一种具有通信功能的眼镜铰链机构
本申请是以申请号为202210361198.0、申请日为2022年4月8日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及眼镜,尤其涉及一种具有通信功能的眼镜铰链机构。
背景技术
眼镜的主要结构包括镜腿和镜框,镜腿和镜框之间需借助铰链机构来实现铰链配合,现有的眼镜一般采用传统的铰链结构,但是此类机构仅适用于普通眼镜产品,对于智能眼镜而言,因镜框和镜腿上分别具有电路结构或者电子器件,所以镜框和镜腿之间需要配置一些线路来实现器件间的电性连接,因线路与铰链机构是独立存在的,导致镜框与镜腿的组装工艺复杂,不便于生产和维修,同时镜框与镜腿连接处的结构复杂,美观性不足,难以满足应用要求。
申请内容
本申请要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种便于拆装、有利于维修和更换,同时美观性更佳的具有通信功能的眼镜铰链机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用如下技术方案。
    一种具有通信功能的眼镜铰链机构,其包括用于连接眼镜框的第一铰链件和用于连接眼镜腿的第二铰链件,所述第一铰链件的前端固定有转轴,所述第二铰链件的后端形成有轴套,所述转轴穿过所述轴套且二者转动配合,所述第二铰链件上设有通信插头,所述通信插头向远离所述轴套的方向凸出,所述眼镜腿的端部开设有安装插口,所述第二铰链件插入所述安装插口内,所述安装插口内设有能够与所述通信插头插接配合的通信插座,所述第一铰链件内设有PCB板,所述PCB板与所述通信插头之间连接有软连接线。
    优选地,所述第一铰链件的前端开设有一凹口,所述转轴固定于所述凹口内。
优选地,所述第一铰链件内固定有一弹片,所述弹片包括有向所述凹口内延伸的半圆形部,所述半圆形部包覆于所述轴套的外侧且二者弹性抵接。
优选地,所述第二铰链件的后端形成有向后凸出的支臂,所述轴套形成于所述支臂上。
优选地,所述支臂的侧部开设有用于容纳所述半圆形部的避让口。
优选地,所述凹口包括有圆弧形内壁,所述半圆形部夹设于所述圆弧形内壁与所述轴套的外侧壁之间。
优选地,所述圆弧形内壁与所述台阶部的连接处开设有弹片穿孔,所述弹片穿过所述弹片穿孔。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作更加详细的描述。
本申请公开了一种具有通信功能的眼镜铰链机构,结合图1至图11所示,其包括用于连接眼镜框100的第一铰链件1和用于连接眼镜腿101的第二铰链件2,所述第一铰链件1的前端固定有转轴3,所述第二铰链件2的后端形成有轴套4,所述转轴3穿过所述轴套4且二者转动配合,所述第二铰链件2上设有通信插头5,所述通信插头5向远离所述轴套4的方向凸出,所述眼镜腿101的端部开设有安装插口102,所述第二铰链件2插入所述安装插口102内,所述安装插口102内设有能够与所述通信插头5插接配合的通信插座,所述第一铰链件1内设有PCB板6,所述PCB板6与所述通信插头5之间连接有软连接线7。

    为了较好地固定所述转轴3,本实施例中,所述第一铰链件1的前端开设有一凹口10,所述转轴3固定于所述凹口10内。
作为一种优选方式,所述第一铰链件1内固定有一弹片8,所述弹片8包括有向所述凹口10内延伸的半圆形部80,所述半圆形部80包覆于所述轴套4的外侧且二者弹性抵接。
上述弹片8的作用在于,在所述半圆形部80的包覆以及弹性抵接作用下,可增强其与所述轴套4之间的弹性应力,当所述眼镜腿101翻转至折叠或者展开状态时,在弹性应力作用下,能够将眼镜腿101限制于相应状态,进而实现弹性定位功能。
进一步地,所述第二铰链件2的后端形成有向后凸出的支臂20,所述轴套4形成于所述支臂20上。
为了更好地与所述半圆形部80相互配合,本实施例中,所述支臂20的侧部开设有用于容纳所述半圆形部80的避让口21。该避让口21有助于增加所述轴套4与所述半圆形部80的接触面积,进而获得更大的弹性应力。
为使得弹性连接部分的结构更加紧凑、可靠,本实施例中,所述凹口10包括有圆弧形内壁11,所述半圆形部80夹设于所述圆弧形内壁11与所述轴套4的外侧壁之间。

为了方便穿过所述软连接线7,本实施例中,所述第一铰链件1的前端开设有与所述容纳腔12相连通的穿线孔16,所述软连接线7穿过所述穿线孔16,且所述软连接线7能够相对所述穿线孔16活动。
本实施例中,所述第二铰链件2的上下两侧分别形成有弹性臂20,所述弹性臂20与所述第二铰链件2之间形成有槽口23,所述弹性臂20的中间处形成有向外凸出的隆起部24,所述安装插口102的内壁形成有能够与所述隆起部24相互卡合的凸块。
上述结构中,当所述第二铰链件2插入所述安装插口102时,所述凸块挤压所述隆起部24,直至所述隆起部24越过所述凸块时,所述隆起部24卡设于所述凸块的后侧,基于所述凸块与所述隆起部24的配合,将所述第二铰链件2限制于所述安装插口102内。
为了可靠固定所述通信插头5,本实施例中,所述第二铰链件2包括有侧向凹槽25,所述第二铰链件2的侧部固定有盖板26,所述通信插头5固定于所述侧向凹槽25内,所述盖板26覆盖于所述通信插头5的外侧。
作为一种优选方式,所述第二铰链件2的后端形成有向外凸出的肩部27,所述肩部27与所述安装插口102的开口边缘抵接配合。基于上述抵接配合关系,不仅使组装关系稳定可靠,而且能起到防尘防水功能。
本实施例中,所述软连接线7优选为FPC线材。

  1. 一种具有通信功能的眼镜铰链机构,其特征在于,包括用于连接眼镜框(100)的第一铰链件(1)和用于连接眼镜腿(101)的第二铰链件(2),所述第一铰链件(1)的前端固定有转轴(3),所述第二铰链件(2)的后端形成有轴套(4),所述转轴(3)穿过所述轴套(4)且二者转动配合,所述第二铰链件(2)上设有通信插头(5),所述通信插头(5)向远离所述轴套(4)的方向凸出,所述眼镜腿(101)的端部开设有安装插口(102),所述第二铰链件(2)插入所述安装插口(102)内,所述安装插口(102)内设有能够与所述通信插头(5)插接配合的通信插座,所述第一铰链件(1)内设有PCB板(6),所述PCB板(6)与所述通信插头(5)之间连接有软连接线(7)。
