Description

一种电动牙刷头 技术领域
本发明涉及电动牙刷制造技术领域,尤其是一种电动牙刷头。
背景技术
电动牙刷是通过电动机芯的快速旋转或振动,使刷头产生转动或高频振动,瞬间将牙膏分解成细微泡沫,深入清洁牙缝,与此同时,刷毛的颤动能促进口腔的血液循环,对牙龈组织有按摩效果。因此电动牙刷开始被大众逐步接受和使用。现有的电动牙刷通常由一个电动牙刷驱动本体和电动牙刷头组成,电动牙刷头组装在电动牙刷驱动本体上,当电动牙刷头的刷毛磨损后就需要更换电动牙刷头。附图1是一种现有的电动牙刷驱动本体,其驱动轴10沿周向来回转动,驱动轴10沿周向来回转动动力可以通过在电动牙刷驱动本体100上设置摆动电机等结构来实现。驱动轴10上还可设有卡接凹槽101,便于与电动牙刷头连接。
为使得电动牙刷头能与上述电动牙刷驱动本体配合,使得刷盘能够和刷毛一起来回摆动,人们已经设计了多种电动牙刷头的结构。如2013年02月13日就公开一项专利号为ZL201220407088.5、名称为“电动牙刷头”的中国发明专利,其包括刷杆和安装于刷杆顶端的带有刷毛的刷盘,刷盘由金属定位销安装在刷杆顶端的安装端上并可使刷盘在20-35度的摆角内摆动;所述刷杆内设有传动部件,所述传动部件包括塑料材料制成的安装杆,所述安装杆内设置有传动轴,所述传动轴套装一个弹簧后安装在安装杆的安装孔内,传动轴的顶端设置有可使刷盘左右摆动的摆动销,所述安装杆的顶端还设置有一个固定销,固定销安装在刷杆内后可使安装杆沿固定销为轴心进行左右旋转,所述安装杆的尾部设置有可安装驱动部件的安装孔,在驱动装置的驱动下使传动部件带动刷盘左右摆动。这种电动牙刷头的传动部件要包括安装杆、传动轴、弹簧、摆动销和固定销,结构比较复杂,且装配较为困难,传动可靠性也有待提升。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动牙刷头,其传动部件结构简单,便于装配、传动可靠性也较高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种电动牙刷头,包括刷杆和刷盘,刷杆中间设有空腔,刷盘上装有刷毛,刷盘连接在刷杆上端且可相对于刷杆转动,刷杆的空腔内装有一根传动杆,一根L形联动杆一端与刷盘形成连接,L形联动杆另一端与传动杆上部相连接,L形联动杆另一端与传动杆转动中心轴线不重合;电动牙刷头安装在电动牙刷驱动本体上时,传动杆下部连接电动牙刷驱动本体的驱动轴,传动杆通过驱动轴带动沿周向来回转动,传动杆再通过L形联动杆带动刷盘来回转动。
进一步改进,所述传动杆上部设有第一连接孔,第一连接孔中心轴线与传动杆转动中心轴线相平行但不重合,刷盘设有第二连接孔,第二连接孔中心轴线与刷盘转动中心轴线相平行但不重合;所述L形联动杆一端插接在第二连接孔上、另一端插接在第一连接孔上。这样便于安装。
优选所述刷杆包括头部、中间支撑部和卡接部,头部下端与中间支撑部上端相套接,卡 接部与中间支撑部相卡接;传动杆枢接在中间支撑部内,传动杆的轴向通过中间支撑部与卡接部共同限位。便于刷杆制作和安装。
作为一种改进,所述头部内设有多个有弹性的卡接凸部,卡接凸部的自由端设有卡钩,多个卡接凸部内侧面处于同一圆柱面上,所述刷盘远离刷毛一侧向外延伸一根枢接轴,枢接轴中部设有环形定位槽,所述枢接轴外周面与多个卡接凸部内侧面相配合,每个卡接凸部上的卡钩配合在所述环形定位槽上。
进一步,所述传动杆的下端设有连接凹孔,连接凹孔内侧面设有卡接凸起,所述卡接部上设有与所述连接凹孔相套接的凸部,所述卡接部上还设有对应所述连接凹孔的一个通孔,所述驱动轴外周面上设有卡接凹槽,所述驱动轴穿过所述通孔插入所述连接凹孔时,所述卡接凸起与所述卡接凹槽相配合;
所述传动杆中部外周面设有一限位肩台,中间支撑部内部设有一限位部,限位部与限位肩台相配合。这样结构便于传动杆的装配及轴向定位。
