所述外罩 (5) 为 U形体型, U形幵口方向向下, 所述外罩 (5) 设 置于所述手柄 (2) 、 所述卡罩 (3) 和所述锁闩 (4) 的右侧, 所 述外罩 (5) 的上底面的左端设有解锁凸台孔 (5-3) , 所述解锁 凸台孔 (5-3) 的大小与所述锁闩 (4) 的所述凸台 (4-3) 相匹配

2-4) 在所述转轴一 (2-3) 带动下绕所述转轴一 (2-3) 的轴向方 向转动, 并在所述手柄配合位 (4-1) 内滑动; 当所述转轴一 (2-3) 和所述转轴二 (2-4) 转动到所述手柄 (2) 与所述底座 (1) 的左右面平行且所述手柄 (2) 固定在所述底座

[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述底座 (1) 的前面和 后面均设有外罩卡位凸台 (1—11) 和卡罩卡位凸台一 d—12) . 所 述外罩卡位凸台 (1-11) 和所述卡罩卡位凸台一 (1-12) 的数量均 为至少一对, 在所述底座 (1) 的前面和后面分别成对对应设置; 所述底座 (1) 的左侧面的上端的一对手柄转槽 (1-2) 向外延伸 形成对称的一对卡罩卡位凸台二 (1-13) ;
所述卡罩 (3) 的前面和后面上对应设置有至少一对的卡位方孔一 (3-2) , 所述卡位方孔一 (3-2) 与所述底座 (1) 的所述卡罩卡 位凸台一 (1-12) 紧扣; 所述卡罩 (3) 的左侧面上设置有与所述 卡罩卡位凸台二 (1-13) 对应设置的一对卡位方孔二 (3-3) , 所 述卡位方孔二 (3-3) 与所述卡罩卡位凸台二 (1-13) 紧扣; 所述锁闩 (4) 和所述手柄 (2) 与所述底座 (1) 固定连接后, 所 述卡罩 (3) 设置于所述锁闩 (4) 和手柄 (2) 的上部通过所述卡 位方孔一 (3-2) 和所述卡位方孔二 (3-3) 与所述底座 (1) 固定 所述外罩 (5) 的前面和后面上对应设置有至少一对的卡位方孔三 (5-1) , 所述卡位方孔三 (5-1) 与所述底座 (1) 的所述外罩卡 位凸台 (1-11) 紧扣实现所述外罩 (5) 与所述底座 (1) 的固定 如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述底座 (1) 的下底面 中部设有 EMI弹片 (1-5) , 右侧为主标签槽 (1-9) , 左侧设有前 后对应设置的 RJ45卡耳 (1-6) ; 上底面中部设有 EMI屏蔽片 (1-4 ) , 右侧为 PCB板 (1-8) ;
所述底座 (1) 的左侧面的下端设有突出的一对手柄卡耳 (1-7) , 用于当所述转轴一 (2-3) 和所述转轴二 (2-4) 转动到所述手柄 (2) 与所述底座 (1) 的左右面平行且所述手柄 (2) 固定在所述 底座 (1) 的左侧头部上吋对所述手柄 (2) 进行固定;
所述底座 (1) 的右侧面的下端设有防反插缺口 (1-10) 。
如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述手柄配合位 (4-1) 为幵口的 U形或闭口的椭圆环形, 所述凸台 (4-3) 为三角形或方 形的凸台。
如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述手柄 (2) 还包括由 刚性或半刚性材料制成的幵口或闭口型手柄本体 (2-1) 和手柄套 (2-2) , 所述转轴一 (2-3) 、 所述转轴二 (2-4) 和所述手柄套 (2-2) 均设置在所述手柄本体 (2-1) 外侧, 所述手柄套 (2-2) 位于所述幵口型手柄本体 (2-1) 的幵口的两端上。
如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述卡罩 (3) 的上底面 上, 左端和中部均设有窗口 (3-1) , 所述窗口 (3-1) 的轴向为左 右方向的两条边的下方设有转轴压耳 (3-4) , 所述转轴压耳 (3-4 ) 将所述手柄 (2) 的所述转轴一 (2-3) 和所述锁闩 (4) 的所述 锁闩转轴 (4-2) 与所述底座 (1) 的所述手柄转槽 (1-2) 和所述 锁闩转槽 (1-3) 进行限位卡紧。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述卡罩 (3) 的前面和 后面上的左端均有上底面弯折形成的折边 (3-5) , 转动所述手柄 (2) 使所述机构从上锁状态到解锁状态的过程中, 所述手柄 (2 ) 与所述折边 (3-5) 贴近并止位, 使所述手柄 (2) 的转动不超 过预设转动角度。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 1所述的机构, 其特征在于, 所述外罩 (5) 的左端的 前面和后面上均设有 EMI弹爪 (5-2) , 所述外罩 (5) 的上底面的 右端斜向下弯折生成 EMI弯折 (5-5) ;
所述外罩 (5) 的前面或后面上还设置有侧标签槽 (5-4) 。
