,所述清洁组件上设有第二手柄,所述第一手柄和所述第二手柄用于供用户握持。
在一个或多个实施方式中,所述第二手柄一体成型于所述清洁组件的外周壁上,所述清洁组件组装于所述主体上时,所述限位筋围绕于所述清洁组件的底部外周以限定所述清洁组件的侧向位移。
在一个或多个实施方式中,所述清洁组件上还设有用于将清洁配件锁紧于所述清洁组件上锁扣组件,所述锁扣组件包括锁扣部和解锁部,所述锁扣部可伸缩地设于所述清洁组件上用以锁紧清洁配件,所述解锁部设于所述第二手柄上,所述解锁部沿所述锁扣部的伸缩方向可活动地抵持于所述锁扣部上,驱动所述解锁部能够使所述锁扣部缩回。
在一个或多个实施方式中,所述锁扣组件还包括沿所述锁扣部的伸缩方向设置的第一弹簧和第二弹簧,所述第一弹簧的两端分别连接所述清洁组件和所述锁扣部,所述第二弹簧的两端分别连接所述第二手柄和所述解锁部,所述第一弹簧用于提供驱使所述锁扣部处于伸出状态的弹力,所述第二弹簧用于提供驱使所述解锁部处于锁定位置的弹力。

第二方面,本申请提供了一种清洁设备,其包括任一如前所述的清洁装置。
与现有技术相比,本申请提供的清洁装置和清洁设备,通过卡扣部和限位筋的设置,能够对清洁组件进行双重锁定限位,提升清洁组件和主体件的组装稳固性,降低清洁组件的脱落风险,提升用户体验。
为了解放人类的双手,清洁设备应运而生,适用于各种室外和室内环境的清洁,例如吸尘器、洗地机等。清洁设备上通常设有显示组件,显示组件能够发光以显示清洁设备工作状态。现有的显示组件存在发光效果差的缺陷。因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
因此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示组件、抽吸式清洁装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件,包括:基座;第一光源,设于所述基座上;透光灯罩,罩设于所述基座和所述第一光源的外周;其中,所述第一光源与所述透光灯罩之间设有调光结构,所述调光结构位于所述第一光源的光线的传播路径上,以使所述第一光源的光线在所述透光灯罩上具有不同的疏密度。
优选的,上述的用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件,所述透光灯罩包括第一壳部和环设于所述第一壳部外周的第二壳部,所述第二壳部具有与所述第一壳部连接的近端和远离所述第一壳部的远端;其中,所述调光结构位于所述第一光源与所述第二壳部之间,以使所述第二壳部上的光线亮度呈渐变色显示。
优选的,上述的用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件,所述显示组件还包括遮挡板,所述遮挡板设于所述第一光源的光线传播路径上,且位于所述第一光源与所述第一壳部之间;
所述遮挡板与所述第一光源相对的区域上设有导向面,所述导向面较所述第一光源更靠近所述第一壳部侧分布,所述导向面位于所述第一光源光线的传播路径上;其中,所述导向面能够将所述第一光源的光线反射至所述调光结构上。

本申请提供的手持清洁组件,通过隔板将容纳腔分隔成上腔和下腔,将电池和电机分别安装在上腔和下腔,隔板上设有走线孔,电池与电机电性连接的电线通过走线孔走线,再通过将电机本体与隔板在走线孔的外周密封,如此可以满足电机和电池走线的同时,保证了电池和电机的分别密封。

请参照图1至图9所示,本申请一实施方式中的清洁装置,其可应用于吸尘器、拖地扫地机等清洁设备,该清洁装置包括主体1和可拆卸地安装于主体1上清洁组件2。
主体1上设有可移动的卡扣部11,清洁组件2上设有与卡扣部11相配合的卡槽部21。卡扣部11移动至第一位置时,能够卡持于卡槽部21中以将清洁组件2锁定于主体1上。卡扣部11移动至第二位置时,能够脱离卡槽部21以解除对清洁组件2地锁定。通过移动卡扣部11能够实现对清洁组件2锁定状态的切换,从而在确保对清洁组件2进行限位的同时,提高清洁组件2的拆装便捷性。
主体1上还设有安装座12,清洁组件2支承于该安装座12上。安装座12上形成有限位筋13,该限位筋13用于围绕于清洁组件2的外周以限定清洁组件2。通过卡扣部11和限位筋13的双重限定,能够实现对清洁组件2的良好限位。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图1至图7所示,主体1大体上呈直立式的杆状,清洁组件2大体上呈圆筒状,主体1的侧部上形成有与清洁组件2外侧壁相匹配的安装面14。该安装面14大体上呈弧面状,清洁组件2组装于主体1上时,安装面14能够与清洁组件2的外侧壁紧密贴合,以包覆于清洁组件2的外侧壁上。
