1、本发明可以从电动侧踏切换为固定侧踏。
特别是当驱动电机或齿轮箱失灵时,可以将电动侧踏切换为固定侧踏,具体是:
状态一:当转动杆和从动转动杆旋转使脚踏处于伸出状态时,
将主动支架上转动杆预留的备用螺栓旋转取下并与固定杆的孔对齐,再用螺栓通过孔固定转动杆和固定杆;
同时,将从动转动杆预留的备用螺栓旋转取下,并与从动连接件的孔对齐,再用螺栓通过孔固定转动杆和从动连接件;
状态二:当转动杆和从动转动杆旋转使脚踏处于收起状态时,
将主动支架上转动杆预留的备用螺栓旋转取下并与固定杆的孔对齐,再用螺栓通过孔固定转动杆和固定杆;
同时,将从动转动杆预留的备用螺栓旋转取下,并与从动连接件的孔对齐,再用螺栓通过孔固定从动转动杆和从动连接件。
当然,即便是驱动电机或齿轮箱处于正常状态,也可以将电动侧踏切换为固定侧踏。
2、本发明汽车电动踏板具有承载的重量提高的优点。
本发明的踏板向上翘0~5°为了人员上下车踩踏板防滑。所述下支撑壁与水平面的夹角为0~10°,使踏板承载重量提高。下支撑壁与水平面的角度越小,越倾向于车底平行,机构运行越顺畅;角度越大电机所受的力矩越大,电机的功率就需要更大。
3、与现有技术相比,本发明的踏板的连接端面结构更加简单,加工成本低,装配简单。
4、与现有技术相比,本发明可以有效的避免汽车踏板在收缩的过程中碰到底盘下面的障碍物,造成安全隐患的问题。

本发明的一种汽车电动踏板使用时,其主动支架100通过驱动电机120通过齿轮箱140驱动转动杆141转动,因此可以使主动支架100从图3的状态转换为图4的状态。其从动支架200也可以从图7的状态转换为图8状态,从汽车电动踏板的整体上形成了从图1的状态转换为图2的状态。其操作简单,省力。
本发明中,转动机构150包括下支撑壁152和上支撑壁153,上支撑壁水平设置,所述下支撑壁152与水平面的夹角为0~10°,倾斜设置的下支撑壁可以提高转动机构的稳定性。
本发明中,转动机构150远离转动杆141的一端设有连接端面155,连接端155设有与汽车踏板300相配合固定的连接柱156,连接柱156竖直设置于连接端面155,连接端面155与连接柱156配合可以将踏板200稳定的固定在主动支架100上,通过转动杆支撑臂143对转动杆141的二次支撑,使得转动杆支撑的更加牢固,提高了使用的耐久性,与转动杆141垂直的固 定臂145使得转动杆141受到的压力垂直于转动杆支撑臂143,支撑的效果更好。同时,通过驱动电机120驱动转动杆141在水平方向上转动使得转动机构150在接近水平方向转动,可以有效的避免汽车踏板300在收缩的过程中碰到底盘下面的障碍物,造成安全隐患的问题。
本发明中,所述转动机构150靠近转动杆141的一端设有上支撑壁153和下支撑壁152,所述上支撑壁153和下支撑壁152平行设置,所述上支撑壁153和下支撑壁152构成转动凹槽151,所述转动杆凹槽151内设有转动杆转轴154,所述转动杆转轴154与转动杆141连接。
本发明中,所述从动转动机构250靠近从动杆241的一端设有从动上支撑壁253和从动下支撑壁252,所述从动上支撑壁253和从动下支撑壁252平行设置,所述从动上支撑壁253和从动下支撑壁252构成从动转动杆凹槽251,所述从动转动杆凹槽251内设有从动转动杆转轴254,所述从动转动杆转轴254与从动转动杆241连接。
本发明中,所述转动杆141向下倾斜设置,所述转动杆141与水平面的夹角为0~10°。
本发明中,所述从动转动杆241向下倾斜设置,所述从动转动杆241与水平面的夹角为0~10°。

如图7-10,本发明中,所述从动汽车固定板230上设置有从动连接件232,所述从动汽车固定板230与从动连接件232焊接固定连接,所述从动连接件232设为至少两个且相互平行。

将主动支架上转动杆141预留的备用螺栓A1旋转取下并与固定杆132的孔A2对齐,再用螺栓A1通过孔A2固定转动杆141和固定杆132;
同时,将从动转动杆241预留的备用螺栓B1旋转取下,并与从动连接件232的孔B2对齐,再用螺栓B1通过孔B2固定转动杆241和从动连接件232。
状态二(如图2、4、8):当转动杆141和从动转动杆241旋转使脚踏300处于收起状态时,
将主动支架上转动杆141预留的备用螺栓A1旋转取下并与固定杆132的孔A3对齐,再用螺栓A1通过孔A2固定转动杆141和固定杆132;
同时,将从动转动杆241预留的备用螺栓B1旋转取下,并与从动连接件232的孔B3对齐,再用螺栓B1通过孔B2固定从动转动杆241和从动连接件 232。
本发明中,所述驱动轴142远离齿轮箱140的一端设有限位块144和转动杆支撑臂143,所述限位块144设置于转动杆支撑臂143远离齿轮箱140的一端;所述从动驱动轴242远离从动连接件232的一端设有从动限位块244和从动转动杆支撑臂243,所述从动限位块244设置于从动转动杆支撑臂243远离从动连接件232的一端。

    将主动支架上转动杆(141)预留的备用螺栓(A1)旋转取下并与固定杆(132)的孔(A2)对齐,再用螺栓(A1)通过孔(A2)固定转动杆(141)和固定杆(132);
    同时,将从动转动杆(241)预留的备用螺栓(B1)旋转取下,并与从动连接件(232)的孔(B2)对齐,再用螺栓(B1)通过孔(B2)固定转动杆(241)和从动连接件(232);
    状态二:当转动杆(141)和从动转动杆(241)旋转使脚踏(300)处于收起状态时,
    将主动支架上转动杆(141)预留的备用螺栓(A1)旋转取下并与固定杆(132)的孔(A3)对齐,再用螺栓(A1)通过孔(A2)固定转动杆(141)和固定杆(132);
    同时,将从动转动杆(241)预留的备用螺栓(B1)旋转取下,并与从动连接件(232)的孔(B3)对齐,再用螺栓(B1)通过孔(B2)固定从动 转动杆(241)和从动连接件(232)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车电动踏板,其特征在于:
