Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sanitary arrangement according to claim 1 and an installation situation of the sanitary arrangement according to claim 13.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying a sanitary arrangement which can be adapted more flexibly to local conditions.
- the deflection sections open essentially tangentially into the respective pipe section.
- the first pipe section has a first bearing point in the area of the outlet and the second pipe section has a second bearing point in the area of the inlet.
- the first pipe section can be connected to the second pipe section via the two bearing points.
- the bearing points are designed in such a way that the two pipe pieces can be pivoted relative to one another when connected to one another, such that the angular position of the pipe sockets can be adjusted relative to one another.
- the pipe pieces are therefore pivotally connected to one another and can be aligned with one another with respect to their angular position relative to one another.
- the two pieces of pipe can therefore be aligned and adapted to the local conditions. This increases the flexibility and ease of installation when installing the sanitary arrangement.
- the angular position of the pipe sockets is preferably defined in such a way that the pipe sockets are at an angle to one another when viewed in the direction of the first central axis or the second central axis. This means that in a projection plane running at right angles to the first central axis or the second central axis, the central axes of the pipe sockets are in the said angular position.
- the sanitary arrangement is part of a downpipe for discharging a multi-phase flow medium, in particular water, solids and air.
- the pipe diameter of the first pipe section and the deflection bend is preferably between 10 and 300 millimeters.
- the first pipe section is designed separately from the second pipe section.
- the two pieces of pipe can then be connected to each other as described.
- the two pieces of pipe can be delivered separately from the factory so that the installer can join the two pieces of pipe together on site.
- the two pipe sections can also be pre-connected at the factory, so that the installer can essentially align the two pipe sockets on site.
- the bearing points are designed in such a way that the two pipe pieces can be plugged together in the direction of the first and second central axis. When plugged together, the two central axes are collinear with one another.
- the tangential deflection is provided in such a way that the pipe socket is first guided essentially at right angles to the respective central axis and is then laterally deflected in front of the mouth point, so that the deflection section then opens tangentially into the pipe channel.
- the deflection section is guided tangentially onto the inner wall of the pipe duct.
- the first bearing point and the second bearing point are designed such that the two pipe pieces can be freely pivoted towards one another.
- the pipe pieces can therefore be pivoted relative to one another by 360° about the central axes.
- the tangential deflection of the respective deflection section runs in the same direction of rotation around the respective central axis in both pipe sections.
- the deflection section each has a first region, which extends cylindrically about a central axis, and a second region, which provides said tangential mouth.
- the deflection section In the installed position, the deflection section is directed downwards in the area of the tangential mouth. This means that the water is directed tangentially and downwards into the pipe channel.
- the first bearing point is provided by a circular cylindrical outer surface on the first pipe section; and the second bearing point is provided by a circular cylindrical inner surface on the second pipe section.
- the first bearing point is provided by a circular cylindrical inner surface on the first pipe section; and the second bearing point is provided by a circular cylindrical outer surface on the second pipe section.
- the first pipe section and the second pipe section each have a stop element which defines the maximum insertion depth between the two bearing points.
- the cross section or diameter of the first deflection section is different from the cross section or diameter of the second deflection section.
- the cross section or the diameter of the first deflection section is larger than the cross section or the diameter of the second deflection section.
- the advantage is that a suitable diameter can be selected depending on the sanitary element to be connected. For example, when connecting a toilet bowl to one of the inflection sections, a larger diameter must be selected than when connecting a shower tray or a shower area or a washbasin to the other Turn-in sections.
- Another advantage is that the installer can use a different pipe section for different diameters, so that the pipe leading to the pipe section can always be laid close to the ground. Laying close to the ground is not possible when connecting pipe sections with different nominal widths because they have to be connected flush with the tops.
- the distance between the central axis of the first pipe socket and the central axis of the second pipe socket is in the range from 80 millimeters to 500, in particular between 80 and 200 millimeters
- the bearing points are preferably designed in such a way that the insertion depth of one of the two bearing points into the other of the two bearing points is variable, such that the distance between the central axis of the first pipe socket and the central axis of the second pipe socket is adjustable in the above-mentioned range.
- a locking element is preferably provided between the first pipe section and the second pipe section, which locks the two pipe sections with respect to movement in the direction of the two central axes and which allows movement of the two pipe sections around the central axes.
- the further bearing point is provided by a circular cylindrical inner surface on the second pipe section; and the bearing point on the deflection bend side is provided by a circular cylindrical outer surface on the deflection bend.
- the further bearing point is provided by a circular cylindrical outer surface on the second pipe section; and the bearing point on the deflection bend side provided by a circular cylindrical inner surface on the deflection bend.
- the guide structure preferably has a channel-shaped guide section and at least two guide steps with step surfaces on each side of the channel-shaped guide section.
- the guide surfaces of the flow divider and the step surfaces are arranged relative to one another in such a way that a partial volume of an annular flow opened up by the flow divider is directed to the step surfaces.
- the arrangement of the flow divider which directs the water of the torn ring flow onto the step surfaces, has the advantage that the entire water volume of the ring flow is divided between the channel-shaped guide section and the guide steps. This allows a directed flow to be achieved without lateral waves. Furthermore, due to the arrangement of the guide stages, the confluence of the flow medium is distributed over a greater length in the curve section, whereby the flow is calmed overall and experiences less loss.
- the cross-sectional shape of the curve section is designed by the arrangement of the guide structure in such a way that movement of the flow medium, in particular the water and the solids, transversely to the flow direction is suppressed or prevented.
- the guide steps and the wall surfaces preferably run in the flow direction of the flow medium.
- An installation situation includes a sanitary arrangement according to the above description and a building floor with a top and a bottom as well as with a passage that extends from the top to the bottom through the building floor, with the pipe sockets lying above the top when viewed in the installed position and with the second piece of pipe partially extends into the passage.

- the pipe socket 13 extends from the pipe section 1 parallel and at an angle of 180° to the pipe socket 23 from the pipe section 2.
