本申请属于电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种烟油基础油、电子烟烟油、电子烟及制备方法。
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的烟雾、味道和吸烟后感受。电子烟作为一种新兴产品,受到国内外各大烟草企业的高度关注和广泛研究。主要原因在于,一方面电子烟能够提供与传统卷烟类似的消费习惯和满足感,另一方面电子烟的危害指数比传统卷烟大大降低。与传统卷烟相比,人们吸入人体的是电子烟烟油的雾化液,而不是传统卷烟燃烧产生的裂解产物。电子烟不燃烧,也不会产生焦油、一氧化碳、二氧化碳及丙烯醛等有害物质,几乎不会带来二手烟的危害,因而电子烟被视为无公害的戒烟产品或烟草替代品。
目前,电子烟烟油最常见的添加物为烟草提取物,通过提取获得的烟草提取物与丙二醇、丙三醇和香味物质等按一定配比混合而成,如此能尽量模拟传统卷烟的香气、香味和口感。为了让电子烟使用者能够获得与传统卷烟一样的尼古丁满足感,使得市场上流行的电子烟产品多为30-50mg/mL的高尼古丁含量的烟油。
但是,近几年各国家各地区都在出台相应政策限制电子烟的尼古丁含量。例如,欧盟烟草产品指令(TPD)早在2014年就要求含有尼古丁的烟油中的尼古丁含量不得超过20mg/mL;加拿大的一项禁止尼古丁含量超过20mg/mL
的电子烟烟液规定已于2021年7月8日生效等。这些指令、规定期望通过降低烟油尼古丁含量来保护消费者免受高浓度尼古丁的成瘾性伤害,但这同时也大大打击了用户在体验电子烟时对抽吸满足感的需求,使得吸烟带来的快感降低。
有鉴于此,亟待开发一种尼古丁含量低,但是抽吸满足感大大提升的电子烟烟油。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的尼古丁含量不超过20mg/mL的烟油抽吸满足感差的缺陷,从而提供一种烟油基础油、电子烟烟油、电子烟及制备方法。
为此,本申请提供如下技术方案:
本申请提供一种烟油基础油,包括质量比为20:(8-12)的尼古丁和假木贼碱。
可选的,包括质量比为20:(9-11)的尼古丁和假木贼碱。
可选的,包括质量比为20:10的尼古丁和假木贼碱。
本申请还提供一种烟油,包括上述的烟油基础油,以烟油总质量计,尼古丁含量在20mg/g以下。
可选的,所述尼古丁含量在18-20mg/g。
可选的,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:烟油基础油2.5-3.2%,有机酸1.8-2.0%,有机溶剂75-95%,香味物质0-20%。
可选的,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇,丙三醇中的至少一种。例如,所述丙二醇、丙三醇均为食用级或药品级产品。

本申请对香味物质的来源或提取方法没有特别限定,上述香味物质均可通过市售渠道获取。
通过采用上述香味物质对电子烟烟油的气味进行修饰,可以得到香气丰富、口感丰富和满足感较好的电子烟烟油。需要说明的是,上述香味物质与中草药提取物可以起到很好的协同复配效果,即两者共同赋予电子烟烟油具有香气丰富、口感丰富和满足感较好的优点。
可选的,所述电子烟烟油包括尼古丁2%,假木贼碱1%,有机酸2%,香味物质0-20%,有机溶剂75-95%。
可选的,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇和丙三醇的混合物;所述香味物质为β-大马酮,圆柚酮,β-二氢大马酮中的至少一种。
本申请提供一种上述的烟油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按比例称取各原料,混合,在50-70℃下溶解,得到电子烟烟油。
本申请还提供一种电子烟,包括上述的电子烟烟油。

部分实施例与对比例的烟油通过“RELX”雾化器供测试者抽吸,对测试者在抽吸过程中的心率变化进行测定。选取3名测试者,要求测试者具有3年以上的传统卷烟与/或雾化电子烟抽吸经验,并在测试前戒断尼古丁至少10小时。最终结果为3名测试者的平均计算值。抽吸方式采用整体循环法,也就是当烟气进入口腔后停留3秒左右,再通过喉部将烟气吞咽下去,而后再从鼻腔徐徐呼出,即吸、吞、呼。心率测定的时间持续10分钟,从在抽吸开始之间的1分钟,在抽吸期间的5分钟,以及继续到抽吸结束后的4分钟,每隔10秒记录一次心率。在每种条件下,测试者被要求在抽吸的5分钟内进行10次抽吸,每30秒抽吸一次(抽吸3秒,间隔27秒)。基础心率被定义抽吸开始之间1分钟内的平均心率,归一化心率被定义为单独的心率点和基础心率间的比例。图1是来自实施例和对比例的心率测试结果,从图中可以看出,烟气在由肺部吸收进入血液后,烟气中物质(尼古丁/假木贼碱)能引起血液释放肾上腺素,而肾上腺素能使心跳加快、神经兴奋(这种神经兴奋就是“满足感”的一种表现)。实施例6的心率波动介于对比例2与对比例3之间,说明本申请提供的电子烟烟油(20mg/g)的满足感可达到25-30mg/g纯尼古丁标准烟油的水平。