作为另一种改进,所述刷杆上部枢接一转动座,刷盘后面向外延伸一连接轴,连接轴与轴向可移位周向固定方式连接在转动座上,L形联动杆一端通过连接转动座与所述刷盘形成连接,传动杆通过驱动轴带动沿周向来回转动时,传动杆再通过L形联动杆、转动座带动刷盘来回转动。
进一步,所述转动座具有一外圆柱面和沿该外圆柱面轴向分布的配合孔,所述刷盘上的连接轴插入该配合孔,刷杆上部设有一内圆柱面,内圆柱面与所述外圆柱面相配合;所述连接轴中部设有一沿径向分布限位槽,刷杆上部还枢接一根与该外圆柱面轴向相平行的第一限位销,第一限位销上设有一径向限位凸部,转动该第一限位销使得该径向限位凸部配合在该限位槽上或脱离该限位槽;所述转动座上设有一连接孔,L形联动杆一端插接在连接孔上。这样当电动牙刷头上刷毛磨损后仅需更换刷盘和刷毛就可以,不需要更换整个电动牙刷头,可以有效降低电动牙刷的使用成本。
进一步,所述刷杆上部还装有一根与该外圆柱面轴向相垂直的第二限位销,第二限位销卡住所述转动座使得转动座不能脱离所述刷杆。
进一步,所述第一限位销与所述刷杆之间装有一拉簧,拉簧一端连接在第一限位销上、另一端连接在刷杆上,通过拉簧的拉力使得该径向限位凸部能够稳定配合在该限位槽上;所述第一限位销后端设有一卡口,所述刷杆上部后端设有对应所述卡口的通孔,钥匙通过通孔插入所述卡口可转动所述第一限位销。这样就可以更快速更换刷盘和刷毛。
进一步,所述刷杆包括头部、中间支撑部和卡接部,头部下端与中间支撑部上端相套接,卡接部与中间支撑部相卡接;传动杆枢接在中间支撑部内,传动杆的轴向通过中间支撑部与卡接部共同限位;所述转动座安装在头部上,对应所述卡口的通孔设置在头部上;所述头部内设有一铰接座,第一限位销中部枢接在铰接座上,第一限位销后端配合在对应所述卡口的通孔上。
进一步,所述转动座具有一外圆柱面和沿该外圆柱面轴向分布的配合孔,所述刷盘上的连接轴插入该配合孔,刷杆上部设有一内圆柱面,内圆柱面与所述外圆柱面相配合;一个弹 性部的后端连接在所述连接轴后部,弹性部前端设有限位凸部,所述刷杆上部设有一限位通孔,限位凸部配合在限位通孔上时限制连接轴轴向移位,压下限位凸部,限位凸部脱离所述限位通孔解除连接轴轴向移位限制。这种结构也能方便更换刷盘和刷毛,降低电动牙刷的使用成本。
再进一步,所述转动座外表面还设有连通所述配合孔的让位通孔,所述限位凸部可从所述让位通孔伸出或被压入所述配合孔;所述刷杆上部还装有一根与所述连接轴轴向相垂直的限位销,限位销插入所述让位通孔并卡住所述转动座使得转动座不能脱离所述刷杆。这样既能防止转动座脱离刷杆,又能使得所述弹性部活动自如。
本发明通过一根L形联动杆一端与刷盘形成连接,L形联动杆另一端与传动杆上部相连接,L形联动杆另一端与传动杆转动中心轴线不重合。这样L形联动杆和传动杆相互联动就可以带动刷盘来回转动,传动部件结构简单,也便于装配、传动可靠性较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一、图1至图9所示,一种电动牙刷头,包括刷杆1和刷盘2,刷杆1中间设有空腔1a,空腔1a连通刷杆1上端一侧和刷杆1下端面,刷盘2上固连有刷毛2a,刷盘2连接在刷杆1上端且可相对于刷杆1转动,刷杆1的空腔1a内装有一根传动杆3,一根L形联动杆4一端与刷盘2形成连接,L形联动杆4另一端与传动杆3上部相连接,L形联动杆4另一端与传动杆3转动中心轴线不重合;电动牙刷头安装在电动牙刷驱动本体100上时,传动杆3下部连接电动牙刷驱动本体100的驱动轴10,传动杆3通过驱动轴10带动沿周向来回转动,传动杆3再通过L形联动杆4带动刷盘2来回转动。
更为具体的结构为,所述传动杆3上部设有第一连接孔31,第一连接孔31中心轴线与传动杆3转动中心轴线相平行但不重合,第一连接孔31为通孔;刷盘2设有第二连接孔21,第二连接孔21中心轴线与刷盘2转动中心轴线相平行但不重合,第二连接孔21为盲孔;所述L形联动杆4一端插接在第二连接孔21上、另一端插接在第一连接孔31上。