具体地,卡扣部11邻近主体1的顶部设置,并凸伸穿过主体1的安装面14。主体1的安装面14上设有沿轴向延伸的滑槽,卡扣部11穿设于该滑槽中,并且卡扣部11能够沿该滑槽所界定的滑道沿轴向上下滑动。滑槽的上端所处的位置对应第一位置(卡扣部11处于锁定状态时所处的位置),滑槽的下端所处的位置对应第二位置(卡扣部11处于解锁状态时所处的位置)。
进一步地,清洁组件2外侧壁上设有与所述卡扣部11对应的位置处设有凹槽22,该凹槽22开口朝向安装面14设置。卡槽部21设于该凹槽22的顶壁上,且邻近清洁组件2的顶部设置,卡槽部21的槽口沿轴向朝下设置。卡扣部11处于第一位置时能够凸伸至凹槽22中并卡持于卡槽部21中,以实现对清洁组件2的锁定。卡扣部11处于第二位置时能够与卡槽部21脱离,以解除对清洁组件2的锁定
更进一步地,卡扣部11上形成有卡钩111,该卡钩111自卡扣部11的端部沿轴向向上凸伸。卡扣部11卡持于卡槽部21中时,该卡钩111能够沿轴向自下而上的插接于卡槽部21中,且该卡钩111能够沿侧向抵持于卡槽部21的内侧壁上,以提供一阻碍清洁组件2沿侧向脱离主体1的阻力,从而限定清洁组件2的侧向位移。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图5至图7所示,安装座12自主体1安装面14的下端沿侧向凸伸形成,该安装座12大体上呈圆台状,清洁组件2的
底部支承于该安装座12上。
具体地,限位筋13自安装座12的顶部外周缘向上凸伸形成,以在安装座12的顶部围设形成一限位空间,清洁组件2的底部安装于该限位空间中。该限位空间能够在组装清洁组件2时,对清洁组件2起到定位作用,以使得清洁组件2能够被安装于正确的位置上。
进一步地,限位筋13围绕于清洁组件2的底部外周,以提供一阻碍清洁组件2沿侧向脱离主体1的阻力,从而限定清洁组件2的侧向位移。限位筋13和卡扣部11分别从清洁组件2的底部和顶部限定清洁组件2的侧向位移,能够进一步提高清洁组件2的组装稳定性,实现对清洁组件2的良好限位。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图6和图7所示,主体1上设有第一手柄(图中未示出),清洁组件2上设有第二手柄23。第一手柄和第二手柄23用于供用户握持,用户通过握持第一手柄和/或第二手柄23,可移动或提起整个清洁装置。
具体地,第一手柄可拆卸地设于主体1上,主体1的顶部上设有用于安装第一手柄的安装腔15,第一手柄的下端可插接于该安装腔15中。由此,可以方便第一手柄的拆装,且可以增大第一手柄与主体1的接触面积,提高第一手柄与主体1的结合强度。
具体地,第二手柄23一体成型于清洁组件2的外侧壁上,清洁组件2组装于主体1上时,限位筋13围绕于清洁组件2的底部外周以限定清洁组件2的侧向位移。用户持握第二手柄23以操作清洁装置时,第二手柄23会对清洁组件2产生侧向的提拉力,限位筋13能够提供用于抵消该侧向提拉力的阻力,以实现对清洁组件2的良好限位,降低用户通过第二手柄23操作清洁装置时清洁组件2的脱落风险。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图1至图5、图8至图15所示,清洁组件2上还设有用于将清洁配件3锁紧于清洁组件2上锁扣组件24,清洁组件2从主体1上拆下后,可与清洁配件3进行组装以进行清洁作业。清洁配件3
可以集尘杯等配件。
具体地,锁扣组件24包括锁扣部241和解锁部242,锁扣部241可伸缩地设于清洁组件2上用以锁紧清洁配件3,解锁部242设于第二手柄23上。清洁配件3上形成有与锁扣部241配合的锁紧槽31,锁扣部241伸出时能够与锁紧槽31配合卡持进行锁定。解锁部242沿锁扣部241的伸缩方向可活动地抵持于锁扣部241上,驱动解锁部242朝向锁扣部241移动能够使锁扣部241缩回,以使得锁扣部241与锁紧槽31脱离,从而解除锁扣部241对清洁配件3的锁定。
进一步地,锁扣组件24还包括沿锁扣部241的伸缩方向设置的第一弹簧243和第二弹簧244,第一弹簧243的两端分别连接清洁组件2和锁扣部241,第二弹簧244的两端分别连接第二手柄23和解锁部242。第一弹簧243用于提供驱使锁扣部241处于伸出状态的弹力,第二弹簧244用于提供驱使解锁部242处于锁定位置(锁扣部241处于伸出状态时解锁部242所处的位置)的弹力。驱动解锁部242朝向锁扣部241移动能够推动锁扣部241缩回,从而压缩第一弹簧243和第二弹簧244,解除对解锁部242的驱动力后,锁扣部241能够在第一弹簧243的弹力作用下恢复至伸出状态,解锁部242能够在第二弹簧244的弹力作用下恢复至锁定位置。
