Description

一种防松紧固件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及五金紧固件技术领域,特别涉及一种防松紧固件,具体涉及螺栓、螺母一、弹性垫片及固定垫片。
背景技术
现有的螺栓防松动的方式很多,常见的有采用插销穿过螺母和螺杆固定在一个点防止螺母和螺杆相对滑动以达到防松动的目的,再有采取对顶双螺母的方式以达到防松动的目的等等。
技术问题
此类螺栓防松动的方式在特定的使用环境下,比如火车轨枕与铁轨的紧固、机车车辆、汽车、坦克、装甲车、船舰、挖掘机、盾构机、装载机、地铁、高铁、桥梁、矿山机械、石油电力机械、城市装配式集成建设、军事航空航天、武器装备等易产生高频振动、高温的环境下,极容易导致紧固部件产生滑动或形变从而导致紧固部件发生松动;还有一种螺栓防松动的方式是采取焊枪将螺母和螺杆焊接起来或借助其它外物将螺栓、螺母固定在承载螺栓的物体上,从而达到防松动的目的,此类此类螺栓防松动的方式为一次性防松结构,一旦拆卸即遭受破坏,无法重复使用,从而增加使用费用也不便维修。
技术解决方案
本实用新型提出了一种在高频振动、高温环境下能保证螺栓不发生松动,且与标准件相比其应力不变的防松紧固件。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种防松紧固件,包括螺栓、固定部件、和依次套接于螺栓的固定垫片以及螺母一;
所述固定部件包括螺母二和切面,所述螺栓的螺杆尾部单侧或两侧切出一个或者两个所述切面,所述螺母二套接于螺栓,靠近螺栓的头部,并远离所述螺杆的切面设置;
所述固定垫片中间开孔的形状及大小与所述螺杆的横截面相匹配,以使所述固定垫片相对于螺栓固定;
所述螺母一远离螺栓的头部设置,所述螺母一与固定垫片相接触的表面设有至少2个楔形斜齿,所述固定垫片与螺母一相接触的表面设有与所述楔形斜齿相啮合的楔形凹槽。
进一步地,所述固定部件还可替换为至少一个竖槽和与所述竖槽相配合设置的凸起,所述竖槽设于所述螺杆上,与所述螺杆的轴线相平行,所述凸起设于固定垫片内侧。
进一步地,所述楔形斜齿均匀分布于所述螺母一表面,由中心向外呈放射状。
进一步地,还包括弹性垫片,所述弹性垫片套接于螺栓,设置于所述固定垫片靠近螺栓头部的一侧,所述弹性垫片具有弹性以支撑所述固定垫片与螺母一紧密接触。

有益效果
本实用新型利用紧固件的自身结构,可在高频震动或者低频震动或者不规则频率震动情况下以及在高温振动或低温震动或高温或低温等环境下有效防止螺栓、螺母一发生松动,避免造成重大事故,以及具有可重复使用性;螺母二的设置保证了紧固件与原标准件的应力一致,固定垫片的位置被固定件限制后,螺母一表面的楔形斜齿一旦旋入固定垫片的楔形凹槽内,则无法旋出,达到永不松动的效果;在螺杆上开设的竖槽对螺栓的原应力影响较少,与固定垫片的凸起配合将固定垫片紧固于螺栓上;固定垫片的中心孔形状尺寸与螺杆的截面形状尺寸相匹配,以防止固定垫片与螺栓发生滑动或位移;圆环形垫片有一缺口及错位,以保证具有弹性以支撑固定垫片与螺母一接触的更为紧密。

参照图1至6所示,在一实施例中,一种防松紧固件,包括螺栓1、固定部件、和依次套接于螺栓1的固定垫片2以及螺母一3;固定部件包括螺母二4和切面11,螺栓1的螺杆尾部单侧或两侧切出一个或者两个切面11,螺母二4套接于螺栓1,靠近螺栓1的头部,并远离螺杆的切面11设置;固定垫片2中间开孔的形状及大小与螺杆的横截面相匹配,以使固定垫片2相对于螺栓1固定;螺母一3远离螺栓1的头部设置,螺母一3与固定垫片2相接触的表面设有至少2个楔形斜齿31,固定垫片2与螺母一3相接触的表面设有与楔形斜齿31相啮合的楔形凹槽21。2个楔形斜齿31可实现紧固作用,但楔形斜齿31越多,螺栓紧固件就越精密,楔形斜齿31的齿口越深,螺母一3越不容易回旋;螺母一3为四角或六角形状,其中心孔有内螺纹,其中心孔径及内螺纹与螺栓1的螺杆及外螺纹相匹配。螺母二4的设置保证了紧固件与国家螺栓标准件的应力一致,固定垫片2的位置被固定件限制后,螺母一3表面的楔形斜齿31一旦旋入固定垫片2的楔形凹槽21内,则无法旋出,达到永不松动的效果。本实用新型在高频振动、高温环境下保证螺栓不发生松动且具有可重复使用性,其生产工艺可在原有生产加工普通螺栓生产工艺的基础上,稍微改进一下生产设备即可实现该产品的制造,便于推广应用。

在一实施例具体安装使用过程中,先拧紧螺母二4,螺母二4产生作用力挤压固定件6,直至完全紧固,此时螺母二4落入螺杆的完整外螺纹上,接着拧紧螺母一3时,螺母一3产生作用力挤压固定垫片2,进而带动固定垫片2挤压弹性垫片5,进一步的带动弹性垫片5挤压螺母二4,直至完全紧固。螺栓1或螺母一3回松时,螺母一3的楔形斜齿31与固定垫片2的楔形凹槽21相啮合产生反向作用力,以保证螺母一3无法发生滑动或位移导致松动;固定垫片2中心孔的尺寸、形状与螺杆的横截面相匹配,因为螺杆的切面11结构固定住固定垫片2的转动,且在固定垫片2与螺母二4之间加入了弹性垫片5以保证固定垫片2无法沿着螺杆发生位移,这样螺杆、弹性垫片5、固定垫片2与螺母一3把需要固定的固定件6锁定形成一个无法松动的整体,从而保证螺栓1或螺母一3不会发生松动从而导致脱落引发事故。
在另一实施例具体安装使用过程中,当拧紧螺栓1或螺母一3时,螺母一3产生作用力挤压固定垫片2,进而带动固定垫片2挤压弹性垫片5和垫圈7,进一步的带动垫圈7挤压固定件6,直至完全紧固。固定垫片2中心孔的尺寸、形状与螺杆的横截面相匹配,固定垫片2的凸起22套入螺杆的竖槽12内,将固定垫片2牢牢固定于螺杆上,无法转动。其他部件的结构功能与上述实施例的一致。