所述刷杆1包括头部11、中间支撑部12和卡接部13,头部11下端与中间支撑部12上端相套接,卡接部13与中间支撑部12相卡接,中间支撑部12中下部设有通槽12a,通槽12a的两内侧均设有卡接凹孔12b,卡接部13两侧均设有卡接钩13a,卡接部13部分嵌入该通槽12a,每个卡接钩13a与一个卡接凹孔12b相配合;传动杆3枢接在中间支撑部12内,传动杆3的轴向通过中间支撑部12与卡接部13共同限位。
所述头部11内设有多个有弹性的卡接凸部111,卡接凸部111的自由端设有卡钩112,多个卡接凸部111内侧面处于同一圆柱面上,所述刷盘2远离刷毛2a一侧向外延伸一根枢接轴2b,枢接轴2b中部设有环形定位槽21b,所述枢接轴2b外周面与多个卡接凸部111的内侧面相配合,每个卡接凸部111上的卡钩112配合在所述环形定位槽21b上。
所述传动杆3的下端设有连接凹孔32,连接凹孔32内侧面设有卡接凸起33,所述卡接部13上设有与所述连接凹孔32相套接的凸部131,该凸部131从卡接部13一端面132向上延伸,传动杆3上的连接凹孔32套接在凸部131上,传动杆3的下端抵在该端面132上,所述卡接部13上还设有对应所述连接凹孔32的一个通孔133,所述驱动轴10外周面上设有卡接凹槽101,所述驱动轴10穿过所述通孔133插入所述连接凹孔32时,所述卡接凸起33与所述卡接凹槽101相配合;
所述传动杆3中部外周面设有一限位肩台34,中间支撑部12内部设有一限位部121,限位部121与限位肩台34相配合。传动杆3的轴向就通过中间支撑部12的限位部121与卡接部13的端面132进行限位。
所述刷杆1、刷盘2可通过注塑成型。
本实施例使用时,如图9进一步所示,电动牙刷驱动本体100的驱动轴10插入所述传动杆3下端的连接凹孔32,所述驱动轴10外周面上的卡接凹槽101与传动杆3上的所述卡接凸起33相配合;刷杆1下部与电动牙刷驱动本体100的外壳配合并相对固定,这样按下电动 牙刷驱动本体100的开关100a,所述驱动轴10沿周向来回转动,传动杆3通过驱动轴10带动沿周向来回转动,传动杆3再通过L形联动杆4带动刷盘2来回转动,这样刷盘2就能带动刷毛2a来回转动进行电动刷牙。
实施例二、图10至图18所示,一种电动牙刷头,其与实施例一不同的是:所述刷杆1上部枢接一转动座5,刷盘2后面向外延伸一连接轴21,连接轴21以轴向可移位周向固定方式连接在转动座5上,L形联动杆4一端先通过连接转动座5与所述刷盘2形成连接,传动杆3通过驱动轴10带动沿周向来回转动时,传动杆3再通过L形联动杆4、转动座5带动刷盘2来回转动。
更具体结构为,所述转动座5具有一外圆柱面51和沿该外圆柱面51轴向分布的配合孔52,所述刷盘2上连接轴21插入该配合孔52,刷杆1上部即刷杆1上头部11设有一内圆柱面111,内圆柱面111与所述外圆柱面51相配合,所述转动座5可通过注塑成型;所述连接轴21中部设有一沿径向分布限位槽211,刷杆1上部还枢接一根与该外圆柱面51轴向相平行的第一限位销6,刷杆1的头部设有铰接座112,第一限位销6中部枢接在铰接座112上,第一限位销6上设有一径向限位凸部61,转动该第一限位销6使得该径向限位凸部61配合在该限位槽211上或脱离该限位槽211。
所述刷杆1上部即刷杆1上头部11还装有一根与该外圆柱面51轴向相垂直的第二限位销7,第二限位销7卡住所述转动座5一端使得转动座5不能脱离所述刷杆1。
所述第一限位销6与所述刷杆1之间装有一拉簧8,拉簧8一端连接在第一限位销6上、另一端连接在刷杆1上,具体为刷杆1的头部11内设有一连接柱113,拉簧8的另一端连接在连接柱113上,通过拉簧8的拉力使得该径向限位凸部61能够稳定配合在该限位槽211上。
所述第一限位销6后端设有一卡口62,所述刷杆1上部即头部11后端设有对应所述卡口62的通孔114,钥匙通过该通孔114插入所述卡口62可转动所述第一限位销6。第一限位销6后端配合在对应该所述卡口62的通孔114上。
转动座5上还设有一连接孔53,连接孔53为通孔,L形联动杆4一端插接在连接孔53上。