更进一步地,清洁组件2上还设有卡块部25,该卡块部25和锁扣部241分别位于清洁组件2相对的两侧,清洁配件3上设有与卡块部25相配合的卡持部32,卡块部25能够卡持于卡持部32上以将清洁配件3锁紧于清洁组件2上。通过卡块部25和锁扣部241的配合锁紧,能够对清洁配件3进行良好的锁定,提升清洁配件3与清洁组件2间的结合稳固性。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图2至图7所示,主体1上设有第一限位部16,清洁组件2上设有与该第一限位部16相配合的第二限位部26,第一限位部16沿轴向抵持于所述第二限位部26上以限定清洁组件2的轴向位移。第一限位部16和卡扣部11分别对清洁组件2的轴向和侧向位移进行限定,从而可清洁组件2稳定牢固的限定于主体1上,降低清洁组件2的脱落风险。
具体地,第一限位部16自安装面14朝向清洁组件2凸伸倾斜设置,第一限位部16的凸伸长度沿轴向自下而上逐渐增大,以在第一限位部16上形成朝向清洁组件2倾斜的第一导引斜面161。第二限位部26形成于凹槽22的底壁上,第二限位部26被构造成与第一限位部16相匹配,以在第二限位部26上形成第二导引斜面261。清洁组件2组装于主体1上时,第一导引斜面161和第二导引斜面261能够相互抵接,以形成一阻碍清洁组件2沿轴向脱落主体1的阻力,从而限定清洁组件2的轴向位移。
进一步地,第一导引斜面161和第二导引斜面261的倾斜角度基本一致,且第一导引斜面161和第二导引斜面261表面平滑,从而可在组装或拆卸清洁组件2时起到导引作用,以提高清洁组件2的拆装便捷性。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图1至图7所示,主体1上设有能够沿轴向上下移动解锁按钮17,该解锁按钮17与卡扣部11连接,通过操作解锁按钮17能够使卡扣部11沿滑槽滑动,从而使卡扣部11从第一位置移动至第二位置,以将卡扣部11切换至解锁状态,以解除卡扣部11对清洁组件2的锁定。
具体地,请参照图16所示,解锁按钮17包括按压部171和连接部172,主体1上设有用于安装于解锁按钮17的安装通孔,解锁按钮17安装于该安装通孔中,并且解锁按钮17被设置成能够在该安装通孔中沿轴向上下移动,从而带动卡扣部11上下移动。从解锁按钮17的操作便捷性和易识别性考量,解锁按钮17的按压部171优选为设于主体1的顶部。在其他实施方式中,也可将按压部171设于主体1的侧部。
进一步地,按压部171和所述卡扣部11一体成型于连接部172上,一方面能够在简化卡扣部11与解锁按钮17间的传动结构的同时,使得卡扣部11能够随解锁按钮17同步移动;另一方面卡扣部11和解锁按钮17可通过一体注塑成型的工艺进行制造,可降低制造成本。
具体地,主体1上还设有复位弹性件18,该复位弹性件18连接解锁按钮17和主体1,该复位弹性件18用以提供驱使解锁按钮17复位的弹力。通过
按压解锁按钮17能够使该弹性件积累弹性势能,接触对解锁按钮17的按压后弹性件能够释放弹性势能,以驱使解锁按钮17恢复至初始位置,从而带动卡扣部11复位至第一位置。弹性件可以是弹簧、弹片、扭簧等,只要能够实现前述功能即可。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图2至图9所示,主体1上设有沿轴向延伸的复对位槽19,清洁组件2上设有与复对位槽19相配合的对位凸块27。组装清洁组件2时,对位凸块27能够凸伸至复对位槽19中以限定清洁组件2的组装方向。
具体地,复对位槽19设于卡扣部11的正下方,且对位凸块27设于卡槽部21的正下方。在安装清洁组件2时,将对位凸块27与复对位槽19对准,即可使卡扣部11和卡槽部21对准,从而方便用户快速确定清洁组件2的组装方向和组装位置。
一示例性的实施例中,请参照图5至图9所示,清洁组件2包括壳体28和收容于壳体28中的电池包及负压发生器,该电池包与负压发生器连接用以向负压发生器提供电能。清洁组件2的壳体28底部形成有吸口281,负压发生器能够在壳体28内形成负压,从而使吸口281处能够产生用于吸除垃圾的吸力。负压发生器可以是风机等能够形成负压的装置。
具体地,吸口281处隔栏282,该隔栏282能够阻挡大颗粒垃圾,避免大颗粒物体从吸口281处吸入壳体28中,从而可防止大颗粒物体堵转损坏负压发生器。
具体地,安装座12上设有与吸口281对应的通气孔121,该通气孔121沿轴向贯穿安装座12,清洁组件2组装于主体1上时,吸口281能够与通气孔121的顶部开口对接。通气孔121的顶部开口处设有密封环122,以提升吸口281和通气孔121的对接气密性。
本申请一实施方式中还提供了一种清洁设备,该清洁设备包括前述任一实施例中的清洁装置。该清洁设备可以是吸尘器、拖地扫地机等。
