除非另作定义,本公开实施例使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者 重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
随着电子价签的发展,其越来越多的应用于商超市场、家居卖场等场景中。在一些实施例中,电子价签的安装结构与货架之间通常使用螺丝和螺母进行连接,这种连接方式会给更换电子价签带来不便,且会破坏货架的完整性。
在另一些实施例中,卖场的货架上将整条的塑料导轨作为安装结构来固定电子价签,但塑料导轨的结构尺寸较大不易隐藏,影响货架的观感;塑料材料在多次更换电子价签后会有磨损,使用寿命较短;以及,在更换电子价签时,工作人员需要准确的对位导轨结构的轨道位置,无法快速便捷操作,不方便拆卸。
为了解决上述技术问题中的至少一个,本公开实施例提供一种安装结构。
图1为本公开实施例提供的一种安装结构的应用示意图,图2为本公开实施例提供的一种安装结构、电子价签、安装基础的分解示意图。在一些实施例中,如图1、图2所示,安装结构1用于将电子价签2安装在货架等安装基础3上,其中,安装结构1包括:主体部11、以及设置在主体部11上的连接件12和磁性组件13,连接件12被配置为与电子价签2连接;磁性组件13包括磁性相吸的第一部件131和第二部件132,第一部件131固定在主体部11上,第二部件132被配置为固定在安装基础3上。通过设置磁性组件13,使安装结构1与安装基础3之间 磁性连接,避免安装基础3的表面存在破坏性安装痕迹,保证了安装基础3的结构完整性;同时,磁性组件13的第一部件131和第二部件132便于吸附和分离,因此在需要对电子价签2进行拆卸或更换时,直接将第一部件131和第二部件132拆分即可,提高了使用便捷性。
需要说明的是,上述安装基板3可以是货架、橱柜等。
由于第一部件131和第二部件132之间为磁性相吸的连接方式,因此,第一部件131和第二部件132中一者的材料可以是永磁材料,另一者的材料可以是铁材料。例如,第一部件131采用磁体制成,第二部件132采用铁制成。
在一个示例中,安装基础3可以由铁材料制成,此时,可以直接将第一部件131设置为磁体,从而可以与安装基础3进行磁吸连接,第一部件131与安装基础3之间不再需要第二部件132。
另外,为了保证第一部件131和第二部件132之间连接的稳定性,可以将二者相接触的面均设置为平面,并尽量增大第一部件131和第二部件132磁吸接触面的面积,在一个示例中,第一部件131为磁体,其朝向第二部件132的表面为矩形,面积为60mm*20mm,第二部件132采用铁制成,第二部件132在安装基础3上的正投影覆盖第一部件131在安装基础3上的正投影,使第一部件131靠近安装基础3的表面全部与第二部件132磁吸接触。
上述第一部件131也可以是正方体、长方体、圆柱体、椭圆柱体等任意一种形状,本公开对此不作限定。
需要说明的是,第一部件131朝向第二部件132的表面的大小会随电子价签2大小的改变,进行适应性调整。在一个实施例中,在第一部件131朝向第二部件132的表面为矩形的情况下,其长度和宽度之比在2.5~3.5之间,示例性地,长度和宽度之比为2.5或3或3.5。例如,长度为60mm、宽度为20mm,其长宽比为3。
图3为本公开实施例提供的一种安装结构的局部示意图,在一些实施例中,如图2、3所示,主体部11包括:背板111以及与背板111固定连接的侧板112,背板111所在平面与侧板112所在平面相交叉,例如,背板111与侧板112垂直。需要说明的是,背板111与侧板112垂直是指,二者之间的夹角在80°~100°之间。第一部件131设置在背板111上,连接件12设置在侧板112上。
在一个示例中,背板111与侧板112可以是一体成型的,其可以采用轻质金属材料制成,例如钛合金、铝合金等,也可以采用有机材料制成,例如亚克力、聚苯乙烯等,本公开实施例对此均不作限定。
在这种结构下,在展示电子价签2时,侧板112的至少一部分可以被电子价签2遮挡,背板111与侧板112交叉设置且固定连接,因此位于安装基础3的下方,则整个安装结构1既能展示电子价签2,又能降低安装结构1主体部11的存在感。
图4为本公开实施例提供的另一安装结构的局部示意图,在一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,背板111上设置有放置槽113,第一部件131的至少一部分固定在放置槽113中,从而将第一部件131的至少一部分隐藏在放置槽113中,以使安装结构1的结构更紧凑。
需要说明的是,上述放置槽113的开口形状可以为矩形、正方形、梯形、半圆形、圆形、椭圆形中的任意一种结构,本公开实施例对此不作限定。另外,放置槽113的开口形状可以与第一部件131一致,且开口尺寸可以略大于第一部件131的尺寸。
图5为本公开实施例提供的一种安装结构的局部分解图,如图5所示,安装结构1还包括设置在放置槽113中的第一粘结部14,且第一部件131通过第一粘结部14粘结在放置槽113中,以固定第一部件131的位置,避免第一部件131与放置槽113之间发生相对移动,进而保证安装结构1与安装基础3之间的稳定连接。
在其他实施例中,还可以通过其他连接方式将第一部件131固定在放置槽113中,例如,第一部件131被焊接在放置槽113中,或者第一部件131通过螺钉螺母的连接方式固定在放置槽113中,或者第一部件131和放置槽113之间通过其他紧固件进行连接,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在一个示例中,第一粘结部14位于第一部件131底部,第一粘结部14在背板111上的正投影与将第一部件131在背板111上的正投影可以大致重叠,尽量增加二者之间粘结面的面积,以提高粘结稳定性。
