技术领域

随着光通信行业的发展, 对 SFP(Small Form-factor Pluggables, 小型热 插拔)类的产品需求是越来越多, 现有技术中常用一种 SFP-155E收发器, 这种收发器完全满足 SFP行业标准的 MS A协议 (MultiSource Agreement, 多源协议) 的要求, 其主要应用领域包括 SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy, 同步数字系列)分插复用器, 光边缘器件以及 MSPP (modular software programmable processo, 模块化软件可编程处理机) 和交换系统。
但是现有技术中, 此类模块普遍采用 "公模"管壳结构, 但是因管壳 内部空间尺寸受限, 内部芯片在安装后处于受压状态, 而且结构复杂、 组 装和拆卸存在很多不便。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、 组装方便, 能够 解决芯片空间受限的问题并可以灵活插拔的电口 SFP光电模块。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种电口 SFP光电模块, 包括 有底座、 外罩、 PCB板和 RJ45连接头, 所述底座为设置有内腔的长方体, 所述 PCB板与 RJ45连接头组合连接,所述 PCB板与 RJ45连接头的组合结 构设置在底座的内腔中, 所述底座的上部扣合有外罩。
进一步地, 所述外罩为 U形罩, 所述外罩的两侧均设置有卡位方孔, 所述底座的两侧分别设置有外罩卡位凸台, 所述外罩卡位凸台与卡位方孔 扣合固定。
进一步地, 所述底座内还设置有定位柱, 所述 PCB板上设置有与定位 柱相对应的定位缺口, 所述定位缺口卡设在定位柱上。
进一步地,所述外罩侧壁上还设置有 PCB限位片,所述 PCB限位片定 位所述 PCB板。

如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 分别为本发明电口 SFP光电模块一实施例 的结构爆炸图、实用新型的组合图和 PCB (PrintedCircuitBoard,印制电路板) 板的结构图, 包括有底座 4、 外罩 2、 PCB板 1和 RJ45连接头 3, 所述底 座 4为设置有内腔的长方体, 所述 PCB板 1与 RJ45连接头 3组合连接, 将所述 PCB板 1的连接缺口 11与 RJ45连接头 3的定位凸台 31 (如图 5所 示) 卡合, 所述 PCB板 1的排针焊孔 13插设在 RJ45连接头 3中。
将所述 PCB板 1与 RJ45连接头 3的组合结构设置在底座内腔 41中, 所述底座 4上还设置有 RJ45插头位 42, 所述 RJ45连接头 3的一端插设在 RJ45插头位 42中, 在所述底座 4的上部扣合有外罩 2。

所述底座 4的底部还设置有制动片滑动腔 45, 所述卡罩 7底部还设置 有弹片 71, 所述弹片 71将制动片 6压制在所述制动片滑动腔 45内。 所述 卡罩 7的一端部设置有两个拉环挡片 72, 防止拉环转轴 51从拉环卡耳 44 内滑动拖出。
本发明的结构组装方便, 并可灵活拆卸, 在模块生产环节中, 只需将 PCB板 1和 RJ45连接头 3的组件装入底座 4, 将制动片 6和拉环 5放入底 座 4的拉环卡耳 44内并盖好外罩 2与卡罩 7即可, 减少了常规模块的装弹 片、 上螺钉等步骤, 提高了生产效率。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电口 SFP光电模块, 其特征在于, 所述底 座内还设置有定位柱, 所述 PCB板上设置有与定位柱相对应的定位缺口, 所述定位缺口卡设在定位柱上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电口 SFP光电模块, 其特征在于, 所述外 罩侧壁上还设置有 PCB限位片, 所述 PCB限位片定位所述 PCB板。