综上所述,本申请提供的清洁装置和清洁设备,通过卡扣部和限位筋的设置,能够对清洁组件进行双重锁定限位,提升清洁组件和主体件的组装稳固性,降低清洁组件的脱落风险,提升用户体验。
请参阅图18和图19所示,本实施例提供了一种用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100,所述用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100包括:基座110、设于基座110上的第一光源121’、透光灯罩130,其中,透光灯罩130罩设于基座110和第一光源121’的外周。透光灯罩130采用透光材料制成,当第一光源121’发光时,透光灯罩130被第一光源121’的光线照亮。
在本实施例中,第一光源121’与透光灯罩130之间设有调光结构,调光结构位于第一光源121’的光线的传播路径上,以使第一光源121’的光线在透光灯罩130上具有不同的疏密度。可以理解地,若射于透光灯罩130上的光线较为密集时,透光灯罩130的亮度较为明亮;反之,若射于透光灯罩130上的光线较为稀疏时,透光灯罩130的亮度较为暗沉。也就是说,在本实施例中,通过调光结构能够使得透光灯罩130具有不同的亮度显示。由此,透光灯罩130具有较好的显示效果,美观大方。
关于透光灯罩130,在本实施例中,请参阅图21至图23所示,透光灯罩130包括第一壳部131和环设于第一壳部131外周的第二壳部132。调光结构位于第一光源121’与第二壳部132之间,以使第二壳部132上的光线亮度呈渐变色显示。
其中,第一壳部131呈圆片状或是圆盘状,第二壳部132沿第一壳部131的周向方向环设于第一壳部131的外周。值得注意的是,上述第一壳部131包括但不限于圆片状或是圆盘状,上述第一壳部131也可以呈椭圆片状或是椭圆盘状,还可以呈多边形盘状。上述第一壳部131的形状不应理解为对本申请的限制。
第二壳部132具有与第一壳部131连接的近端和远离第一壳部131的远端。第二壳部132大致沿第一壳部131的轴向延伸,在第一光源121’工作时,第二壳部132呈环设于第一壳部131外周的渐变色光环。应予说明,在本说
明书中,“大致”或“基本”可以理解为接近、近似,或者是与目标值相差在预定范围内。
具体地,上述“渐变色显示”有如下几种情况下:第一种情况,在沿第二壳部132的近端至远端的方向上,第二壳部132上的光线亮度由亮至暗渐变;第二种情况,在沿第二壳部132的近端至远端的方向上,第二壳部132上的光线亮度由暗至亮渐变;第三种情况,第二壳部132上的光线亮度呈中间向近、远两端逐渐减弱的态势,即中间亮、两侧暗的状态。在本实施例中,优选的,在沿第二壳部132的近端至远端的方向上,第二壳部132上的光线亮度呈由亮至暗的渐变态势。
关于调光结构的设置形式,在一方案中,请参阅图21所示,调光结构包括设于基座110上且环设于第一光源121’外周的调光壁111’,调光壁111’位于第一光源121’与第二壳部132之间,调光壁111’采用透光材料制成。调光壁111’具有靠近第一壳部131侧的近端和远离第一壳部131侧的远端。在沿调光壁111’的近端至远端的方向上,调光壁111’的壁厚呈逐渐增大的态势。在本方案中,第一光源121’的光线先射向调光壁111’,光线经由调光壁111’的折射后再射向第二壳部132,由于调光壁111’的壁厚呈逐渐增大的态势,光线在调光壁111’处发生折射后,导致第二壳部132上的光线密度在沿第二壳部132的近端至远端的方向上呈逐渐减弱的态势,从而使得第二壳部132呈渐变色发光环。
在另一方案中,请参阅图22所示,调光结构包括设于基座110上且环设于第一光源121’外周的遮光件112,遮光件112位于第一光源121’与第二壳部132之间。遮光件112顾名思义用于遮挡光线,采用遮光材料制成,上述遮光材料可以理解为不透光材料。遮光件112具有靠近第一壳部131侧的近端和远离第一壳部131侧的远端,遮光件112的近端较第二壳部132的近端更远离第一壳部131分布,以在遮光件112的近端与第一壳部131之间形成供第一光源121’的光线传播的透光区。在本方案中,在沿第一壳部131的径向方向上,遮光件112与第二壳部132之间存在环形间隙。遮光件112能够遮挡
第一光源121’的部分光线,使得第一光源121’的光束减小扩散面,从而使得第一光源121’的光束更为集中,实现较佳的渐变效果。
在又一方案中,请参阅图23至图25所示,调光结构包括设于基座110上且环设于第一光源121’外周的调光壁111’和遮光件112,调光壁111’和遮光件112位于第一光源121’与第二壳部132之间。在本方案中,遮光件112较调光壁111’更靠近第一光源121’分布。其中,调光壁111’和遮光件112分别具有靠近第一壳部131侧的近端和远离第一壳部131侧的远端,遮光件112的近端较调光壁111’的近端更远离第一壳部131分布。调光壁111’采用透光材料制成,在沿调光壁111’的近端至远端的方向上,调光壁111’的壁厚呈逐渐增大的态势。