如图2-图5所示,放置槽113具有朝向安装基础3的开口,第一部件131凸出于开口,以便于与第二部件132磁性相吸,同时第二部件132固定在安装基础3上,因此使第一部件131能够稳固吸附在安装基础3上。
在一些实施例中,第一部件131的厚度d1与放置槽113的槽深d2之比在1~2之间,即1/2d1<d2<d1,以使第一部件131凸出于放置槽113的开口,保证第一部件131和第二部件132的吸附稳定性。
在一个示例中,放置槽113的槽深在1.8~2.2mm之间,例如2mm。第一部件131的厚度在2.3~2.7mm之间,例如,第一部件131的厚度可以为2.3mm、2.5mm、2.7mm中的任意一者。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一部件131靠近安装基础3的表面与背板111远离安装基础3的表面之间的距离d在3~3.5mm之间。例如,d可以为3mm、3.3mm、3.5mm中的任意一者。也就是说,第一部件131、第一粘结部14和背板111底部三者的厚度之和为d,减小安装结构1位于安装基础3下方的尺寸,避免由于安装结构1尺寸较大所导致的观感较差的问题。
需要说明的是,上述第一部件131靠近安装基础3的表面与背板111远离安装基础3的表面之间的距离d,是指第一部件131通过第一粘结 部14与背板111处于粘结状态下的距离。
在一些实施例中,如图1、2所示,第一部件131与第二部件132磁性相吸,从而可以将安装结构1固定在安装基础3上,同时安装结构1还连接电子价签2,因此第一部件131的磁吸力大于安装结构1和电子价签2的总重力,避免第一部件131和第二部件132之间的磁吸力不足以支撑安装结构1和电子价签2,导致二者掉落的现象,从而保证安装结构1和电子价签2在安装基础3上安装的稳固性。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,第一粘结部14用于粘结第一部件131和背板111,其中背板111与侧板112固定连接,侧板112上设置有连接件12,电子价签2通过连接件12和侧板112连接,因此,在一些实施例中,将第一粘结部14的粘性附着力设置为大于主体部11、连接件12和电子价签2的总重力,避免第一粘结部14的粘性附着力不足导致背板111与第一部件131分离,造成安装结构1和电子价签2损坏的现象。
图6为本公开实施例提供的另一安装结构的局部示意图,在一些实施例中,如图6所示,连接件12被配置为与电子价签2可拆卸地连接,从而方便电子价签2的随时更换。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图6所示,连接件12包括相对设置的第一卡扣组121和第二卡扣组122,二者均被配置与电子价签2上的勾槽23卡接。如图3所示,第一卡扣组121包括至少一个第一卡扣,例如第一卡扣组121包括两个第一卡扣,第二卡扣组122包括至少一个第二卡扣,以增加连接件12与电子价签2之间的稳固性,避免电子价签2掉落破损。
在一个示例中,连接件12与主体部11可以是一体成型的,其材料与主体部11相同。
在一些实施例中,第一卡扣组121和第二卡扣组122在安装结构1 的高度方向上间隔排列,上述高度方向是指安装结构1处于与安装基础3连接状态时的高度方向。如图5所示,第一卡扣和第二卡扣的方向相反,从而将电子价签2固定在侧板112上。
需要说明的是,第一卡扣和第二卡扣为固定电子价签的固定件,其数量均可以根据实际情况设置,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在其他实施例中,连接件12也可以包括夹具、导轨结构中的任意一者,通过夹具加持固定电子价签2,或者通过将电子价签2上的突出部嵌入导轨结构的凹槽中,以固定电子价签2,上述方式均能实现连接件12与电子价签2之间的可拆卸连接。
图7为本公开实施例提供的另一安装结构的局部分解图,在一些实施例中,如图7所示,安装结构1还包括第二粘结部15,第二粘结部15被配置为将第二部件132粘结在安装基础3上。
在其他示例中,第二部件132也可以通过螺丝螺母连接的方式固定在安装基础3上。
如图7所示,第二粘结部15用于粘结安装基础3和第二部件132,其中第二部件132与第一部件131磁吸连接,第一部件131通过第一粘结部14粘结在背板111上,背板111与侧板112固定连接,侧板112上设置有连接件12,电子价签2通过连接件12和侧板112连接,因此第二粘结部15的粘性附着力大于安装结构1与电子价签2的总重力,避免第二粘结部15的粘性附着力不足导致第二部件132与安装基础3分离,造成安装结构1和电子价签2损坏的现象。
本公开实施例中的第一粘结部14和第二粘结部15均可以为双面胶,也可以为胶体固化后形成的膜层,上述双面胶可以是网格双面胶带、高温双面胶带、PVC胶带及其电工胶带、双面玻璃布胶带、泡棉双面胶带等,本公开实施例对此均不作限定。
在一个示例中,第一粘结部14和第二粘结部15的厚度均在0.7~1mm 之间,例如0.7mm、0.8mm、0.9mm、1mm中的任意一者,第一粘结部14和第二粘结部15的厚度可以相等也可以不相等,本公开实施例对此均不作限定。
