They have anti-spasmodic, anti-anxiety, and anti-inflammatory pharmacological effects. , not only can be used in the treatment of many difficult diseases.
- Cannabinoids are also added to cigarettes on the market.
- the usual method of adding cannabinoids is to grind the flowers and leaves of cannabis and mix them with the shredded tobacco of cigarettes.
- the flowers and leaves after the grinding process are in the form of small fragments, which cannot be mixed well with conventional cigarette tobacco, and fragments will appear during the blending process. It falls along the gaps in the cut tobacco, and during the use of the finished cigarettes, mosaic and leaf fragments will fall off, which is often referred to as "turning around” and "slag falling".
- the second is that the small amount of cannabinoids contained in the flowers and leaves is insufficient.

- the present application provides a method for preparing cigarette inserts.
- the preparation method includes:
- the base material raw materials are ground and sieved and then mixed with the active ingredients to obtain mixed powder;
- the mixed wet materials are shaped to obtain cigarette inserts.
- the preparation method can also be:
- the base material raw materials are ground and screened to obtain base material raw material powder
- the base material is wet-formed and the active ingredients are sprayed to obtain cigarette cuttings.
- the preparation method has at least one of the following characteristics:
- the substrate raw materials include green tea plant tissue, black tea plant tissue, mint plant tissue, lotus leaf plant tissue, chrysanthemum plant tissue, licorice plant tissue, kudzu plant tissue, and tree moss plant tissue. , at least one of amla plant tissue, rose plant tissue, and lavender plant tissue;
- the particle size of the base material raw material after screening is 300 mesh to 500 mesh
- the active ingredients include cannabis extract and/or cannabis plant tissue, and the cannabis extract and/or cannabis plant tissue contain cannabinoids;
- the cannabis plant tissue includes cannabis leaves and/or cannabis flowers
- the cannabinoid is cannabidiol and/or other isomers
- the binder includes water, ethanol, guar gum, starch gum, chitosan, carboxymethylcellulose, pectin, gum arabic, sodium alginate, gelatin, glucose, polypropylene alcohol and fructose. at least one of;
- the molding method includes mold molding and/or screw layering equipment press molding
- the mass proportion of the cannabinoid in the cigarette cuttings is 0.1% to 70%.
- the preparation method has at least one of the following characteristics:
- the cross-sectional shape of the cigarette insert is circular and/or polygonal
- the length of the cigarette cuttings is 1cm to 7cm;
- the width of the cigarette insert is 1 mm to 3 mm;
- the density of the cigarette cuttings is 0.1g/cm 3 to 3.5g/cm 3 ;
- the hardness of the cigarette cuttings is 38HD to 80HD.
- the cigarette inserts provided by this application can achieve a uniform distribution of cannabinoids in a mass proportion of 0.1% to 70% in the cigarette inserts by adding active ingredients to the base material, so that after the cigarette inserts and cigarettes are ignited together, the user You can better feel the effect of the natural release of cannabinoids in cigarette cuttings and improve the user experience.
- Cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabinoids extracted from the flowers and leaves of industrial hemp are the main chemical components of industrial hemp and are also non-addictive components.