具体而言,本方案是上述两个方案的结合,即利用调光壁111’的壁厚逐渐增大的特点和遮光件112遮光的效果共同实现第二壳部132的渐变色效果,具有显示效果好,美观大方的优点。
其中,遮光件112可以为涂覆于调光壁111’内圈上的涂漆层,也可以为设于调光壁111’内圈上的遮光套环。当然,上述遮光件112包括但不限于上述两种情况,只要是能够遮挡光线的结构都为本申请的保护范围,在此不做一一赘述。
具体地,在沿第一壳部131的径向方向上,调光壁111’与第二壳部132之间存在间隙。当然,在沿第一壳部131的径向方向上,调光壁111’与第二壳部132之间也可以相抵靠分布。可根据实际使用情况而具体选择调光壁111’与第二壳部132之间的分布形式。
在本实施例中,上述“调光壁111’的壁厚呈逐渐增大的态势”有多种实现方式。第一种实现方式,在沿调光壁111’的近端至远端的方向上,调光壁111’的外径和内径都逐渐增大;第二种实现方式,在沿调光壁111’的近端至远端的方向上,调光壁111’的外径保持不变、调光壁111’的内径逐渐增大;第三种实现方式,在沿调光壁111’的近端至远端的方向上,调光壁111’的外径呈逐渐增大的态势,调光壁111’的内径保持不变。上述三种方式均可以实现
调光壁111’的壁厚在沿近端至远端的方向上呈逐渐增大的态势。
考虑到第一光源121’位于调光壁111’的内侧,为了使得第一光源121’和其他零部件具有充裕的安装空间。在本实施例中,优选的,请参阅图24和图25所示,调光壁111’的外径呈逐渐增大的态势,而调光壁111’的内径保持不变。调光壁111’采用上述的结构后,也便于将遮光件112安装于调光壁111’的内壁上,具有安装方便的优点。
进一步地,调光壁111’外周面的截面为弧形、锥形、折线形中的至少一种。其中,上述“截面”可以理解为经过第一壳部131轴线的轴向截面。
在本实施例中,第一光源121’设于线路板120上,且与线路板120电连接。第一光源121’通过线路板120设于基座110上,线路板120大致与第一壳部131平行分布。第一光源121’位于线路板120与第一壳部131相对的端面上。其中,第一光源121’为沿第一壳部131的周向方向环设于线路板120上的若干灯珠;第一光源121’也可以为沿第一壳部131的周向方向环设于线路板120上的环形灯带。
进一步地,请参阅图19和图20所示,所述用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100还包括:第二光源122’和遮挡板140。第二光源122’设于线路板120上,且与线路板120电连接。在本实施例中,第二光源122’也设于线路板120与第一壳部131相对的端面上。
关于第一光源121’与第二光源122’之间的位置关系,第一光源121’环设于第二光源122’的外周,第二光源122’散布于第一光源121’环设的区域内。其中,第二光源122’为若干按照预设顺序排布的灯珠。
在本实施例中,遮挡板140采用遮光材料制成,遮挡板140设于第一光源121’和第二光源122’的光线传播路径上。第一光源121’和第二光源122’位于遮挡板140的一侧,第一壳部131位于遮挡板140的另一侧。上述“遮挡板140的一侧”可以理解为遮挡板140的远端侧,上述“遮挡板140的另一侧”可以理解为遮挡板140的近端侧。
其中,遮挡板140上设有多个功能开口141,第二光源122’的光线穿过功能开口后,能够在第一壳部131上形成多个功能显示区,第一壳部131上的多个功能显示区之间相互独立,并且多个功能显示区与第二壳部132之间相互独立。
上述“相互独立”是指多个功能显示区之间的光线、多个功能显示区与第二壳部132之间的光线不相互影响。由上述可知,遮挡板140的作用是用于分隔各个功能显示区、分隔功能显示区与第二壳部132,从而避免光线之间的干扰。
上述多个功能显示区可以理解为不同的显示区域,例如,电量显示区域、工作模式显示区域、档位显示区域、工作时间显示区域等。在本实施例中,遮挡板140与第一壳部131之间还设有麦拉片150,麦拉片150对应于多个功能开口141的区域上设有标识。例如,麦拉片150位于电量显示区域处设置电池的图标、位于工作模式显示区域处设置不同工作模式的图标、位于档位显示区域处设置不同档位的图标等。