图8为本公开实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,如图8所示,电子设备包括电子价签2和上述安装结构1,电子价签2与连接件12连接。
电子价签2包括显示部21和位于显示部21一侧的突出部22,连接件12与突出部连接。
需要说明的是,上述突出部22可以用于放置电子价签2的电池,以及,突出部22可以是回形结构或环形结构或其他不规则形状的结构,在此不做限定。
在一个示例中,显示部21可以为液晶显示屏、电子墨水屏、OLED显示屏中的任意一个,也可以是其他具有显示功能的产品或部件,本公开对此不作限定。
如图1、8所示,电子价签2通过连接件12与安装结构1卡扣连接,安装结构1的连接件12设置于侧板112上,侧板112与背板111固定连接且成垂直交叉结构,背板111通过第一粘结部14粘结第一部件131,第一部件131与第二部件132磁吸连接,第二部件132通过第二粘结部15固定在安装基础3上。电子价签1可以遮挡连接件12以及侧板112。第一粘结部14、第一部件131置于背板111上的放置槽113中,且第一粘结部14、第一部件131和背板111底部的厚度之和仅为d,第一粘结部14、第一部件131、背板111、第二部件132、第二粘结部15粘结均置于安装基础3的下方,既不影响电子价签2的展示,又能使安装结构1更加紧凑,将安装结构1中的部件尽量多的隐藏于安装基础3下方。
另外,电子价签与安装结构之间为可拆卸连接,方便电子价签的更换;安装结构中包括磁性组件,其方便拆卸和安装,可以将安装结构中 的部分部件(连接件、侧板、背板、放置槽、第一粘结部和第一部件)与电子价签一同进行更换,增加了使用便捷性;以及,粘结连接和磁吸连接的方式均不会对安装基础造成破坏,保证了安装基础的结构完整性。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种安装结构,其特征在于,包括:主体部、以及设置在主体部上的连接件和磁性组件,
    所述连接件被配置为与电子价签连接;
    所述磁性组件包括磁性相吸的第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件固定在所述主体部上,所述第二部件被配置为固定在安装基础上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述主体部包括:背板以及与所述背板固定连接的侧板,所述背板所在平面与所述侧板所在平面相交叉,所述第一部件设置在所述背板上,所述连接件设置在所述侧板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述背板上设置有放置槽,所述第一部件的至少一部分固定在所述放置槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装结构还包括:设置在所述放置槽中的第一粘结部,所述第一部件通过所述第一粘结部粘结在所述放置槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述放置槽具有朝向所述安装基础的开口,所述第一部件凸出于所述开口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一部件靠近所述安装基础的表面与所述背板远离所述安装基础的表面之间的距离在3mm~3.5mm之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一部件的磁吸力大于所述安装结构和所述电子价签的总重力。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一粘结部的粘性附着力大于所述主体部、所述连接件和所述电子价签的总重力。
  9. 根据权利要求2至6中任意一项所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述背板与所述侧板垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件被配置为与所述电子价签可拆卸地连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述连接件包括相对设置的第一卡扣组和第二卡扣组,所述第一卡扣组包括至少一个第一卡扣,所述第二卡扣组包括至少一个第二卡扣,
    所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣均被配置与所述电子价签上的勾槽卡接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣组和所述第二卡扣组在所述安装结构的高度方向上间隔排列。
  13. 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装结构还包括第二粘结部,所述第二粘结部被配置为将所述第二部件粘结在所述安装基础上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第二粘结 部的粘性附着力大于所述安装结构与所述电子价签的总重力。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括电子价签和权利要求1-14中所述的安装结构,所述电子价签与所述连接件连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子价签包括显示部和位于显示部一侧的突出部,所述连接件与所述突出部连接。