本实施例的所述刷杆1除了头部11与实施例头部结构不同外,中间支撑部12和卡接部13的结构及三者连接方式与实施例一相同。
本实施例使用时,如图18进一步所示,电动牙刷驱动本体100的驱动轴10插入传动杆3下端的连接凹孔32,所述驱动轴10外周面上的卡接凹槽101与传动杆3上的所述卡接凸起33相配合;刷杆1下部与电动牙刷驱动本体100的外壳配合并相对固定,这样按下电动牙刷驱动本体100的开关100a,所述驱动轴10沿周向来回转动,传动杆3通过驱动轴10带动沿周向来回转动,传动杆3再通过L形联动杆4、转动座5带动刷盘2来回转动,这样刷盘2就能带动刷毛2a来回转动进行电动刷牙。
本实施例可以单独更换带有刷毛2a的刷盘2,当刷毛2a磨损后,钥匙通过通孔114插入所述卡口62转动所述第一限位销6,使得所述径向限位凸部61脱离该限位槽211,就解除对连接轴21轴向移位限制,可拆下刷盘2,更换上新的带有刷毛2a的刷盘2,然后拔出钥匙, 所述径向限位凸部61又配合在该限位槽211,限制连接轴21轴向移位,可以重新投入使用,有效降低电动牙刷的使用成本。
实施例三、图19至图25所示,一种电动牙刷头,其与实施例二不同的是:一个弹性部22a的后端连接在所述连接轴22后部,弹性部22a前端设有限位凸部22b,所述刷杆1上部即刷杆1头部11上设有一限位通孔11a,限位凸部22b配合在限位通孔11a上时限制连接轴22轴向移位,压下限位凸部22b,限位凸部22b脱离所述限位通孔11a解除连接轴22轴向移位限制。
所述转动座5具有一外圆柱面5a和沿该外圆柱面5a轴向分布的配合孔5b,所述刷盘2上的连接轴22插入该配合孔5b,刷杆1上部设有一内圆柱面11b,内圆柱面11b与所述外圆柱面5a相配合。
所述转动座5外表面还设有连通所述配合孔5b的让位通孔5c,所述限位凸部22b可从所述让位通孔5c伸出或被压入所述配合孔5b;所述刷杆1上部即刷杆1头部11上还装有一根与所述连接轴22轴向相垂直的限位销11c,限位销11c插入所述让位通孔5c并卡住所述转动座5使得转动座5不能脱离所述刷杆1。
所述刷盘2、连接轴22、弹性部22a可以通过注塑一体成型,所述转动座5也可通过注塑成型。所述转动座5上同样设有连接孔53,L形联动杆4一端插接在连接孔53上。
本实施例与电动牙刷驱动本体配合方式与实施例二相同,当刷毛2a磨损后,通过限位通孔11a用工具压下弹性部22a,把弹性部22a压入所述配合孔5b,就解除连接轴22轴向移位限制,可拆下已磨损刷毛2a的刷盘2,然后更换新的带有刷毛2a的刷盘2,所述连接轴22插入配合孔5b到位后,由于弹性部22a作用,限位凸部22b就配合在限位通孔11a上,限制连接轴22轴向移位,就可正常与电动牙刷驱动本体配合使用。以有效降低电动牙刷的使用成本。

  1. 一种电动牙刷头,包括刷杆和刷盘,刷杆中间设有空腔,刷盘上装有刷毛,刷盘连接在刷杆上端且可相对于刷杆转动,其特征在于:刷杆的空腔内装有一根传动杆,一根L形联动杆一端与刷盘形成连接,L形联动杆另一端与传动杆上部相连接,L形联动杆另一端与传动杆转动中心轴线不重合;电动牙刷头安装在电动牙刷驱动本体上时,传动杆下部连接电动牙刷驱动本体的驱动轴,传动杆通过驱动轴带动沿周向来回转动,传动杆再通过L形联动杆带动刷盘来回转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述传动杆上部设有第一连接孔,第一连接孔中心轴线与传动杆转动中心轴线相平行但不重合,刷盘设有第二连接孔,第二连接孔中心轴线与刷盘转动中心轴线相平行但不重合;所述L形联动杆一端插接在第二连接孔上、另一端插接在第一连接孔上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述刷杆包括头部、中间支撑部和卡接部,头部下端与中间支撑部上端相套接,卡接部与中间支撑部相卡接;传动杆枢接在中间支撑部内,传动杆的轴向通过中间支撑部与卡接部共同限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