在本实施例中,请参阅图24和图27所示,遮挡板140与第一光源121’相对的区域上设有导向面142,导向面142较第一光源121’更靠近第一壳部131侧分布,导向面142位于第一光源121’的传播路径上。导向面142的作用是用于反射第一光源121’射出的光线,也就是说,第一光源121’射出的光线在导向面142的作用下能够反射至调光结构上,反射光线在穿过调光结构后,光线发生偏折,偏折后的光线再射向上述第二壳部132。
反证,若第一光源121’的光线传播路径上不设置上述导向面142,那么当第一光源121’的光线射向遮挡板140后,遮挡板140反射第一光源121’的光线,在遮挡板140的反射作用下,大部分反射光线射向第一光源121’处,射向第二壳部132上的光线相对较少。由此可知,通过设置上述导向面142能够增加反射光线射向第二壳部132处的光线量,能够有效改善第二壳部132的发光效果。
为了使得线路板120与遮挡板140之间具有既定的安装位置,线路板120
与遮挡板140之间设有限位结构。请参阅图18和图27所示,限位结构包括相互配合的限位孔123和限位柱143,限位孔123和限位柱143的其中一者设于线路板120上,其中另一者设于遮挡板140的远端。在本实施例中,优选的,限位孔123设于线路板120,限位柱143设于遮挡板140的远端。可以理解地,本说明书中的“近端”是指顶部,“远端”是指底部。
进一步地,请参阅图25所示,基座110上凹陷形成有凹槽114,线路板120设于凹槽114内,遮挡板140至少部分位于凹槽114内。请参阅图28所示,遮挡板140的顶部边沿处设有用于麦拉片150限位的限位凸沿144。在本实施例中,基座110和透光灯罩130之间可拆卸连接,基座110和透光灯罩130共同围设形成一收容腔,线路板120、遮挡板140和麦拉片150被夹设于上述收容腔内。
在本实施例中,请参阅图26所示,调光壁111’的远端还设有安装壁113,安装壁113呈环形且与调光壁111’同轴分布。安装壁113适于与机体配合安装,安装壁113的外周面为锥面。
请参阅图17至图18所示,本申请又提供了一种抽吸式清洁装置,用于提供抽吸力。在一示意性场景中,所述抽吸式清洁装置用于为手持式洗地机提供抽吸力,从而实现将地面清理干净。值得注意的是上述举例中所述抽吸式清洁装置用于手持式洗地机,仅是一种可行的适用场景。在其他可行且不可被明确排除的场景中,所述抽吸式清洁装置也可以用于手持式吸尘器、擦玻璃机等。
下文将主要以所述抽吸式清洁装置用于手持式洗地机为例进行阐述。但基于上文描述可知,本申请实施例的保护范围并不因此而受到限定。
所述抽吸式清洁装置包括机体200、设于机体200一端部处的用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100,其中,所述用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100为实施例中所述的用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100。下文将用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件100简称为显示组件100。
进一步地,机体200用于安装显示组件100的一端部处设有凹陷区230,凹陷区230的凹口处换设有密封件240。在显示组件100安装于机体200后,显示组件100的安装壁113与密封件240抵接。
为了便于安装和维护,机体200与显示组件100之间可拆卸连接。具体地,机体200的一端部处设有第一连接部250,显示组件100的透光灯罩130上设有第二连接部1321,第一连接部250与第二连接部1321相配合。在本实施例中,请参阅图18和图29所示,第一连接部250和第二连接部1321的其中一者为旋扣,其中另一者为旋扣槽。其中,基座110、线路板120、遮挡板140和麦拉片150可拆卸设于透光灯罩130内,以与透光灯罩130形成一整体后,能够跟随透光灯罩130同步与机体200进行配合或拆卸的动作。
在本实施例中,机体200内部设有电池组件(图中未示意)、风机组件(图中未示意)和控制单元(图中未示意),机体200的外壁上还设有用于供用户握持的手柄220。
透光灯罩130可以看作为机体200壳体的一部分,第二壳部132位于机体200的侧向壁面上,在第一光源12工作时,机体200上可形成一渐变色光环。
在本实施例中,上述第二壳部132用于显示手持式洗地机吸入介质内污物的含量。具体而言,上述第二壳部132具有红、橙、绿三种显示颜色,当吸入介质内的污物含量较大时,第二壳部132以红色渐变色显示;当吸入介质内的污物含量较小时,第二壳部132以绿色渐变色显示;当吸入介质内的污物含量适中时,第二壳部132以橙色渐变色显示。其中,上述吸入介质为液体。