2、抽吸电子烟的满足感研究
除了心率研究之外,还使用15名测试者对本申请实施例和对比例的烟油配方进行满足感品测。抽吸方式采用整体循环法,也就是当烟气进入口腔后停留3秒左右,再通过喉部将烟气吞咽下去,而后再从鼻腔徐徐呼出,即吸、吞、呼。电子烟的器具采用“RELX”雾化器。要求测试者具有3年以上的传统卷烟与/或雾化电子烟抽吸经验,并在测试前戒断尼古丁至少10小时。测试者通过抽吸实施例与对比例的电子烟烟油,选择他或她觉得的生理满足感更强的一项。收集15位测试者的答案,然后根据国家标准GB/T 12310-2012来评价高满足感烟油与各标准烟油之间是否存在满足感显著性差异。
经统计发现:如图1所示,抽吸本申请实施例6提供的电子烟烟油的满足感显著强于对比例1,而与对比例2和对比例3均无显著性差异,说明采
用本申请提供的烟油基础油配置成尼古丁含量为20mg/g的烟油,其抽吸满足感可达到25-30mg/g纯尼古丁标准烟油的水平,并在抽吸100口后保持满足感的一致性。另外,抽吸本申请其它实施例提供的电子烟烟油的满足感也显著强于对比例1,且与对比例2和对比例3均无显著性差异,说明采用本申请提供的烟油基础油配置成尼古丁含量为20mg/g(实施例11为18mg/g)的烟油,其抽吸满足感也可达到25-30mg/g纯尼古丁标准烟油的水平,并在抽吸100口后保持满足感的一致性。对比例4提供的电子烟烟油由于尼古丁含量高,不满足相应的行业标准;对比例5-7不采用本申请提供的电子烟烟油配方,其抽吸满足感与20mg/g纯尼古丁标准烟油的水平相当,不能提升抽吸满足感;对比例8的电子烟烟油中不含尼古丁,其抽吸满足感远低于对比例1。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (11)
- 一种烟油基础油,其特征在于,包括质量比为20:(8-12)的尼古丁和假木贼碱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟油基础油,其特征在于,包括质量比为20:(9-11)的尼古丁和假木贼碱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烟油基础油,其特征在于,包括质量比为20:10的尼古丁和假木贼碱。
- 一种电子烟烟油,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-3任一项所述的烟油基础油,以烟油总质量计,尼古丁含量在20mg/g以下。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟烟油,其特征在于,以烟油总质量计,所述尼古丁含量在18-20mg/g。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟烟油,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分含量的组分:烟油基础油2.5-3.2%,有机酸1.8-2.0%,有机溶剂75-95%,香味物质0-20%。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟烟油,其特征在于,包括尼古丁2%,假木贼碱1%,有机酸2%,香味物质0-20%,有机溶剂75-95%。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的电子烟烟油,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇,丙三醇中的至少一种;和/或,所述有机酸为苯甲酸,乙酰丙酸,乳酸中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的电子烟烟油,其特征在于,所述香味物质为β-大马酮,圆柚酮,β-二氢大马酮,紫苏醇,香茅醇,芳樟醇,叶醇, 橙花醇,香叶醇,β-苯乙醇,香茅醛,薄荷醇,苯甲醇,茄酮,香叶基丙酮,β-紫罗兰酮,柠檬醛,藏花醛,苯乙醛,己酸甲酯,己酸乙酯,己酸戊酯,己酸异戊酯,庚酸乙酯,苯甲酸甲酯,苯甲酸乙酯,异戊酸乙酯,异戊酸甲酯,水杨酸甲酯,异戊酸,3-甲基戊酸,α-水芹烯,柠檬烯,烟草提取物,可可提取物,咖啡提取物,薰衣草油,柠檬油,橘子油,八角茴香油中的至少一种。
- 一种权利要求4-9任一项所述的烟油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按比例称取各原料,混合,在50-70℃下溶解,得到电子烟烟油。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求4-9任一项所述的电子烟烟油。