述头部内设有多个有弹性的卡接凸部,卡接凸部的自由端设有卡钩,多个卡接凸部内侧面处于同一圆柱面上,所述刷盘远离刷毛一侧向外延伸一根枢接轴,枢接轴中部设有环形定位槽,所述枢接轴外周面与多个卡接凸部内侧面相配合,每个卡接凸部上的卡钩配合在所述环形定位槽上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述传动杆的下端设有连接凹孔,连接凹孔内侧面设有卡接凸起,所述卡接部上设有与所述连接凹孔相套接的凸部,所述卡接部上还设有对应所述连接凹孔的一个通孔,所述驱动轴外周面上设有卡接凹槽,所述驱动轴穿过所述通孔插入所述连接凹孔时,所述卡接凸起与所述卡接凹槽相配合;
    所述传动杆中部外周面设有一限位肩台,中间支撑部内部设有一限位部,限位部与限位肩台相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述刷杆上部枢接一转动座,刷盘后面向外延伸一连接轴,连接轴与轴向可移位周向固定方式连接在转动座上,L形联动杆一端通过连接转动座与所述刷盘形成连接,传动杆通过驱动轴带动沿周向来回转动时,传动杆再通过L形联动杆、转动座带动刷盘来回转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述转动座具有一外圆柱面和沿该外圆柱面轴向分布的配合孔,所述刷盘上的连接轴插入该配合孔,刷杆上部设有一内圆柱面,内圆柱面与所述外圆柱面相配合;
    所述连接轴中部设有一沿径向分布限位槽,刷杆上部还枢接一根与该外圆柱面轴向相平行的第一限位销,第一限位销上设有一径向限位凸部,转动该第一限位销使得该径向限位凸部配合在该限位槽上或脱离该限位槽;
    所述转动座上设有一连接孔,L形联动杆一端插接在连接孔上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述刷杆上部还装有一根与该外圆柱面轴向相垂直的第二限位销,第二限位销卡住所述转动座使得转动座不能脱离所述刷 杆。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述第一限位销与所述刷杆之间装有一拉簧,拉簧一端连接在第一限位销上、另一端连接在刷杆上,通过拉簧的拉力使得该径向限位凸部能够稳定配合在该限位槽上;
    所述第一限位销后端设有一卡口,所述刷杆上部后端设有对应所述卡口的通孔,钥匙通过通孔插入所述卡口可转动所述第一限位销。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述刷杆包括头部、中间支撑部和卡接部,头部下端与中间支撑部上端相套接,卡接部与中间支撑部相卡接;传动杆枢接在中间支撑部内,传动杆的轴向通过中间支撑部与卡接部共同限位;所述转动座安装在头部上,对应所述卡口的通孔设置在头部上;所述头部内设有一铰接座,第一限位销中部枢接在铰接座上,第一限位销后端配合在对应所述卡口的通孔上。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述转动座具有一外圆柱面和沿该外圆柱面轴向分布的配合孔,所述刷盘上的连接轴插入该配合孔,刷杆上部设有一内圆柱面,内圆柱面与所述外圆柱面相配合;
    一个弹性部的后端连接在所述连接轴后部,弹性部前端设有限位凸部,所述刷杆上部设有一限位通孔,限位凸部配合在限位通孔上时限制连接轴轴向移位,压下限位凸部,限位凸部脱离所述限位通孔解除连接轴轴向移位限制。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于:所述转动座外表面还设有连通所述配合孔的让位通孔,所述限位凸部可从所述让位通孔伸出或被压入所述配合孔;
    所述刷杆上部还装有一根与所述连接轴轴向相垂直的限位销,限位销插入所述让位通孔并卡住所述转动座使得转动座不能脱离所述刷杆。