该实施例提供一种手持清洁组件,请参阅图30至图33,其中手持清洁组件可以但不限于为手持洗地机的一部分,下面以手持洗地机为例进行说明,该手持清洁组件包括壳体1’、电池2’以及电机3’,壳体1’具有一容纳腔11’,所述壳体1’内设有隔板12’,所述隔板12’将所述容纳腔11’分隔成上腔13’和下腔14’,所述隔板12’上开设有走线孔121”,所述上腔13’和所述下腔14’
通过所述走线孔121”连通,电池2’安装在所述上腔13’,电机3’包括电机本体31’,所述电机本体31’安装在所述下腔14’,且与所述隔板12’在所述走线孔121”的外周密封设置,所述电机3’和所述电池2’通过电线电性连接,以通过所述电池2’对所述电机3’供电,所述电线穿过所述走线孔121”设置。
请参阅图33,本申请通过隔板12’将容纳腔11’分隔成上腔13’和下腔14’,将电池2’和电机3’分别安装在上腔13’和下腔14’,隔板12’上设有走线孔121”,电池2’与电机3’电性连接的电线通过走线孔121”走线,再通过将电机本体31’与隔板12’在走线孔121”的外周密封,如此可以满足电机3’和电池2’走线的同时,保证了电池2’和电机3’的分别密封。
电机本体31’与隔板12’在走线孔121”的外周密封的方式有多种,例如,可以是在电机本体31’上罩设有软胶密封罩(图中未示出),所述软胶密封罩与所述走线孔121”的外周缘密封设置,如此软胶密封罩的顶部压接在隔板12’上即可实现密封。其中软胶密封罩的材质可以但不限于为硅胶材质,也可以为其他软胶密封罩,在此不具体限制。优选地,所述隔板12’具有围绕所述走线孔121”的环形凸起,所述环形凸起与所述软胶密封罩的顶部抵接密封设置,如此可以增大隔板12’与软胶密封罩之间的密封面积。其中环形凸起可以是设置多个,例如环形凸起可以设置至少2个,至少2个环形凸起的中心可以为与走线孔121”的中心相同,也可以是有一定偏差,在此不做具体限制。
在其他实施例中,电机本体31’与隔板12’在走线孔121”的外周密封的方式,也可以是所述电机本体31’的顶部与所述隔板12’在所述走线孔121”的外周通过密封圈4密封设置。密封圈4的安装方式也可以为多种,具体根据实际情况而定,例如在本实施例中,所述电机本体31’的顶部设有环形槽311,所述环形槽311围绕所述走线孔121”设置,所述密封圈4设于所述环形槽311内。电机本体31’压接在隔板12’上后,密封圈4挤压形成密封,在安装时,可以是所述电机本体31’的顶部和所述隔板12’,其中之一设有凸部312,另一设有与所述凸部312压接配合的凹部122”,所述凸部312和所述凹部122”围绕所述走线孔121”设置且分布于所述密封圈4的外周,通过凸部312和凹
部122”插接后压紧密封圈4以实现密封,如此可以一定程度上增大密封面积。其中,可以是电机本体31’的顶部设有凹槽,隔板12’设有与凹槽配合的凸部312(例如可以是凸筋,也可以是凸起,在此不做具体限制);还可以是电机本体31’的顶部设有凸部312,隔板12’设有凹槽,具体不做限制。其中凸部312可以是一个或多个,其中凸部312为多个时,多个凸部312可以但不限于沿径向间隔分布,每个凸部312也可以是呈环状分布的多个凸筋或者一个环形凸筋,在此不做具体限制;同样地,凹部122”可以是一个或者多个,其中凹部122”为多个时,多个凹部122”可以但不限于沿径向间隔分布,每个凹部122”也可以是呈环状分布的多个凹槽或者一个环形凹槽。凸部312和凹部122”的具体形状也可以根据实际需要设定,在此不做具体限制。
进一步地,请参阅图31,所述电机还包括安装座32’,所述手持清洁组件还包括吸水结构5,所述安装座32’安装在下腔14’,所述安装座32’内安装有所述电机本体31’,所述安装座32’在所述电机本体31’的侧面出风处具有出风通道321,所述吸水结构5套设于所述安装座32’外围并止挡在所述出风通道321,由于手持清洁组件排出吸入的气体时会带有水汽,通过在出风通道321处设有吸水结构5,水汽进过电机本体31’后从电机本体31’侧面的出风通道321排出时穿过吸水结构5,通过吸水结构5留下水汽,最后随着高温气流蒸发,如此水汽被滞留蒸发,避免了水汽直接喷出的问题。吸水结构5可以但不限于为海绵,优选地,吸水结构5为消音棉,如此不仅可以吸水,还可以减少噪音。
具体地,所述安装座32’包括安装部322、以及多个挡筋324,安装部322具有安装腔,所述安装腔内容置有所述电机本体31’;多个挡筋324分布在所述电机本体31’的外周,且所述多个挡筋324的一端设于所述安装部322的外围,另一端朝所述隔板12’延伸并与所述隔板12’抵接,相邻的两个挡筋324之间限定形成所述出风通道321。出风通道321的设置还可以是,隔板12’具有朝向所述电机本体31’延伸的多个连接筋123’,所述多个连接筋123’分别与所述多个挡筋324抵接设置,相邻的两个挡筋324与其对应的相邻的两个连
接筋123’共同围设形成所述出风通道321,通过设置连接筋123’与挡筋324抵接配合,便于安装座32’的固定。具体地,所述吸水结构5为消音棉,所述消音棉呈环形结构并套设于所述多个挡筋324上,如此可以充分挡设在出风通道321而不受出风通道321的数量的限制,在其他实施例中,吸水结构5也可以是多个,多个吸水结构5分别设于对应的出风通道321处。
所述壳体1’具有出风口15’,所述电机3’还包括安装座32’,所述安装座32’安装在所述下腔14’,所述安装座32’包括承载部、安装部322以及出风通道321,所述安装部322具有安装腔,所述安装腔内容置有所述电机本体31’,所述承载部设于所述安装部322的外周与所述壳体1’的内壁之间,且所述承载部具有朝向所述出风通道321且位于所述出风通道321下侧的承接面323,所述承接面323具有与所述出风口15’相对设置的第一段3231、以及与所述第一段3231连接的第二段3232,所述第二段3232至所述第一段3231的高度呈渐低设置,出风通道321流出的水汽进入由隔板、壳体1’内壁、承载部的承接面323以及安装部322的外周所围成的空间内,且水汽在重力的作用下落到承接面323上,如此,一方面通过设置承载部,承载部与出风口15’相对的位置设置为最低点,便于将吸水结构5无法再吸收或者在吸水结构5吸收的水过多时流出的水导引到与出风口15’的相对位置,如此便于水随着高温气流蒸发排出出风口15’,如此可以避免水汽过多,吸水结构5无法吸收而形成积水的情况发生,解决了吸水结构5吸收的水过多时,因重力水会流到出风通道321的底壁的问题。在本实施例中,所述第一段3231的高度大于等于所述出风口15’的最低处的高度,如此,可以便于积水直接从出风口15’排出。
本申请还提供一种清洁设备,该清洁设备包括上述清洁组件,上述手持清洁设备的实施例包括上述手持清洁组件的实施例。该清洁设备可以是例如手持洗地机等等,在此不做具体限制。

Claims (44)
- 一种清洁装置,其特征在于,包括主体和可拆卸地安装于所述主体上清洁组件,所述主体上设有可移动的卡扣部,所述清洁组件上设有与所述卡扣部相配合的卡槽部;所述卡扣部移动至第一位置时,能够卡持于所述卡槽部中以将所述清洁组件锁定于所述主体上;所述卡扣部移动至第二位置时,能够脱离所述卡槽部以解除对所述清洁组件地锁定;其中,主体上还设有安装座,所述清洁组件支承于所述安装座上,所述安装座上形成有限位筋,所述限位筋用于围绕于所述清洁组件的外周以限定所述清洁组件。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述主体上设有第一手柄,所述清洁组件上设有第二手柄,所述第一手柄和所述第二手柄用于供用户握持。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二手柄一体成型于所述清洁组件的外侧壁上,所述清洁组件组装于所述主体上时,所述限位筋围绕于所述清洁组件的底部外周以限定所述清洁组件的侧向位移。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁组件上还设有用于将清洁配件锁紧于所述清洁组件上锁扣组件,所述锁扣组件包括锁扣部和解锁部,所述锁扣部可伸缩地设于所述清洁组件上用以锁紧清洁配件,所述解锁部设于所述第二手柄上,所述解锁部沿所述锁扣部的伸缩方向可活动地抵持于所述锁扣部上,驱动所述解锁部能够使所述锁扣部缩回。
- 如权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述锁扣组件还包括沿所述锁扣部的伸缩方向设置的第一弹簧和第二弹簧,所述第一弹簧的两端分别连接所述清洁组件和所述锁扣部,所述第二弹簧的两端分别连接所述第二手柄和所述解锁部,所述第一弹簧用于提供驱使所述锁扣部处于伸出状态的弹力,所述第二弹簧用于提供驱使所述解锁部处于锁定位置的弹力。

- 一种用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件,其特征在于,包括:基座;第一光源,设于所述基座上;透光灯罩,罩设于所述基座和所述第一光源的外周;其中,所述第一光源与所述透光灯罩之间设有调光结构,所述调光结构位于所述第一光源的光线的传播路径上,以使所述第一光源的光线在所述透光灯罩上具有不同的疏密度。
- 如权利要求15所述的用于抽吸式清洁装置的显示组件,其特征在于,所述透光灯罩包括第一壳部和环设于所述第一壳部外周的第二壳部,所述第二壳部具有与所述第一壳部连接的近端和远离所述第一壳部的远端;其中,所述调光结构位于所述第一光源与所述第二壳部之间,以使所述第二壳部上的光线亮度呈渐变色显示。
